My Third Novel's Conclusion, My Heartbreak

My heart begins to break when I think about completing this particular book -- because this narrative has sustained me like no other story I've known. It's both more personal and more universal than my other works. But beyond memory and archetype, it's a cri-de-coeur about needing to become the person one is destined to be. And in the writing, I have met my own life's work, my own fated journey -- having the sense all the while that the pages are suffused with a resonance, an energy, an electrified field that defies explanation. Writers hope and pray to be overtaken by a work in this way -- to be conscripted into passionate service of a profound story. To experience it even once in a lifetime seems a great privilege. I still have several months before this novel is complete, and this constitutes my reprieve. Because I'm not ready for the beauty to end.

Formal Request for Temporary Suspension of Penalty Phases Within OIG Hotline Agreement on My Behalf

OIG Hotline, I documented for myself several weeks ago that if I were not supported in attending my son's wedding safely, there would be major changes in my efforts through your Office.

I have grown deeply concerned that there have been those who are stealing funds intended for the FBI's victims through accounts bearing my name under DOJ auspices.  It seems possible that, rather than discourage falsified law enforcement reporting against me, your original settlement with the FBI (which I have not had the privilege of seeing, I must point out) must have specified penalty phases that corrupt members of our government, including Tom Lyons and even the highest elected officials, are finding quite lucrative.

It seems that I may alternately be defamed with knowingly false accusations by the FBI and its affiliates, and exonerated daily with my own protestations of my innocence, in a process that has generated trillions in "privatized" funds for the enemies of human sovereignty, stolen from the American people through the national treasury.

This represents a terrible distortion of my case, and one that I never intended.

Accordingly, I hereby formally request a temporary suspension of the original settlement agreement clauses pertaining to penalty phases toward the FBI and its affiliates.

I ask that no additional funds be awarded in my case until and unless I receive the provision of reports regarding my case, and accompanying outreach to discuss its contents.

At that point, I will request that penalty clauses of the original settlement agreement be reinstated, with assurances that that process cannot be turned against the American people.

During this time, while I am waiting for the provision of reports and accompanying outreach, I would respectfully request that malfeasance from the FBI and its affiliates result in criminal charges against FBI and FBI-affiliate perpetrators. (The one caveat here is that my sons and MX have lost their sovereignty entirely, so they cannot defend themselves against wrongful directives from their handlers.  Under such circumstances, they cannot be held liable for handler-directed actions -- and they should be exonerated in all regards pertaining to past coercion.  The necessary status of my sons and MX should be immediate honorable discharge from any and all government programs, in order to ensure that coercive control can no longer be exercised against them, or any of my family members, including myself.  I do believe I possess full sovereignty at this time, but I am endeavoring to monitor possible threats to my sovereignty rigorously.)

My conduct will remain honorable and lawful in every regard unless I notify you otherwise.  This may be relied upon, certainly.

But the money needs to stop flowing in order to insist that I receive appropriate outreach regarding my case.

So, I ask for your immediate and determined help in this regard.

Clearly, I would request that all access to these funds through claims by anyone other than me be strictly prohibited.

Thank you for your support regarding this critical matter, so central to the question of whether human sovereignty can be rescued in the long term.

Most sincerely,

Lane MacWilliams
