OIG Hotline, there is additional documentation sent to the attention of your Office within my email accounts bearing the following time stamps today, February 26, 2024: two emails sent at 8:03 AM, and one each sent at 8:25 AM, 8:31 AM, two emails sent at 8:48 AM, and one each sent at 8:59 AM, 9:18 AM, 9:22 AM, 9:24 AM, 12:00 PM, 12:52 PM, 12:53 PM, and 1:02 PM.
