OIG Hotline, Brandan Pesa appears to be genuinely afraid of prison regarding the trafficking issue I brought to your attention early this morning. Accordingly, I believe it is likely that he recently messaged Tom Lyons regarding one or more "appointments" pertaining to the victim involved. I think these men can be caught if their messaging is immediately examined through phone company records, and I would recommend that they be pursued aggressively in the establishment of their guilt beyond any doubt.
This is unusual content that was sent to my gmail inbox when I was attempting to alert your Office about these alleged crimes this morning. It seems to me, given the black and white coloration of the work, that there is a suggestion of prison life within this painting.
