OIG Hotline, please note that an email sent to your Office's attention at 5:09 PM this afternoon misidentified an unrecognized caller as originating from number 1 (407) 665-7572, when in fact the unrecognized caller was listed in my phone log as originating from 1 (408) 665-7572.
Unfortunately, changes to the details of my emails, even while they are being composed, are not uncommon.
I have forwarded a new email with accurate content to your Office 's attention with a time stamp of 6:33 PM this evening, October 18, 2024.
