OIG Hotline, please see emails sent directly to your Office from lanemacwilliams@gmail.com and an alternate email address at 7:09 PM and 8:32 PM respectively on February 20, 2025.

The latter email bears a subject heading of ATTN: OIG HOTLINE Re: Current Status.

The former email bears a subject heading, here redacted, of  ATTN: OIG HOTLINE Re: Threats of xxxx xxxxxxxxx at The Hamilton.

I am not feeling particularly clear-headed at the moment, and it seems that I may have suffered exposure to a drug or neurotoxin over dinner, during which I had no alcohol whatsoever.  I am experiencing dizziness and difficulty typing at the current time.
