Re: Allegedly Falsified Witness Statements by "Amy" at PAMF Urgent Care
This is to document that I am in receipt of specific threats that PAMF Urgent Care's intake person -- allegedly named "Amy" -- is being actively pressured to file a falsified witness statement for FBI personnel regarding my visit on Saturday.
"Amy," took my blood pressure and asked why I needed to see a physician. I explained to her that I believed I had had a parasite exposure, without going into the details that the FBI had caused it.
I hereby certify that the foregoing is true and correct.
