At approximately 2:45 PM on December 18, 2023, I signed onto Wifi GSQ3 with my MacBook Air in order to notarize yet one more general affidavit, given apparent ongoing environmental predations by the FBI.

Notarized my affidavit through OneNotoary.us, despite the notary's initial assertion (three times) that she could not locate my uploaded affidavit.  After I took a screenshot of our video feed including the affidavit, she immediately and mysteriously found it.

The rest of the notarization proceeded without limiting obstruction.

I sent the notarized affidavit to the attention of the OIG Hotline within lanemacwilliams@gmail.com.

Then, I posted notification of the availability of the document on my blog.
