 OIG Hotline, for your full knowledge, the information I provided to the IRCC yesterday consisted of a copy of an email asking for a delayed interview, a declaration of amended application, my birth certificate order, and my documents showing that the link to upload documents in my IRCC account is still not working, in addition to a color copy of my passport and driver's license.

When I attempted to visit Canada's IRCC myself yesterday, I was met with an assassination threat from the FBI.

Good people, I drove past the building, and my assessment was that the threats were genuine.  Police were everywhere, there was a staged altercation with a homeless person unfolding on the street, and there were at least ten plainclothes security personnel on the block.

I kept on driving.

I believe it is appropriate for the IRCC to postpone my interview by six weeks or more while I gather information pertaining to my case, including my background checks.

During that information gathering, it would be appropriate for attorney outreach to occur so that FBI malfeasance can be discussed in detail.

This is an important case, with profound implications for the long term human rights of all.

I want to receive the respectful and honorable engagement from our government that is required given the astonishing stakes involved.

I will not be satisfied with the FBI's attempt to conceal its false claims regarding my husband and myself, nor with attempts to conceal its torture of my children.

Instead, I want access to the truth of the FBI's malfeasance in this matter, and I want it right away.

Only in this manner can the FBI be forced into a lawful discussion about its conduct toward my family and its far-reaching implications regarding the long term sovereignty of our nation and our people.

I hasten to add that I well understand that not all FBI programs can be discussed publicly, which is the reason I have suggested attorney dialogue regarding this matter.

The fact that my family has continued to suffer egregious harm, and threats of harm, while I have repeatedly requested honorable and confidential engagement represents a clear disservice to the public trust.

We need to engage in these issues with abundant honor and integrity, not respond to them with attempts to assassinate those who are standing up for the long term sovereignty of all.

I call on President Trump to reverse standing orders specifying my harm and the harm of my loved ones and instead act ethically and worthily in allowing the postponement of my IRCC interview, in allowing the full provision of documents revealing the FBI's misconduct in this matter, and in prompting attorney outreach to discuss the critical issues for the future brought to the fore by my case.

 OIG Hotline, this constitutes my petition for the removal of the ban on all internet services from my cell phone and computer.

This obstruction, based on entirely false evidence which I have not had the opportunity to see, is placing my life at risk, and it needs to be withdrawn immediately.

Secondly, the FBI has apparently been in direct communication with CSI in directing this company to delay, and then decline, my background check until the FBI can perpetrate further harm.

Information that should have been available to me within 24 hours will not be -- thus materially endangering my life and the lives of my loved ones.  This delay has been verified this morning by alleged CSI staff member "Terry," who refused to place Kori on the phone.

I have a right to run a background check on the FBI's false claims regarding me, and I have a right to that information now, not later.

The FBI is attempting to buy time in which to take my life, discredit my case, and misappropriate funds awarded to the FBI's victims in my name.

Meanwhile, I appear to have caught the agency red-handed in an appalling attempt -- years long in the making, allegedly -- to falsely implicate me or my loved ones of Pxxxxxx Program crimes or other criminal activity.

The agency is now caught in a predicament of its own corruption.

I have a right to run a background check on the FBI's false claims against me, even while the FBI wants to keep its crimes a secret from the public.

FOIA and other information requests can be wrongfully redacted or denied.  A criminal background check cannot.

So, the FBI is now caught in a plan of yet further harm, harassment, intimidation and violence toward my family.

To say that this agency is violating my human rights is the understatement of the millenium.

Who authorized this criminal predation?

What are they intending?

That I will waltz into an IRCC interview on Thursday morning and have my passport seized while I experience wrongful arrest?  That my application will be denied for lack of evidence, even while these FBI criminals are withholding it?

Would that make an entertaining video update to their online feed regarding my case?

Or are they really pushing for the higher ratings with a video or first degree murder against my loved ones, and me alongside them?

Will we merit a vague reference on an FBI International episode?

Is that a worthy epitaph?

Good people, I am endeavoring to ensure that our national sovereignty and individual freedoms survive in the long term.

The manner in which these men are betraying our country and our people constitutes a national disgrace.

I respectfully request that the OIG Hotline direct the FBI to allow my thorough background check through CSI to proceed immediately.

I further request that the FBI be directed to postpone my IRCC interview for six weeks or more, as originally agreed by IRCC personnel on August 20, 2025.

Beyond this, I would suggest that a lawyer reach out to me immediately to discuss the FBI's serious crimes against my family.

To wait further will be to ensure agency exposure regarding egregious FBI misconduct that the public will find as inexcusable as I do.

 OIG Hotline, the FBI appears to suggest that my older son has been asked to extend harm by placing an unknown substance within exposed drinks, and further, that others have been asked to extend this identical harm to him.  Beyond this, there is the suggestion that my younger son has been asked to target my husband in an identical manner.

The FBI appears to suggest that a contagious and fatal illness of some kind has been conveyed to both of my sons, and potentially MX as well, and that medical care will be withheld from them unless they comply with their agencies' demands.

The parents of the bride are within the grips of the FBI because their younger daughter developed an aggressive cancer due to high radiation exposures perpetrated by the agency.  She now has an infant, and she and her husband are extremely vulnerable to the FBI's predations.  So, the bride's whole family has been co-opted, alarmingly.

Clearly, it appears that the FBI imagined turning my son's and MX's celebration today into the Game of Thrones' "Red Wedding" episode, in which everyone is harmed through malevolent predation.

A significant number of the groomsmen have been forcibly recruited into the Pxxxxxx Program, much to this group's diminishment.

My defense of my son's and MX's celebration today is the public exposure of these allegations.

I have asked that Tom Lyons and his close associates be excluded from the wedding, and I have requested that my family members and the wedding party usher them out of the building if they should have the temerity to appear.

Thank you for allowing me to document these remarkable allegations for your Office.

We would wish that they represented a delusional fantasy of harm, but I have come to learn that Tom Lyons takes great pleasure in nurturing delusional fantasies of harm.

So, those who are sane among us must unfortunately take these astonishing allegations seriously.

Certainly, I ought to have been able to attend my son's and MX's wedding in safety and to celebrate with them without fear for my family's security or my own.  The fact that this was not prioritized represents a great loss for our family, and one that is gratuitous in its cruelty.

OIG Hotline, having finished walking my dogs for the evening, I have walked to the Whistler Fairmont in order to communicate with your Office regarding the honor and lawfulness of all interactions.

When I walked Birdie, we did not meet anyone this evening, because I took a different route than normal.

Following this, I walked Poppy along the same path.  She met a dog named Puka, all black, whose owners seemed completely charmed by Poppy's excellent manners. Puka, by contrast, snarled and snapped on one occasion, with no precipitating incident, prompting our departure.  Puka's mom photographed Poppy greeting Puka sweetly, so I'm certain she will file a witness statement.  In general, dog owners do not photograph one another's dogs without permission to do so -- a favor I would have withheld.

After we left, a stranger on the Village Stroll commented on how sweet and loving Poppy is, and I readily agreed.

Later on our walk, a one-year-old, toddling with his mother on the left side of the path, walked past Poppy, who lay down to show submission and concern.  When the toddler was close by, she stood up to say hello, though the mother did not stop.  I explained that Poppy is very friendly to children, and the mother seemed delighted.

On the path home, an off-leash dog named Timber ran up to Poppy, who happily greeted him.  Timber's mom quickly leashed him and gave affection to Poppy, who was asking for belly rubs.  This woman, too, was extremely complimentary, repeatedly calling Poppy a "sweetheart," a judgement with which I readily agreed.

We met no one else on the way home, but once in the hotel suite, I received an apparent threat of false reporting regarding my walk with Poppy.  This puppy is an absolute sweetheart, submissive, affectionate, and trusting to everyone she meets.  She exhibits no aggression whatsoever.

Following my return to the hotel suite, I walked to Shoppers Drug Mart, where I purchased dix Perrier water, one box of ginger green tea, and one bag of cheddar popcorn.  The cashier was absent and a sign was in place directing customers to utilize self-checkout, which I subsequently did.  However, before leaving the store, I notice that the cashier had reappeared.  Accordingly, I asked her to verify the accuracy of my receipt, which she did.  The risk in this setting seemed to me to be an AI-generated film suggesting shoplifting a few hours hence.  Accordingly, I engaged with the cashier honorably prior to leaving the store.

After this, I walked to the Fairmont, giving one of my waters to a young man with a sign asking for drinks or contributions along the path.

Following this documentation, I will walk home, as it is still light outside.

Please be apprised that I have provided this communication to your Office via email as well.  Although the date/time stamp on the Fairmont's desktop computer is false, it is August 10, 2025, and I have provided your Office with documentation allowing you to update communications for several important specified reasons.  Accordingly, your Office should be adequately supported in rendering this document valid.

There are three purposes of this revised authorization:

1.  to assist the OIG Hotline or its designees in defending me, or my family members, from false, defamatory, wrongful or unjust accusations by the FBI or its affiliates.

2.  to update all documentation that assists the OIG Hotline or its designee, such as Ambassador Hillman, in providing me with all materials in the possession of the OIG Hotline relating to my case.

3.  to assist the OIG Hotline or its designees in advocating for the immediate honorable discharge of my sons and MX from any all government programs and affiliations, vacating any and all "convictions" connected to their handers', agencies', or agencies' affiliates' directives, and further, to advocate for the immediate and permanent removal of all implanted communications devices for my sons and MX, and, in addition, to ensure that my sons and MX will no longer have handlers, nor communications with agency personnel, save for dialogue with your Office regarding health and safety concerns, and beyond this, to remove my husband, my sons, MX, our friends, and my pets from all lists of targeted harassment, defamation, false reporting and harm.  Of course, I would also ask that documents be updated to assist the OIG Hotline in ensuring that I myself will suffer no further defamation or harm.

I hope this helps to clarify my intent.  I regret that I do not have the ability to consult with an attorney regarding this matter, so it is not possible for me to be appropriately protected under the law.  Nor do I know what false, defamatory, wrongful or unjust accusations may be extended by others regarding my family members or myself.

It does seem as though the FBI has consistently focused on false accusations of mental illness and promiscuity in the past, both rather hackneyed and misogynistic tropes.  So, I assume these pathways of false reporting are well-worn by the agency.

Nonetheless, they remain entirely untrue.  My psychological resilience and stability remain admirable and sound, and I continue to have had only one intimate partner over my lifetime, that of my husband of 35 years.

With regard to other possible accusations, our Constitution means that Americans should not behaving to guess about the nature of false charges invented by malevolent security agencies.

While I recognize the difficult nature of the FBI's mission and objectives, I simply do not believe that knowingly falsified law enforcement reporting against my family has assisted the society, the agency, the nation, or my family.

 1.  Was the FBI allowed to extend knowingly false accusations pertaining to a knowingly false investigation to the Canadian Human Rights Commission?

Answer:  It appears so.

2.  Who is responsible?

Answer:  The worst of the perpetrators in this instance?  Bxxxxxx Pxxx, Txx Lxxxx, President Trump.  I'm sure there are others, but those are the worst abusers of the public trust in this case.

3.  What renders these men so indelibly unworthy?

Answer:  They're liars, all of them.  Inveterate and unrepentant liars, defamers, and slanderers.

4.  And what is the result of lies that are institutionally generated, with the help of AI, and the dedication of men with no ethics and no restraint?

Answer:  Historically?  Mass murder.  That's the reason the Anti-defamation League was formed.  It was seen that throughout history, false reporting and intentional defamation was a prelude, accompaniment, and postlude to mass murder.

I won't speak about current programs in this context, because it's no longer lawful to do so.

5.  Can you be more specific?

Answer:  Congress allegedly passed a concealed law affecting the American people which does not allow commentary on the objectives of certain current programs of the FBI and its affiliates.

6.  And what will happen to people who break that unknown law?

Answer:  Again, I would not comment.  But we can certainly express concern for those honorable Americans who might believe they were at liberty to exercise freedom of speech on this subject.

7.  Was an account bearing your name within the Department of Justice recently emptied by President Trump?

Answer:  The FBI alleges so, yes.

8.  The FBI seemed to suggest that you should request reinstatement of those funds.  Was that so that President Trump could raid those coffers again through newly false accusations against you?

Answer:  I have no doubt.  Yes, it seems these crimes are being repeated by the Executive Branch, and further, it seems there is the intention that they should continue.

9.  Are these dollar amounts large enough to be translating to increasing food and energy prices for the American consumer?

Answer:  Yes.  They will ultimately lead to mass inflation, which is the current unstated policy.  The dollar will be radically devalued for the simple reason that the United States is massively over-indebted.

10.  What will happen to the American consumer?

Answer:  Terrible things.  It's just going to be extremely difficult for American citizens, and, indeed, for everyone who is affected by the American economy around the world.

11.  Meanwhile, President Trump has allegedly approved the placement of unknown "evidence" of capital crimes on your properties in Woods Hole, Massachusetts and Portola Valley, California with the express intention of repeatedly raiding an account bearing your name -- all of this through the auspices of the FBI's Pxxxxxx Program.  Is that the case?

Answer:  The FBI appears to suggest this, yes.

12.  On the basis of those false accusations, could President Trump have you wrongfully arrested or killed?

Answer:  Oh, yes.  He's already tried it.  I filed my complaint with the Canadian Human Rights Commission in an effort to force him to stop the aggression.

13.  And in response, he simply had the FBI extend false claims to the CHRC?

Answer:  That appears to be the case.

14.  So a complaint about false claims was obstructed by false claims from the same perpetrators?

Answer:  That is correct.

15.  How does it feel to have had your high character and integrity harnessed to the profiteering from torture of the innocent by men with no moral integrity at all?

Answer:  Horrific.  Nightmare-ish.  The worst distortion of advocacy for the human rights of Americans imaginable.

16.  Does President Trump feel immune from the judgement of history?

Answer:  I think so, yes.  He feels that he can control the flow of information to the extent that he can murder whomever he wants, obstruct the emails of whomever he wants, rewrite history in whatever manner he wants.  All of it represents the most astonishing abuses of power our nation, and indeed the world, has ever seen.

17.  What would you like Americans to know about the corruption of the FBI if you could convey the information?

Answer:  I think it would help Americans to know that their tax dollars are funding propaganda departments within the FBI that are directed domestically, against Americans themselves.  This pertains to the news and the way Americans hear news reporting surrounding almost all world events, all politics, all developments of consequence.  This might encourage them to look past the headlines, to see past the usual tropes, and to start to ask questions.

Fundamentally, the FBI is lying to Americans, and it is lying to them institutionally, with intent, and over a broad range of subjects.

So, the American people would benefit from understanding that foundational fact, and from beginning to wonder why that might be the case.

18.  Would the American people be furious with the Executive Branch if they understood the predatory conduct that has been manifested through your case alone?

Answer:  Oh, yes.  Outraged.  And this sentiment would be justified entirely.

19.  One question for you with regard to the Pxxxxxx Program crimes the President authorized as connected to your properties:  who actually committed those crimes?  Was it Bxxxxxx Pxxx?

Answer:  I don't have that information, certainly, but I'm sure Bxxxxxx Pxxx was directly involved in arranging their perpetration.

20.  Why do you say that?

Answer:  His colleagues describe him as a known serial killer who is obsessed with ideas relating to causing harm to my family members and myself.

21.  And he suffers from psychosis?

Answer:  Yes.  According to the FBI, he had a psychotic break for which he was hospitalized in the autumn of 2017.  He still allegedly hears "voices" ordering his conduct through "command hallucinations."

22. Is this the person who should be setting national policy?

Answer:  You are asking the right question, certainly.

23.  Is Bxxxxxx Pxxx the reported Russian-affiliated mob boss who is "pulling the strings" of the Presidency?

Answer:  He describes himself this way, apparently.  He referred to President Biden as a "marionette," and his view of President Trump appears identical.

24.  Does America realize that a self-described psychotic serial killer is in charge of critical aspects of national policy at this time?

Answer:  They have no idea whatsoever.

25.  What would the American people have to say about President Trump, Bxxxxxx Pxxx and Txx Lxxxx if they knew they had ordered the forced conscription of both of your sons into the unconstitutional Pxxxxxx Program and proceeded to wrongfully direct them, under threat of death?

Answer:  Well, I think the American people would see these men for what they are, which is failed human beings, devoid of conscience, an ethical compass or a moral framework that most of us view as defining of our humanity.  I think the American public would identify them as torturers, abusers, defamers, and murderers.  And I think the American public would be correct.

26.  What is your response to this terrible distortion of your advocacy for Americans' long term human rights?

Answer:  I find it abysmal.  It represents the worst of avarice, deceit and predation among some of the most powerful men in the country.  And I hope history remembers them for their unconscionable self-dealing and their gratuitous and unforgivable harm of innocents.

27.  You are being threatened with death daily for speaking about this issue.  Isn't that true?

Answer:  I'm going to be getting louder about this issue until my concerns are addressed honorably and respectfully.  

28.  That hasn't happened yet.

Answer:  No, it has not.

29.  Do you feel that President Trump has betrayed the nation with regard to the conduct you are describing here?

Answer:  He has betrayed the nation, and he has betrayed the human race, both.

30.  What are the odds that Bxxxxxx Pxxx will be held accountable for the murders he has committed?

Answer:  You know, I think ultimately people could take out billboards advertising the crimes of the men mentioned here, and I think that accountability will occur, despite their attempts to control all public discourse on this subject.  The truth contains a remarkable power, and the American people will ultimately have access to it, despite these lamentable totalitarian abuses.

31.  Realistically, will the American people have the opportunity to regain their rights after this raiding of the National Treasury?

Answer: Bxxxxxx Pxxx is now bragging about being a trillionaire because of these abuses, so the odds are quite low, in truth.  There will be many factors that prevent the American people, and others, from enjoying free speech, free thought, and other fundamental Constitutional rights in the future, but none more significant that the wrongful enrichment of a predator like Bxxxxxx Pxxx.  And there are many reasons why this is so.  But the broad-based diminishment of the human race will be the inevitable result.

32.  When President Trump keeps referring to the current time as The Golden Age of America, is he really referring to his historic theft of public funds and his privatization of those monies for his own personal benefit?

Answer:  There can be no question about this.  Yes, for President Trump, Bxxxxxx Pxxx, Txx Lxxxx and their corrupt cohort, it is a "golden age."  Not for others.  And, as I said, the results for human freedoms will be no less than disastrous.  So, this is a terrible development for humanity, and it's not one from which we will recover.

OIG Hotline, please be apprised that the FBI appears to state today that it has opened a knowingly false investigation of my family members or myself pertaining to alleged Pxxxxxx Program crimes, alleged "evidence" of which the FBI has placed at one or more of our properties within the United States.  The agency alleges that this false investigation was initiated in order for the agency to avoid the lawful provision of materials to me through my Access to Information Request of the Canadian Human Rights Commission.

At the same time, it appears that there has been a third-party hack of my gmail account, corrupting my signature line on at least a portion of my email communications.

Further, the agency alleges that my sons are experiencing trafficking, withheld food and water, and other forms of physical harm at their handlers' directives.

It does appear to me that the agency is stepping up its aggression, certainly.  Threats appearing to be from the agency or its affiliates to take my life, my family members' lives, or to kill my pets, are quite frequent and specific at this time.

Accordingly, I am preparing an application for refugee status within Canada.  If I receive the reports from the CHRC, this application will hopefully not be necessary, as there will be dialogue with the United States' government that would have the potential to be protective of my loved ones' safety and my own.

If the FBI succeeds in obstructing this lawful provision of materials through a false investigation of capital crimes the agency itself has committed, however, my family members' safety would be profoundly harmed, as would my own.

I wish to reassure the OIG Hotline that I love the United States and consider it my home.  I never would have labored diligently for the last eight years in support of the long term preservation of human rights if I did not feel a profound and abiding commitment to the future of our nation.

If an asylum application becomes necessary for the preservation of my fundamental safety, I would endeavor to advance my claim with a view toward dual citizenship, hoping to return to the United States at a time when my life would not be placed at gratuitous risk by doing so.\

Further, I hereby commit that any funds awarded under my name through the auspices of the OIG Hotline or the ODNI are to be used for the preservation of the long term human rights of Americans.  My view is that funds awarded in my name should be overseen by a Board of Directors, of which I would be an active and leading member.  If that Board directed at any point that our allies should receive guidance with which our own government agreed, I would of course be delighted to stand in support of the preservation of human rights among America's cherished friends and neighbors.

I believe in the future of the United States, in its sovereignty, its dignity, its honor and its integrity -- and I would like to be part of that future.

I also maintain immense gratitude toward Canada, which has sheltered me during a time when I have been under immense threat as a human rights advocate.

Thank you for doing all you can to support the immediate provision of materials to me through the Canadian Human Rights Commission.  (And all praise to Canada for prioritizing a Human Rights Commission.)

I entered Canada with the understanding that I planned to leave on or before August 14, 2025 in order to attend my son's wedding in California.

Without provision of materials from your Office through the CHRC, I will not have the ability to assess my safety in attending this once-in-a-lifetime celebration, however.

If I stay beyond August 14, 2025 without updating my status for the Canadian immigration authorities, I would render myself vulnerable to a law enforcement action that could be violent, as the FBI has often threatened.

As I have said, I do recognize that the short term mission and objectives of the FBI may stand in direct conflict with a human rights mandate.  Nonetheless, if we abandon our support for diversity, equality, freedom of speech, freedom of assembly, freedom of the press, right to privacy, right to own private property, and many other Constitutional guarantees at this time -- we are unlikely to have the ability to reclaim them later.  Rather, short term and long term policy objectives must be allowed to stand side by side, even if they stand in opposition, so that our cherished freedoms may endure.

I appreciate your courage and leadership regarding this critical issue.  You continue to demonstrate a fortitude of which our nation should be proud.

For the FBI to have conveyed serious illnesses to both of my sons and to now be demanding false witness statements from them with an intent to take our lives is beyond reprehensible.

CHRC ATIP Office, thank you for your response.  Is the reference for my file #A-2025-00014, as previously stated, or is it #3001135631, please?  Are there by any chance two separate reference numbers pertaining to my Access to Information request?

Because the FBI has engaged in extensive efforts to prevent the lawful conveyance of information by creating duplicate files in the past, this is an important issue.

I am given to understand that the CHRC has received materials originating with the Office of the Inspector General Hotline of the U.S. Department of Justice pertaining to my case.

Is that correct?

I know that the FBI would prefer that the CHRC provide a "final response letter" that is absent the material from the OIG Hotline.  However, the Supreme Court of the United States has ruled that these reports are due to me, and their provision, out of concern for the long term preservation of human rights, should be upheld most vigorously.

To the Canadian Human Rights Commission:

It appears that a "Willem Monkhouse," which is a fictitious identity, has been corresponding with me as an employee of the CHRC's ATIP division.

"Mr. Monkhouse" extended erroneous information to me via email that the deadline by which material would be provided to me was August 19, 2025, according to stipulations of the Access to Information Act.  In actuality, 30 calendar days from my ATIP request will mean that material must be sent to me by August 13th at the latest.  I have asked that documentation be sent to me by August 8th, this Friday, at the latest, due to the fact that I need to assess my safety in potentially attending my son's wedding in California on August 16, 2025.

I am informed that substantive information regarding my ATIP request is already in the possession of the CHRC, so I am aware that delays with regard to receipt of materials from the OIG Hotline of the U.S. DOJ will be unnecessary.  This is welcome news.

I do note that my cell phone exhibits third-party tampering, and, correspondingly, my text messages were turned off today without my knowledge.  If the CHRC attempted to reach out to me via text, phone call, or email today, I did not receive that outreach, unfortunately.

The hotel phone appears to be blocked from receiving calls from my family members at times, so this is unreliable.

There appear to have been threats extended to me to send material pursuant to my ATIP request via email, but I ask specifically that this not occur.  Because third parties can utilize emailed content for the purposes of ongoing defamation with false material, it is important that information be conveyed to me in a sealed, certified format the security of which can be verified.
