I hereby authorize the OIG Hotline to update all documents, with specified exceptions, that I sent to your attention within my gmail or to your Office through other means to reflect a date of August 4, 2025, including all documentation related to my Statement of Appeal, Requests for Reinstatement of Injunctive Relief and Requests for Injunctive Relief, and all other supporting or individual documents which I provided to you.
This authorization stipulates that great care be taken to exclude forged documents of any kind.
Further exceptions include my daily "Signed Statement of Lane MacWilliams," or "Amended and Signed Statement of Lane MacWilliams," which has been updated separately.
Withdrawn documents or materials are to be excluded. Amended materials are to remain amended.
None of my documents is intended, or ever was intended, to authorize donations made in my name or appropriations from awards or penalties assessed in my name. Any segment of any document which does so should be excluded.
Any document which conveys unlawful activity of any kind should be assumed to be forged or inaccurate and should be excluded.
I have provided a Signed Statement separately, dated August 4, 2025.
I will be endeavoring to forward additional documentation to your Office's attention separately for use on August 4, 2025 from my email address, lanemacwilliams@gmail.com.
I appreciate the updating of all of my documentation, save exceptions listed above, to reflect a date of August 4, 2025.
I respectfully request that a priority be placed on the preservation of all prior Orders of Injunctive Relief granted in my favor, and I ask that no ruling in my favor be appealed by my own representation.
