My Third Novel's Conclusion, My Heartbreak

My heart begins to break when I think about completing this particular book -- because this narrative has sustained me like no other story I've known. It's both more personal and more universal than my other works. But beyond memory and archetype, it's a cri-de-coeur about needing to become the person one is destined to be. And in the writing, I have met my own life's work, my own fated journey -- having the sense all the while that the pages are suffused with a resonance, an energy, an electrified field that defies explanation. Writers hope and pray to be overtaken by a work in this way -- to be conscripted into passionate service of a profound story. To experience it even once in a lifetime seems a great privilege. I still have several months before this novel is complete, and this constitutes my reprieve. Because I'm not ready for the beauty to end.

Regarding the Prevention and Mitigation of FBI Graft

OIG Hotline, in order to prevent graft related to designations I have made from the Foundation I specified to support Americans' long term sovereignty, I would request the following:

  • all recipients of funds from the Foundation should have their assets audited yearly, with a report to the OIG Hotline, to ensure that funds are existing and being properly utilized
  • if it is determined by investigation or by any means that designated funds have been misappropriated by the FBI or its affiliates through any route whatsoever, adjudication should promptly force the funds' full and direct return to the designated recipient organization from the individual or institution that misappropriated the resources.  Missing monies are not to be refunded otherwise -- and this precaution should be taken in order to avoid corrupt "pass through" of funds with recipient organizations as conduits. Recipients should be questioned through regular check-ins by the OIG Hotline regarding any and all improper demands they may have received for funds originally designated by the Foundation.  All records of misappropriated funds should be made a permanent part of my case file, to be rendered available to the American public in perpetuity.
I will carefully consider the issue of alleged graft associated with my personal donations, as this set of FBI crimes appears to be associated with wrongful charges of treason against me, placing my life at immediate risk.  For the time being, I will not be making personal donations at all, in the hope that appeals will be undertaken to clear all false "evidence," false allegations and misguided rulings based on such information.

Criminal and civil judgements against the FBI and its affiliates regarding all of these alleged violations are to be placed in the Foundation.

Thank you for allowing me to extend this documentation to your Office.

Most sincerely,

Lane MacWilliams
