My Third Novel's Conclusion, My Heartbreak

My heart begins to break when I think about completing this particular book -- because this narrative has sustained me like no other story I've known. It's both more personal and more universal than my other works. But beyond memory and archetype, it's a cri-de-coeur about needing to become the person one is destined to be. And in the writing, I have met my own life's work, my own fated journey -- having the sense all the while that the pages are suffused with a resonance, an energy, an electrified field that defies explanation. Writers hope and pray to be overtaken by a work in this way -- to be conscripted into passionate service of a profound story. To experience it even once in a lifetime seems a great privilege. I still have several months before this novel is complete, and this constitutes my reprieve. Because I'm not ready for the beauty to end.

***********************************************************************************

OIG Hotline, I have prepared a new affidavit for your Office, yet to be notarized, the content of which has been attached to an email sent to your attention within my gmail accounts, with the subject heading ATTN: OIG HOTLINE Re: New Affidavit of LM for Your Office -- to be notarized, sent at 7:22 PM on February 25, 2024.

I will be attempting to notarize this document online shortly, and will update this blog with my progress.

The subject of this document is as follows:  Household Contractors and Democratic Event Attendees as Providers of False Witness Statements at FBI and FBI-affiliate Agency Direction.  It focuses on recent events, with non-specific reference to previous affidavits provided to your Office.

Please allow me to clarify that I do not believe this affidavit contains highly sensitive information from a national security standpoint, though the implications of false claims connected to previous attempts to perpetrate knowingly falsified law enforcement reporting on the part of the FBI and FBI-affiliate agencies represents a human rights risk to all Americans.

As you know, the OIG Hotline has my full permission to access my email accounts at any time your Office so desires.

Most sincerely,

Lane MacWilliams
