1. When you see the manipulations of FBI personnel like Txx Lxxxx and their affiliates like Bxxxxxx Pxxx, do you feel that they should face criminal charges for their misconduct?
Answer: I do. These men have continued to engage in human trafficking crimes that are now prohibited by the DOJ, and that conduct alone should mean that they are accountable in a court of law.
2. Should that proceeding be an open courtroom?
Answer: It should, but the FBI and its affiliate agencies will be extremely reluctant to acknowledge their participation in the human trafficking of America's youth. They will make the argument that this is a "national security secret," and in this way, attempt to avoid public accountability.
3. What are your thoughts about that argument?
Answer: It's just astonishing to me that human traffickers could be hiding behind any argument pertaining to "national security." National security means that the fundamental order of dignity and human rights are being upheld for our nation's children and youth. Any nation that abandons its children has no future at all.
The DOJ has stripped away the provenance of the FBI to participate in human trafficking within the United States through recent provision of new regulations, but that also must mean that the CIA and DHS and other agencies cannot pick up that slack at the FBI's bidding. Otherwise, the FBI is treating other government agencies as contractors in the appalling harm of American youth through human trafficking, and the DOJ has every right to illuminate these crimes and to punish them.
4. What is the chance that we will be able to openly recognize the trafficking crimes of men like Txx Lxxxx and Bxxxxxx Pxxx, along with the supposed law enforcement institutions that have shielded them?
Answer: You know, the truth is extremely stubborn and persistent, and I think these men will be known through the long span of history for having betrayed the nation.
5. Do you feel they have committed treason?
Answer: Oh, yes. Without question. Of course, they should be entitled to the due process they have denied to others. But from this vantage, I can attest that it appears that they have departed from mission and objectives to cause gratuitous and indefensible harm to American innocents.
And that's a large part of the reason why the funds awarded in my case through the OIG Hotline need to be protected and defended against all incursions.
6. Can you illuminate that belief further?
Answer: Sadists cannot be paid for committing needless harm. It's as simple as that. We cannot allow these individuals to feed off of the high character of their victims. And we cannot allow profiteers to benefit from the rape of the nation as a whole. If that sounds like hyperbole, it's regrettably not.
The only reason the American public is not outraged over the FBI's human trafficking crimes is that they have no idea what the agency has done to harm them in this one regard.
7. What do you think of the fact that the FBI is apparently being shielded from accountability at this time?
Answer: Their feet need to be held to the fire on this. There needs to be zero tolerance.
8. What will happen if the regulations preventing the FBI from continuing to commit human trafficking crimes are ignored, or if the agency simply tasks its affiliate agencies with the daily machinations of human trafficking within the United States?
Answer: If the FBI's human trafficking crimes continue unabated, the nation will ultimately fail. So those are the highest possible stakes, and we need to understand them clearly.
For a reference point, we might look back to the case of Pitcairn Island, a sexual assault prosecution which went to trial in Great Britain in 2004. The island's inhabitants were all descendants of Fletcher Christian, who famously mutinied The Bounty in the eighteenth century.
Approximately one third of the male inhabitants of the island were raping and terrorizing the rest of the population with impunity, and so, these assaults had become systematized and routinized, though never accepted by the victims, of course. https://www.theguardian.com/world/2016/mar/11/pitcairn-child-abuse-images-mayor
But women and children -- and some young men -- were being brutally oppressed through everyday instances of rape and abuse. The case was ultimately taken to a British court, where the victims prevailed.
But it was astonishing to see the extent to which the perpetrators argued on their own behalf. There were so many witnesses to their crimes, the assailants never argued that they were innocent.
Instead, their defense consisted of the argument that British law -- and in fact any laws anywhere -- should not apply to them.
And this is of course the argument that the FBI is making in the United States right now -- that no laws should apply.
9. And your point is that societies cannot withstand this kind of destruction of the vulnerable over time?
Answer: That's correct. They cannot. Pitcairn appears to have an opportunity to reform, but only because of the presence of outsiders on the island who are offering close watch over the inhabitants at the current time.
And the lesson here is that societies cannot right themselves when there is concealed sexual predation of the kind the FBI is currently perpetrating.
The agency is trafficking the vulnerable and then lying about their victims by calling them prostitutes, homosexuals, drug addicts, alcoholics, etc., which then permits the agency to "surveil" those young people they are so mercilessly exploiting in the first place.
10. Is it a crime within the FBI for an American to have a non-binary sexual preference?
Answer: It allegedly is, yes. The FBI allegedly targets homosexuals and trans Americans as a matter of policy.
11. But doesn't the FBI maintain a notably gay institutional culture that was created by J. Edgar Hoover, who was closeted, but still forcing young FBI recruits to attend gay gatherings regularly?
Answer: Yes, it does.
12. So, how does this align with the agency's victimization of others?
Answer: There's a great deal of projection going on, obviously. Many gay agents within the FBI are married, like Txx Lxxxx is married. So, almost everything about these individuals is a sham. They're not truthful about their own lives, and they're not truthful about anyone else's lives either.
13. You must be deeply offended by the actions of Txx Lxxxx and Bxxxxxx Pxxx in harming your older son yesterday while you waiting outside the building in which a support meeting was meant to be taking place.
Answer: Deeply appalled. Yes. Deeply indignant.
14. What do these men owe you?
Answer: The question is what do they owe the nation? And the answer is everything. Under color of law, they have ruthlessly and mercilessly exploited America's most vulnerable.
15. It's not only sexual exploitation, is it? Haven't Txx Lxxxx and Bxxxxxx Pxxx directed that your children be rendered seriously ill with numerous diseases that could take their lives?
Answer: Yes, they have.
16. And haven't Txx Lxxxx and Bxxxxxx Pxxx then coerced false witness statements from your children in return for medical treatment that was otherwise withheld?
Answer: Yes, they have. Repeatedly.
17. Meanwhile, you have been endeavoring not only to protect your children but also to defend the long term human rights of Americans as a whole, even though you have not received proper confirmation of the funds currently held in your name by the DOJ and its affiliates.
Answer: That is correct. One of the ways in which I can demonstrate my quality of character is to donate to causes that will help defend the long term human rights of the American people.
Would I be able to do a better job of this if I were appropriately acknowledged and engaged by the DOJ? Without question, yes.
But even with one hand tied behind my back, blindfolded, I can still put the FBI to shame by my goodwill toward others.
18. Your older son's handler has directed your older son to use highly unusual language in conversation with you yesterday and today, hasn't he?
Answer: He has.
19. What was that language, please?
Answer: Yesterday, my son raised a question about "moral standing" or "moral standards," which I immediately flagged. And this morning, he used the words "strayed" and "character," which I called out once more.
As soon as I challenged him, he openly and immediately backed off, acknowledging that he believed me when I expressed that I have had only one intimate partner over my lifetime, that of my husband of the last thirty-five years.
And he also stated that he knows I am not a criminal of any sort, that I have never engaged in human trafficking, espionage, terrorism, theft, or any sort of crimes.
He further stated that he believes I maintain the highest moral standing in my life and that I always have.
20. So what is the agency after when your son's handler directs him to use vocabulary like "moral standards," "strayed" and "character"?
Answer: The FBI is attempting to impugn my character as a whole, and clearly to suggest that I have had improper relationships, which is simply not the case.
My honor is important to me, and I will defend it.
21. You have only had one intimate partner over your lifetime, is that correct?
Answer: Yes, it is. The FBI threatens regularly to harm me through assault by a contractor. But that has not occurred, and I hope this writing will shame the FBI sufficiently to stop extending that threat.
22. What if the FBI attempted to bribe you into a false admission about your relationships?
Answer: My soul is not for sale.
23. Well spoken.
Answer: The truth is always well spoken, isn't it?
24. What needs to happen next?
Answer: Apologies from the FBI that begin and do not stop. And that goes for the top all the way down. Alongside this, I should have immediate outreach from the DOJ regarding my case.
25. You have stated that there is a great deal of work to be done in preserving Americans' long term human rights, and further, that you would like to be engaging in that work at every possible inflection point.
Answer: That is correct.
But my children need to be offered immediate retirement, at the same time that their health is restored. And Txx Lxxxx and Bxxxxxx Pxxx should not be empowered to prevent that from occurring. On the contrary, they should face immediate repercussions for the harm my children have suffered at their directive.
Our human rights need to be reclaimed assertively and without delay. Only then can I advocate for others with my full capabilities.
And yes, there are tremendous advances to be made through insightful, wise, conscientious and insistent engagement with our most pressing challenges.
26. Thank you for speaking with us this afternoon.
Answer: You are quite welcome.
