My Third Novel's Conclusion, My Heartbreak

My heart begins to break when I think about completing this particular book -- because this narrative has sustained me like no other story I've known. It's both more personal and more universal than my other works. But beyond memory and archetype, it's a cri-de-coeur about needing to become the person one is destined to be. And in the writing, I have met my own life's work, my own fated journey -- having the sense all the while that the pages are suffused with a resonance, an energy, an electrified field that defies explanation. Writers hope and pray to be overtaken by a work in this way -- to be conscripted into passionate service of a profound story. To experience it even once in a lifetime seems a great privilege. I still have several months before this novel is complete, and this constitutes my reprieve. Because I'm not ready for the beauty to end.

Was the FBI Involved in a Plan to Kill Good?

 1.  Would you care to comment on the killing of Minnesotan Renee Nicole Good by an ICE agent this last week in Minneapolis?

Answer:  The circumstances were highly unusual, and not all of the videos of the incident appear to match.

2.  Where are there inconsistencies?

Answer:  There is a high angle video appearing to show that Good's vehicle forced physical contact with the ICI agent in question, and prior close angle videos don't show that at all.

3.  How can the differences be explained?

Answer:  It's possible that the high angle video, which appeared hours after the original videos, was altered with AI-generated data, or that it was wholly AI-created.

4.  And this material could possibly find its way into a courtroom?

Answer:  Well, the FBI is in charge of this investigation, so we'll see how they handle the evidence.  But I think it's a wise move on the part of Minnesota authorities to conduct a separate inquiry and collect evidence separately.

5.  There has been a complaint that the FBI is not sharing evidence with Minnesota authorities.

Answer:  That's true.  There have also been allegations that the FBI was in direct communication with the ICE officer in question prior to the event, and with his unit commander as well.

6.  Is it possible that the FBI directed this aggression on the part of ICE?

Answer:  This is an important question, and it's one that Minnesota authorities need to be asking.  Certainly, the lack of information sharing by the FBI, tantamount to obstruction of justice, would suggest that there could be evidence that is being altered and/or suppressed.

7.  What should Minnesota authorities be looking for?

Answer:  The text communications involved can be erased from the officers' devices, but they are still present within the carrier's data.  So, if Minnesota authorities subpoena text message and phone record information from AT&T, for example, they can obtain all the texts and phone call data from the ICE officer's phone prior to and following the event.  And the FBI doesn't have the right to suppress that information from Minnesota or from the nation as a whole.

8.  Is it possible that the FBI was trying to send the public a symbolic message in a plan to kill Good, as in an agency effort to kill good itself within the American national interest?

Answer:  Is it possible that the FBI had done all the background work ahead of time to know the name of the driver of Good's vehicle, and is it possible that she was targeted specifically in order to extend this kind of coded communication to the public?

These are speculative questions that are best answered with the communications of the personnel involved.

There shouldn't be a rush to judgement, and everyone should demonstrate a commitment to gathering evidence that has not been tampered with, altered, or created through AI-modalities.

9.  Is the FBI capable of conducting an impartial investigation into this case?

Answer:  If the FBI had communications in advance of the incident regarding Good, then, no, obviously, they cannot be involved in the investigation in any capacity.  So that should be the first order of business -- the question of FBI foreknowledge and communications with the ICE officials involved.

Similarly, when FBI officials such as Txx Lxxxx and FBI affiliates such as Bxxxxxx Pxxx, neither of whom are friends of our nation, have created false evidence pertaining to their own staged crimes wrongfully implicating my family, they cannot be involved in any investigation of their own wrongdoing.

10.  Most recently, the FBI is alleged to have created AI-generated information pertaining to "espionage" allegations connected to your case.  Is that your understanding?

Answer:  This has been recently alleged to me, yes.  And I can only say that, as with all other FBI allegations pertaining to my family, the agency's suggestions of wrongdoing in this case are false and unjustified.  I have not had the chance to see those allegations, nor the false evidence on which they are based.  I simply know that we are honorable people who are loyal to the nation in every respect -- and I cannot say the same for the FBI perpetrators involved in this scheme.

11.  Is Txx Lxxxx' intent the misappropriation of funds in your name or connected to your identity?

Answer:  Without doubt.  Txx Lxxxx has been quite consistent in his avarice, from my perspective, and I think the American people can feel confident that this guides his every decision.

12.  Doesn't Txx Lxxxx now have to worry about exposure of his crimes within the Smithsonian Institution, given that you have provided for your documentation to be transferred to the Museum for a permanent exhibit?  Doesn't the FBI have to worry about it?

Answer:  The FBI appears to view first-degree murder as a solution to all of its problems.  So, if the agency feels at risk of being exposed, and it well may in this case, then the FBI is going to endeavor to create new false allegations that will justify a concealed capital verdict against its detractors.

13.  How can corrupt FBI officials such as Txx Lxxxx most effectively be countered?

Answer:  Exposure, exposure, exposure.  It's simply necessary to hold to the facts, and to insist that -- at least over time -- the names of the worst perpetrators involved in this case be rendered public for all those who have curiosity about what happened to their freedoms.

14.  The FBI has seemed to ask you to redact names, including Txx Lxxxx and Bxxxxxx Pxxx, from your IRCC claim.  Where does that stand?

Answer:  I would be happy to consider that redaction if I had appropriate attorney representation that allowed for two-way dialogue.  In the absence of that, no changes to the content of my IRCC claim can be accomplished.  I'm simply not willing to guess about the interests of the nation in the context of this documentation.  And I should not have to guess.

15.  What are the chances that you can obtain legal representation to your satisfaction regarding this concern and others as they pertain to your case?

Answer:  The FBI has appeared to defame me to every attorney I have ever contacted.  In this case, they are working against their own interests.  How long will it take them to reason this through?  Do they have any attorneys who can help them to understand that they have painted themselves into a corner on this issue?  Are they really going to proceed with plans of harm toward my family or myself in a futile attempt to avoid agency culpability regarding this case?

These are all questions that are best asked of the FBI.

16.  Will you please keep us apprised of your family's wellbeing and your own as these FBI officials and associates attempt to evade their responsibility for extensive wrongdoing in this matter?

Answer:  I certainly will.

17.  Thank you for speaking with us this morning.

Answer:  You are most welcome.
