1. To continue your comments regarding U.S. hegemony, what are the possible events that could lead to a flagrant cancellation of the midterm elections, and to cancellation of elections beyond that point?
Answer: Any event that represents a public disaster that the Executive Branch could claim to be related to national security could fall under this heading. So, for example, an EMP that is determined to originate with Iran, Russia, or their affiliates could be a significant event allowing the President to declare a State of Emergency and cancel elections.
2. What would be the motivation for the Executive Branch to cancel the midterm elections?
Answer: If President Trump knew that his actions were worthy of impeachment by a Democratic-led Senate and House, and if the polls continued to show that the American people were losing confidence in President Trump, then we could see these types of events.
3. Could we expect there to be guardrails that would prevent this de facto coup? Could the Supreme Court disallow the cancellation of federal elections?
Answer: They absolutely could insist that Constitutional provisions be upheld, but, due to the power of the President to declare a State of Emergency, President Trump could no doubt delay elections for a substantive period of time.
4. Is President Trump reported to have stolen funds from your accounts regarding your case before the Supreme Court?
Answer: If you're asking whether a sitting President could have a powerful motivation not to be caught for misappropriations that constitute massive theft from the National Treasury in a case such as this one, then, obviously, this would be an overwhelming incentive for the cancellation of elections that might shift the balance of power in the U.S. Congress.
5. How do you view the increased aggression toward your older son this evening, in the form of his handler's requirement that he attend a Pxxxxxx Program meeting against his will and your own?
Answer: Given that he was allegedly provided with a non-conventional vector of harm at that meeting, intended to be used against our own family members, I don't view it as a disinterested observer. I think this represents a highly aggressive choice by the FBI and its affiliates, and I think it characterizes how deeply and unrepentantly wrong the FBI has been about this case from the beginning.
6. Are you disappointed by everyone involved in this plan to perpetrate further harm against your family members and yourself for profit?
Answer: That's fair to say. Extremely disappointed.
7. What is your response to allegations that your electric power is scheduled to be cut off by the FBI tonight in order to facilitate an unwarranted home invasion with the intent of perpetrating violence?
Answer: I have received these threats for a long time, so I think we need to ask what has changed. Does Txx Lxxxx believe that he might be exposed of appalling abuse of my family's human rights in this case? Do his friends affiliated with the FBI fear the same exposure?
8. Could they and President Trump possibly fear exposure through the exhibit for which you have provided at the Smithsonian Institution regarding your case?
Answer: Certainly, depending on the established facts of the case, this is possible.
9. How can you stop Txx Lxxxx from defaming you and your family members based on his own crimes and those of his FBI cohort?
Answer: Again, I think public illumination of the facts is the remedy.
10. Does Txx Lxxxx have federal immunity based on the profiteering he has overseen regarding your case?
Answer: This is highly likely. However, he does not have immunity from exposure to the American public. Nor do his friends. These men need to face the possibility that history will memorialize them for the worst of their acts, and that they will be forever known as traitors to the American people based on misappropriations relating to this case.
11. Have you received any outreach whatsoever regarding your case?
Answer: None.
12. How would you feel about communication from the Smithsonian Institution?
Answer: I would be delighted by it, and in truth, I invite it as soon as possible.
13. Isn't the government going to be forced to talk with you about all that has transpired in this case due to the fact that you are likely to be curating an exhibit that involves both elected and appointed officials?
Answer: If so, there were exceptionally poor decisions being made this evening with regard to my older son. I must assume that my younger son and daughter-in-law are the victim of parallel abuses of power.
14. Is President Trump ordering your sons to sign knowingly false witness statements about your family?
Answer: The FBI appears to allege that President Trump is ordering them to wrongfully attest that I am mentally ill and therefore am allegedly ineligible to receive funds awarded in my name or affiliated with my identity.
15. Have you ever been diagnosed with mental illness?
Answer: No, I have not.
16. Have you ever experienced symptoms of mental illness?
Answer: No.
17. Do you feel depressed or anxious?
Answer: Remarkably, I don't. I think most people would experience a degree of hypervigilance after having been stalked by Txx Lxxxx and his FBI cohort for a period of eight years. I have experienced a skull fracture at the hair salon as a direct result of wrongful FBI conduct, for example. So, it's necessary to be aware of one's surroundings. But I am not anxious or depressed.
The truth of the matter is that Txx Lxxxx and Bxxxxxx Pxxx are the ones on medication for mental illness.
I'm sorry they feel ashamed of their diagnoses.
But they ought not to try to project them wrongfully onto other people.
18. Haven't your sons acknowledged many times that you are lucid and cogent, and that you have not been diagnosed with mental illness?
Answer: Many times.
19. What needs to happen to call a halt to the unconscionable abuses of power by Txx Lxxxx, Bxxxxxx Pxxx, President Trump, and other FBI personnel affiliated with this matter?
Answer: No one should be ordering my sons to lie about our family for any reason. That needs to be stopped immediately. And no one should be ordering my sons to cause harm to our family other than defamation for any reason either. If President Trump cannot curb his own behavior in this realm, then others need to assist him in pointing out that history will not view those actions favorably.
20. Who might point this out to the President?
Answer: Leading members of Congress could certainly explain that these constitute appalling violations of human rights. Cabinet members could delineate the same concerns. The Attorney General could express the profound ethical problems with such a course of conduct from a sitting U.S. President.
21. Should President Trump persist in an alleged plan to direct federal law enforcement personnel to arrest you at your home?
Answer: Is this a rhetorical question?
22. You have been speaking about the dangers of the FBI's knowingly falsified law enforcement reporting for years. Does the American public know the significance of your case?
Answer: Not yet. But I hope they will come to know it well.
23. May I ask why?
Answer: Because if certain specifics of this case become widely known, that will mean we have an opportunity to reclaim the long term human rights of Americans in the future. I hope the Smithsonian Institution will support this process as the repository of all of the critical documentation associated with this matter.
24. And, as you said, you hope to curate an exhibit associated with this case?
Answer: I do, yes.
25. Will you please keep us updated on your family's wellbeing and your own?
Answer: Most assuredly.
26. Thank you for speaking with us this evening.
Answer: You are quite welcome.
