My Third Novel's Conclusion, My Heartbreak

My heart begins to break when I think about completing this particular book -- because this narrative has sustained me like no other story I've known. It's both more personal and more universal than my other works. But beyond memory and archetype, it's a cri-de-coeur about needing to become the person one is destined to be. And in the writing, I have met my own life's work, my own fated journey -- having the sense all the while that the pages are suffused with a resonance, an energy, an electrified field that defies explanation. Writers hope and pray to be overtaken by a work in this way -- to be conscripted into passionate service of a profound story. To experience it even once in a lifetime seems a great privilege. I still have several months before this novel is complete, and this constitutes my reprieve. Because I'm not ready for the beauty to end.

Pitcairn Island

 1.  When you see the manipulations of FBI personnel like Txx Lxxxx and their affiliates like Bxxxxxx Pxxx, do you feel that they should face criminal charges for their misconduct?

Answer:  I do.  These men have continued to engage in human trafficking crimes that are now prohibited by the DOJ, and that conduct alone should mean that they are accountable in a court of law.

2.  Should that proceeding be an open courtroom?

Answer:  It should, but the FBI and its affiliate agencies will be extremely reluctant to acknowledge their participation in the human trafficking of America's youth.  They will make the argument that this is a "national security secret," and in this way, attempt to avoid public accountability.

3.  What are your thoughts about that argument?

Answer:  It's just astonishing to me that human traffickers could be hiding behind any argument pertaining to "national security."  National security means that the fundamental order of dignity and human rights are being upheld for our nation's children and youth.  Any nation that abandons its children has no future at all.

The DOJ has stripped away the provenance of the FBI to participate in human trafficking within the United States through recent provision of new regulations, but that also must mean that the CIA and DHS and other agencies cannot pick up that slack at the FBI's bidding.  Otherwise, the FBI is treating other government agencies as contractors in the appalling harm of American youth through human trafficking, and the DOJ has every right to illuminate these crimes and to punish them.

4.  What is the chance that we will be able to openly recognize the trafficking crimes of men like Txx Lxxxx and Bxxxxxx Pxxx, along with the supposed law enforcement institutions that have shielded them?

Answer:  You know, the truth is extremely stubborn and persistent, and I think these men will be known through the long span of history for having betrayed the nation.

5.  Do you feel they have committed treason?

Answer:  Oh, yes.  Without question.  Of course, they should be entitled to the due process they have denied to others.  But from this vantage, I can attest that it appears that they have departed from mission and objectives to cause gratuitous and indefensible harm to American innocents.

And that's a large part of the reason why the funds awarded in my case through the OIG Hotline need to be protected and defended against all incursions.

6.  Can you illuminate that belief further?

Answer:  Sadists cannot be paid for committing needless harm.  It's as simple as that.  We cannot allow these individuals to feed off of the high character of their victims.  And we cannot allow profiteers to benefit from the rape of the nation as a whole.  If that sounds like hyperbole, it's regrettably not.

The only reason the American public is not outraged over the FBI's human trafficking crimes is that they have no idea what the agency has done to harm them in this one regard.

7.  What do you think of the fact that the FBI is apparently being shielded from accountability at this time?

Answer:  Their feet need to be held to the fire on this.  There needs to be zero tolerance.

8.  What will happen if the regulations preventing the FBI from continuing to commit human trafficking crimes are ignored, or if the agency simply tasks its affiliate agencies with the daily machinations of human trafficking within the United States?

Answer:  If the FBI's human trafficking crimes continue unabated, the nation will ultimately fail.  So those are the highest possible stakes, and we need to understand them clearly.

For a reference point, we might look back to the case of Pitcairn Island, a sexual assault prosecution which went to trial in Great Britain in 2004.  The island's inhabitants were all descendants of Fletcher Christian, who famously mutinied The Bounty in the eighteenth century.

Approximately one third of the male inhabitants of the island were raping and terrorizing the rest of the population with impunity, and so, these assaults had become systematized and routinized, though never accepted by the victims, of course.  https://www.theguardian.com/world/2016/mar/11/pitcairn-child-abuse-images-mayor

But women and children -- and some young men -- were being brutally oppressed through everyday instances of rape and abuse.  The case was ultimately taken to a British court, where the victims prevailed.

But it was astonishing to see the extent to which the perpetrators argued on their own behalf.  There were so many witnesses to their crimes, the assailants never argued that they were innocent.

Instead, their defense consisted of the argument that British law -- and in fact any laws anywhere -- should not apply to them.

And this is of course the argument that the FBI is making in the United States right now -- that no laws should apply.

9.  And your point is that societies cannot withstand this kind of destruction of the vulnerable over time?

Answer:  That's correct.  They cannot.  Pitcairn appears to have an opportunity to reform, but only because of the presence of outsiders on the island who are offering close watch over the inhabitants at the current time.

And the lesson here is that societies cannot right themselves when there is concealed sexual predation of the kind the FBI is currently perpetrating.

The agency is trafficking the vulnerable and then lying about their victims by calling them prostitutes, homosexuals, drug addicts, alcoholics, etc., which then permits the agency to "surveil" those young people they are so mercilessly exploiting in the first place.

10. Is it a crime within the FBI for an American to have a non-binary sexual preference?

Answer:  It allegedly is, yes.  The FBI allegedly targets homosexuals and trans Americans as a matter of policy.

11.  But doesn't the FBI maintain a notably gay institutional culture that was created by J. Edgar Hoover, who was closeted, but still forcing young FBI recruits to attend gay gatherings regularly?

Answer:  Yes, it does.

12.  So, how does this align with the agency's victimization of others?

Answer:  There's a great deal of projection going on, obviously.  Many gay agents within the FBI are married, like Txx Lxxxx is married.  So, almost everything about these individuals is a sham.  They're not truthful about their own lives, and they're not truthful about anyone else's lives either.

13.  You must be deeply offended by the actions of Txx Lxxxx and Bxxxxxx Pxxx in harming your older son yesterday while you waiting outside the building in which a support meeting was meant to be taking place.

Answer:  Deeply appalled.  Yes.  Deeply indignant.

14.  What do these men owe you?

Answer:  The question is what do they owe the nation?  And the answer is everything.  Under color of law, they have ruthlessly and mercilessly exploited America's most vulnerable.

15.  It's not only sexual exploitation, is it?  Haven't Txx Lxxxx and Bxxxxxx Pxxx directed that your children be rendered seriously ill with numerous diseases that could take their lives?

Answer:  Yes, they have.

16.  And haven't Txx Lxxxx and Bxxxxxx Pxxx then coerced false witness statements from your children in return for medical treatment that was otherwise withheld?

Answer:  Yes, they have.  Repeatedly.

17.  Meanwhile, you have been endeavoring not only to protect your children but also to defend the long term human rights of Americans as a whole, even though you have not received proper confirmation of the funds currently held in your name by the DOJ and its affiliates.

Answer:  That is correct.  One of the ways in which I can demonstrate my quality of character is to donate to causes that will help defend the long term human rights of the American people.

Would I be able to do a better job of this if I were appropriately acknowledged and engaged by the DOJ?  Without question, yes.

But even with one hand tied behind my back, blindfolded, I can still put the FBI to shame by my goodwill toward others.

18.  Your older son's handler has directed your older son to use highly unusual language in conversation with you yesterday and today, hasn't he?

Answer:  He has.

19.  What was that language, please?

Answer:  Yesterday, my son raised a question about "moral standing" or "moral standards," which I immediately flagged.  And this morning, he used the words "strayed" and "character," which I called out once more.

As soon as I challenged him, he openly and immediately backed off, acknowledging that he believed me when I expressed that I have had only one intimate partner over my lifetime, that of my husband of the last thirty-five years.

And he also stated that he knows I am not a criminal of any sort, that I have never engaged in human trafficking, espionage, terrorism, theft, or any sort of crimes.

He further stated that he believes I maintain the highest moral standing in my life and that I always have.

20.  So what is the agency after when your son's handler directs him to use vocabulary like "moral standards," "strayed" and "character"?

Answer:  The FBI is attempting to impugn my character as a whole, and clearly to suggest that I have had improper relationships, which is simply not the case.

My honor is important to me, and I will defend it.

21.  You have only had one intimate partner over your lifetime, is that correct?

Answer:  Yes, it is.  The FBI threatens regularly to harm me through assault by a contractor.  But that has not occurred, and I hope this writing will shame the FBI sufficiently to stop extending that threat.

22.  What if the FBI attempted to bribe you into a false admission about your relationships?

Answer:  My soul is not for sale.

23.  Well spoken.

Answer:  The truth is always well spoken, isn't it?

24.  What needs to happen next?

Answer:  Apologies from the FBI that begin and do not stop.  And that goes for the top all the way down.  Alongside this, I should have immediate outreach from the DOJ regarding my case.

25.  You have stated that there is a great deal of work to be done in preserving Americans' long term human rights, and further, that you would like to be engaging in that work at every possible inflection point.

Answer:  That is correct.

But my children need to be offered immediate retirement, at the same time that their health is restored.  And Txx Lxxxx and Bxxxxxx Pxxx should not be empowered to prevent that from occurring.  On the contrary, they should face immediate repercussions for the harm my children have suffered at their directive.

Our human rights need to be reclaimed assertively and without delay.  Only then can I advocate for others with my full capabilities.

And yes, there are tremendous advances to be made through insightful, wise, conscientious and insistent engagement with our most pressing challenges.

26.  Thank you for speaking with us this afternoon.

Answer:  You are quite welcome.

Masks as Metaphor

1.  What are your thoughts regarding masks for ICE officers?

Answer:  Honorable individuals do not wear masks.  Those working for the federal government, federal law enforcement agencies or local police and sheriff's departments shouldn't either.

2.  Yet there is a strong push for anonymity among some federal policy makers at this time.

Answer:  I understand the desire they have for anonymity.  They are working with exceptionally difficult mission and objectives.

But people's behavior changes radically when they believe there is no accountability for them, now or in the future.

And we simply cannot afford that flagrant impunity without risking a permanent loss of human rights.

3.  Do you believe we are all responsible for what we do?

Answer:  Of course I do.  The one exception occurs when an individual's sovereignty has been violated.  In that case, we need to know the names of those who violated the individual's self-determination, and that information needs to be documented for the history books.

Masks, whether physical or metaphorical, run counter to that illumination.

4.  In what way do ongoing threats from the FBI against your children pertain to masks?

Answer:  In every way, because the coercion of my children has been vigorously concealed from public scrutiny.

The threats of the FBI to wrongfully take the lives of my sons and daughter-in-law, to direct them to write false autobiographical content, to wrongfully direct them to cause harm to others, including our own family, to wrongfully command them to claim mental illness or abuse on the part of one or both parents, to wrongfully direct them to sign knowingly false witness statements -- these all stand as unconscionable abuses of power.    How many times has the FBI threatened to withhold medical care from them unless they sign false documentation?

We need to illuminate the FBI's habitual predation in this realm, and I hope my case will allow that opportunity.

That means no masks.

5.  How much in settlements has been awarded to accounts in your name or associated with your identity regarding this case?

Answer:  Over fifty T, according to the FBI.

6.  Are misappropriated funds now being returned to those accounts by necessity?

Answer:  I certainly hope and expect that they will be returned, yes.

7.  Can the history of those misappropriations be concealed?

Answer:  No, not without my consent.

8.  Do you expect that ICE officers will continue to be masked for the time being?

Answer:  I do, because federal policy prerogatives are dominant at this juncture.  But the public is alarmed about this development, as they are alarmed by de facto immunity when Americans lose their lives in interactions with ICE personnel.

9.  What are our obligations to the American public in the long term?

Answer:  In the long term, our obligations to the American people include speaking the truth about the fact that all of our freedoms are dependent on our successful stewardship of the environment.  Our human rights are predicated on our understanding that we must share in the urgent responsibility to achieve global sustainability.

If we want to be free, we also need to be responsible.

And that means that our world view needs to evolve and quite rapidly so.

10.  Thank you for speaking with us this afternoon.

Answer:  You are most welcome.

Minnesota: A Reflection of a World's Hidden Crisis

 1.  Should anyone be withdrawing or appropriating funds from your accounts for the purpose of funding ICE activities in Minnesota or elsewhere?

Answer:  The answer is an unequivocal no.  My case is about the preservation of Americans' long term human rights, and I do not believe that awards extended to me for the support of this objective should be routed to ICE under any circumstances.

2.  What are we seeing in Minnesota?  Why is there such a conflict unfolding between state and federal authorities?

Answer:  There is a divergence between state and federal policy in Minnesota, and this extends to other states as well, that demonstrates that Americans' short term human rights will no longer be defended by the federal agencies we have depended upon in the past.  The FBI, the DHS, the CBP, and the DOJ are not going to be able to protect our short term civil liberties.

Americans need to understand the severity of the circumstances, and they need to comprehend that this represents a substantial change that will require their attention, their concern, and their adaptation.

Federal policy will outweigh state policy in the near future.

3.  Is it going to be illegal for Americans to take videos of ICE agents on duty?

Answer:  There will be draconian responses to active filming of ICE agents and other federal officials, in my opinion.

4.  Why?

Answer:  Because those videos are overwhelmingly democratizing and they can be distributed immediately, with no time delay whatsoever.  AI-generated video that falsely depicts a certain event takes a few hours to produce, although that time interval is decreasing.

5.  What are the larger forces that are driving this change in federal conduct?

Answer:  We're experiencing a global climate crisis which has reached a critical inflection point.  And very few people are openly discussing the seriousness of this situation.  Specifically, the federal government has decided not to address it publicly.  Instead, we're seeing radical shifts in law enforcement policies that will be having profound effects on the whole of the nation and on others.

6.  Could we address the climate crisis in an open and transparent manner?

Answer:  In the short term, there has been a determination that we're simply out of time.

In the long term, we are going to need the military leadership to actively speak to the public on a regular basis in order to depoliticize the issue.  The American people will need to understand that, in the future, we will all share a responsibility for stewardship of the environment to a much greater extent than has been accepted heretofore.

The reality is that our Constitution, as well as the founding documents of many other nations, enshrined our individual rights, but did not delineate our responsibilities to the earth as a whole.

In the future, we will grasp that our sovereignty is in fact dependent on our fulfillment of our responsibilities in a larger environmental context.

And unless we learn to speak openly about this, then humanity itself will become irrevocably and needlessly diminished.

7.  Should we have endeavored to address environmental concerns differently in the past?

Answer:  If we could, we would go back to the 1970's and 1980's and set a new direction.  Yes, clearly.

We needed the support of military leadership, religious leadership, community leadership, state leadership and federal leadership -- on all levels.

And yes, this coordination would be achievable -- as I hope it still will be.

8.  You have said that you acknowledge the immense difficulty of the FBI's mission and objectives.

Answer:  I do.  I am not at liberty to state what the mission and objectives are at this moment in time.  But they are tremendously difficult.

At the same time, my case is intended to allow me to uphold and preserve the long term human rights of Americans, and, by extension, all those who are affected by our long term human rights.

So, I cannot diminish that cause by allowing misappropriation of funds for ICE, DHS, CBP, the FBI or others who are focused on difficult short term goals that have been set by those who oppose human sovereignty.

That would subvert, distort, and diminish all that good people have been working toward with regard to this matter.

9.  You have substantive goals for the long term freedom of Americans.  Are they expensive?

Answer:  Yes.  Freedom is not free.  We are going to need to invest in the long term future of the nation through preservation of our access to our truthful history, our truthful present, our sustainable environment and our accountable future.  In so doing, we can also rescue free speech, freedom of the press, the right to free and peaceable assembly, the right to private property, access to education, the right of self-determination and sovereignty, and many other foundational liberties in the long term.

Again, our freedom and our responsibilities are inextricably intertwined.

We want a future that is free from programs of knowingly falsified law enforcement reporting by the FBI and others.

And that will require thoughtful and insightful and trustful and cooperative engagement among good people, myself included.

10.  Thank you for speaking with us this morning.

Answer:  You are quite welcome.

Reflections on the Loss of Leading American Fusion Scientist, Dr. Nuno Loureiro

1.  You have wanted to comment on the loss of MIT Professor Nuno Loureiro for quite some time.

Answer:  Yes, I have.

2.  Dr. Loureiro was a professor who focused on leading-edge fusion research.  Is that correct?

Answer:  Yes, he studied fusion dynamics within vacuum chambers, in addition to, according to MIT President Sally Kornbluth, "magnetized plasma dynamics, magnetic field amplification, and confinement and transport in fusion plasmas."

He was applying quantum computing algorithms to his fusion research, and he drew the attention of the U.S. Department of Energy on that basis, alongside his other accomplishments.

3.  He was the Director of MIT's Plasma Science and Fusion Center.  Is that the case?

Answer:  It was, yes.

4.  What caught your eye about his biography?

Answer:  He apparently won the Presidential Early Career Award for Scientists and Engineers in 2025.  https://news.mit.edu/2025/nuno-loureiro-professor-director-plasma-science-and-fusion-center-dies-1216

5.  Was this unusual?

Answer:  It was unusual only due to the fact that Dr. Loureiro was not in his early career, having completed his Ph.D. in 2005.

6.  He had completed his doctoral degree twenty years prior?

Answer:  He had, yes.

7.  And those who typically win this award have been awarded their doctoral degrees how many years previously?

Answer:  Five to ten years.  In addition, his contributions were clearly not novice additions to the field.

8.  Would the Department of Energy have realized the importance of his progress toward solving the complex problems of fusion energy production that was reliable, stable and virtually inexhaustible?

Answer:  Oh, yes.  This would have been known.

9.  Why did the DOE nominate him for an award that was in many ways too little of an acknowledgement?

Answer:  Why, indeed?  And why did it happen so soon before Dr.  Loureiro's violent demise?  This sort of thing doesn't happen to MIT professors, generally.

10.  What information is missing from this timeline?  What information would you yourself like to have regarding these events?

Answer:  I would like to know about the content of Dr. Loureiro's file within the FBI, frankly.

11.  How do you know there is an FBI file about Dr. Loureiro?

Answer:  There is an FBI file on every American citizen, minors included.

So, he certainly had a dossier.  And I would like to know what false reporting was inside it.

Were there any false allegations of espionage?  Were there false allegations of the conveyance of valuable scientific discoveries to China?  Portugal?  Other nations?

Was there falsified law enforcement reporting connected to Dr. Loureiro's attendance at scientific conferences?  His travel through airports?  His stay in hotels?

Was there false messaging?  AI-generated video and audio?  And how far back did the false espionage charges go?

12.  Why would it be important for you to know the specific contents of the dossier about Dr. Loureiro?

Answer:  There are only a few false allegations for which the FBI and its affiliate agencies can gain permission from a judge through a concealed court proceeding to take the life of a defendant.  So, it would be important to know whether the FBI was falsely claiming any of these crimes in this case.

13.  What are those false claims?

Answer:  Espionage, terrorism, extending threats to a public figure, elected official or judge, and capital crimes.

Also, if the FBI makes an argument that an American has an exotic disease that will become the newest worldwide pandemic, they can gain permission to murder him or her through that accusation as well.

So, I would wish to know what the FBI was claiming about Dr. Loureiro.

14.  If the FBI was falsely claiming serious malfeasance by Dr. Loureiro, what would that tell you?

Answer:  It would tell me that Dr. Loureiro had just made an important discovery about fusion energy, one that he was preparing to share with a wider audience.

15.  Is the FBI interested in suppressing discoveries pertaining to fusion energy?

Answer:  There seems to be a consensus within the FBI that China is going to be allowed to dominate in fusion energy advancement over time.

This means that any significant discoveries in fusion made by U.S. scientists are going to be transferred to China by the FBI, which will later accuse the U.S. scientists of espionage activities in order to shield the agency from charges of treason.

16.  What is the likelihood that Dr. Loureiro's death was happenstance?

Answer:  The violent nature of the death combined with the inappropriate "early career" award places the likelihood of a random event at below 20 percent.

17.  What should happen now with regard to the nation's loss of Dr. Loureiro, which appears to have been entirely gratuitous?

Answer:  The U.S. Congress should gain access to the FBI file on Dr. Loureiro, without redactions, and this should happen as soon as possible.

18.  In the event that serious falsified law enforcement reporting is located there, what should happen next?

Answer:  The Congress should address the need for a push for a Manhattan Project on fusion energy development by the United States, an area I am endeavoring to address.  We obviously need to be funding quantum computing research in as many applications of fusion energy as possible.  Dr. Loureiro's specific focus would be an excellent place to start.

And the Congress should expressly restrict the FBI and its affiliate agencies from harming high contributors to the national interest in any sphere.  If in fact Dr. Loureiro's demise was justified by knowingly falsified law enforcement reporting, then certain laws protecting Americans should be pursued in his honor, in my opinion.

19.  Does the world really need China to be in charge of fusion energy for the foreseeable future?

Answer:  No, this would lead to predictably dystopian outcomes for everyone.

20.  Thank you for speaking with us this evening.

Answer:  You are most welcome.

On the Subject of American-Led Initiatives in Fusion Energy Development

The following represents a communication sent to the OIG Hotline of the U.S. DOJ on January 24, 2026 at 7:33 PM Pacific time.  This was originally sent as a confidential email, but apparent threats to my health and safety, and that of my loved ones, have required that I render these details fully public at this juncture.

Redacted segments below originally addressed confidentiality concerns in detail, considerations which are now moot.

*******************************************************************

OIG Hotline, this stands as a sensitive communication.

The details about fusion as a clean energy source were allegedly given to an American scientist who worked for the U.S. military in 1992.

That information was reportedly suppressed.

President George H.W. Bush was allegedly briefed on the development, but is reported to have chosen not to go public with it at that time.

The scientist involved was allegedly cautioned to tell no one, and he held to that obligation.

The information was allegedly shared with a number of subsequent administrations, but there were apparently pressures in each case to hold it outside of the public view.

Now, at this critical juncture in our climate crisis, we need to ask to whom this information belongs.

Who "owns" it?  And toward what purpose?

Domestic investment in fusion research is now increasing in the private sphere, but U.S. capabilities are lagging behind China as of this writing.

In the meantime, China wields profound influence over U.S. policy, including energy policy, due to its holdings of U.S. treasuries.

The current administration has strong ties to Saudi Arabian oil interests, and this conflict of interest is unlikely to change in the near term.

As it stands, without intervention, the U.S. will cede control of fusion energy to China, and thus relinquish a leadership role of many pressing concerns that are global in scope.

The best course of action is behind us, in 1992, when the gift of the specifics of fusion as a viable energy source should have led to a broad-scale shift to clean energy worldwide.

My impression is that every possible inflection point must be engaged with -- which is to say, we need to try to made the difference in every possible time frame.

The stakes are staggeringly high.  And if we are hesitant in this necessity, the whole planet may be diminished in terms of the integrity of the environment.  So, too, if we fail to take the appropriate action, the sovereignty of the United States and the individual human rights which rely on that sovereignty may be abandoned.

This immense risk has been caused by undue secrecy and abundant conflict of interest, both.

Accordingly, I ask that 100 billion dollars from funds awarded in my name, a variation of my name, or associated with my identity be placed in a non-profit foundation dedicated to the prompt development of a viable fusion energy technology and its applications for the American public.'

The foundation should be overseen by an individual whose colleagues regard him or her as possessing the highest possible character and integrity.

Funds awarded to me have been designated as those with a focus on the preservation of the long term human rights of the American public, and it can be reasonably argued that there will be no viable human rights for the American public without successful resolution of our current climate crisis.

Priorities for these funds should be established with the assistance of lead fusion research personnel at Princeton University, MIT, University of Wisconsin-Madison, University of Texas at Austin, UC San Diego, University of Rochester, and the University of Michigan.

Infrastructure Tokamak projects which leapfrog designs of recent Chinese construction focused on fusion research should be viewed as a necessity.

It would be best for the U.S. military to assign a high-ranking, recently retired (though still in his/her prime) operations manager to oversee the necessary breakthroughs and development.  This needs to be someone who has ongoing close ties to the military leadership, and someone with stellar character and credentials, along with flawless loyalty to the United States.

This endeavor should be viewed as a "Manhattan Project" regarding fusion energy.  There should be ambitious goal-setting on a tight timeline of two to three years.  There should be plenty of brilliant academics, and an operations person on the military side, as stated -- all of whom will be key.  And there must be one individual, referenced above, who possesses unique information to assist.

Financial support is to be rendered public, (redacted content).  Having said that, the amount of the investment must be disclosed and the effort must be broadly publicized as a non-governmental initiative.  This allocation is dependent upon broad public disclosure of the investment, given that it cannot succeed without public awareness.

There must be recognition of the interests of oil companies and certain foreign nations in attempting to undermine the United States' efforts in the realm of fusion energy.  Protection for key personnel will be required.

If this investment on behalf of the American people bears fruit in the development of viable fusion energy technologies, I would ask that an effort be made to gradually refund the foundation from others' commercialization of those technologies so that further efforts toward the adoption of fusion technologies can be subsequently funded in a virtuous cycle from the original non-profit commitment to the wellbeing of the American people.

Environmental preservation is inextricably tied to our rescue of Americans' long term human rights.

The dedication of these funds to this effort is to be matched with careful accounting and protection from graft.  Any extortion attempts must be reported within records kept by the foundation, with transfer of those records to the Smithsonian Institution on a yearly basis for longer term inclusion in an exhibit regarding this case.  (Redacted content.)

Dr. Luis R. Carney should be included in the personnel recruited for this effort.

I will provide your Office with further documentation regarding this critical concern.

Most sincerely,

Lane MacWilliams

On the Subject of U.S. Hegemony, Part 2

 1.  To continue your comments regarding U.S. hegemony, what are the possible events that could lead to a flagrant cancellation of the midterm elections, and to cancellation of elections beyond that point?

Answer:  Any event that represents a public disaster that the Executive Branch could claim to be related to national security could fall under this heading.  So, for example, an EMP that is determined to originate with Iran, Russia, or their affiliates could be a significant event allowing the President to declare a State of Emergency and cancel elections.

2.  What would be the motivation for the Executive Branch to cancel the midterm elections?

Answer:  If President Trump knew that his actions were worthy of impeachment by a Democratic-led Senate and House, and if the polls continued to show that the American people were losing confidence in President Trump, then we could see these types of events.

3.  Could we expect there to be guardrails that would prevent this de facto coup?  Could the Supreme Court disallow the cancellation of federal elections?

Answer:  They absolutely could insist that Constitutional provisions be upheld, but, due to the power of the President to declare a State of Emergency, President Trump could no doubt delay elections for a substantive period of time.

4.  Is President Trump reported to have stolen funds from your accounts regarding your case before the Supreme Court?

Answer:  If you're asking whether a sitting President could have a powerful motivation not to be caught for misappropriations that constitute massive theft from the National Treasury in a case such as this one, then, obviously, this would be an overwhelming incentive for the cancellation of elections that might shift the balance of power in the U.S. Congress.

5.  How do you view the increased aggression toward your older son this evening, in the form of his handler's requirement that he attend a Pxxxxxx Program meeting against his will and your own?

Answer:  Given that he was allegedly provided with a non-conventional vector of harm at that meeting, intended to be used against our own family members, I don't view it as a disinterested observer.  I think this represents a highly aggressive choice by the FBI and its affiliates, and I think it characterizes how deeply and unrepentantly wrong the FBI has been about this case from the beginning.

6.  Are you disappointed by everyone involved in this plan to perpetrate further harm against your family members and yourself for profit?

Answer:  That's fair to say.  Extremely disappointed.

7.  What is your response to allegations that your electric power is scheduled to be cut off by the FBI tonight in order to facilitate an unwarranted home invasion with the intent of perpetrating violence?

Answer:  I have received these threats for a long time, so I think we need to ask what has changed.  Does Txx Lxxxx believe that he might be exposed of appalling abuse of my family's human rights in this case?  Do his friends affiliated with the FBI fear the same exposure?

8.  Could they and President Trump possibly fear exposure through the exhibit for which you have provided at the Smithsonian Institution regarding your case?

Answer:  Certainly, depending on the established facts of the case, this is possible.

9.  How can you stop Txx Lxxxx from defaming you and your family members based on his own crimes and those of his FBI cohort?

Answer:  Again, I think public illumination of the facts is the remedy.

10.  Does Txx Lxxxx have federal immunity based on the profiteering he has overseen regarding your case?

Answer:  This is highly likely.  However, he does not have immunity from exposure to the American public.  Nor do his friends.  These men need to face the possibility that history will memorialize them for the worst of their acts, and that they will be forever known as traitors to the American people based on misappropriations relating to this case.

11.  Have you received any outreach whatsoever regarding your case?

Answer:  None.

12.  How would you feel about communication from the Smithsonian Institution?

Answer:  I would be delighted by it, and in truth, I invite it as soon as possible.

13.  Isn't the government going to be forced to talk with you about all that has transpired in this case due to the fact that you are likely to be curating an exhibit that involves both elected and appointed officials?

Answer:  If so, there were exceptionally poor decisions being made this evening with regard to my older son.  I must assume that my younger son and daughter-in-law are the victim of parallel abuses of power.

14.  Is President Trump ordering your sons to sign knowingly false witness statements about your family?

Answer:  The FBI appears to allege that President Trump is ordering them to wrongfully attest that I am mentally ill and therefore am allegedly ineligible to receive funds awarded in my name or affiliated with my identity.

15.  Have you ever been diagnosed with mental illness?

Answer:  No, I have not.

16.  Have you ever experienced symptoms of mental illness?

Answer:  No.

17.  Do you feel depressed or anxious?

Answer:  Remarkably, I don't.  I think most people would experience a degree of hypervigilance after having been stalked by Txx Lxxxx and his FBI cohort for a period of eight years.  I have experienced a skull fracture at the hair salon as a direct result of wrongful FBI conduct, for example.  So, it's necessary to be aware of one's surroundings.  But I am not anxious or depressed.

The truth of the matter is that Txx Lxxxx and Bxxxxxx Pxxx are the ones on medication for mental illness.

I'm sorry they feel ashamed of their diagnoses.

But they ought not to try to project them wrongfully onto other people.

18.  Haven't your sons acknowledged many times that you are lucid and cogent, and that you have not been diagnosed with mental illness?

Answer:  Many times.

19.  What needs to happen to call a halt to the unconscionable abuses of power by Txx Lxxxx, Bxxxxxx Pxxx, President Trump, and other FBI personnel affiliated with this matter?

Answer:  No one should be ordering my sons to lie about our family for any reason.  That needs to be stopped immediately.  And no one should be ordering my sons to cause harm to our family other than defamation for any reason either.  If President Trump cannot curb his own behavior in this realm, then others need to assist him in pointing out that history will not view those actions favorably.

20.  Who might point this out to the President?

Answer:  Leading members of Congress could certainly explain that these constitute appalling violations of human rights.  Cabinet members could delineate the same concerns.  The Attorney General could express the profound ethical problems with such a course of conduct from a sitting U.S. President.

21.  Should President Trump persist in an alleged plan to direct federal law enforcement personnel to arrest you at your home?

Answer:  Is this a rhetorical question?

22.  You have been speaking about the dangers of the FBI's knowingly falsified law enforcement reporting for years.  Does the American public know the significance of your case?

Answer:  Not yet.  But I hope they will come to know it well.

23.  May I ask why?

Answer:  Because if certain specifics of this case become widely known, that will mean we have an opportunity to reclaim the long term human rights of Americans in the future.  I hope the Smithsonian Institution will support this process as the repository of all of the critical documentation associated with this matter.

24.  And, as you said, you hope to curate an exhibit associated with this case?

Answer:  I do, yes.

25.  Will you please keep us updated on your family's wellbeing and your own?

Answer:  Most assuredly.

26.  Thank you for speaking with us this evening.

Answer:  You are quite welcome.

On the Subject of U.S. Hegemony, January 21, 2026, 1:21 PM

1.  What is behind the U.S. push for Greenland at this time?

Answer:  The U.S. has resource concerns and military interests pertaining to Greenland and the Arctic, and this is what we're seeing expressed.

At the same time, Russia has an interest in pushing westward into Europe and China would like to repatriate Taiwan as a Chinese territory.

So, we are likely to see a simultaneous push on the part of the three superpowers for territorial advancement.

2.  Does that include U.S. hegemony in Central and South America?

Answer:  It does, and the United States certainly has mining interests in Canada as well.

3.   Is the U.S. likely to back off of these aspirations?

Answer:  Only temporarily.  The United States is very serious about these goals, just as Russia and China will pursue their strategic objectives without much restraint.

4.  Is it fair to say that the United States, China and Russia have communicated about their respective objectives?

Answer:  Oh, yes.  This is a fair assessment.

5.  So Europe has a great deal to be worried about at this point?

Answer:  It does.  Western Europe has been fairly stable for seventy years, and Article V of NATO has been a bulwark against tests of that stability.  But there is going to be a substantive shift in European security due to the current geopolitical concerns worldwide.

6.  If we may pivot for a moment to the Middle East, what are the risks given the situation in Iran?

Answer:  It is important to remember that Iran is closely aligned with Russia, as is the far right within the United States.  Iranians report that significant numbers of protesters within Iran appear to be outsiders, which is an important observation.

The risks include the possibility of military intervention in Iran by the United States, which could lead to retaliatory action against the continental United States by Russia, Iran, or their allies.

7.  Could this take the form of State sponsored retaliation by individuals who would be disavowed as radicals?

Answer:  Easily.

8.  What could that look like?

Answer:  An EMP.  A radiological weapon in an American city like San Francisco.  A chemical or biological weapon deployment.  This kind of thing.  An attack affecting many people, certainly, and one that would lead to mass displacement.

9.  And you would assess that these scenarios have already been evaluated by the governments of the United States, Russia, and Iran -- all of the major nations involved?

Answer:  I would, yes.

10.  Thank you for speaking with us this afternoon.

Answer:  You are quite welcome.

At This Particular Time

At this particular time, no assessments against accounts bearing my name or associated with my identity should be allowed through allegations of wrongdoing on the part of one or more of my family members or on the part of myself, or on the basis of documentation from me allowing withdrawals, given that such documentation would represent forgeries.  Please note that this should include misspellings of my name, including Lane Macwilliams (small W), Lane Mac Williams, Lane McWilliams, Lane Williams, Carol Elaine Von Herzen, Lane von Herzen, and any variations on the above.

Settlements should not be extended to my sons or MX in any manner that represents withdrawals from my accounts, nor should settlements be extended in any form to my sons without my express knowledge and consent, given capacity concerns.  At this time, I grant the OIG Hotline my permission to address misconduct by the FBI and its affiliates.  Resulting penalties against the FBI or its affiliates may be funded to my accounts, but assessments may not be withdrawn for any reason at this time.  Accounts affiliated with my name, any variations of my name, and/or my identity should be treated as locked, with the exception that deposits may occur.

All deposits and appropriations made regarding this case should be fully disclosed to the American public in perpetuity through the Smithsonian Institution until and unless I specify otherwise through my direct and ongoing communications with the Smithsonian, none of which have commenced as of this writing.

For the sake of clarity, my most recent estate documentation consists of a holographic Will, fully enforceable, which was written and executed in the State of California on December 11, 2025.  This document has been published publicly and distributed to my immediate family members, and there have been no changes or codicils added to it.

Request for Intervention on Behalf of the National Interest

OIG Hotline, I have expressed previously that no invasion of my accounts should be permitted due to the fact that misappropriation of those funds only serves to weaken the sovereignty of the United States and the long term freedom of our people.

Despite this, the FBI appears to allege that misappropriation is still occurring.

Transparency and accountability must be added to this case so that these abuses cannot continue.

The DOJ, the Executive Branch, the Congress, and the Supreme Court are not able to halt these abuses without the awareness of the American public of the siphoning of these funds, which have such import for the future of the nation, and, indeed, the global issues of sustainability and human rights that accompany that shared future.

Outreach to me is vastly overdue.

Meanwhile, the FBI appears to be suggesting that they should be allowed to steal from these accounts in the name of "protection money" which will keep my children alive.

Good people of the OIG Hotline, my children have already been raped, trafficked and tortured because of unjustifiable FBI predation.

Do we really need to witness the agency's theft of funds awarded to us because of these crimes within the FBI's long indictment of own acts?

This is wrong on every level, and I expect others to reject the suggestion by the FBI and its affiliate agencies that any peace can be achieved through these means.

The FBI and its affiliates cannot be allowed to profiteer from torture its personnel have perpetrated.

And that means that false accusations against my family members and myself must be halted decisively and permanently by leaders who are determined to demonstrate their worth -- not in misappropriated funds, but in character.

I ask for wisdom, courage, temperance and a love of justice because these are the qualities of leadership which I myself possess.

I do not demand of others the standards I myself do not exemplify.

This situation requires that all marshal the highest ethics and integrity.  I cannot be demonstrating those qualities alone.

I ask that misappropriated funds be returned to the accounts from which they were taken -- those bearing my name, variations of my name, or affiliated with my identity.

Further, I ask that outreach be extended to me on an urgent basis.

I do not want to be receiving suggestions from the FBI that I should start a consulting business.  Due to potential conflicts of interest, that cannot and will not happen.

Rather, I am seeking non-profit Board positions, non-compensated, that reflect my values and passionate interests in the wellbeing of the nation.

I will appreciate your determined intervention regarding this matter.

Most sincerely,

Lane MacWilliams

An Open Letter to President Trump

An Open Letter to President Trump:

President Trump, Sir, I must ask that you halt all Executive Orders through the Department of War to my sons and daughter-in-law to sign knowingly false witness statements in order to facilitate further harm against my family members and myself through the Exxxxxxxxx Protocol, planned home invasion, staged car accident, staged plane accident, cancer, HIV, and other illnesses caused by the FBI, gxxxxxx damage caused by the FBI, viral and bacterial illnesses caused by the FBI, deployment of Dxxs by the FBI and its affiliates, deployment of fxxxs and jxxxies by the FBI and its affiliates, environmental damage to our land, food, air and water, and myriad other harms.

At this point, it is well understood by Congress and others that the intent of such a ploy is the misappropriation of funds awarded in my name, a variation of my name, or associated with my identity through my complaint against the FBI and its affiliates under the auspices of the Office of the Inspector General Hotline of the United States Department of Justice.

My recent gifts to the Smithsonian Institution and PBS demonstrate my commitment to the sovereignty of the nation and the freedoms of our people.

Sir, I am no felon.  Nor is my husband.

And crimes forced upon my sons and MX by their handlers, while under threat of death, must be formally excused.

Fundamental to our understanding of this juncture in the progress of our nation is the question of whether our citizens, and indeed the citizens of the world, will remember the critical events in which we are now taking part.

Will our history be preserved truthfully and faithfully and completely for future generations with the help of the Smithsonian Institution?

And in the present, will Americans still have access to unbiased news sources, like PBS, that refuse to cede editorial control to third parties while maintaining the highest standards of journalistic integrity?

My answer to both of those questions is "Yes, because I will ensure that it is so."

Mr. President, I ask that your answer be the same.

One must not lie about the most honorable and faithful Americans, nor assail those who care most deeply about our shared future.

To do so is to cause great offense to the nation as a whole.

So I challenge you, Mr. President, to uphold my life and those lives of my loved ones in every way, shape and form.

You will wish, in the full scope of time, to be known as a President who placed the interests of the nation above the desire to wrongfully profiteer off of my family's harm.

Accordingly, you must express those values now, not later, with concern for others, not self-dealing, and in recognition of the transformative potential of wise leadership to preserve our nation's sovereignty in the long term toward the preservation of human rights within our borders, and, resultantly, worldwide.

Thank you for your ethical engagement.

Sincerely,

Lane MacWilliams

Yearly Certification of Funds

OIG Hotline, my recent gifts to the Smithsonian Institution and to PBS are contingent upon an independent Board's yearly certification for each institution that funds gifted by me for the endowments of these organizations are being preserved within legitimate investments that remain in the possession of the Smithsonian Institution and PBS, respectively.

In other words, it is necessary to guard against graft by the FBI and its organized crime affiliates in this circumstance.

The operating costs of each institution should be paid for by the income from the endowment, not to exceed five percent of the endowment in any given year, and the excess of the endowment's income, for each of these two institutions, should be reinvested in the endowment itself.

Each of these two organizations must present an up-to-date audit each year to their independent Boards, with formal certification of assets, to ensure that funds belonging to the endowments of these institutions are not wrongfully invaded, hacked, stolen, extorted, or otherwise misappropriated by the FBI or its affiliates in any guise.  Further, this yearly accounting must verify the conditions listed herewith.

If it is found that these institutions cannot defend against wrongful appropriation of their endowments, even in small measure on a yearly basis, the organization at risk of external malfeasance must render that information broadly public and remand all relevant information, including full names of predatory individuals involved in any such acts, to the Smithsonian Institution for inclusion in an exhibit pertaining to my case.

It would be most helpful for a high-level attorney to be in direct dialogue with me to ensure that these gifts are preserved and utilized as intended, without misappropriation of funds by third parties or harassment of the leadership of these institutions.

Please assist me in ensuring that these endeavors do not become opportunities for profiteering by the FBI and its criminal affiliates.

These gifts are intended to ensure that Americans continue to have access to the truthful history of the nation over time, and further, that they continue to have access to an objective news source that is not subject to editorial control by government agencies such as the FBI.

If we lose contact with our history as Americans, we also lose our connection to our greatest future potential.  The Smithsonian Institution has a critical role to play in ensuring that our nation's history cannot be erased, distorted, suppressed, or lost.

Further, given that the propaganda initiatives of the FBI and its affiliate agencies are increasing at this time, paid for by tax dollars of the American public, it is critical that Americans continue to have access to a news source that is striving to present fact-based reporting of the highest journalistic integrity.

PBS has demonstrated the track record to serve the American public in the all-important role of a free press, even when that position has become increasingly pressured and rarefied.

But these gifts must be defended from misappropriation by those who oppose American sovereignty in the long term.  Accordingly, I ask for your assistance in ensuring that every measure is taken to convey these gifts in a timely manner to the Smithsonian Institution and PBS, and to ensure through the appropriate and enforceable legal documentation that these assets will be protected over time.

Thank you for your intervention in this important matter.

Most sincerely,

Lane MacWilliams
