OIG Hotline, this documentation stands as my formal complaint that both of my sons are being tasked with Pxxxxxx Program "assignments" at this time, both first-degree "assignments" and "cleaning assignments."
They are both being directed by their handlers to engage in these activities under threat of grievous bodily harm and death.
I cannot speak to the safety of MX, but I must assume that she has been unacceptably imperiled as well.
False witness statements have allegedly been coerced from all of them.
In the meantime, the FBI appears to be sending me communications that "it doesn't have to be this way," that I can "pay" some unspecified ransom for my sons' freedom from this continuing torture and abuse.
I will observe as objectively as possible at this time that the FBI and its affiliates appear to be engaging in terror tactics against the American public, and my family foremost among them, for the purpose of both sadistic entertainment and profiteering.
What am I to make of apparent allegations that the FBI films the crimes its handlers are coercing, or that FBI personnel then take those films to a courtroom somewhere for the express purpose of condemning the "perpetrators" (also innocent victims of this predatory agency) to capital punishment?
What is our nation to make of the fact that the victims of the FBI and its affiliates have no opportunity for rebuttal, redress, or formal defense in a court of law?
Instead, these court proceedings transpire without their participation, knowledge, notification or consent.
It is only afterwards that their handlers are all too happy to disclose that they have been "convicted" of "crimes" their handlers imposed on them in the first place.
Good people, I have not named my sons' handlers in this documentation. Nor have I here named those who have authorized this astonishing abuse of power from within the halls of government.
However, I respectfully request that, within documentation provided to the Smithsonian Institution regarding this incident and all those that preceded it, my sons' handlers be identified by their full names. With regard to my older son, it seems that his primary handler is Axxxxx, last name presently unknown. However, it seems that Txx Lxxxx is directing Axxxxx through regular communications, despite the cross-agency link from FBI to CIA.
In the case of my younger son and MX, Txx Lxxxx appears to be dictating their harm more directly through FBI personnel and affiliates, and even through direct communication with my son and MX themselves.
My sons and MX should have the option of privacy through redaction of their names within materials provided to the Smithsonian Institution and the public at large.
Their handlers should not receive the same courtesy.
I ask that those who have authorized this misconduct be identified for the full information of the public when evaluating these events in the future.
On an immediate basis, my sons and MX should receive urgent and honorable discharge from all government service, now and in the future, under the auspices of any program whatsoever.
They all require medical attention, psychological care, rehabilitation and compassion. All of their stories should be told in the manner that they themselves determine once their sovereignty has been restored to them.
What is the price tag we choose to place on the safety and sanctity of America's children?
What is the cost of their protection from a predatory FBI?
What is the value of their separation from this wayward agency's exploitation in human trafficking, drug trafficking, and first-degree crimes?
How can the American public be expected to negotiate with the terrorists that FBI personnel have now apparently become?
Good people, the FBI needs to understand that the virtue of our nation is not for sale, the wellbeing of our children is not a "deal" to be made, and the sovereignty of the United States is not to be held hostage to those whose self-interest drives their every initiative.
The FBI has a difficult set of mission and objectives.
Raping and trafficking America's children does not stand among them.
All of us are responsible for making clear to this agency that confusion, equivocation, or uncertainty on this point are unacceptable failures of institutional conduct.
Penalties for the FBI and its affiliate agencies must be swift and severe, and should include profound career penalties for the agents involved in the trafficking and torture of America's children and youth for profit.
Likewise, there should be no possibility that the perpetrators of these crimes can profiteer from them later by "settling" with my sons or MX only to place their settlement funds in accounts controlled by their agencies, thus allowing rapid theft of their contents.
Nor should it be possible for others to make claims against accounts bearing my name or affiliated with my identity. This, too, would only serve to incentivize the ongoing torture of my family and the families of many other Americans.
Aside from funds provided to the Smithsonian Institution for the purpose of the creation of an exhibit of my verified documents, my accounts should be locked. Deposits may be added, but withdrawals should not be permitted at this time.
I will be providing further information to your Office regarding these events.
To all those involved in the ongoing harm of my children, I will say this:
Our nation stands far above you. Our values of care and concern for the vulnerable will illuminate your actions for public scrutiny in perpetuity. And at that point, I hardly think your family members and friends will identify you with anything other than shame and disgrace to our people. The truth is insistent so long as the virtuous demand that it be revealed. So, I make that demand, on behalf of my own children, and on behalf of America's children alongside them.
If the truth makes you tremble, then tremble. If the truth makes you cry, then cry. If the truth makes you rage, then rage.
But know that the truth only serves to strengthen me, to hearten me, to renew me.
And this is the reason the truth and I will outlast you.
