My Third Novel's Conclusion, My Heartbreak

My heart begins to break when I think about completing this particular book -- because this narrative has sustained me like no other story I've known. It's both more personal and more universal than my other works. But beyond memory and archetype, it's a cri-de-coeur about needing to become the person one is destined to be. And in the writing, I have met my own life's work, my own fated journey -- having the sense all the while that the pages are suffused with a resonance, an energy, an electrified field that defies explanation. Writers hope and pray to be overtaken by a work in this way -- to be conscripted into passionate service of a profound story. To experience it even once in a lifetime seems a great privilege. I still have several months before this novel is complete, and this constitutes my reprieve. Because I'm not ready for the beauty to end.

Second Update: Restricted Access: For OIG Hotline Investigators Only

Second Update:  OIG Hotline investigators, I am informed that FBI affiliates may have exposed me, through contaminated food and water, to more than one GI pathogen at once, GI schistosomiasis among them.

Beyond this, I have been warned that it is currently unsafe for me to attempt to undertake serological testing due to the attendant risks of exposure to yet more serious illnesses.  Perhaps this was the reason for Dr. Chan's "computer malfunction" when it came time to order testing on my behalf.

My best options at this time are to undertake non-invasive testing.  Fortunately, I have been able to arrange for this testing to be conducted even without a physician to guide that process.  (I did ultimately speak to a K Health physician this morning, who expressed that my blood pressure was, in her view, life threatening at 140/90 and who asked me to go to an emergency room.)

What is the takeaway here?  It appears that the FBI's threats to contaminate my food and water were in fact manifested through restaurant worker and/or Cal Water employee malfeasance.

It seems that the FBI is eager to force "targets of interest" to seek active medical care, at which point, with any invasive procedure, a "target" becomes eminently vulnerable.

I understand that the FBI is eager to mischaracterize my conduct, my integrity, my virtue, and my honesty -- and certainly, to compromise my health.   I'm simply not sympathetic to that attempt.

I will be sharing with the OIG Hotline my follow up communications with Dr. Chan, as well as with the K Health physician this morning.

It goes without saying that these actions on the part of FBI personnel are malevolent in the extreme.

It's worth recalling that my husband suffered from E. coli poisoning in 2022, an unprecedented event among any member of our family, and certainly, life-threatening.

My stalker appeared to "take credit" for that illness, in addition to my current GI illness.

It's worth restating that, while Russian-affiliated organized crime members may well wish to harm the health of law-abiding American citizens, the FBI should not be helping them.

The lies and predations being perpetrated by the FBI's far right are designed unmake our nation, not to save it.

And the perpetrators of these harms should be fully prosecuted under the law.

Most sincerely,

Update:  OIG Hotline investigators, I am informed that my sudden high blood pressure and GI symptoms have been caused by intentional exposure to schistosomiasis by FBI affiliates and at FBI directives.

I am attempting to access adequate medical testing to assess this allegation in addition to appropriate followup treatment at this time.

It would assist me if the FBI personnel responsible for this situation would not obstruct basic testing ordered by a physician.  There is a highly accurate antibody test for schistosomiasis, which would be appropriate given these circumstances.

The failure of Dr. Theresa Chan of PAMF Urgent Care to order basic testing yesterday, given my symptoms, does not meet the most fundamental standard of a physician's commitment to render care.  I do not believe this omission was at her initiative.

I have requested that K Health, an online medical provider, order the appropriate tests for schistosomiasis on an immediate basis, including Quest's specific antibody test #34306.  But FBI obstruction of my access to this testing will only slow the process down and implicate the agency further.

Perhaps if I lived in Zaire, a schistosomiasis test would be available to me.

What does it say about the FBI's Counterintelligence Division that, as a law-abiding American citizen living in Northern California, I am being denied access to necessary medical care for an illness of the FBI's own design?

I would appreciate your assistance in this matter.

***********************************************************************************

OIG Hotline investigators, this afternoon, my husband and I visited a PAMF Urgent Care facility in Mountain View and spoke to Dr. Theresa Chan about GI symptoms I have been experiencing that are symptomatic of parasitic infection.

Of concern, my stalker has suggested that he and his affiliates within the FBI have tampered with my family's restaurant food over the last several months.

Dr. Chan raised suspicions of compromise when she declined to order basic testing.  In addition, she repeatedly suggested referring me to an infectious disease specialist, while a GI specialist would have constituted the appropriate speciality.

My husband and I determined that we would need to order appropriate tests independently.

Due to the FBI's consistent co-opting of the physicians of "targets of interest," it appears necessary to exercise great care in consulting with any doctor concerning any medical circumstance whatsoever.

The likelihood that Dr. Chan will be importuned to provide a falsified witness statement pertaining to what should have been a private medical consult is substantive.

Later in the afternoon, my husband and I purchased a NordicTrack workout machine from a private seller, Norman Jew, at 7351 Phinney Way in San Jose, CA.  Mr. Jew behaved perfectly normally until the end of our transaction, at which point, he balked at the idea of supplying us with a receipt.  While I did convince him to do so, his behavior became yet more remarkable when he appeared, appropos of nothing, to wield his phone camera fairly aggressively as a surveillance device..  Unfortunately, it seems likely that Mr. Jew will be encouraged to supply a falsified witness statement for the FBI, as well.

I will request that my husband provide a statement of his own regarding these visits.

I must say that, given that certain types of deceit on the part of the FBI and the witnesses it controls can lead to an unjustified law enforcement raid, this level of ongoing harassment by the FBI regarding our normal, respectful, law-abiding interactions in the wider world is deeply concerning.

Whistleblowers of the FBI's malfeasance are not "dangerous" or "suspicious" individuals.  They are people who are striving against the far right's commitment to disinformation in the hope of preserving the civil liberties and human rights of others.

Thank you for allowing me to document these events.

Most sincerely,

Lane MacWilliams
