My Third Novel's Conclusion, My Heartbreak

My heart begins to break when I think about completing this particular book -- because this narrative has sustained me like no other story I've known. It's both more personal and more universal than my other works. But beyond memory and archetype, it's a cri-de-coeur about needing to become the person one is destined to be. And in the writing, I have met my own life's work, my own fated journey -- having the sense all the while that the pages are suffused with a resonance, an energy, an electrified field that defies explanation. Writers hope and pray to be overtaken by a work in this way -- to be conscripted into passionate service of a profound story. To experience it even once in a lifetime seems a great privilege. I still have several months before this novel is complete, and this constitutes my reprieve. Because I'm not ready for the beauty to end.

Answering the Human Atrocities Perpetrated by Christopher Wray's FBI

 1.  You have received some astonishing news of late concerning the FBI's predation toward your family members.

Answer:  Yes, I have.

2.  Do you have any comment about an agency which would knowingly transmit HIV to two healthy young people because of their voting record (Democrats)  combined with the fact that they are related to an FBI whistleblower?

Answer:  Any agency that would engage in these actions has lost its way, clearly.  I have powerful feelings about this conduct, as you might imagine, as well as the crimes in which the FBI engaged following this initial heinous act.

But I think the American people should decide whether these are the actions of people who are worthy of the badge and deserving of the public trust.

Does an FBI that preys upon innocents deserve to continue?  This is the question at hand.

3.  Christopher Wray, Tom Lyons, and Brandan Pesa appear to have expressed a desire to have their names removed or redacted from your blog in connected with these crimes.

Answer:  I respectfully submit that they should have thought of that before they committed these crimes in the first place.

I'm certain that public exposure of their monstrous acts is painful for them.

But their attempts to engage in "impression management" at this late date are hardly my concern.

Rather, I am concerned about my son and his girlfriend.  I want them to receive immediate, lawful non-addictive remedy for their pain.  And I want them to have access to residential treatment for addiction to opioids and other painkillers.

4.  FBI affiliates appear to have offered you a monetary settlement to stop speaking publicly about this.

Answer:  The agency has not contacted me about this matter.  Certainly, their liability is enormous.

My husband and I went to the FBI at our own initiative on February 21, 2020 to explain that Brandan Pesa appeared to be claiming to spread his HIV virus intentionally.

Was anything done about that?  Or was that investigation suppressed?

I suspect, given the apparent corruption of certain divisions of the FBI by payoffs extended from Russian-affiliated organized crime, that nothing was done.

Instead, the FBI appears in all ways to have assisted Mr. Pesa in the commission of these crimes.

So, we need to pause over these events as we evaluate the worthiness of the agency as a whole.

Has the FBI become an extension of organized crime within the United States?

It would certainly seem so from this vantage.

5.  What about the FBI's attempt to render your son and his girlfriend addicted to painkillers following the agency's intentional transmission of the virus?

Answer:  There are no words.

6.  What do you mean by this?

Answer:  Evil needs to be answered with courage, honesty, virtue, full disclosure, faith, and an insistence on lawful accountability.  We are capable as a nation of extending such an answer to these men.

7.  You have described the FBI's actions in this matter as monstrous.

Answer:  Yes, I have.

8.  Is that description apt?

Answer:  People will need to look at the facts of this matter and decide for themselves.

9.  Are you sympathetic to the embarrassment of Tom Lyons, Brandan Pesa and Christopher Wray over public exposure of their own actions?

Answer:  I am not.

10.  What can these men do to immediately address a portion of the grievous harm they have caused to your family?

Answer:  The first requirement is to ensure that the physical pain of my family members is being lawfully and adequately addressed.

Immediately after that, any addiction issues should be remedied by prompt residential treatment, in my opinion.

If the FBI has any additional information concerning the means of countering this illness, the agency needs to disclose that to us immediately.

11.  What about restitution?

Answer:  Clearly.  There are both criminal and civil issues at hand relating to this matter.

12.  Is Christopher Wray responsible?

Answer:  Front and center.  All three of these men are responsible, and every person who was involved is accountable through whole and several liability.

13.  What ongoing role should Txx Lxxxx be playing in the lives of your son and his girlfriend?

Answer:  None.  This man has been the worst sort of predator imaginable toward these two beautiful young people, and he is still exercising the right to text them directly?  This is outrageous conduct.  Unacceptable in every regard.

14.  You received information that Brandan Pesa met with your son at least once.

Answer:  Again, there should be no contact whatsoever with the individuals who perpetrated these indefensible acts, and no communication whatsoever with the agency that facilitated these crimes.

15. What is your opinion of the FBI at this point?

Answer:  It's important to clarify that far right factions of the FBI may stand apart from those within the agency who support the Constitution and the rule of law.

Having said that, the FBI's far right is committing atrocities consistent with crimes committed by the SS during World War II.

16.  Human atrocities.

Answer:  Yes.

17.  How can they be stopped?

Answer:  The predations of the far right toward the law-abiding American citizenry will not stop until these individuals are held to lawful account.

18.  Do we need our own Nuremberg trials?

Answer:  We may.

19.  Has the far right within thee three-letter agencies and the DoD perpetrated a hidden Holocaust?

Answer:  It seems that this claim may be founded in fact.

20.  How can the far right explain these gratuitous and predatory acts?

Answer:  There is no explanation for malevolence of this kind.  This sort of predation, committed with malice aforethought, cannot be justified under any circumstances.  These are people of depraved and sadistic character who have no business interfering with the lives of innocents.  These acts must be answered by lawful redress, and the perpetrators must be exposed to the court of public opinion.
