Please be apprised that earlier attempts to provide notarizations to your Office this morning appear to have been repeatedly obstructed. Further, the notary of the documents included herewith, David Lee Flores, has omitted a stamp on the signature page stating "Please see attached All Purpose Jurat form for additional Notary Events." Whether this omission is enough to invalidate the documents, I do not know.
At this time, I need to write an affidavit concerning the extensive irregularities at onlinenotary.net.
Again, when it is necessary to notarize an affidavit concerning a notary, we have entered a dystopian tautology, from which there is no clear end point. That said, I believe the affidavit it necessary. If onlinenotary.net notaries are pressed to lie about our discussions or what they witnessed on the video, my family's safety could be immediately endangered.
Despite these challenges, you should know that the subject heading of my email communication to you is as follows: ATTN: OIG HOTLINE Re: Four Newly Notarized Affidavits for Your Office.
