My Third Novel's Conclusion, My Heartbreak

My heart begins to break when I think about completing this particular book -- because this narrative has sustained me like no other story I've known. It's both more personal and more universal than my other works. But beyond memory and archetype, it's a cri-de-coeur about needing to become the person one is destined to be. And in the writing, I have met my own life's work, my own fated journey -- having the sense all the while that the pages are suffused with a resonance, an energy, an electrified field that defies explanation. Writers hope and pray to be overtaken by a work in this way -- to be conscripted into passionate service of a profound story. To experience it even once in a lifetime seems a great privilege. I still have several months before this novel is complete, and this constitutes my reprieve. Because I'm not ready for the beauty to end.

IMPORTANT EVIDENCE: Second Attempt to Forward Certified Mailing to OIG Hotline

November 3, 2022

OIG Hotline Investigators:

It is my belief that USPS certified mailing #70220410000144824689 from Mr. Viktor Goldmakher may constitute important evidence of falsified law enforcement reporting as perpetrated by the FBI in a manner intended to justify law enforcement predation toward law-abiding American citizens.

Of concern, this evidence may be lost to investigators' access tomorrow, November 4, 2022, when, absent intervention, it is scheduled to be returned to Mr. Viktor Goldmakher for his disposal.

My attempt on October 31, 2022 (see post entitled "Mailing from Viktor Goldmakher Forwarded to OIG Hotline Investigations Division, UPSP Form 3849") to forward this material to the OIG Hotline by filling out USPS form 3849 and placing it in my mailbox for my postal carrier resulted in the apparent "loss" of the document by the U.S. Postal Service.  I consider this to be unusual.

Yesterday, November 2, 2022, my husband requested a Post Master close to his office to input your address as the appropriate recipient for this mailing by utilizing the "Final Notice" Form 3849, pictured below.  The Post Master explained to my husband that this change could only be made at the Post Office in Menlo Park.

I wish to express to investigators that my stalker has consistently expressed alarm at the prospect of this package falling into the hands of OIG Hotline investigators.

While I do not know the reason for his apprehension over this matter, I wish to convey that I believe investigators should make it a priority to take possession of this package while the opportunity still allows them to do so.

My husband will attempt to forward this item to OIG Hotline investigators without ever taking possession of it.

I will update this page later today with regard to my husband's efforts to forward this item to the Investigations Division.

If OIG Hotline investigators are able to take possession of this package today, while it is still accessible to them, I believe that effort may be important.

Thank you very much for your ongoing efforts in this investigation.

Most sincerely,

Lane MacWilliams
