My Third Novel's Conclusion, My Heartbreak

My heart begins to break when I think about completing this particular book -- because this narrative has sustained me like no other story I've known. It's both more personal and more universal than my other works. But beyond memory and archetype, it's a cri-de-coeur about needing to become the person one is destined to be. And in the writing, I have met my own life's work, my own fated journey -- having the sense all the while that the pages are suffused with a resonance, an energy, an electrified field that defies explanation. Writers hope and pray to be overtaken by a work in this way -- to be conscripted into passionate service of a profound story. To experience it even once in a lifetime seems a great privilege. I still have several months before this novel is complete, and this constitutes my reprieve. Because I'm not ready for the beauty to end.

When the FBI Utilizes False "Victim Statements" to Wrongfully Implicate "Targets of Interest"

 1.  You have been told that the FBI has provided statements from an alleged "victim witness" regarding actions you never committed.

Answer:  Yes, I have.

2.  What is the alleged content of these statements?

Answer:  My understanding is that they are heart-rending testaments from someone who is alleging that his or her childhood was taken away in the commission of a predatory crime.

3.  Is the individual allegedly crying during audio recordings when testifying to these falsehoods?  Are these falsehoods written statements?

Answer:  I don't have any idea.  I have only been informed that the testament in question is highly convincing, and that almost no one would consider it to be a lie.

4.  Why not?

Answer:  I just don't think we're prepared for people to lie about being victimized as children.  The central question for everyone involved in obtaining a witness testament in this particular case would be the following:  how much was the alleged victim compensated?

5.  Why do you say this?

Answer:  My stalker has repeatedly conveyed to me his world view that everyone and anyone can be bought off.  His actual words have consisted of something like "If you want to see how people truly are, wait until money is involved."

6.  You believe that, for the FBI to collect false victim statements about innocent "targets of interest" and then provide these statements to other parties, including investigators, behind the scenes, is unconstitutional.

Answer:  The Constitution specifically allows American citizens to face their accusers in a court of law.  In the absence of our ability to know who is accusing us and of what wrongdoing, we have no means of defending ourselves against corruption within local and federal law enforcement in the form of knowingly falsified law enforcement reporting.

7.  An alleged "victim witness" may be paid extravagantly to provide a tearful, heart-rending account of a lost childhood at the hands of a predatory "target of interest," and yet the FBI may be lying about the entire non-existent crime.

Answer:  Exactly so.  The one thing I would say about this is that, in general, law enforcement evinces a certain laziness with falsified reporting.  Individual false reports typically plagiarize one another, which the FBI views as an "efficient" use of resources.  So, in this context, a particularly heartfelt statement rendered by an alleged victim is probably going to be reused in accusing myriad "targets of interest" of crimes they never committed.

8.  How could this reuse be ascertained?

Answer:  I'm not sure.  An investigative group would need to cross-compare myriad alleged "victim statements," and it would have to do so without the FBI destroying or concealing internal records in the process.

Perhaps a more direct approach would be for investigators to review all communications between an alleged victim and her FBI handler over as long a period of time as possible.

Beyond this, I think it would be helpful for investigators to interview family and friends of alleged victims to see to what extent others were aware of an alleged traumatic event.

And I think cryptocurrency accounts of alleged victims might be assessed, including all interactions with Infragard.

It's very important to extend respect in all circumstances to alleged victims of predation.

However, the American public has a right to know whether the FBI's engagement in falsified law enforcement reporting extends to falsified victim statements as well.  And further, the American public has the right to know how these falsified victim statements are being used to slander and defame law-abiding "targets of interest."

9.  What would you say about the person who has allegedly provided a false victim statement concerning you to the FBI?

Answer: The only thing I can say is that the injustice is shocking to me.  I cannot fathom any payoff substantive enough to extend a false claim about another human being.  I would never engage in the crime of bearing false witness.  In my opinion, this kind of wrong represents fundamental criminal and civil violations of the law, but also represents a spiritual wrong that cannot be easily redressed.

In a legal context, this is territory for investigators to handle without outside interference from anyone whatsoever.

That said, I will express here that I view falsified victim statements as a terrible, terrible wrong. It must be acknowledged that there are real victims out there who deserve our compassion and advocacy, not our doubt.  The USA gymnasts had their victim statements falsified by the FBI so as to cast doubt on their veracity and stability.  That constituted a grievous wrong toward these young women.   '

So, the notion that segments of the FBI could simultaneously be paying for falsified victim statements to wrongfully implicate innocent "targets of interest" presents yet another incomprehensible corruption of the rule of law.

And it certainly raises the question of why the FBI would be protecting child predators such as Larry Nassar and my stalker, while falsely accusing "targets of interest" of predatory crimes.

I think the answer, sadly, may be political in nature.

10.  Do you believe that far right segments of the FBI are utilizing false victim statements to bolster QAnon conspiracy theory?

Answer:  I think this is a concern for investigators to evaluate.  I have been told that the FBI has paid a contractor for an AI-generated video co-opting my likeness in committing a crime that never occurred against a minor child.   QAnon specifically targets Democrats and journalists, and I am told that the FBI's unconstitutional "target of interest" program is disproportionately represented by Democrats and journalists.  So, there's an overlap that's noteworthy.

I think it's necessary to acknowledge that a false "victim statement" is fairly easy for the FBI to generate in its attempt to lend credence to a false claim of an innocent person's wrongdoing.

The American people need to understand the power of disinformation in the FBI's attempt to deconstruct our democracy as we know it.

11.  The most important point you would like investigators to know about this subject?

Answer:  Anyone claiming to have been victimized by me is lying.  And that fact needs to be understood.  When Republican Rusty Bowers stood up to Donald Trump and the Arizona State Legislature in defending President Biden as the winner of the 2020 Presidential election, Republican Party members slandered and defamed him to his neighbors as a "pedophile."  This, while Mr. Bowers and his wife were tending to an adult daughter who was dying of cancer within their care at their home.  So, we can see the manner in which the far right has no compunctions about leveling heinous and fraudulent accusations against those who refuse to comply with its totalitarian agenda, even among its own political party.

12.  What is the danger to our democracy if false victim statements go unchecked?

Answer:  The danger is that lies could become the standard weapon of the far right as wielded by our national security services and their local affiliates.  We could enter into a de facto police state in which falsified "evidence" of crimes that never occurred are used to coerce compliance from a frightened populace.  Our access to free speech, free assembly, rule of law, freedom of the press, free and fair elections -- all of these could disappear under the totalitarian paradigm I am describing.

If I can be slandered and defamed by the FBI and its affiliates in this manner, it can happen to anyone.

13.  What is the antidote to the disinformation of the far right within the FBI?

Answer:  The truth is the only answer to the malfeasance of the FBI and its affiliates toward the law-abiding American public.  We need the truth upheld, honored, defended and preserved in defense of our democracy.  And we need it soon.
