To the Office of the Inspector General, UlS. DOJ:
This letter is to convey that I have been informed that the FBI, in unlawfully obstructing the mission of the CPUC, has falsely alleged that I am a terrorist.
The lies never cease with this group, apparently. If the FBI's past crimes are any indication, it has likely produced AI-generated film co-opting my likeness to "prove" this latest set of spurious allegations.
Those responsible for disseminating these falsehoods are guilty of slander and defamation, deprivation of rights under color of law, and obstruction of justice at a bare minimum.
At the risk of stating the obvious, an FBI whistleblower is not a "terrorist," although criminal FBI agents may be terrified of her. She is not a "spy," although criminal FBI agents may be violating her privacy. She is not a "prostitute," although criminal FBI agents are probably confessing their own proclivities in this realm. She is not a "drug dealer," although criminal FBI agents are probably profiting from drug trafficking.
An FBI whistleblower is someone who is willing o risk her life to tell the truth about the corruption of the Nationwide Suspicious Activity Initiative.
An FBI whistleblower is someone who believes in the Constitution and the rule of law even when these things are being actively subverted by duplicitous men wearing badges.
An FBI whistleblower is someone who maintains faith in American democracy, even when it is being imperiled by those within the national security agencies who have vowed to protect and defend it.
An FBI whistleblower survives attempts to bribe her, punish her, torture her, and take her life in order to speak the truth.
None of that indelible patriotism and undaunted courage sounds particularly terroristic to me.
It is my considered opinion that the California Public Utilities Commission should be allowed to do its job in investigating the unlawful and predatory actions of criminal FBI agents in instructing Cal Water employees to improperly install the water main on Vista Verde Way in Portola Valley, California from March 21-25, 2022, thus exposing the MacWilliams family to dramatically elevated levels of magnetic ELF, a potent cancer-causing hazard.
The lies of the FBI notwithstanding, no government agency should not be attempting to take the life of a law-abiding citizen as an extra-judicial process. This isn't Russia. This isn't China. This is the United States, where our shared commitment to the civil liberties and human rights of our citizenry has historically set us apart.
If FBI Director Christopher Wray believes that the American public is better served by a totalitarianism in which the FBI is free to prey upon the law-abiding public he needs to explain his reasoning openly, in full view of voters. Because this man is unelected, and he serves only under the presumption that he is defending the Constitution, not deconstructing it behind the scenes by preying upon the law-abiding citizenry.
The CPUC deserves to be free from bribes, threats, coercion and undue influence in conducting an investigation into the crimes that were committed by Cal Water employees at the instruction of the FBI.
Indeed, the FBI's false allegations and interception of communications concerning Lane MacWilliams and the CPUC already constitute obstruction.
The CPUC needs to know that it is incumbent upon its members to uphold the public trust in ensuring that all Californians have safe access to basic utilities. This mission must not be undermined.
It is appropriate for the U.S, DOJ to ensure that the CPUC is unencumbered in fulfilling its responsibilities in investigating this matter with rigor and diligence.
Most sincerely,
Lane MacWilliams
