OIG Hotline, I have redacted proper names below out of a desire to prevent harm to a PMP educational company.
It appears that Vxxxx Axxxx of Exxxxxxxxx has been prevented from responding to my email in a timely way.
What is the fundamental problem that the FBI (and the CIA, acting as an FBI contractor) has created at Exxxxxxxxx regarding my PMP education?
The problem is that the intermittent online exams have been corrupted. Correct answers are marked wrong, which means I can no longer readily make the differentiation between information and disinformation. In other words, I cannot learn the true material through the exam process, and the FBI/CIA has taken control of my exam scores entirely, separate and apart from my actual performance.
The extent to which other aspects of the Exxxxxxxxx PMP curriculum to which I have access may have been corrupted remains undefined.
As a result, I will be endeavoring to compare PMP curricular materials provided to me to the objective PMP exam content outline through other resources. FBI affiliates have suggested that Exxxxxxxxx curricular materials to which I have access may leave substantive curricular gaps regarding fundamental PMP curriculum.
With regard to the most recent content area I have studied, Plan and Manage Quality, this appears to be the case. At least half to two-thirds of the necessary content in this subject area appears to have been omitted from the online curriculum which I can readily view through the Exxxxxxxxx site, leaving me to fill in the gaps through other resources acquired independently.
Most centrally, the FBI/CIA appears to be laboring to ensure that I am prevented from mastering the full breadth of the PMP curriculum in a manner that would prepare me to pass the PMP exam. Specifically, the agencies appear to desire that I work as an independent consultant, and that I not accept employment in a direct government role. These objectives appear consistent and highly focused.
I have made clear that I have not defined my future plans at this time. I am simply endeavoring to access educational material in a manner that provides me equal access to learning the PMP curriculum.
In this task, my resource materials will now be broader and not confined to the Exxxxxxxxx curriculum. I will access a portion of Exxxxxxxxx online exams, but I will not complete them. In this way, I will prevent the FBI/CIA from interfering with my exam performance and misreporting my mastery of the material.
Please be assured that I have every confidence that I can readily acquire and master PMP content in its entirety, by excluding the FBI/CIA from that process. The obstruction of these agencies has been extraordinary in this instance, representing clear violations of my civil rights to equal access. Even when the agencies have understood that I have identified their interference, their encroachments into the educational process, including that of ensuring curricular gaps and omissions, along with relentless hacking of online practice exams, have become increasingly aggressive with time.

OIG Hotline, I believe that members of the American public as a whole are quite naive to the stratagems of totalitarian interests. They don't know why they're being approached as informants. They don't understand the true objectives. And they don't know how to decline.
The public needs educating in this respect, in my opinion.
While I would never counsel opposition to the rule of law, segments of the FBI are now acting as an unjust authority, wielding falsehoods with the force of law, separate and apart from the true purpose of law enforcement agencies as trusted entities which protect and serve.
Democracy's antidote will partly rely on our ability to awaken the public to its sovereign and ethical rights to stand in peaceable defense of our independent and virtuous nation.
Lest my writing in this case be mischaracterized by the FBI, I felt you should have a copy. Please forward these lines to the Honorable Avril Haines as well.

OIG Hotline, FBI affiliates suggest that the agency is making further defamatory allegations concerning my conduct and character through paid/coerced informants -- alleging that my sons are being coerced into attesting that I swear in daily conversation (I do not.), alleging that I have frequented hotels recently or for illicit purposes (I have not.), that I have become ill due to behavior disloyal to my marriage (I have not been disloyal to my marriage, nor have I become ill due to infidelity), that I don't know how to converse with guests at a social gathering (I easily mingled with guests on Thursday. The recruitment of some of these individuals by the FBI for the purpose of obtaining false witness statements is an indictment of the agency, not me.), that I have bad breath, body odor or poor dental hygiene (My husband says otherwise. And despite being deprived of safe and private dental care due to the FBI, my teeth are miraculously healthy.), that I arrived late at the event on Thursday (I arrived at 12:25 PM, and the doors opened at 12:15 PM. Given the ten minute wait involved in parking the car, I do not consider that late.). It is further alleged that the FBI has attempted to access my Instagram and Facebook accounts while impersonating my identity online. (Please note that I have not signed onto any social media accounts in well over one year, and I will not do so without first informing your Office.)
I do not know the nature of disinformation extended by Fish Window Cleaning staff Chris Glass, "Moses," or Cici, unfortunately. All of my conversations with them were courteous, honorable, and truthful, as were my husband's.
For the record, my itinerary on Thursday, February 22, 2024, consisted of a large gathering in Los Altos Hills, after which I purchased trees, flowers and planters at the Ladera Garden Center, following which I purchased salmon, Israeli couscous, asparagus, fresh green salad ingredients, and fresh pies at Bianchini's Market, after which I drove home while caravaning with Ladera Garden Center staff who delivered my purchases to my residence.
I went nowhere else.
This communication is to request a formal fine in response to false allegations by the FBI regarding any of the above claims, or any other allegations concerning me that are proven to be false.
The amount of the levy should equal an amount between one million dollars and the total amount of the settlement your Office has already negotiated on my behalf, to be determined at your sole discretion.
Further, it is my opinion that FBI personnel who are directing this disinformation should suffer an immediate and severe career penalty.
The agency cannot and will not grasp that its lies are unacceptable to law-abiding American citizens and honorable American governance until it is punished with financial penalties that are substantive enough to threaten the agency's ability to continue its daily operations. In addition, individual agents should suffer career setbacks for dishonest conduct that will diminish their future course.
In my opinion, the financial penalties for each subsequent infraction of the settlement agreement should be equivalent to the total of the original settlement.
The FBI has demonstrated its intransigence, obstinacy and criminality in continuing to prey upon my family members and myself, and its leadership needs to understand that there are real consequences for that behavior. Civilians are charged and tried if they commit these crimes. What happens to FBI agents who commit them? What happens to the FBI itself?
We must make no mistake about this.
In the battle between democracy and autocracy, the disposition of funds matters to the future of the nation and the future freedoms of mankind as a whole.
When disinformation is rewarded by the assignment of funds from the national treasury, as is currently happening through the FBI's unconstitutional "target of interest" program, we have a serious problem.
When mechanisms exist to punish the FBI financially, and on an immediate basis, they should be forcefully exercised and to the fullest extent of the law.
I will be incorporating this information into an updated affidavit for your Office.

No papers, no wills, no affidavits, no documents, and no personal items or belongings. Did the FBI create a fake will and forge my signature, with the intent of later coercing my sons to hand over their inheritance? Presumably, in such a scenario, the FBI would have directly caused my demise and that of my husband?
Note again the appearance of the name "Moses" among Fish Window Cleaning's workers. We have seen this name among FBI affiliates elsewhere recently. Is "Moses" a fake name?

Update: OIG Hotline, FBI affiliates appear to indicate that I was mistaken about the family described below in #5. They seem to allege that AI interests are concerned enough about my observations of AI-mediated erosions to the fundamentals of democracy that the FBI elected to compensate the private equity individual to attend this event with his two children in tow.
In retrospect, it would have been wise for me to be accompanied by security to this event and to have been met by a trustworthy host immediately upon arrival.
The FBI allegedly planned a significant number of my conversations with others in this setting, and presumably, directed knowingly false reporting afterwards.
There appears to be no "off limits" setting for the FBI to corrupt. A church, a political meeting, travel with longtime friends -- the FBI seems willing to ruin all genuine human interaction in its bid for totalitarian control over the electorate.
The seriousness of this agency in its attempt to wrest control away from American voters consistently exceeds the expectations of most people of goodwill. The stratagems employed by the FBI in this case appear to be ruthless, predatory, deceitful and unremitting.
Yesterday's meeting should have been a safe environment in which I could converse with like-minded neighbors. Yet, this was apparently not the circumstance in which I found myself.

Between these two calls, I attempted to dial the number back, thinking it was Chris Glass from Fish Window Cleaning, who is currently late to my home.
I recorded my answer of the second call, asking several times if Chris Glass was on the other end of the line, and there was no reply.

The main event this morning so far pertains to the fact that van belonging to Fish Window Cleaning was rear-ended en route to my house. Fortunately, no one was seriously hurt. Initially the back doors of the vehicle were crushed to the extent that the ladders could not be removed. However, Chris Glass persevered and is now at my home, working on windows.
Was this a staged vehicle crash?
There appeared to be an allegation on my cell phone that this was so.
