OIG Hotline, please see the following two emails sent to your attention within lanemacwilliams@gmail.com, lmacwilliams77419@gmail.com, and lmacwilliams7417@gmail.com, bearing the following subject headings and date/time stamps:
- ATTN: OIG HOTLINE Re: Threats Received from the FBI on February 8, 2024, sent on February 8, 2024 at 5:04 PM.
In addition to the threats delineated within this email, the FBI has also made mention today of "Black Rain," an apparent reference to chemical harm through PBB, hexavalent chromium, and/or Dioxin.
At other times, "Black Rain" has been referred to by the FBI in apparent relation to HAARP harms designed to cause DNA damage in its victims, and even to ionizing or radon radiation caused by specific DEWs placed unlawfully at our residence by FBI personnel.
It would perhaps assist us in remaining safe from chemical assault if the OIG Hotline could explain to Christopher Wray that our land will be tested for all contaminants. I will begin taking soil samples every few days for future lab analysis, if it helps the FBI to recall that environmental contamination does not constitute lawful retaliation toward FBI whistleblowers.
With regard to HAARP, I must leave that to your contacts' communications with those in Colorado who have been referenced by the FBI as responsible for this particular crime.
Addressing radiation, I will be measuring both ionizing and radon radiation overnight and reporting on those gauges.
Finally, the FBI has appeared to threaten a sniper assault tonight while I rest and work on the couch, remarkably enough.
Certainly, the agency does not appear to be expressing remorse for its crimes at the current juncture.
