It does appear that there was an attempt to "wipe" my computer clean of all data this morning -- one which I believe was averted.

But the confluence of events led me to quickly revise the affidavit into an Addendum to my Will, so that my husband could witness my legal signature rendering the document valid.

I will notarize further documentation when it is safe to do so.

I am concerned about the potential for FBI affiliates to co-opt this visit into an opportunity for harm, not least through falsified law enforcement reporting.

The plumber scheduled to arrive has been identified as "Mr. Wilder."

Letter to U.S. Attorney Abraham Simmons

 

Current Safety Concerns

OIG Hotline, it is alleged that our son Graham is being coerced by FBI affiliates to falsely allege within witness statements (from the hospital, where he is being threatened with death) that we as his parents are drug addicts, dealers and/or traffickers.  Allegedly, the intent appears to be an unjustified law enforcement raid at our property.

Again, it appears that the FBI is primarily concerned about its culpability in Phoenix Program crimes.

The far right appears to be suggesting in all seriousness that my husband and I sell our home and walk away from it, rather than allowing FBI affiliates to be discovered as perpetrators of capital crimes toward the law-abiding public, with the agency's support and assistance.

My husband will be getting off of a conference call shortly, at which point I will be having a conversation with him about these issues.

Until we decide how to proceed, I would respectfully request that corrupt law enforcement personnel be prohibited from visiting our property in any manner other than at our express request.

Restricted Access: For the OIG Hotline Only

OIG Hotline, I feel that you should receive an update on our current circumstance.  Every ten to twenty minutes, due to water overflow caused by the FBI's tampering with our water/plumbing system (threatened ahead of time,) I am carrying approximately fifty to one hundred pounds of water that is flooding a first floor bathroom outside the house.

My husband spelled me until approximately 3:00 AM, at which point my shift began again.

We are in our early sixties, so we are approaching physical limits.

It is my understanding that this plumbing issue was intended to force us to call a plumber, with the specific intention that Phoenix Program crimes would be wrongfully attributed to one or more members of my family.  It is alleged that our older son, who is currently hospitalized at Stanford Medicine, has provided knowingly falsified witness statements to corrupt law enforcement personnel under active and ongoing threat to his life.  It is further alleged that these false statements correspond to the FBI's knowingly false narrative, attempting to wrongfully implicate us of alleged capital crimes committed through Phoenix.

In addition, I appear to have received material yesterday, sent to my email account, that constitutes a quasi-confession from a third party:  

I believe I know the identity of the man who could both commit atrocities through Phoenix and then feel overwhelming guilt and shame about it afterwards.

My ability to contact our local sheriff's office concerning our duress is obstructed due to this organization's alleged participation in knowingly falsified law enforcement reporting at FBI direction.  My ability to contact our local District Attorney is hampered by the allegation that the FBI has been in close contact with the D.A. regarding the FBI's alleged intent to escape culpability for its role in alleged Phoenix crimes.

I must disclose again that I am in receipt of active and ongoing threats of forced job loss, directed by the FBI, pertaining to my husband and my younger son, in direct retaliation for my standing as a whistleblower of FBI malfeasance.

Alongside this, FBI threats of staged car accident have escalated dramatically.

Perhaps there are others in this geographic area who could assist us if directed to do so by your Office.

I am scheduled to take an online PMP class from 8 AM to 11 AM Pacific time, but I will immediately return any call from Washington, D.C. or those with concerns for our well-being in this circumstance.  If the FBI obstructs my Wifi (as has been threatened), that return call may be delayed.  Otherwise, I will respond on an immediate basis.

OIG Hotline, something seems to have changed in the tenor of the threats I am receiving.

It appears as though Bxxxxxx Pxxx believes that Special Forces personnel have been told to leave the area, and further, that tonight is seen as a "last opportunity" to break into my house and cause mayhem.

He appears to be making references to the thousands of men within the FBI whom he is alleged to lead, as well as suggesting that the Phoenix Program is "too big to fail."

So, there seems to be a "go for broke" mentality with regard to causing me harm, or causing harm to my other family members and/or my youngest son's girlfriend, who has also been mentioned, unfortunately.  Arson, carbon monoxide, and myriad other environmental harms have been mentioned, alongside kidnapping/capital crimes committed against my family members by FBI affiliates.

It appears that the Phoenix Program no longer believes it can escape accountability for alleged capital crimes for which it reportedly intended to blame one or more of my family members.

And Bxxxxxx Pxxx appears to be alleging that he will "swallow me whole" rather than allow me my freedom as a law-abiding citizen of the United States.

I appreciate being able to express these concerns.

Certainly, my family would cherish the peace and safety in which we could reclaim our civil liberties and human rights from the far right.

I am under the impression that our nation would appreciate a return to the rule of law as well.

No Ordinary Dreamer

I had a dream this morning, and I'm no ordinary dreamer.

My dreams are beacons which peer into the possible future.

I don't ignore them anymore.

In my dream, corrupt members of the FBI arrived at my house this morning, Saturday, January 27, 2024, and proceeded to arrest my husband, who is, in all ways, an honorable and law-abiding person.

Why did this occur?

It occurred, because my son, Graham MacWilliams, who is now hospitalized within Stanford Medicine's H2, lied about my husband in a statement provided to corrupt law enforcement.  

Why would Graham lie?

Because yesterday, his compromised physician, Dr. Thomas Beck, prescribed for Graham two medications which, taken together, can cause psychosis, delirium, memory loss, seizures, heart attack, and sudden death.

Why did Dr. Beck do this, when I had written to him to express that the two medications he had proposed should never be co-prescribed?

I'm not sure.

I suspect that Dr. Beck has broken the law in some manner or other, and the FBI knows about that violation, and is now controlling his every action with that lever.

The result is that Dr. Beck, as a proxy for a murderous FBI, now holds Graham's life within his hands.  He can kill my son with legally prescribed medication any time he so chooses.  Graham appears to know his circumstances quite well.  And it's also fair to say that he wants to live.

So.

What lie is the FBI forcing Graham to tell about his father?

The FBI is forcing Graham to tell a lie that his father has harmed the vulnerable.

Why do I believe this?

Because I have been told that FBI affiliates, as perpetrators of the DoD's unconstitutional Phoenix Program, which the FBI helps to manifest, have placed unspecified "evidence" of capital crimes on our three-and-a-half acre property in Portola Valley.

What better way to "neutralize" an FBI whistleblower than to accuse her or her family members of a capital crime?

She immediately becomes "unemployable," in the words of the FBI personnel who are attempting this feat.  The mere accusation is enough to prevent her from ever working again.

And I am that FBI whistleblower.  I am the person who has helped to discover the FBI's perpetration of knowingly falsified law enforcement reporting for anti-democratic objectives.  So, it is fair to say that the FBI would like to silence my voice, probably more than any other person Christopher Wray or Brandan Pesa or Tom Lyons can name.

Yesterday, I captured on a digital audio recording device the lies of Stanford Medicine personnel concerning my son Graham's medical care.  I also captured Graham's admissions regarding prior FBI communications to him directing knowingly falsified law enforcement reporting.  The FBI would like to get its hands on that recording device before I make the digital files available to the OIG Hotline.

So, I am herewith transferring ownership of that device to the OIG Hotline, along with all of my other computers, files, memory sticks and audio and video recording devices.

This is a photograph of the device in question.  OIG Hotline, it now belongs to you.

What needs to happen at this time?

Well, ideally, my family would have intervention from the federal level.  We would have direct communication from Washington, D.C. in the form of a person who knows our plight and is determined to help us, and alongside us, the democracy of the United States of America, too.

Why is this so necessary?

Because the Phoenix Program and our nation's civil liberties cannot co-exist anymore.

The far right is in the midst of a power grab, which is to say that it is attempting to steal the power of the law-abiding American electorate in an effective "coup from above," a usurpation of the people's sovereignty.  Not many Americans understand the source of that attempt to reside within our own three-letter agencies.  Only a few.  And it's not that difficult for the Phoenix Program to silence a few.

In the absence of intervention from the federal level, what alternatives are open to me?

I could contact the local District Attorney, but I have been told that he has already been in direct communication with the FBI about the agency's false allegations concerning my family.  So, to knock on this door could be to enter perilous territory, indeed.  If, in fact, our DA is controlled by the FBI, then false allegations concerning my family members would be all but assured of being wrongfully handled.

Instead, I suspect that my best alternative is to write publicly about this corruption, and to do so daily, until some honest person from the federal government tells me it's safe to take a momentary break.

Later today, I will be conveying the digital audio files mentioned above to the OIG Hotline via email, and noting those files' availability on this blog.

In the meantime, I will be forwarding this blog post to Stanford Medicine's Ethics Department, in the hope that that communication may help to preserve my son's health and well-being.

We are living in perilous times, much more so than ordinary Americans realize, due to autocracy's approach.

In the midst of this struggle stands a dreamer, but no ordinary dreamer.  A woman who believes in the courage of her nation, in the integrity of her fellow Americans, in the power of the truth, in the leadership of President Biden, in the fortitude of Vice President Harris, and in the promise that our freedoms can endure.

I am that dreamer.

And I still stand.

Update: Dual Threats from FBI and Stanford Medicine

Update:  OIG Hotline, the judge referred all control over Graham's medications to Dr. Thomas Beck.  I have reason to believe that Dr. Beck is thoroughly compromised by the FBI and its affiliates.  It appears that the life and health of our son has been placed into the hands of the FBI at this time -- an institution which, through the unconstitutional deployment of the Phoenix Program, has been trying to murder my family for a prolonged period of time.  My only defense is to express that I will not cease in my legal pursuit of Dr. Beck if any harm whatsoever should befall my son.  

When should the FBI be dictating medical decisions and court outcomes for American citizens?

Never.  It must never happen.  The fact that it is happening now proves to us why it must never happen again.

We clearly need advocacy if our family is to survive this ordeal.

OIG Hotline, I am now in receipt of dual threats from FBI affiliates pertaining to a Stanford Medicine court hearing scheduled for 1:00 PM this afternoon:

1.  that Graham may be harmed by medication advocated by Dr. Thomas Beck.

2. that Graham may be summarily released from care by Stanford Medicine, also advocated by Thomas Beck.

The manner in which the FBI continues to harm our family through an allegedly falsified medical record, intended to absolve the Phoenix Program of its own atrocities, is completely unacceptable.

My conclusion is that the FBI as an agency stands opposed to the health, welfare, and sovereignty of all virtuous Americans.

Graham is deserving of safety and privacy in his medical care.

That does not mean that Stanford Medicine should be fleeing its culpability in an FBI scheme to falsely implicate my family members of wrongdoing -- whether by falsifying his medical record, participating in active harm of him through inappropriate medications, or by releasing him without any communication with us as his family.

It is now 12:57 PM on January 26, 2024.

My attempts to speak to both Graham and Dr. Thomas Beck have been actively obstructed by the FBI and its affiliates all day.

Graham's hearing is to begin at 1:00 PM.

So, I am going to state a priori that, should the result of this hearing be Graham's over-medication or his summary release from care, Stanford Medicine and the FBI will have engaged in egregious malfeasance toward our family, yet again.

Fundamentally, we need to ask whether we are comfortable with organized crime running our country under a totalitarian system, determining who is deserving of medical care and who is destined to die of neglect and worse, co-opting the sovereignty of an electorate which has a right under our Constitution to be free.

Should Phoenix Program assassins be the arbiters who silence supporters of democracy?  Is that the nation of which we can be proud?  Does that reflect the highest values we have to offer?

I think we can do better for the American people.  Much better.

I will be reporting back here to convey the results of Graham's court hearing today.

Request for Intervention

Updated with fax confirmation, below.

OIG Hotline, H2's charge nurse Zack denies having received my faxed letter to Dr. Thomas Beck this morning, although he does confirm that Graham received a copy of this content.

I believe my husband possesses confirmation of receipt of that information in its entirety. (Update:  My husband has provided me with a copy of this confirmation.  Please see below.)

When I asked to speak to Graham a few moments ago, Dr. Thomas Beck pulled him from his counseling group to speak with him privately in a separate room.

The corruption and dishonesty currently present within Stanford Medicine's H2 and Thomas Beck in particular is not to be borne.

I expect direct communication from the compromised physician who, at FBI behest, has been advocating for my son's harm.

This man owes me an extensive explanation for the reasons for his falsified medical notes concerning my son, in addition to the origin of the suggestion that Graham would possibly be a candidate for injected Haldol.  Following that ignominious attempt to harm my son, Dr. Beck subsequently extended a threat to Graham to advocate in front of a judge today at 1:00 PM for the forced administration of two drugs which in combination can cause psychosis and death.

My repeated requests to speak to Dr. Thomas Beck have been wholly ignored by Stanford Medicine.

I find this conduct, all occurring at the directive of a corrupt and predatory FBI, to be entirely unacceptable.

I believe that any democratic society would agree.

Stanford Medicine in general, and Thomas Beck in particular, have on obligation to protect the vulnerable patients in their care from gratuitous and negligent harm.

I expect that that obligation will be fulfilled when it comes to my son.

It appears that we need forceful intervention at this time in order to prevent egregious harm from befalling Graham at the hands of a predatory Phoenix Program and the FBI which supports that criminal initiative within the United States and elsewhere.

Please intervene at your earliest opportunity.

UPDATE: Flooding at 45 Vista Verde Way

OIG Hotline, my home is currently being flooded, even though I have turned off the exterior water valve.

Cal Water is running a pump of some kind at the water tank facility on Vista Verde Way, and there is water flowing down the street as a result.

I will now be sending a cease and desist letter to Cal Water, which I will copy to this blog.

FBI affiliates have appeared to suggest to me recently that I sell my home so that Phoenix's perpetration of alleged capital crimes, with the threatened intention of blaming one or more of my family members, will not be discovered.

The FBI has apparently directed falsifications of my older son's medical record with the intent to blame him for Phoenix's atrocities, following the perpetration of harm to him by Stanford Medicine personnel acting at FBI or FBI affiliate direction.

Because I have now requested the provision of that medical record, the FBI apparently feels that it is out of time.

I believe the safety of my older son to be currently at risk.

Searching for Humility from Christopher Wray

OIG Hotline, I am in receipt of yet more threats that Brandan Pesa, Tom Lyons and their far right FBI cohort are advancing knowingly false claims of "espionage" for North Korea or China.  Corresponding to that allegation, environmental measures of radon gas exposure are again rising within our home at 45 Vista Verde Way as a direct and sole result of the obstinate and predatory falsified reporting of the FBI and its affiliates.

If FBI personnel are going to continue to behave as consummate criminals, I am going to be exposing their alleged crimes against the law-abiding American public -- and doing so daily.

When my family's safety is restored, these men can consider apologizing to us more privately, through their legal representatives.

That hasn't happened yet, so Christopher Wray, Brandan Pesa and Tom Lyons appear to wish to disclose to the public everything about their perpetration of capital crimes through the unconstitutional Phoenix Program.

I will be updating this blog with further news concerning the conduct of these individuals, and whether they seem newly capable of contemplating their wrongs with an attitude bearing any resemblance to humility and remorse.
