My Third Novel's Conclusion, My Heartbreak

My heart begins to break when I think about completing this particular book -- because this narrative has sustained me like no other story I've known. It's both more personal and more universal than my other works. But beyond memory and archetype, it's a cri-de-coeur about needing to become the person one is destined to be. And in the writing, I have met my own life's work, my own fated journey -- having the sense all the while that the pages are suffused with a resonance, an energy, an electrified field that defies explanation. Writers hope and pray to be overtaken by a work in this way -- to be conscripted into passionate service of a profound story. To experience it even once in a lifetime seems a great privilege. I still have several months before this novel is complete, and this constitutes my reprieve. Because I'm not ready for the beauty to end.

An Open Letter to FBI Director Christopher Wray

The letter below was originally sent to FBI Director Christopher Wray on February 22, 2022.  Following that date, all signs of this material were deleted from my computer.  My email with an attachment conveying a copy of this letter, forwarded to the Office of the Inspector General Hotline of the U.S. Department of Justice on February 22, 2022, was obstructed, presumably by employees and affiliates of the FBI.

Given these extraordinary interventions intended to suppress this content from the public view, one must ask why.  What is so frightening about this letter that it would cause employees and affiliates of the FBI to engage in obstruction of justice in order to conceal it?

Its contents are as urgent for my family and me today as they were nearly three months ago, on February 22, 2022.  We are still receiving daily threats of being shot through the windows of our home in retaliation for my standing as a whistleblower of extensive corruption within the FBI's Nationwide Suspicious Activity Reporting Initiative and its affiliated "target of interest" program.

The notable difference seems to be that the FBI has now extended false charges of "espionage" to include false charges of "terrorism" toward my law-abiding family members and myself.  I gather that the fastest way the FBI can silence a whistleblower is by accusing her family members and herself of representing a "terrorist" threat to public safety, thereby justifying the intended aggression of this agency on the basis of a "false premise" accusation.

In an attempt to expose the absurdity and patent lies behind such allegations, I have offered to welcome into our home and offices any investigator deemed honest and trustworthy by the Office of the Inspector General Hotline of the U.S. Department of Justice.  That offer remains open and will continue to remain open indefinitely.

I note that in today's New York Times, the headline reads "Russia Exploits Capture of Ukrainians to Push False Premise of Terror."  Apparently, the courageous Ukrainian soldiers of the Mariupol steel plant, who surrendered from their refuge on Wednesday, are now being falsely accused by Vladimir Putin of being terrorists.  I take this to mean that Mr. Putin -- who is certainly the leading terrorist of this age -- plans, after corrupt convictions by a Russian court on false charges, to sentence these heroes to death.

But why is Christopher Wray's FBI falsely accusing law-abiding American citizens of terrorism? In order to silence their whistleblowing over widespread falsified law enforcement reporting within the NSARI and the "target of interest" program?  These disinformation techniques are distinctly Russian -- and so is the manner in which some within the FBI are reportedly utilizing AI-generated film co-opting the likeness of American citizens to depict crimes they did not commit.

Has the FBI become the leading force of the "insider threat" to our democracy?

I believe it has.

The risk is that most Americans have no idea that the primary source of political division within our country originates within the auspices of the agency we have trusted most to uphold the Constitution and the rule of law.

Totalitarianism is dependent on both secrets and lies.  The truth of criminal behavior on the part of far-right law enforcement entities must remain secret.  At the same time, corrupt law enforcement officials must retain the power of false accusations --- the power of the lie -- through which they can render verdicts of life and death over any and all citizens at any time.

Once the ruse is publicly exposed, totalitarianism falls apart.

I believe Freedom of Information Act Request #1496758-000, fulfilled in its entirety, will contain the proof of the FBI's bid for autocracy -- its attempt to wrest power away from the American people and their duly elected representatives.

Would FBI Director Christopher Wray attempt to take my life and the lives of my family members before that FOIA request is fulfilled?

Are the following threats I have received pertaining to my family members and myself through the FBI-facilitated Pegasus hack of my cell phone serious ones?

Here is the run-down of their content:

1. Kidnapping; 2. Car bomb; 3. Package/letter bomb; 4. Sniper assault; 5. Forced drug overdose made to appear to be suicide; 6. Staged car accident; 7. Staged car accident followed by ambulance transport with morphine overdose; 7. Arson; 8. Arson caused by incendiary projectiles; 9. Arson followed by ambulance transport with morphine overdose; 10. Intentional transmission of HIV; 11. Staged violent burglary; 12. Staged violent mugging; 13. DEW targeting of home and workplace; 14. HAARP targeting of home and workplace; 15. Forced job loss; 16. Cancer caused by improper utilities installment; 17. Slander and defamation involving dissemination of knowingly falsified material; 18. Privacy violations, including the illegal dissemination by the FBI of unlawfully collected material involving private life within our family; 19. Theft and unlawful dissemination of my latest book manuscript; 20. Killing of pets; 21. Arrest on false charges; 22. Isolation from all friends; 23. Forced divestment of property through intentional damage, gratuitous legal action, and insurance fraud ; 24. Forced separation of family members; 25. Ruining job prospects through slander and defamation extended to interviewers 26. Spurious lawsuits filed by neighbors accepting pay from Infragard.

Do the myriad harms listed above constitute assaults which are a routine part of the FBI's unconstitutional "target of interest" program or are they reserved for whistleblowers of FBI corruption like myself?

One wonders.

Don't we all want to know whether we're special?

I will hazard a guess and say that I think many of these threats constitute standard harms within the FBI's unlawful "target of interest" program, but I think I am special as well.

I think I have stumbled across the truth of a home-grown, FBI-created insider threat -- a bid for autocracy, outside of the knowledge and approval of the American public and our duly-elected representatives.  And beyond this, I think I am legally entitled to the proof of that corruption through the fulfillment of my Freedom of Information Act Request $#1496758-000.

So, that makes me special.

I'm also special because I'm unwilling to cave in to the thousands of death threats and substantive bribes the FBI and its affiliates have extended to me.

My soul is not for sale.

My friends and fellow Americans, our democracy should not be for sale, either.

Herewith, the February 22, 2022 letter Christopher Wray does not want you to see:

February 22, 2022

Dear Mr. Wray:

Tonight, I am receiving death threats on my Pegasus-hacked iPhone, compromised unlawfully by associates of the FBI, and, allegedly, with your agency's guidance.

Would you like to know their content?

I am told that, with the aid of surveillance devices the FBI has unlawfully placed inside my home, the interior of my whole house has been mapped.  Beyond this, I am informed that, with the aid of military telemetry, your contractors intend to shoot me overnight rather than wait for the requirement, as expressed by both the White House and the Office of the Inspector General of the U.S. DOJ, that you fulfill my FOIA request #1496758-000.

Apparently, the contents of material responsive to my FOIA request contain sufficiently damning falsifications that you do not believe your leadership role of the FBI can survive their public exposure.

My stalker, a leading member of Russian-affiliated organized crime and the alt right, according to those who know him well, has conveyed to me that you would rather commit first-degree murder of a law-abiding family than admit to the FBI's extensive corruption of the Nationwide Suspicious Activity Reporting Initiative under your watch.

Is this true, Mr. Wray?

Is the FBI's "disposition matrix" a means your agency has employed to harm innocent, law-abiding Americans?  To wrest democracy away from the voting public?  To dismantle the Constitution piece by piece?

Mr. Wray, the United States was born as one nation under God, and that promise is still a luminous and worthy one for me.  It is with the love of God that I ask you to uphold the law in its entirety by fulfilling my FOIA request #1496758-000, now ten months past due.

Whatever your personal perspectives on due process and honorable conduct among law enforcement agents of the federal government, I maintain full right and claim to this material.

Do your people wish to shoot me through the windows of my residence rather than admit that they've engaged in egregious and criminal lies both in my case and in the "target of interest" program as a whole?

I'm very sorry to hear these allegations, sir.

Because I and my family still have a right to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness, despite your agency's crimes against us.

I ask you once again, Mr. Wray, for the full record of material responsive to FOIA request #1496758-000.

Beyond this, sir, I ask that you cease threatening our lives with false accusations relating to "industrial espionage" and other invented crimes.

Mr. Wray, I formally request that you uphold the rule of law and ensure my family's safety and my own prior to this material's receipt and following it.

Sincerely yours,

Lane MacWilliams

To All Members of the fBI:

There is a certain heartbreak to being falsely accused of terrorism by the FBI, especially if a person has risked her life, and continues to risk her life, for the sake of the democracy.

Because a false accusation of terrorism is a powerful excuse to terrorize a target, isn't it?  It is a prelude to a first-degree murder committed by a national al security agency, isn't it?  A bureaucratic formality on the way to the "disposition matrix," isn't it?

Last Thursday morning, I spent about twenty minutes trimming weeds in my yard, only to be informed later that I was being viewed  by a military-grade drone the whole time, running the risk of being shot by a sniper.

For me, it was an astonishing revelation.  Because I am a sixty-year-old literary novelist who loves peace and harmony.  I am an English literature major from Dartmouth College who adores William Faulkner and Toni Morrison and the New York Times and a heartfelt debate and travel to places I've never been before and democracy.

It is difficult to imagine that I could be viewed as a threat to anyone, except that I have filed Freedom of Information Act Request #1496758-000 with the FBI, which is likely to reveal the extensive corruption present within the FBI's Nationwide Suspicious Activity Reporting Initiative and its affiliated "target of interest" program

There appear to be enormous Congressional budget appropriations which are reliant, year over year, on the falsified law enforcement reporting in which the FBI has engaged.  And that money is dependent upon the persistence of those lies, told about law-abiding American citizens, without their knowledge or consent.

And so, drones are watching me wield my garden clippers, accordion to others who are concerned for my safety.  The backyard is apparently too hazardous a destination for me to risk right now.

My friends, neighbors, and even some family members have been forced to become FBI informants through the FBI's false assertions that I am either a terrorist or a spy.  If I see them in person or speak to them on the phone, they will be -- as they have been in the past -- coerced into signing falsified witness statements about my opinions, my activities, and my plans.

And so, there is silence here, and heartbreak, yes.

Yet, I am undaunted.

May I tell you why?

The character of our nation is made up of ordinary people who have aspirations and anxieties, raises and furloughs, triumphs and disappointments, ideals and necessities.  People who have parents and children and spouses and friends.  The character of our nation is made upon the dog catcher and the CEO and the mailman and the engineer and the opera singer and the journalist and the teacher.  It's made up of you and me.

These people want to know that they matter to the life of the nation, and they do.

If I am not willing to risk my life to protect their futures, then I will have failed the test of our democracy, which says that the freedom of all Americans are worthy of our most vigorous defense.

So, I am holding to my principles in asking that FBI Director Christopher Wray fulfill my FOIA Request #1496758-000 in its entirety, without redaction.  And I am going to defend our democracy with that information when he does.

I, as an FBI whistleblower, am no terrorist, though I understand some people may feel terrified by the prospect of the disclosure of the corruption of the FBI's "target of interest" program.

Neither am I a "spy," though I understand the FBI has committed serious crimes in invading my privacy.

I am not a "prostitute," as FBI affiliates have purportedly alleged for pay.  In truth, I have had one lifetime intimate partner.

I am not a "drug dealer," as FBI associates have alleged for pay.  In actuality, I have never once used illegal drugs of any kind.

I am not a "predator" toward the vulnerable, although I understand my stalker provided the FBI with a fake, AI-generated film co-opting my likeness to depict a crime that never occurred.

The most frightening group of people I have ever encountered consisted of a gathering of wealthy donors to the far right in the autumn of 2019, to which I was invited by FBI informant Becky Osgood, in which a man stood on the stage, flanked by media moguls and military men, and stated that the Republicans planed to "neutralize" their political opponents.

I guessed, quite rightly, it turns out, that the political opponents of this thinly veiled totalitarianism were the idealists, the defenders of democracy, the speakers of the truth, the journalists, and perhaps the contributing Democrats.  People like me.

I am a law-abiding American citizen who loves her country and the democratic principles on which it was founded.  I believe these vaunted ideals remain the great hope of Americans and, indeed, of all who love freedom the world over.

I believe America needs the FBI, but not an FBI that functions like the KGB, the FSB, the Stasi, or the secret police.  Not an FBI that wields disinformation against the American people and the Constitution it was founded to protect.

One of the qualities, among countless virtues, I admire most about President Biden and his Administration is the way in which he mobilizes intelligence information to serve the truth.  If Putin is planning to justify an invasion of Ukraine on the basis of a false claim of imminent attack, President Biden's strength of character leads him to immediately disclose this information to the public.  That's a leadership style borne of integrity and fortitude, and it's rare.

The American people need to know how fortunate we are to claim President Biden as our Commander in Chief at this moment in our history, when autocrracy threatens the civil liberties and human rights of all.

The FBI's false allegations of espionage and terrorism mirror Putin's tactics.  Specifically, they represent plans to justify aggression based on false claims of imminent attack.

So, let me make something clear:  I love peace.  Peace in our time.  Peace for all time.

If I am fortunate enough to face those who have caused grievous harms to my family and to me through the FBI's "target of interest" program, it will be in a court of law and in no other setting.

If the FBI genuinely believes that I have broken the law in any capacity, I ask that I be presented with the evidence -- openly, transparently, accountably, and immediately.  The Constitution grants me the right to face my accusers.  Line them up before me, please.

I think we all know the FBI's false claims cannot withstand the scrutiny a court process would demand.

I possess a deep faith in God.  And among the lost important things God has to tell us is, "Thou shalt not bear false witness."

He doesn't say, "Thou shalt not bear false witness unless thou art being lavishly paid by Infragard though a cryptocurrency account."

He doesn't say, "Thou shalt not bear false witness unless thou art being threatened with being placed on the 'target of interest' list by a corrupt FBI supervisor."

He simply says, "Don't do it."

He also says, "Thou shalt not kill."

I think He intends that we should take these words to heart.  And so, I have spent my life upholding them.

I believe our country would benefit from the FBI's renewed commitment to uphold them, too.

I ask FBI Director Christopher Wray once again to fulfill his lawfully required responsibility to provide me with all materials responsive to my FOIA Request #1496758-000, unredacted.

Full disclosure of the FBI's engagement with falsified law enforcement reporting is necessary for me individually, but it is necessary for the life of our democracy as well.

I respectfully ask that all members of the FBI stand with me in this cause.

I was re-reading Yeats recently:

Turning and turning in the widening gyre

The falcon cannot hear the falconer

                      Things fall apart; the centre cannot hold;

Good people of the FBI, treat the Constitution as the falconer this moment.  Hear its words concerning free speech, free assembly, right to privacy and more.

"The centre cannot hold" without your commitment to uphold your vows to defend the freedoms of others, even before your own.

We were founded as one nation under God.  God asks us for very little, but He does ask us for the truth.  He has not abandoned us.  Neither should we abandon the truth.

Help me call the falcon back to the falconer in this moment.  Help him return.

Most sincerely,

Lane MacWilliams

Regarding the Good Men and Women Within the FBI

To the Office of the Inspector General Hotline, U.S. DOJ:

This letter is to inform the OIG Hotline that I have, of my own free will and initiative, elected to unpublish  a blog post dated April 1, 2022.

Having just learned that members of the FBI had falsely accused me of the crime of terrorism, I responded in a state of shock and dismay.

I realize that the truth of the internal workings of the FBI is quite complex.  Many agents, I believe, disagree with the target of interest program.  Some agents, I believe, have endeavored to protect me from the harms their supervisors have asked them to perpetrate.  Others have quite heroically attempted to shield me under circumstances that placed them at risk.

I hope that my writings will convey my appreciation for those who have engaged with this remarkable journey with demonstrated respect for our President, the Office of the Inspector General, our Constitution, and the rule of law.

I hope that I can adequately thank those within the FBI who support full disclosure of the truth to the American public.

I know they're present.

Most sincerely,

Lane MacWilliams

The CPUC is Responsible to the Citizens of California in Upholding its Mission

To the Office of the Inspector General, UlS. DOJ:

This letter is to convey that I have been informed that the FBI, in unlawfully obstructing the mission of the CPUC, has falsely alleged that I am a terrorist.

The lies never cease with this group, apparently.  If the FBI's past crimes are any indication, it has likely produced AI-generated film co-opting my likeness to "prove" this latest set of spurious allegations.

Those responsible for disseminating these falsehoods are guilty of slander and defamation, deprivation of rights under color of law, and obstruction of justice at a bare minimum.

At the risk of stating the obvious, an FBI whistleblower is not a "terrorist," although criminal FBI agents may be terrified of her.  She is not a "spy," although criminal FBI agents may be violating her privacy.  She is not a "prostitute," although criminal FBI agents are probably confessing their own proclivities in this realm.  She is not a "drug dealer," although criminal FBI agents are probably profiting from drug trafficking.

An FBI whistleblower is someone who is willing o risk her life to tell the truth about the corruption of the Nationwide Suspicious Activity Initiative.

An FBI whistleblower is someone who believes in the Constitution and the rule of law even when these things are being actively subverted by duplicitous men wearing badges.

An FBI whistleblower is someone who maintains faith in American democracy, even when it is being imperiled by those within the national security agencies who have vowed to protect and defend it.

An FBI whistleblower survives attempts to bribe her, punish her, torture her, and take her life in order to speak the truth.

None of that indelible patriotism and undaunted courage sounds particularly terroristic to me.

It is my considered opinion that the California Public Utilities Commission should be allowed to do its job in investigating the unlawful and predatory actions of criminal FBI agents in instructing Cal Water employees to improperly install the water main on Vista Verde Way in Portola Valley, California from March 21-25, 2022, thus exposing the MacWilliams family to dramatically elevated levels of magnetic ELF, a potent cancer-causing hazard.

The lies of the FBI notwithstanding, no government agency should not be attempting to take the life of a law-abiding citizen as an extra-judicial process.  This isn't Russia.  This isn't China.  This is the United States, where our shared commitment to the civil liberties and human rights of our citizenry has historically set us apart.

If FBI Director Christopher Wray believes that the American public is better served by a totalitarianism in which the FBI is free to prey upon the law-abiding public he needs to explain his reasoning openly, in full view of voters.  Because this man is unelected, and he serves only under the presumption that he is defending the Constitution, not deconstructing it behind the scenes by preying upon the law-abiding citizenry.

The CPUC deserves to be free from bribes, threats, coercion and undue influence in conducting an investigation into the crimes that were committed by Cal Water employees at the instruction of the FBI.

Indeed, the FBI's false allegations and interception of communications concerning Lane MacWilliams and the CPUC already constitute obstruction.

The CPUC needs to know that it is incumbent upon its members to uphold the public trust in ensuring that all Californians have safe access to basic utilities.  This mission must not be undermined.

It is appropriate for the U.S, DOJ to ensure that the CPUC is unencumbered in fulfilling its responsibilities in investigating this matter with rigor and diligence.

Most sincerely,

Lane MacWilliams

Questions, Questions

Why did the FBI unlawfully invoke the Espionage Act in asking Cal Water employees to harm one of their law-abiding customers?

Is it related to the fact that the law-abiding customer in question is also an FBI whistleblower who is calling attention to falsified law enforcement reporting within the Nationwide Suspicious Activity Reporting Initiative, a program which draws 2 billion dollars in Congressional budget appropriations per year?

Even so, isn't it the responsibility of a public utility to protect and preserve the health of its customers, even when asked to do otherwise by criminal members of federal law enforcement?

Given that the California Public Utilities Commission has promised to uphold Californians' safe access to water, how should they respond to criminal FBI agents who are demanding that they not investigate wrongdoing in this case?

Should the FBI really have the leeway to demand that that the CPUC fail in its responsibility to Californians to ensure safe access to public utilities?

Isn't the CPUC beholden to law-abiding Californians over and above criminal agents of federal law enforcement who do not want their crimes revealed publicly?

Don't Americans have the right to know that the FBI instructed the employees of a public utility to improperly install a water main specifically to cause dramatically elevated magnetic ELF exposures to an FBI whistleblower and her family, thereby attempting to take their lives?

Don't the CPUC's responsibilities to the citizens of the state of California outweigh the FBI's desire not to have its crimes widely known?

Is the FBI able to prey upon law-abiding citizens of the United States with impunity, absent any oversight or examination from state or federal regulatory agencies?

Should the U.S. Department of Justice intervene in this case to ensure that the CPUC investigates this matter, free from obstruction from the FBI and its contractors in the form of bribes, threats or other intimidation?

Don't Americans deserve to know that their civil liberties and human rights will be protected from predatory, law-breaking agents within the FBI?

Should the FBI really be able to threaten retaliation toward a whistleblower, such as divesting her of her family home on Cape Cod, attacking her family members physically, ruining the careers of her loved ones, staging fatal car accidents of her family members, kidnapping her or taking her life?  Should this be viewed as acceptable in any manner?

Who Is Obstructing the California Public Utilities Commission?

To the California Public Utilities Commission:

This is to confirm the content of a phone conversation I had a few minutes ago with Shelly in the Consumer Affairs Branch.

I expressed to Shelly that I am receiving death threats directed toward myself and my family members in pressuring me to drop my complaint with the California Public Utilities Commission.

I have been told that Nate Torsch of Cal Water is a "family man" who would "lose everything" if this complaint is investigated.

I expressed to Shelly that I believe the threats I am receiving to be highly unlawful and inappropriate.

Further, I expressed that the CPUC's delay in assigning an investigator to this matter is substantively exacerbating the dangers to my family.

I made clear to Shelly that I have no intention whatsoever of dropping my complaint with the CPUC.

Others have expressed to me that there has been an assiduous and ongoing attempt to discredit my character and veracity through communications with certain members of the CPUC.  I cannot speak directly to these falsehoods, as I have not been given the opportunity to know their content.  I will simply say that the use of misinformation in this effort to obstruct my complaint is, in and of itself, highly unlawful.

It is my understanding from having spoken to Carolyn in the CAB on Friday, March 25, 2022, that complaints to the CAB are assigned to an investigator within 48 hours of receipt.  My 38-page complaint was faxed to the CAB on Saturday, March 26, 2022.  Two business days have now elapsed from the time of that transmission.

Again, the delay of the CPUC in assigning an investigator to this case is greatly exacerbating the risks of substantive harm being borne by my family members and myself.

I formally request the immediate assignment of an investigator to this complaint.

Shelly conveyed to me that she would be contacting a supervisor to request that the assignment of an investigator be expedited.  She requested my home telephone, with which I provided her, so that a supervisor could call me with the investigator's name.  I am currently awaiting that communication.

Most sincerely,

Lane MacWilliams

March 28, 2022

Dear Mr. Wray:

At some time yesterday, my husband called my son with a reminder to obtain a smog check for his car in order to facilitate registration renewal in the state of California.

It is my understanding that your agents are now pressuring my son to render his consent to a falsification of that conversation to align with a spurious allegation of a crime that never occurred.

Mr. Wray, federal law enforcement should not constitute an exercise in creative writing.  Nor should it entail false witness statements compelled by death threats, threats of job loss, surveillance, harassment and other egregious harms

The crimes of your agency are no longer concealed, sir.

Your agency is effectively holding a gun to the head of my son and his girlfriend in a reprehensible attempt to justify a physical attack on my husband and myself, either in the form of an unjustified law enforcement raid on our home, or though other extrajudicial harms.

Sir, cease and desist.

Respect the determination of your Commander-in-Chief and the Office of the Inspector General of the U.S. Department of Justice by providing me with the full contents of material responsive to FOIA request #1496758-000.

Do so immediately, sir, as you have been instructed.

The Freedom of Information Act is a simple statute, accessible in its particulars to all Americans.  It is designed to prevent abuses of authority on the part of agencies such as yours, sir.

It is not too grand a statement to observe that our democracy partly depends on the willingness of he FBI to honor and uphold FOIA.

Correspondingly, I ask that you turn your attention to this task, Mr. Wray.

Cease your attempts to justify your agency's lies about my family.  Relinquish the material  documenting these lies in their entirety.

This is your responsibility to me, as it is your responsibility to the American people as a whole.  Your own chain of command has determined that you cannot shirk it any longer, sir.  Hear them well.

Sincerely yours,

Lane MacWilliams

Falsified Law Enforcement Reporting for Anti-democratic Objectives

People, I've been silent for a long time while the events in my life have grown progressively more extraordinary and momentous.

But at this time, there are a few things I need to express.

For those of you who only have time for a one-paragraph summary, this is it:

Both the White House and the Office of the Inspector General of the U.S Department of Justice have communicated to FBI Director Christopher Wray that he must uphold the Freedom of Information Act by fulfilling my FOIA request #1496758-000 immediately and without redaction.

Christopher Wray has, as yet, failed to do so.

I have been continuously pressured by FBI affiliates to accept a redacted report, which I emphatically decline to do.

I have been aggressively pressured to accept a payoff in return for my silence on this matter, which I vigorously refuse.

I have received repeated and ongoing threats to my health, and, indeed, to my life.

I am aware that, in the event of my untimely demise, my relatives would not have the right to access the material pursuant to my FOIA requesst#1496758-000.  There is no legal mechanism by which I can bequeath it to them.  I have inquired with attorneys on this point.

So, if I die, there is a real risk that the fight for this particular truth will be lost.

What does FOIA request #1496758-000 contain that should be of such great concern to the FBI and others?

It contains proof of an "insider threat" to our democracy, which is to say, a threat to our civil liberties and human rights that has originated from within our national security agencies.

It contains evidence of far right infiltration of critical, though unelected, national security roles as manifested by falsified law enforcement reporting for political objectives.

It contains proof of what author Shoshana Zuboff describes in her insightful book, "The Age of Surveillance Capitalism," as an attempted "coup from above," an "expropriation of critical human rights that is best understood as an overthrow of the people's sovereignty."

This is serious business -- as serious as it gets.  And from the front lines of the struggle for democracy, there are a few sentiments I need to express.

First, President Joseph R. Biden is the most intrepid and stalwart defender of democracy our country has known as Commander-in-Chief for many, many years.  The challenges before him are unprecedented, yet his courage is commensurate to those tests.  He is fighting for the civil liberties of all Americans in ways that are not reaching the news -- not yet -- and he is doing so with a fortitude and a strength of character that comprise a fierce commitment to our future and that of our children.  People need to know this.  Because, as of yet, vast segments of the American public remain unaware of how profoundly fortunate we all are to have President Biden fighting for our democracy in myriad ways that are as yet unsung and unspoken.

It is difficult to stand up to entrenched interests of power within the national security agencies in defending democracy.  It is difficult for a private citizen to do it.  It is difficult for a President to do it.  I want Americans to recognize the courage and mettle required.  Because they are rare.

In 1961, Eisenhower warned us that "the potential for the disastrous rise of misplaced power exists and will persist."  He demonstrated great prescience in this admonition.

And so, I feel tremendous admiration for President Biden, because I believe I understand something about his profound dedication to our civil liberties and human rights that others may not yet grasp.

This is my chance to say thank you, and I'm taking it.

Thank you, President Biden.  Thank you for your courage, your character, your integrity, your leadership, your commitment to the defense of the Constitution and the civil liberties of American citizens, even when the public knows little of the true nature of the struggle at hand.

If I live long enough to receive the fulfillment of my FOIA request, I am going to make sure the public understands how fortunate we are to have this brave and faithful President in this imperiled time -- or any time.

Beyond this, I must extend my profound gratitude to the good people within the Office of the Inspector General of the U.S. DOJ.  These individuals are heroes and patriots and unyielding defenders of our democracy, and the public doesn't yet know their names.  I believe these virtuous women and men would prefer it that way.  But I need to express that I have witnessed their courage, and I have found in them blessed refuge at the critical hour.  There are others within the DOJ whose courage has been sustaining to me as well.  I would not be here writing these words if it were not for the help of all of these good people.

What do I need you all to know at this moment?

I need you to know the following:

I need you to know that others have expressed to me that the FBI has recently falsified informant statements without their knowledge or consent in order to justify aggression intended to silence me on this matter.

I need you to know that I have never broken a law.

I need you to know that I do not represent a "national security threat" of any kind whatsoever.  I need you to know that I have threatened no one.  No public official.  No acquaintance.  No dog catcher.  No one.  Any assertion to the contrary is disinformation intended to justify violence on the part of law enforcement out of their desire to conceal the fraud and corruption present in the Nationwide Suspicious Activity Reporting Initiative.

I am a peaceable person.  I enthusiastically support my elected officials.  I wholeheartedly support the Constitution and the rule of law in all circumstances.

If any harm should befall me, I would ask the following of you all:

Please enlist the help of everyone you know in obtaining copies of San Mateo County Sheriff's Office Case Report #19-11840, which is an investigation I myself opened on my stalker, and which, I have been told, was later extensively falsified through payoffs tendered to the reporting Sheriff's Deputy as well as those contributing to the report.

This report is widely available through federal information-sharing programs HSIN, N-DEx and LEEP.  Most local law enforcement agencies nationwide have access to it.  It has simply been withheld from me, in defiance of both the California Public Records Act and the Freedom of Information Act -- ever since my husband and I first sought a copy in December of 2020.

I have been told there is at least one AI-generated film that is part of this report, co-opting my likeness to depict a crime or crimes that never occurred.

And, people, there are a couple of things I need to observe about this fact.

1. False reporting internal to a national security agency utilized as a justification for illegal aggression in violation of civil and human rights of the public has long been practiced in Russia.

2. AI-generated film as false evidence of crimes that never occurred is a Russian "innovation."

3.  According to Human Rights Watch, Russian-affiliated security agencies is in Ukraine began falsely accusing women of espionage four or five months ago in order to subject them to unlawful arrest, detention, and torture.  There is evidence that United States security agencies have been advancing false espionage investigations simultaneously, in correspondence to a Russian agenda.

4.  My stalker, as a leading member of the alt right and Russian-affiliated organized crime within the United States, has been consistently protected from investigation by the FBI.

5.  There are powerful ties between far right groups within the U.S. and Russian interests, which have long sought to polarize political discourser in this country by turning Americans against Americans.

Putin's totalitarian ambitions extend far, far, beyond the borders of Ukraine and into the far right political movements within the United States and Europe as well.

And so.

San Mateo County Sheriff's Office Case Report #19-11840 and its intended "replacement report," #20-02355, are part of the materials responsive to my FOIA request #1496758-000, currently being unlawfully withheld by FBI Director Christopher Wray, in defiance of both the Office of the Inspector General of the U.S. Department of Justice and President Biden.

These reports comprise proof of falsified law enforcement reporting for political objectives -- proof without which, it is not clear to me that our democracy can survive in any incarnation the framers of the Consistution would recognize.

Do you know an honest police officer somewhere?  Ask him or her to obtain copy of this material on my behalf.

If I am still hale and hearty, mail it to me, please, at 45 Vista Verde Way, Portola Valley, CA. 94028.  Call me at (650 851-1081 to confirm that it's on the way.

If harm has befalenl me such that I can no longer marshal this material in defense of our democracy, this task will fall to you.

No matter what, be courageous, be committed to the Truth, be undeterred by threats, unswayed by disinformation, unmoved by preferred payoffs.  Be strong like the heroes I know you are.

Your action in illuminating the truth of this matter is a gift -- protective, beneficent, and necessary.

I love you people, now and always.
