This is to document that today, December 29, 2022, PG&E employees Mr. Don Waters and "Dmitrius" (last name unknown) paid an unscheduled visit to our home in Portola Valley, CA, ostensibly to read our electric and gas meters.
My husband happened to see them walking down our driveway and engaged them in conversation.
Because we had previously arranged with PG&E to send photos of our meters for billing purposes, the arrival of these two men on our property was unexpected.
Mr. Waters requested permission to place a new meter on our home.
While ordinarily, this request would not be unusual, Mr. Waters is signatory to Infragard, as is PG&E.
It is my understanding that Mr. Waters was previously asked to allow third-party access to a meter to be installed at our residence, purportedly rendering it capable of emitting RF levels of extreme hazard to human health.
As a result, I am not particularly happy to see Mr. Waters return to my property.
I have asked that PG&E provide me with all FBI/Infragard communications with which it has engaged concerning my family.
This request has not been fulfilled.
At one point in my dialogue with PG&E, a customer service representative revealed to me that PG&E has an "EMF Department." My concerns about the reasons for such a department, and whether they are in any way connected to the FBI's unconstitutional "target of interest" program, remain unanswered.
Under the circumstances, it is safe to say that my trust in the conduct of PG&E remains low.
This company must engage in transparency and accountability if it wishes to earn the trust of its law-abiding customers.
The possibility that Don Waters and "Dmitrius" were asked to enter our property today in order to misreport their observations of our property and our family through falsified witness statements provided to the FBI is not remote, unfortunately.
My impression is that the FBI knows that investigators possess proof of its crimes toward the American public. Given this reality, the agency may be desperate to avoid broad exposure of those crimes.
It seems possible that the FBI, under Director Christopher Wray's leadership, is continuing to "double down" on its lies in an ongoing attempt to discredit me as a whistleblower of FBI corruption.
It is with that concern that I document my husband's interaction with PG&E employees Don Waters and Dmitrius today.
I hereby certify that the foregoing is true and correct.
