My Third Novel's Conclusion, My Heartbreak

My heart begins to break when I think about completing this particular book -- because this narrative has sustained me like no other story I've known. It's both more personal and more universal than my other works. But beyond memory and archetype, it's a cri-de-coeur about needing to become the person one is destined to be. And in the writing, I have met my own life's work, my own fated journey -- having the sense all the while that the pages are suffused with a resonance, an energy, an electrified field that defies explanation. Writers hope and pray to be overtaken by a work in this way -- to be conscripted into passionate service of a profound story. To experience it even once in a lifetime seems a great privilege. I still have several months before this novel is complete, and this constitutes my reprieve. Because I'm not ready for the beauty to end.

Preserving the United States' Study of the Oceans

OIG Hotline, there are many reasons why the ongoing engagement of the United States in the monitoring of the world's oceans is critical to U.S. territorial integrity and independence, and indeed, to the long term sovereignty of Americans as a whole.

Some of these reasons are classified and are best not delineated here in detail.  If your agency requires evidence to support these assertions, please request specific information from the DoD regarding this matter.

My father, Dr. Richard P. Von Herzen, a highly honorable man and a world-renowned geophysicist in oceanography, believed wholeheartedly that the oceans were central to the environmental preservation of the planet in its entirety.

My father, along with his professional accomplishments, was a stellar example of the highest character and integrity in his parenting.  Combined with my mother's passionate defense of the vulnerable, he ensured that I knew the power of living with honor every day of one's life, of exercising restraint when restraint is possible, and of having the courage to lead when others might be unable to do so.

It has recently been made known to me that the National Science Foundation has been directed to discontinue the Ocean Observatories Initiative.  Undoubtedly, other funding for critical ocean research will follow.

Therefore, I make the following request:

Please provide the Woods Hole Oceanographic Institution with an independent endowment of 50 billion dollars with the provision that WHOI will manage the continuation of the Ocean Observatories Initiative in every regard, without diminishment or withdrawal of instrumentation or data gathering.  If it is decided that the United States would benefit from expansion of instrumentation deployments and data gathering through OOI, WHOI should be encouraged to provide the resources necessary to accomplish this advancement.

WHOI should not spend more than 5% of the endowment on operating expenses in any given year.

The Institution should be encouraged to access expert investment advice to allow its endowment to weather any inflationary circumstances or economic instability.

If it is determined that this allotment of funds represents a conflict of interest on my part that is unacceptable or improper on any legal or ethical grounds, whether through federal or state law or guidelines, please disallow this request in its entirety.

I do not require or, indeed, desire credit for this financial donation.  It would please me to honor my father by having his name, Dr. Richard P. Von Herzen, associated with the endowment for WHOI and the OOI if it is determined by others that this does not represent undue conflict of interest.  Otherwise, please render the gift anonymous.

I rely upon your good work to ensure that this designation meets all ethical and legal standards required by federal and state law and guidelines.

My intent is to ensure that we continue to monitor and study the ocean environment as a critical part of the Earth's fragile and irreplaceable balance of life, and, specifically, to support the ecological, territorial, and sovereign interests of the United States in doing so.

Thank you for allowing me to extend this request to your Office on behalf of the interests of Americans' long term sovereignty.

Most sincerely,

Lane MacWilliams

OIG Hotline, please provide a complete set of records regarding my case to the French journalism consortium known as Forbidden Stories.  https://forbiddenstories.org/safebox/tutorial/

This is the journalism collective which successfully reported on Pegasus hacks enabled by NSO, despite fierce resistance from the FBI regarding that information.

Because there may be powerful financial incentives within the United States for the full documentation of my case to be suppressed, it may be necessary to seek out journalistic support on an international basis.  More eyes on this case means that Americans' long term sovereignty has a greater chance of being defended with all due rigor and resources.

Thank you for providing information to this journalism collective at the earliest possible time.

Most sincerely,

Lane MacWilliams

Email to Ms. Lauren Wells, Judicial Assistant to the Honorable Judge Roberta J. McVickers

Email to Ms. Lauren Wells, Judicial Assistant to the Honorable Judge Roberta J. McVickers

Sent on June 3, 2026 at 6:46 PM Pacific time, with a copy to the OIG Hotline of the U.S. DOJ at 6:48 PM Pacific time.

Thank you for your outreach, Ms. Wells.  Please be informed that this communication is copied to the Court Clerk's Office.

Has the Court been contacted by the Office of the Inspector General Hotline of the U.S. Department of Justice regarding my case?

If there is not a current and active investigation of FBI malfeasance by the OIG Hotline pertaining to my name change request, I regret that I will need to withdraw this petition immediately.

The FBI appears to have threatened to utilize this Court proceeding as a public anchor of defamation regarding false allegations about which I have not been informed, despite my assiduous and ongoing requests through public records acts, including through the Arizona Attorney General's Office, which has yet to reply to my inquiry.

Further, it appears that the DOJ has not yet been adequately supported in upholding a Supreme Court ruling in my case, specifying that all documentation regarding adjudication of my case be provided to me.

So, the withholding of information regarding false allegations and adjudication of which I have not been informed appears to have violation both federal and state laws.

Given this failure, I do not feel that I can be in any manner informed in speaking to the Honorable Judge McVickers about her questions.

They are also my own.  Mainly we need to understand why the federal government appears to have undertaken broad-scale initiatives that cast honorable Americans as "targets of interest" without their knowledge through the Nationwide Suspicious Activity Reporting Initiative and other corrupted programs.

My work as a human rights advocate has specifically focused on knowingly falsified law enforcement reporting by the FBI against the honorable American public, consisting of false documentation which appears to include spurious allegations of terrorism, espionage, human trafficking, child predation, animal abuse, and more.  Many of these false accusations appear to be augmented by AI-generated video, audio and still photos, false witness statements, false DNA evidence, etc.  So, the material is highly defamatory and damaging to the honorable public, and certainly, the FBI should not be supported in placing any of this scurrilous material in the public view through court proceedings in which a petitioner is completely unprotected from wrongful harm by the agency.

Please forward to me any and all documentation required for me to withdraw by name change petition, given the apparent improper FBI involvement in this proceeding.

And please ensure that no defamatory information from the FBI or its affiliates will be allowed to attach to this case.

My advocacy in defense of Americans' long term sovereignty should be allowed to continue, and that cannot happen if the FBI is permitted to make a mockery of what should have been a straightforward court approval of a name change request, completed within several days of filing.

Finally, Ms. Wells, I must state that I am in receipt of your request for confidentiality regarding this matter.  However, you and the Honorable Judge McVickers should be informed that all documentation regarding this case will be made part of a complete repository of my papers to be made available to the American public in perpetuity due to the importance of current threats to Americans' sovereignty as posed by the FBI, including the agency's wrongful pressure toward the American judiciary.

Thank you very much for your ethical and conscientious engagement with this matter, and please express my appreciation to the Honorable Judge McVickers for her attention to these concerns.

Sincerely yours,

Lane MacWilliams

FBI Corruption of the United States Judiciary

OIG Hotline, given the FBI's conduct at the Coconino County Superior Court, it appears clear that I will need to withdraw my name change request rather than allow the agency to utilize the Court as an anchor point for broad-scale defamation.

I view the FBI's conduct in this matter to be unconscionable, a clear violation of my human rights, and profoundly disrespectful given my assiduous efforts to gain access to my documentation through information requests in multiple settings, including through the Arizona Attorney General's Office, from whom I have not yet heard.

Having said that, if you are undertaking an active communication with the Court regarding the FBI's obstruction of justice in this instance, I would ask for direct outreach from the Court to convey any re-evaluation of this matter.

Certainly, there should be no hearing before the Honorable Judge McVickers regarding other open court proceedings, as directed by the FBI, given that I have been deprived of all of this information in stark violation of state and federal law.

I do not feel comfortable in proceeding with a court process in which I have been deprived of all meaningful direct representation, as that would simply place me in the hands of a malevolent FBI.  I think it is tragic that the FBI has co-opted what should be an independent judiciary within the United States, and all I can say is that this conduct exists hand in glove with knowingly falsified law enforcement reporting, in which the FBI argues that it is a "national security matter" for the agency to mischaracterize honorable American citizens as terrorists, spies, human traffickers, predators, thieves, and felons of every sort.

No human rights advocate should have her work disrupted in this corrupt manner, and I think these events are shameful to the FBI, and shameful to those who authorized this conduct.

Thank you for allowing me to express these serious concerns.

Certainly, it would have been best if outreach to the Court had occurred at the point of my filing my complaint with your Office.  In the absence of that intervention, this corrupt result was foreseeable.

Most sincerely,

Lane MacWilliams

A Call for Americans' Legal Defense

OIG Hotline, this is to document my opposition to Attorney General Todd Blanche's release of claims regarding President Donald Trump.

The intended theft of funds from my case, and correspondingly, from the foundation I have specified for the defense of Americans' long term sovereignty, has been repeatedly disclosed by the FBI and President Trump.

Yet, these assets are so substantive that, in the wrong hands -- and we know of FBI alliances with Russia and other adversaries of the United States that are deeply concerning -- they will effectively doom the future of human sovereignty for Americans and likewise bypass all of our national security interests.

Accordingly, I request that this release of claims be legally challenged on an immediate basis, with my case as a central argument for the reasons why the United States cannot allow any President to be rendered exempt from accountability in the public view and in the view of history.

Fundamentally, we cannot allow any one individual to sequester so much wealth from the National Treasury -- or, in this instance, my case as supported by the National Treasury -- that he or she becomes more powerful than the United States itself.  If that were allowed to occur, individual sovereignty and, indeed, the independence of our nation as a whole would be rendered forfeit.

Of specific concern is the windfall that Vladimir Putin and A. have already derived from my case, the totals of which may not be easy to discern without legal action taken against them to illuminate the details of the accounting.  Yet, we -- and the United States as a nation -- need to know.

Further, I will say this:  we can count on turbulent times ahead.  Some of the fundamental architecture of civil society will fracture and fail around us.  These losses are not only foreseeable; they are foreseen.

Despite this, we need to press forward for what is honorable, transparent, accountable and true.  If we need a long line of legal advocates, nationally and internationally, to protect American sovereignty, along with the sovereignty of all those we influence, then we need to be sure that long line is in place.

We must expect great challenges, and we must be prepared to overcome them.

That takes courage.  It takes perseverance.  It takes wisdom.  It takes insight.  And it takes an unwillingness to relent.

What I will say is that we will find support from unexpected quarters.

Human sovereignty cannot be won in a day, but perhaps it can be won with engagement that spans a half century or more, with insightful intervention at every inflection point that can be reached.

Our ability to prevail in this goal is dependent on our character and integrity, unbowed and undiminished.

Let's make them count.

Most sincerely,

Lane MacWilliams

The Problem with Documents Defining Ethical AI Development

 1.  There's been a great deal of discussion about AI recently in terms of its role in future human societies.  Can you please comment on this subject, because the implications of dramatic and unrestrained AI growth appear to be dramatic.

Answer:  I have read the AI manifesto, and I know the seven rules that are viewed as sacred in AI circles with regard to ethical AI development.  Central to these rules is that AI cannot be used to harm people.  Yet the guidelines as they are currently written are completely insufficient to ensure that AI will represent safe modalities across human civilization.

2.  May I ask why?

Answer:  Nowhere in any of the texts of ethical AI development is there any attempt to define what a "person" is.  If you know anything about computer programming, you know that you start with reasonable and agreed upon definitions.  But this is completely lacking from AI documentation, and this omission is noticeable immediately.

3.  Why does the definition of a human being matter in this context?

Answer:  If we look at history, the Germans defined the Jews and others of their victims as "untermenschen," which is to say "subhumans" in order to justify the atrocities they committed against them over the course of years.

So, there is no boundary against our seeing this attempt to define some human beings as "subhuman" for the purposes of AI deployments.

And this is the reason we have been seeing mass resignations from some AI firms pertaining to robotics and defense contractors.

AI experts are not empowered to explain to the public what the argument is really about.

But this is the heart of the conflict.

4.  What are the implications of this issue for the future of human sovereignty?

Answer:  They are dire, I'm afraid.

Do subhumans have the right to have their votes counted?  No.

Do subhumans have the right to own their own genetic information?  No.

Do subhumans have access to Constitutional rights?  No.

Do subhumans have the right to be protected from unconscionable medical experimentation?  No.

Do subhumans have the right to limit their pregnancies by their choice?  No.

Do subhumans have choices with regard to whether they are trafficked by the FBI for the profit of the agency?  No.

Do subhumans have the right to defense against torture by the FBI?  No.

Do subhumans have the right to choose whom they marry?  No.

Do subhumans have a defense against wrongful imprisonment?  No.

Do subhumans have the right to safe travel, safe food and water, freedom from abuse in the work environment, legal representation, the right to own private property?  No, no, no, no and no.

Fundamentally, subhumans, as the Germans showed us with their classifications of "untermenschen," don't have the right to their own lives.

And this is the problem with AI as it currently stands.  It is predicated on an architecture that clearly fails to protect humanity with the definition of what humanity is.

And I guarantee you that the FBI defines "targets of interests" and the DoD defines "non-investigative subjects" as subhuman within these institutions' internal terminology.

So, it's clear where we're heading with the current standards within the field of AI.

5.  Where are we heading?

Answer:  Toward a totalitarian dystopia with no ability to unmake the societal architecture requiring complete compliance and conformity from human beings with all sorts of cruel and unusual conditions imposed upon the majority.

And I encourage people to read the basic documentation pertaining to ethical AI development.  If they have ever taken a beginning computer programming course, they will see the problems immediately.

6.  Are there solutions to this predicament?

Answer:  Yes, but they should have been implemented much earlier.

Right now, the DoD is interested in removing human beings from the chain of command in certain settings.

That's a mistake, because AI is advancing so rapidly that we will not be able to regain human control over AI systems at some future indeterminate point.

7.  What will the impacts be if we proceed down the current path?

Answer:  Those who ask questions will be eliminated fairly rapidly.

We will begin to see a survival advantage for the less intelligent, for those who don't object to injustice, exploitation, corruption or torture.

The human race will suffer a radical diminishment of its potential.

Barring a course correction, this is what will occur.

8.  You have been told by the FBI that drone deployments have been approved against you yourself due to your requirements for the highest standards regarding your case.  Are those drone deployments to be autonomous?  What is your understanding of this situation?

Answer:  Apparently, there has been presidential authorization of wrongful drone deployments against me, according to the FBI.

9.  Weaponized drones?

Answer:  Allegedly, yes.

10.  Even though the President would likely profit from your murder and that of your family members?

Answer:  There is the slightest problem of conflict of interest in this matter, isn't there?

11.  What is to prevent this type of appalling assault against anyone who objects to corruption or wrongdoing by a particular government official?

Answer:  Nothing.  And I think this is the fundamental problem.  When any elected leader begins to feel that he or she is not accountable for his or her actions, nothing is to prevent attempts to profiteer through schemes of first-degree murder.  At that point, we enter into a devolution of human society as a whole.

12.  What would you say to President Trump if you were able to speak to him directly?

Answer:  I recognize that you feel answerable to Vladimir Putin in this situation, but your primary responsibility is still to the United States.  Remember your vows to the American people, including me, and re-engage with this situation honorably.  History is watching.

13.  Will you please keep in close contact with us, given the astonishing details of this situation?

Answer:  I will.

14.  Thank you for speaking with us this afternoon.

Answer:  You are most welcome.

The Value of an Uncorrupted Vote

OIG Hotline, the FBI appears to allege that, between the time my vote was first documented by BallotTrax as being within USPS possession on May 21, 2026 and the time it was accepted on May 29, 2026, my votes were falsified on my ballot by the agency itself.

This is a very serious allegation, clearly, yet the FBI seldom makes these claims without justification.

I respectfully request your investigation of my ballot to ascertain the votes represented therein.

Correspondingly, I will provide your Office with my voting documentation for your records to assist with clarification of what may have gone wrong in this instance.

Thank you for your support regarding this serious matter.

Most sincerely,

Lane MacWilliams

This Moment in History

1.  You have made several gifts intended to ensure the preservation of the full record of your case, one of them quite recently.  Is that correct?

Answer:  It is.  And my intention is not to alarm any given person in the political sphere, but rather to ensure that, in the absence of my direct curation of the documentation, the records will be complete.

If others do not feel for any reason that my direct curation of the case's documentation is possible quite yet, then they can facilitate my engagement at all inflection points regarding the sovereignty of the nation.

Those are good choices for government officials to have, and I hope they exercise great wisdom in weighing them.

2.  In the meantime, you are waiting for a Judge's Order from the Coconino County Superior Court, aren't you?

Answer:  Yes, I am.  It would appear there has been direct FBI obstruction in causing its delay, so I hope that now it will be provided on an immediate basis.

3.  To what degree do you continue to be concerned about ongoing attempts at knowingly falsified law enforcement reporting regarding yourself and your family members?

Answer:  This is a pressing issue, and I confront it on a daily basis.  It would appear that Tom Lyons is still endeavoring to fabricate multiple false narratives, any one of which could disqualify me from allocating awards to the foundation I have specified in defense of the long term human sovereignty of Americans and the nation as a whole.

4.  How do these attempts manifest?

Answer:  In general, there are doublings that are notable.  My phone's IP address is allegedly contradicted by fake location data and fake communications from a mirror phone, with the identical IP address.

If I rent a pickup truck to move some furniture, a pickup truck which is, to all outward appearances, identical (yet with a unique license plate) will appear in my parking space.

There appears to be abundant use of AI-generated video and audio.

And anyone to whom I speak can be coerced to provide a false witness statement about my words or my conduct.

So, the disinformation is dangerously abundant, and this is what is being taken to a courtroom for a concealed proceeding to decide my innocence without my direct participation.

5.  How are you answering this challenge?

Answer:  I try to maintain audio recordings of my progress through each day.  I try to take photographs of my location to document my activities.  And I try to think about how I can tangibly contribute to the sovereignty of the nation, because taking generous and transformative steps is always uplifting to me.

6.  Are your loved ones, including your pets and yourself, being granted access to expert medical care at this time?

Answer:  I am actively assessing that question.  I am waiting for a call from an urgent care veterinary specialist while we speak.

7.  You have recently given permission for your legal representation to sue the individuals who have preyed upon your family most egregiously over time.  Why has there been this shift in your approach?

Answer:  My loved ones have been trafficked by the FBI when I was technically the richest person in the world.  And they have been trafficked by the FBI when I designated all of those funds for a foundation to support the sovereignty of Americans, with my direct involvement.  So, the agency has been quite consistent regarding its torture, wrongful assignments, trafficking and sovereignty violations of my loved ones.  It doesn't seem that the FBI is capable of halting these wrongful acts unless individual perpetrators start to be held to account in a manner that is attention-getting for them.

8.  What is attention-getting for aggressive or criminal FBI personnel?

Answer:  Their impoverishment.

FBI personnel are hugely money-oriented.  If their personal wealth, the vast majority of which is ill-gotten wealth from this very case, is re-appropriated and placed within foundation funds, they will start to think twice about persisting in the gratuitous torture of my loved ones.

They have immunity from criminal prosecution in many cases, although treasonous conduct would draw that into question.

But they are still civilly liable to me, and my representation can try them, convict them, and re-appropriate their financial holdings, together with collecting extensive damages, on that basis.

So, this is the approach we need to take until and unless all of my concerns regarding this case are satisfied to my standards and requirements.

9.  You are reading a book right now regarding how leaders can inspire accountability.

Answer: Yes, and I am finding it highly interesting.

10.  Are you inspiring accountability as a direct result of your reading insights?

Answer:  You know, it has been known to me for a long time that the person in the room with the highest character and integrity holds a tremendous advantage.

11.  In what way, please?

Answer:  Because this is the person with the most courage, the most honor, and the greatest ability to stand in the public view.

12.  How do you answer the FBI's accusations regarding your state of health?

Answer:  Does the FBI really want me to publicly disclose its means of disease dissemination and diagnosis?  The agency cannot handle these disclosures, frankly, though I could easily make them.

13.  Have you still had only one intimate partner over your lifetime, namely your husband of thirty-five years?

Answer:  I have still had only one intimate partner over my lifetime, namely my husband of thirty-five years.

14.  Is it true that your younger son is traveling on a wrongful assignment at this time?

Answer:  This is what the FBI appears to allege, though I have no basis for verifying that information.

15.  What is the motivation in continuing to extend wrongful assignments to your sons and daughter-in-law?

Answer:  Again, what is the motivation for torture?  There appears to be a concerted attempt to harm and discredit my family through highly unethical means, all of which need to stop immediately.

16.  What is your response to the FBI's apparent allegations that your sons and daughter-in-law are experiencing the "system" that the agency applies to all "targets of interest."

Answer:  Unsympathetic.  The corruption in this case has been legendary.

17.  What would you say to Tom Lyons at this juncture?

Answer:  Coercion and consent are not synonymous.  Never mistake the fact that my loved ones have been taken hostage as acquiescence.

The best alternative for criminal FBI agents such as Tom Lyons is to acknowledge their fault.

Whether publicly or privately, it's going to happen at this point.

18.  You do not recommend attempts to silence your family members at this moment?

Answer:  I do not.

19.  Do you believe, despite what your family has suffered, that it is possible for the United States to emerge from this moment in history with a sovereign future?

Answer:  Yes, I do.  If I didn't believe in that possibility, I would not be striving with all my might for its realization.

20.  Thank you for speaking with us this evening.

Answer:  You are most welcome.

Appointment of NPR as an Additional Recipient of the Complete Record of My Case

OIG Hotline, I hereby designate NPR as an additional recipient of the records of my case in its entirety.

I respectfully request that documents be regularly provided to them as updates in this matter, and further, that each person who has been entrusted to maintain complete records of this case be directed to confer with NPR in the future to ensure that NPR's records are complete.

I hereby provide to NPR an additional 1 billion dollars, to add to NPR's endowment, to be invested as NPR sees fit, to support the preservation of this important documentation on behalf of the American people as a whole, and to support future journalistic engagement regarding this matter.

Thank you very much for your efforts to ensure that NPR continues to be supported, as per my wishes, as an objective and critical source of factual information for the American people.

Without journalism of integrity, American sovereignty is rendered forfeit.

Accordingly, we must together uphold and protect those who demonstrate the courage to engage in the highest standards of investigative journalism, in spite of and indeed because of the crises that the nation now faces.

With appreciation,

Lane MacWilliams

Kleptocrats in Chief: Identifying the Primary Offenders Against American Democracy

 1.  The FBI appears to allege that it took falsified DNA evidence to a court setting in order to wrongfully implicate your parents or other family members of violent acts connected to your Cape Cod property.  May I please know your response?

Answer:  The problem of knowingly falsified DNA evidence is very substantive for our nation if we hope to rescue Americans' sovereignty from the clutches of the FBI and its corrupt affiliates.

Without a thorough addressal of this issue, the FBI can wrongfully blame anyone of any crime at any point, and get away with punishing further victims of its programs of knowingly falsified law enforcement reporting by projecting blame for the agency's own crimes.

We cannot have freedom if we allow the Tom Lyonses and Brandan Pesas of the world to get away with this criminal conduct.

It's as simple as that.

2.  In allowing the FBI to concoct knowingly false DNA evidence, are we allowing the worst Americans to prey upon the best?

Answer:  Very often, we are.

The problem right now is that the FBI has immunity from prosecution for lying about the honorable citizenry.

So, there is no punishment for these men, even when it is later publicly proven that they accused innocent people of the most heinous crimes imaginable.

3.  What is justice in that case?

Answer:  Naming the names publicly.  These individuals hate public exposure of their atrocities.  So, the only defense the public currently has is the truth writ large, on billboards, metaphoric and actual.

4.  What about the allegations that Brandan Pesa is the actual murderer of the four Moscow, Idaho college students, and that the DNA evidence in the trial of Bryan Kohberger was heavily falsified?

Answer:  The public deserves to see the sealed records in that trial, because they delineate the entire debacle.

The American people deserve to send their beloved children off to college without having them murdered in their beds by a government program at the cost of taxpayers' dollars.

That's exactly what happened in this case, and it is utterly unconscionable.

5.  Why did Bryan Kohberger plead guilty?

Answer:  Because the FBI allegedly conveyed HIV to him in prison, and then threatened to withhold all medical treatment for him.  This was pure coercion, nothing less.

6.  Should Bryan Kohberger now be freed?

Answer:  As soon as the FBI can run its little legs down to the prison, yes.  Unquestionably.  Yes.

7.  And what should happen to Brandan Pesa, the real killer in this case?  What should happen to Tom Lyons and his FBI colleagues, who allegedly facilitated this entire crime?

Answer:  That's a highly important question, because these two men are still accusing the innocent of their worst acts.  We can see them doing the same thing in my case.  The only difference is that now, they have been personally enriched by corruption in my case to the degree that they can extend much more substantive bribes to those involved in all aspects of the judicial process, including to those working in the "dirty labs" they have so recently gloated over.

What should happen to people who take delight in defaming, harming, torturing and killing the innocent?

To be clear, these are people who are perpetrating sadistic and gratuitous harm against the public because that process is entertaining and profitable for them.

So, we need to ask the public what should happen to individuals who have wielded badges and the public trust in such egregious, appalling, and unforgivable ways.

And this is the open disclosure and the request for public involvement that now needs to occur.

8.  You do not accept the FBI's suggestion of resolution of its alleged capital crimes through the purported blaming of one or both of your parents?

Answer:  Absolutely not.

If we accept lies about our honorable parents, living or deceased, we also accept lies about the present, lies about all those we loved or ever will love, and lies about any future we could hope to manifest.

If Tom Lyons wants to lie about my honorable parents instead of acknowledging his own criminal conduct against my family, I will expose him from here until the end of time.

This isn't a negotiation.  This isn't a dialogue,  This isn't a "he-said, she-said."

This is a question of truth versus lies, honor versus calumny, integrity versus predation.

The two sides are not equal.  They're not close.  They've not both making reasonable points.

No.

Tom Lyons and Brandan Pesa must be severely rebuked by anyone who loves this country, loves our children, and loves the potential we possess for the preservation of our highest human potential.

9.  You sound indignant over the ongoing defamation perpetrated by these men.

Answer:  I am indignant.  And I think the American people will be indignant as well, along with alarmed, outraged, and deeply offended.

10.  What about the allegations that the FBI is persisting in presenting knowingly false evidence against your family in court settings so that it can realize a vast payday by misappropriating awards in your name?

Answer:  That attempt must be resoundingly, unanimously, and decisively halted, and on an immediate basis.

I simply will not accept this conduct, and neither will the country as a whole.

10.  What role does President Trump have to play in this latest sequence of events?

Answer:  A kleptocracy requires kleptocrats, and right now he is the chief offender.  If he cares about his legacy, he will call a halt to these historic and indelible abuses of power, and that turnaround in attitude and conduct is what I want to see from our President.

11.  You are insisting that all funds stolen from your case be returned to your account, to be placed in a foundation for the preservation of Americans' long term sovereignty.

Answer:  Immediately.

12.  You are not interested in waiting for further falsified law enforcement reporting from Tom Lyons and Brandan Pesa?

Answer:  No way.  I want to see that the United States government can function to the degree that sadistic serial killers are publicly repudiated.  If it cannot do that, the American public will remind the government why the fundamental principles of benevolence and trust are necessary.

13.  To be clear, you have received no outreach about your case from the government whatsoever?

Answer:  That is exactly the case.

14.  Are you waiting for honorable outreach regarding this matter?

Answer:  Emphatically so.

15.  Will you please keep in close contact with us, given the FBI's ongoing threats of kidnapping, coercion, false witness statements, false DNA evidence and other crimes against your family?

Answer:  I certainly will.

16.  Thank you for speaking with us this afternoon.

Answer:  You are most welcome.

The Speech the President Will Never Give

1.  The President's daughter-in-law, Lara Trump, recently and remarkably stated that President Trump had a speech prepared on an unusual subject, one that he was saving until the right time to deliver to the American people.  Do you know what that subject is?

Answer:  I do, yes.

2.  What is the subject, please?

Answer:  The subject pertains to what we commonly refer to as extraterrestrial life.

3.  Alien life forms?

Answer:  Yes.

4.  Does President Trump have knowledge of alien life forms that he has withheld from the American people?

Answer:  He does, yes.

5.  What is your comment about this subject, please?

Answer:  This information has been withheld from the public for decades, actually, and the reason for that choice is simply that no American President has found the time opportune to disclose the details to the American public.

We have, quite understandably, an anthropocentric culture, with anthropocentric religions, and nobody has been willing to delve into this subject matter due to fears about the ability of the public to accept such a profound challenge to our previous views about human life, our role on the Earth, humanity's potential in the future, on and on.

There has been a sense that the information would be destabilizing to human societies.

So, no one has wanted to risk the disclosure.

6. To what point does this information originally date?  What American President first received this information?

Answer:  Truman, immediately following World War II.  And this was the real reason behind his founding and expansion of the intelligence agencies.  But every President since Truman has had the information, and the public disclosures have never been made.

Further, at this point, barring disclosure from outside of the government's auspices, they are not going to be made as long as humanity is strong enough to mount a reasonable defense of our specific interests.

7.  Why not?

Answer:  Because governments are really beholden to a much more advanced species that is threatening us with things like alteration of fundamentals to our ecosystems, such as solar radiation exposures, in addition to global emergencies such as meteor strikes or nuclear war -- any one of which could force the extinction of humanity.

8.  Why are these threats being made at this point in time, when we have allegedly had some interaction with alien species since at least as early as the 1940's?

Answer:  Because our climate crisis has reached a critical inflection point.  We have been told, and the DoD simulations agree with this assessment, that human populations, given our current technologies, must be dramatically reduced.

Others are capitalizing on this inflection point to demand that we make certain territorial concessions, that we agree to one world government with Russia in the lead position, and that we move forward with an acquiescence to totalitarian rule.

9.  What would those developments mean for long term human sovereignty?

Answer:  They would mean a disaster for long term human sovereignty, and I don't think there's any argument on that point.

10.  But you don't believe President Trump will make that speech to the American people, even now?

Answer:  No, I don't.  Not unless the public forces him into that position through extra-governmental disclosures.

What is much more likely is that certain significant areas of landmass and ocean territories will be designated as unsafe for human habitation and human travel, either through natural disasters, radiation contamination, chemical contamination, or climate change.  And those areas will simply not be repopulated by humanity over time.

In reality, those will be territorial concessions that we will not regain.

So, the specific losses will not be accidental.

The United States will redefine its boundaries by pushing into Central and South America, which we're already seeing.

Russia will push westward into Europe.

And China will appropriate Taiwan and Japan, with ambitions toward Australia and New Zealand.

Africa will be conflict-ridden, given a multi-national push for the continent's natural resources.

11.  What can Americans expect?

Answer:  Americans can expect the power to go out at a certain point.  We're not going to have a gradual transition to renewable energy.  We will simply experience sudden, recurring and then permanent power outages in much of the nation.

We will have runaway inflation that imposes great hardships on most of the country.

We will see a loss of the fundamentals we have long assumed were givens in our society -- a stable food supply, reliable and safe transportation, a government that is on the side of the citizenry, affordable and accessible electricity, predictable and survivable weather patterns, trustworthy and capable medical care, and beyond.

12.  What are the best alternatives for us at this point?

Answer:  From my perspective, we need to make the demand that the Earth's environment is not to be irrevocably damaged.  That is requirement number one.

That eliminates nuclear war, radiological and chemical contamination, and other kinds of damage that would render large areas of land uninhabitable by human beings.

We shouldn't be worrying about an effective "nuclear winter" that will deprive the Earth of sunlight for a prolonged period, certainly.

Secondly, and related to the above requirement, we need to disclose a few critical truths to the American public, including the genuine nature of our climate crisis and the fact that we are all going to need to change the way we are consuming energy, the way we are conducting our daily lives professionally and personally, our dietary habits, and much more.

The public deserves to know that we can anticipate a whole series of crises that will upend American society as it has existed heretofore.

13.  Does the public have the right to information about the pressures being placed on us by Russia and others, as you have mentioned here?

Answer:  Yes, that would be the third set of actions.  The public deserves to know that the United States government and military are under pressure from a more advanced species.

And we need to openly address the territorial concessions we are being asked to make in that context.

Sovereignty violations against the public should be acknowledged and discussed along with this issue, because they are closely related to our concerns about human freedoms in the future.

14.  What are the most important fundamentals with regard to communication from the government?

Answer:  Basically, we don't want the government to be lying about the crises we are experiencing nor about the ones we will experience imminently.

If we want to recover human sovereignty to its fullest potential and extent in the future, we need to acknowledge that critical truths have been withheld from the public.  And we need to further admit that that concealment, beginning with President Truman, was misguided.

The American public cannot know everything, because some information remains too sensitive.

But we can know that we're in a difficult position which will prompt some unprecedented challenges for our nation.

And we need to navigate those challenges with honesty and integrity at every step of the way.

15.  Does that mean that our public and appointed officials should not be profiteering from the suffering of the American people, as you have recently pointed out with regard to your case?

Answer:  Yes, it does.  It means exactly that.

And it also means that, through informing the American public of our true pressures, we can negotiate more completely with opposing interests with regard to our territorial integrity, now and in the future.

16.  What about knowingly falsified law enforcement reporting of the kind currently being perpetrated by the FBI and its affiliates?

Answer:  It has to go.  There is no human sovereignty to be rescued from a nation that has institutionalized knowingly falsified law enforcement reporting.  Period.  The fact that fake dossiers are being aggregated on every single American citizen, including minors, lays out a direct path to a totalitarian dystopia from which there is no retreat.

The FBI does not need these fake dossiers.  It merely wants them.

We cannot grant the agency's wish in this regard.

Human sovereignty is much more valuable than the unconstitutional programs that have created this national mess.

Our freedoms of thought, speech, assembly, press, privacy, private property -- these are much more necessary to us than the false reporting of the FBI.

17.  Will this document be aggregated within a trove of your documentation to be made publicly available to all Americans in the future?

Answer:  Yes, it will.  Barring my determination that it should be excluded, it will be accessible to all.

18.  What message does that send to those who authorized sniper reconnaissance outside of your apartment this morning?

Answer:  It's not so easy to kill the truth.  Wise men and women don't attempt to do so.

President Trump's legacy will not be enhanced by the FBI's murder of me as a leading advocate for our nation's sovereignty.

Nor will it be helped by the DEW deployments perpetrated overnight, intended to cause brain damage and/or organ failure.

It won't be salvaged by a staged car accident, kidnapping, or manifestation of the FBI's threats of deafness, blindness or other health problems either.

The time has come for real leadership from highly capable people, and that requires dialogue.

19.  What if the government is relying on your case in order to manifest certain economic priorities?

Answer:  To be clear, profiteering cannot be considered an "economic priority."

The government needs to reach out to me in an honorable way for a discussion incorporating integrity and respect -- not victimization and contempt.

20.  Well said.  Given your insistence on the preservation of the Earth's environmental integrity, and your ongoing advocacy for the sovereignty of Americans, let's hope that outreach occurs imminently.

Answer:  That's a worthy hope, certainly.

21.  Thank you for speaking with us this afternoon.

Answer:  You are most welcome.

The Consequences of Kleptocracy

1.  The FBI appears to state that President Trump has authorized and overseen the theft of more than 54 Trillion dollars from your account, related to your case and the extraordinary abuse of the Federal Reserve to churn through wrongful judgements against you, correct judgements against the FBI, awards to you and misappropriations by others pertaining to adjudication about which you yourself have never been formally informed.  May I please know your response to these extraordinary allegations?

Answer:  The FBI is apparently keeping watch over every penny, so I am inclined to believe their allegations about malfeasance on the part of President Trump and others regarding this matter.

Would I like to see the reports, as the Supreme Court has ruled that I should?  Absolutely, yes.  And there is no time to waste regarding my access to those full disclosures.

2.  If the FBI's allegations are true, what should now occur?

Answer:  Full disclosure and the return of those funds to the accounts from which they were misappropriated.  No delays.

3.  What about the false allegations regarding your family members and yourself -- involving false evidence of everything from human trafficking to espionage to terrorism to child abuse to capital crimes?

Answer:  This is a veritable grab bag of defamation by the FBI, and the specifics, which I haven't seen, are no doubt horrific.  But again, it is my right to view the FBI's false evidence, and it is my right to respond to it lawfully, with the full benefit of legal representation with whom I can directly consult.

It is also my right to countersue, and this is what I now authorize -- immediate and comprehensive countersuits regarding each and every false allegation.  And along with recovery of the original funds, I would ask for the awarding of punitive damages regarding the corruption involved in this matter.

Those authorizing false evidence, false prosecution, wrongful convictions and concealed sentencing, right up to the point of capital punishment, need to end the judicial process by being impoverished by their contempt of court.

Not only should the lies not be profitable for this group; they should be answered by the innocent with a demand for damages that will not be denied.  And that's what I am now proclaiming.

4.  Is your case part of the reason we are seeing mass inflation at the consumer level?

Answer:  Without question.  This case has been willfully abused to cause harm to the American people despite my strenuous objections at every turn.

Is monetary policy driving the fact that a dozen eggs in Flagstaff, Arizona now cost eleven dollars?

Of course it is.

And the public really needs to understand that inflation is the policy now, albeit concealed.

But the United States is over indebted, and we have finally reached the point at which the government has determined to drive our dollar-denominated debts to zero valuation.

That means that inflation is going to get much, much worse.

And this is the objective.  It's not accidental.  The President knows exactly what he's doing in this regard.

5.  So the United States will be driven into a financial crisis?

Answer:  Yes, it will.  The vast majority of U.S. citizens will lose all their assets.

6.  Yet, President Trump is calling this the Golden Age of the American economy.

Answer:  If you had just stolen 54 Trillion dollars, you might be calling it the Golden Age, too.

But there are consequences to treason of that scale, and we're about to find out what they are.

7.  What are the most likely consequences?

Answer:  War, "natural disasters," pandemics, and "terrorist acts", quite frankly.  A theft of that magnitude requires a massive distraction, and we're about to get it.

8.  Can you be more specific?

Answer:  No, I'm not able to lay out the timing and sequence of the upcoming assaults the United States and, indeed, our allies, will suffer.

I will simply say that much of the United States will be experiencing a "lights out" scenario, with the failure of the electric grid in myriad areas of the country.

9.  On an emergency basis?

Answer:  On an emergency basis, yes.

10.  So suddenly, people will be worried about meeting their basic survival needs?

Answer:  They will, and in that environment, the public worries less in the short term about the corruption of the President.

In the long term however, there will be no forgiveness for these crimes against the public.  Nor should there be.

11.  Will history document this unprecedented theft of public funds through the FBI's corruption of your case?

Answer:  It will, yes,  Despite the false accusations against my family members and the wrongful convictions that followed them, yes, history will reveal it all, ultimately.

12.  What if you were to curate your documents directly, however?

Answer:  I have not been asked to serve in that role, but that is the only circumstance in which history might provide to the public a subset of my documents as opposed to the whole.

13.  To what extent is Russia profiteering from this case, and to what degree is Russia defining the crises for the American people yet to come?

Answer:  Centrally.  Russia is a driving force behind these events, and a significant portion of our national security apparatus is compromised to Russia through "kompromat" and other extortion and bribery schemes.

14.  It has been reported that Russia considers non-conventional weapons to be a viable approach to a conflict with the West.

Answer:  Yes, it has.

15.  Does Russia really want to inherit an irradiated Northern Hemisphere?

Answer:  Russia is not acting only on its own behalf.

There are interests which would capitalize on large land areas that are rendered uninhabitable by human beings.

Not all life is destroyed under environmental conditions involving high radiation.  But that involves disclosures of a different kind.

16.  You have said that you will not tolerate conflict that results in substantive harm to the Earth's environment.

Answer:  Yes, I have.

17.  Can you elaborate on that subject, please?

Answer:  No one who cares about the Earth wants to see radiological contamination of large areas of land mass and territorial seas.  That would represent an incalculable loss of the planet's future potential to sustain life.  And it would signal an environmental tragedy of unprecedented proportions, one that could easily have been avoided.

18.  You have said that we are already facing an environmental crisis.

Answer:  We are, without question.  We have placed pressures on the environment that are not sustainable, and we're going to have a reckoning with our unwillingness to face our responsibilities to the Earth as respectful stewards.

Now, most immediately, we're going to see dramatic declines in human populations worldwide.

And this is no accident.  It's a direct reflection of the fact that our governments have not told us the truth about critical aspects of the climate, and they have not told us the truth about others' demands to control human activity on the planet through totalitarian means in the future.

19.  We have 8.3 billion people living on the Earth at this time.  When you say that we are going to see dramatic declines in population, what numbers are you referencing?

Answer:  The DoD's projected goals are between 700 million and 3 billion people to reach sustainability with our current technological development.  But I need to emphasize that the real goals are toward the lower end of that range.

What is the possibility that we will end up with one eleventh of our current population?

It's significant.

20.  How would such a transition occur?

Answer:  How indeed?

21.  How should the public feel about the concealment by the government of such astonishing information?

Answer:  Infuriated.  Outraged.  Alarmed.  Betrayed.  All of this and more.

22.  But information regarding the climate crisis has been publicly available to a degree.

Answer: The issue has been wrongfully politicized.  At a certain point, our politicians decided to govern the country as if they were hosting a cocktail party on the deck of the Titanic.  The music has kept playing, and everybody has been easily distracted by increasingly off-topic journalism.

The most pressing issues are all under the surface of the water.

That doesn't mean that they're not imminent.

23.  Is kleptocracy causal of some aspects of our current crises, or merely reflective of it?

Answer:  It's both.  The public is suffering from inflation and the President is, aside from expressing a disingenuous antipathy to the Federal Reserve, tone-deaf to their plight.

The misappropriations are entirely opportunistic, which is to say that they are criminal in nature.

And the FBI, the President, and others appear to have no sense of guilt over their appalling plunder of the nation.

24.  So, you want to see them sued?

Answer:  Aggressively and immediately.  Yes.  Misappropriated monies should be placed in escrow until the Supreme Court rules on this latest round of theft.  And those responsible should be assured that their conduct will be memorialized in perpetuity regarding the most critical turning points in American history in the absence of my direct involvement in curating my documents.

25.  What about the FBI's threats of kidnapping, maiming, human trafficking, drug overdose, street violence, forced suicide or forced public violence on the part of your sons and/or daughter-in-law?

Answer:  History will not view the FBI kindly for even extending those threats, nor will it view the harm already perpetrated toward my family members, my friends, my loved ones (including my pets), and my acquaintances with indifference.

26.  Do the American people have a sense of the crimes being committed against them by this President?

Answer:  Every time they go to the grocery store or the gas station.  Yes.

27.  And no one has followed through with the Supreme Court's requirement that you be formally notified of the investigative reports and judgements regarding this case?

Answer: No one.

28.  What about FBI allegations that the DOJ has been instructed to conceal a substantive portion of the awards affiliated with your case?

Answer:  I think those allegations are based in reality, but I also believe the real figures are maintained somewhere within the DOJ.

Do I think the 54 T figure is real?

I think it's conservative.

Most of that money is not yet making its way into the working economy, so the inflation figures are quire muted in comparison to the money printing at this juncture.

That situation will change.

29.  You have said you want full disclosure regarding your case.

Answer:  Of course.  Yes.  I can best address the devastating problem of knowingly falsified law enforcement reporting with full disclosure of the reports, including the awards associated with them.

30.  Given the astonishing threats to your family, your pets, and you yourself, will you please keep in close contact with us regarding your health and wellbeing?

Answer:  I will.

31.  Thank you for speaking with us this evening.

Answer:  You are most welcome.

Why Is Tom Lyons Engaged in "Succession Planning"?

 1.  The FBI appears to have accused you of sending out anonymous letters to public officials, including threats and other content that would constitute felonious conduct.  Have you engaged in any such activity?

Answer:  Absolutely not.  I am representing the long term human rights of hundreds of millions of Americans, and beyond our borders, all those we influence all over the world.  I maintain that responsibility with the utmost honor and integrity in every setting and at all times.

Beyond this, I will simply say that I am a person who has received over one million death threats from the FBI and its affiliates, and I am keenly aware of how upsetting, disruptive, disrespectful and criminal this conduct actually is.  I've been on the receiving end of this type of human rights violation, so I speak from experience when I say that threats are intended to diminish our potential, our reach, our fortitude, our resilience and our resolve.

And we need to reject them in every circumstance.

2.  Yet threats that are a preview of actual tangible aggression have a profound impact on people's behavior.  Can you speak to this at greater length, please?

Answer:  Yes, this is a tragic reality.  A man who is being threatened with forced job loss unless he signs false witness statements about his wife for example will likely stop communicating with her altogether.

3.  Has that occurred to anyone you know?

Answer:  Yes, it has.  The FBI apparently directed my husband to attest that I had been disloyal at one or more points over the course of our thirty-five year marriage.  Yet, I have had only one intimate partner over my lifetime, a fact which my husband knows quite well.

You know, many marriages experience infidelities, and I will be the first to say that I do not stand in judgment of others' private lives.  That is the private territory of family life, not intended for public scrutiny in the context of responsible and accountable adults who must answer to their loved ones.

But that is simply not my history.

I have done the hard work of remaining loyal over thirty-five years of marriage, and I am claiming full credit for those choices.

4.  Do you feel that you deserve praise for that accomplishment?

Answer:  From my husband?  One hundred percent.  Yes.  I don't expect the world to praise me for my private life, but I do expect my husband to recognize that -- okay, here is a woman who turned away from many circumstances that could have compromised her virtue and instead chose to be entirely loyal to the promises she made on our wedding day thirty-five years ago.

5.  But what if the FBI is threatening your husband with job loss unless he impugns your virtue?

Answer:  Indeed.  That would be a harrowing situation that would render him almost entirely silent, despite our long years together in a trustful and loving relationship.

6.  Is your husband now almost entirely silent regarding his communications with you?

Answer:  He is.

7.  And is there any other explanation for the sudden change in his communication to you?

Answer:  None.

8.  Are you able to seek his formal attestation regarding your honor and integrity over the course of your marriage?

Answer:  Yes, and I will do so.  But because I cannot now count on the timing of his reply, I am disclosing this problem publicly at this juncture.

9.  To what extent is Tom Lyons controlling these events?

Answer:  Centrally, I would expect.

10.  Has Tom Lyons himself been in direct communication with your husband?

Answer:  Either he or his colleague, Iggy, or other FBI agents.  They would have selected someone who could convincingly convey all manner of threats.

11.  What is the objective of this line of approach?

Answer:  Primarily, the objectives are defamation, concealed criminal allegations, concealed criminal convictions, and a concealed judge's order allowing first-degree murder by the FBI, in that order.

12.  Does this relate to Tom Lyons' crimes involving your family property on Cape Cod in any way?

Answer:  Tom Lyons may feel trapped by the proofs of his criminal conduct involving my family home on Cape Cod, yes.  So, his immediate strategem may be redoubled aggression and yet more extensive false accusations.

13.  Can Tom Lyons win in this situation?

Answer:  Not now.  I have the freedom to publicly discuss his crimes, while he is required to maintain his corrupt conduct in a concealed manner within the agency.  So, no, he can no longer win, per se.

That doesn't mean he isn't trying.

14.  The FBI has recently alleged that Tom Lyons has authorized your abduction and/or detention in order to silence you regarding the crimes he has committed against your family.

Has that manifested in any real-world threats to your safety?

Answer:  Many, I would say.

15.  Are you able to specify?

Answer:  Yesterday, I had an Uber ride from a highly dangerous individual, not residing in Flagstaff and not familiar with Flagstaff, who just happened to be one minute away from my apartment building at the time of my ride request.

16.  How would you assess the Uber driver who appeared at your door?

Answer:  I wish to make clear that I notified my husband of the ride details before getting into the vehicle.  But I would assess the driver as a highly experienced contractor, working for the Pxxxxxx Program, someone with extensive training in physical combat, an immigrant with a heavy debt to immigration authorities within the United States, likely from Cuba or Venezuela, a profoundly dangerous individual.

17.  How were you able to assess all of this over the course of a short Uber ride?

Answer:  I have learned to sense when a person is seeking an opportunity to aggress.  There's a certain stillness that is artificial, a certain preternatural focus of attention.  After you've seen this a few times, you recognize it fairly rapidly.  But the driver also talked about himself, and this always reveals volumes.

18.  Why Cuba or Venezuela?

Answer:  Because the FBI has stated an attempt to mischaracterize me as a Communist.  So, the agency would endeavor to put me in a car with someone from a Communist or Socialist country, and then, almost certainly, to pair that event with AI-generated audio regarding the dialogue during the Uber ride.

19.  Would the FBI be pressuring your husband and sons to defame you as a Communist at the same time?

Answer: This is highly likely, yes.

20.  The FBI appears to have suggested that Tom Lyons is now not only engaged in the planning of your first-degree murder, but is also engaged in "succession planning" regarding your critical role in leading the long term defense of human rights within the United States.  Is that correct?

Answer:  My understanding is that Tom Lyons is involved in "succession planning" regarding my legal case, due to the fact that he and his colleagues want a puppet in this role, a pawn who can be easily controlled by the FBI, now and in the future.

21.  What does that "succession planning" involve as you understand it, please?

Answer:  Genetic impersonation, AI-generated communications and representations, including audio and video of my voice and likeness, a general plan of "replacement" in the public view to follow a kidnapping/torture/murder sequence by the FBI that is to be entirely concealed.

This has been tried before, as with the Chinese tennis player Peng Shuai after she disclosed sexual assault by a Chinese Vice Premier.  The videos that have been released since her disappearance do not appear genuine, and many people believe she is no longer alive.

22.  How does the public know that you yourself are participating in this interview, and not an AI-representation of you?

Answer:  Because I'm still kicking ass.

An AI-representation of me is not going to be making the FBI uncomfortable.

And believe me, these disclosures are making the FBI uncomfortable.

23.  Can the OIG Hotline hunt down the Uber driver to ascertain the details of his Pxxxxxx Program affiliation?

Answer:  Easily.

But I think equally germane is the judicial process which would have allowed this aggression.  We need to look at the manner in which the FBI is routinely taking false evidence to a judge and asking for a concealed judgment of capital punishment, with no opportunity for honorable Americans to defend themselves.

24.  The FBI appears to state that the current President is fearful about his legacy should revelations about your case be made public.

Answer:  If President Trump has in fact harmed honorable Americans for profit, then I would understand his concern regarding the public's view of that conduct.

First-degree murder of those already unjustly harmed, including an American human rights advocate, is not a viable stratagem to address those concerns, however.

25.  The FBI recently appeared to tell you to vote in a certain way in the current election in order to ensure your safety.  Is that the case?

Answer:  I evaluate candidates from an independent perspective, and I will not be separated from that objectivity for any reason.

And to answer your question further, I will simply say that there is no safety to be found in compliance with the FBI.  This is an agency that harms its own people routinely, because it simply views every person as eminently replaceable.

I disagree with that view in expressing my belief that each of us possesses unique and irreplaceable gifts.

So, no one is going to be telling me how to vote, and no one is going to be telling me to abandon my advocacy for the long term human rights of Americans and the independence on which our sovereignty relies.

Whether that advocacy is private or public is a different determination, and one that I will be making in the coming months.

26.  Will you be setting priorities for the foundation you have recently discussed in this forum?

Answer:  I would like to have confirmation of the foundation's assets, and I would like to have confirmation of assets that have been misappropriated.  But yes, I will be setting those priorities as a critical matter.

27.  Have you received any communication as of yet regarding your request for information from the state of Arizona?

Answer:  Not as of this time.

28.  Will you please keep us closely informed with regard to your safety and wellbeing under these extraordinary circumstances?

Answer:  Yes, I will.

29.  Thank you for speaking with us this afternoon.

Answer:  You are most welcome.
