My Third Novel's Conclusion, My Heartbreak

My heart begins to break when I think about completing this particular book -- because this narrative has sustained me like no other story I've known. It's both more personal and more universal than my other works. But beyond memory and archetype, it's a cri-de-coeur about needing to become the person one is destined to be. And in the writing, I have met my own life's work, my own fated journey -- having the sense all the while that the pages are suffused with a resonance, an energy, an electrified field that defies explanation. Writers hope and pray to be overtaken by a work in this way -- to be conscripted into passionate service of a profound story. To experience it even once in a lifetime seems a great privilege. I still have several months before this novel is complete, and this constitutes my reprieve. Because I'm not ready for the beauty to end.

Tom Lyons Wishes to Apologize

OIG Hotline, it seems that Tom Lyons wants to apologize for his false claims regarding my property on Cape Cod, and potentially other properties as well. It appears that those apologies are to extend to members of the Supreme Court and other Courts to which Tom Lyons has presented knowingly false evidence. And it seems that Tom Lyons wants to immediately ensure that all harms against my loved ones and myself, resulting from wrongful convictions based on false evidence, are now halted decisively, immediately and permanently.

These are appropriate goals.

Further, it seems that Tom Lyons would like to apologize for tampering with my apartment in Flagstaff, Arizona, along with all of my belongings there.

It appears, in addition, that Tom Lyons would like to apologize for tampering with my vehicle to correspond to knowingly falsified law enforcement reporting.

Most immediately, it seems that Tom Lyons would like to halt all Dxx deployments and withdraw all fxxx and jxxxx deployments that have been perpetrated and continue to be perpetrated on the basis of knowingly false evidence presented before one or more Courts.

I would respectfully request that your Office assist Mr. Lyons by immediately filing for injunctive relief pertaining to all of these harms.

Beyond this, in recognizing Mr. Lyons' crimes against my loved ones and myself in this case, all of which have been accompanied by Mr. Lyons' willful and intentional lying in courtroom proceedings, along with the deceptive conduct of his agency at every turn, I would respectfully request that Mr. Lyons be removed from any and all proceedings associated with my case, and would point out that that removal should be permanent.

Mr. Lyons bears civil liability to me for all of the crimes delineated above, and he needs to address that liability to my satisfaction in a manner that pays all judgements to the foundation I have specified for the preservation of Americans' long term human rights.

Mr. Lyons should be impoverished by that process, and his wages garnished in perpetuity unless I specify otherwise on my blog.

Mr. Lyons' recent alleged attempts to cause me further physical harm should also be prosecuted in a civil context, and any and all harmful sentencing is to be vacated based on Mr. Lyons' acknowledgement of his reprehensible conduct in this matter. Until that can be accomplished, motions for injunctive relief should be immediately filed on my behalf.

In order to avoid being impoverished by Tom Lyons' predatory schemes, my properties, including my vehicles, will need to be reimbursed to me.
