Request for Intervention: Are American Drivers Caught in the FBI's Game of Matchbox Cars?

1.  You spoke to George who is a manager at AutoNation for Mercedes Benz in San Jose a few minutes ago.  Is that correct?

Answer:  Yes, it is.

2.  This relates to a 2023 Mercedes Benz EQS 450 4Matic which you purchased in December of 2025, seven months ago.  Is that the case?

Answer:  Yes.

3.  What did you express to George regarding your vehicle?

Answer:  I communicated to him the fact that the facilitated hacks regarding the operating software of the vehicle have repeatedly placed my life at risk.

4.  How has that manifested?

Answer:  The navigation system is hacked to the extent that destination replacement has occurred multiple times en route to a destination.  So, without my knowledge, in the middle of my receiving directions, a third party has rerouted the car to somewhere I don't want to go, and a location about which I have no information whatsoever.

For someone who routinely receives kidnapping threats, that represents a serious problem.

5.  How have you adapted to this remarkable flaw in the vehicle's safety?

Answer:  I have to be constantly vigilant.  I have lost all trust in Mercedes Benz overall, given the company's failure to respond to my outreach.  So, I just need to check and re-check and re-check that I am heading to the right destination via a reasonable route.

6.  Does the navigation system sometimes route you to destinations via unsafe roads?

Answer:  Absolutely.  I have received notification that I will be routed to an easily accessible destination through restricted areas and unpaved roads, for example.  Obviously, in that case, I have not followed the vehicle's routing in any manner.  But the potential for harm is astonishing.

7.  Are there other allegations of alterations to the software of the vehicle?

Answer:  I can attest to the fact that my remote access to vehicle controls such as door locking and climate control has been completely blocked.  These features are simply not operational.  And this matters because others should not be accessing my vehicle when I am away from it, obviously.  Further, my dogs should be able to remain in an air conditioned vehicle for five minutes if I am at a rest stop while traveling.

Further allegations of harm to the vehicle are yet more serious, as they pertain to compromise of the adaptive cruise control system, and are accompanied by threats that acceleration, braking, and steering could all be altered at speed, on a freeway, for example, leading to intentional fatality.

8.  To what extent are the changes to your own car's operating system reflective of changes to the operating systems of all Mercedes Benz vehicles?

Answer:  This is a critical question.  In general, when the FBI pays affiliates, as it has paid both AutoNation and Mercedes Benz, to make alterations that allow the FBI to have life and death control over Americans, the harm is broad-based.  I would suspect that the changes have been made to all Mercedes Benz vehicles because of this pattern of conduct.  The software updates to Mercedes Benz vehicles are automatically uploaded, with no involvement from car owners.  So this harm could have easily been disseminated without any awareness on the part of consumers whatsoever.

9.  Do you believe that other car companies may have been convinced to participate in similar compromise due to FBI guidance?

Answer:  Yes, I do.  I think this compromise is highly likely to have affected many other car manufacturers.

10.  What is the impact on Americans if this is true?

Answer:  The FBI can kill you whenever it wants to do so, simply by taking control of your vehicle remotely at a point in time it determines.

11.  That would represent an astonishing violation of Americans' sovereignty and Constitutional rights.

Answer:  Yes, it would.  We have seen prior FBI incursions into this realm when it convinced Congress to pass "kill switch" requirements in all vehicles, allowing law enforcement to turn off the ignition of any vehicle at any time at the independent determination of law enforcement officers.  This represents a tremendous safety risk to the public when our law enforcement represents an increasingly violent and predatory contingent, violating the public's freedoms with absolute impunity.

And this is not to say that we don't have honorable law enforcement officers.

But how safe is your lovely sixteen year old daughter returning from prom with her new driver's license when local law enforcement can kill the ignition of her vehicle at will?

The problems are all lamentably foreseeable.  And they place the public interest in stark opposition to law enforcement's prerogatives.

Americans' cars should not be treated like remote-control Matchbox toys, in which the fate of the public becomes concealed entertainment for a predatory FBI.

12.  What should happen at this juncture with regard to your own safety?

Answer:  I would respectfully request an investigation of this matter by the OIG Hotline, to involve the aggregation of all FBI communications with AutoNation and Mercedes Benz regarding the intentional compromise of the software of my Mercedes Benz vehicle, as well as other Americans' Mercedes Benz vehicles.  All judgments against Mercedes Benz, AutoNation, the FBI, and specific employees of these three organizations should be deposited into the Foundation I have specified for the preservation of Americans' long term sovereignty.

If I had open communication with the OIG Hotline, I would request that a series of independent software experts examine my car in detail to determine the source of the problems described herewith, and any other problems involved.

In the absence of that, Mercedes Benz should refund the vehicle and cooperate in every way with the investigative team to facilitate this inquiry.

No American wants to buy a car that will knowingly place their life at risk or endanger the lives of their loved ones.

There is no business model for such a car manufacturer and there never will be.

13.  Did George indicate a willingness to refund your vehicle's purchase price given the unacceptable risks to your safety caused by the car's compromise?

Answer:  No, he did not.  In fact, he emphatically conveyed that he did not care what happened to customers after they purchased cars from AutoNation.

14.  Did it seem to you that George was taking a payoff from the FBI directly?

Answer:  George struck me as genuinely callous, even without the FBI's influence, but yes, I think he was taking a payoff, too.

George not only does not appear to care whether his customers die after driving off the lot with their new Mercedes Benz purchase, but may believe further that his profiteering is worth their demise.

15.  You recently listed "safety in transportation" as one of the key components of the preservation of the sovereignty of Americans in the long term.  Is your astonishing experience with AutoNation and Mercedes Benz one of the reasons why?

Answer:  Without question.  In the long term, we cannot accept that the FBI can kill our loved ones or ourselves in the guise of an auto accident at any time they so choose.  The agency is not wise enough to make those life and death determinations, and we never want to pretend that it is worthy of that authority.

16.  Will you please keep in close communication with us, given these revelations regarding improper FBI alliances with car manufacturers?

Answer:  Yes, I will.  Of course.

Awards Addressing FBI Misconduct Are Exempt from Tax

OIG Hotline, all awards extended to me in the adjudication of my case are exempt from state and federal tax, as are all such judgments.

Therefore, I request that your Office insist that "taxes" or graft not be allowed to be withdrawn from my account for any reason.

Rather, as I have requested, awards should be deposited in a Foundation for the preservation of Americans' long term sovereignty.

I will also point out that "parallel cases" represent a direct threat to the sovereignty of the nation if "taxes" are allowed to be skimmed from awards designated through concealed adjudication.  I have asked that these judgments also be deposited in the Foundation I have specified for American sovereignty due to the fact that misappropriations from these accounts by our foreign adversaries can, in and of themselves, result in the end of our nation's self-determination.

These details are critical to our future capacity to defend our national interests.

Time Is of the Essence

 OIG Hotline, the FBI appears to suggest that the agency is forging documents in my handwriting at this time, with unknown content.  Please know that, other than grocery lists and sundries lists, I am not engaging in handwritten documentation at this time.

My holographic Will was provided to your Office, dated December 11, 2025, and has not been updated since that time.

I may endeavor to update that documentation on my return to my home state of California, but I will inform you of those details publicly through this blog if I do so.

Otherwise, please know that I am not handwriting letters, messages, codes, hieroglyphs, fingerpaintings, directives, maps or gifts.

Please be aware that, when I was visiting Canada, I submitted electronic fingerprint scans and a fingerprint card as part of a quest for falsified documentation originating from the FBI as well its Canadian affiliates.  This search returned nothing whatsoever, but my provision of fingerprints could certainly now be knowingly misused by the agency for the purposes of falsified "evidence" in a knowingly corrupted investigation.

It may be important to know that my family members are experiencing increasing pressure to sign knowingly false witness statements regarding my family, including the FBI's perpetration of torture methods against my children and daughter-in-law, and threats of forced job loss and arrest toward all of my family members and myself.

Food and water deprivation, along with deprivation of medical care, is allegedly being perpetrated against my children and daughter-in-law, as are other alleged harms.

Allegations of forged threats, as well as AI-generated audio and video of events that never transpired, are abundant, as are allegations of forged financial allocations. 

Any financial designations will be published publicly by me on my blog, as well as documented for you via email.  Having said that, at this time, financial allocations specified by me in defense of the sovereignty of the American people should briefly pause.

I am not extending small-dollar donations to my favorite charities at this time, because I do not wish for them to be mischaracterized.  Once materials have been provided to me, I intend to reclaim my right to donate as a lawful citizen of the United States.

Accordingly, it seems most appropriate to act expeditiously in the provision of any and all materials to me relating to my case at this time.

If sequential provisions of materials will expedite the provision of an initial tranche, I hope this approach will be implemented.  While certainly the provision of all materials at the earliest possible time is best, any substantive provision of documentation will of necessity alter the FBI's approach to this issue.

Therefore, time is of the essence.

This is to reconfirm that all of my conduct, communications, activities, tv/cable/internet viewing, reading, and cell phone and computer content and use have been and continue to be lawful and honorable in every way, shape and form, reflecting the highest character and integrity at all times and in all settings.

I hereby contest the claims of any person who suggests otherwise as knowingly, willfully and categorically false.

OIG Hotline, please see the communication below from the San Mateo County Elections Office, stating that my vote "was NOT contested or challenged at any point."

Note that in an earlier email, included below, from Oxxx xxxxxxx, he states that, while my ballot was received on May 27, 2026, it was "ultimately counted," suggesting a delay due to a challenge of some kind.

OIG Hotline, I strongly suspect that your Office knows all too well about the details of an unjustified challenge to the validity of my vote in the California June 2, 2026 election.

Mr. xxxxx's confirmation that my vote was uncontested and counted should put any concealed challenges to rest on an immediate basis.

Any funds that were misappropriated due to an unjustified challenge to my vote should be immediately returned to the Foundation.

The FBI appears to claim that total funds in the Foundation should now be at least 131 T.

What is the larger voting concern for the nation?

The overwhelming concern is that county voting registrars have apparently been compromised by the FBI, which is contesting certain voters' ballots in a concealed manner about which the voters are never informed.  Have county voting registrar personnel signed agreements with the FBI?  Almost certainly, they have.  Have they accepted compensation in any form from the FBI?  Almost assuredly, yes.

Highly significant are the FBI claims that these disqualifications of votes occurred in the last nationwide election.

For reference, the FBI is functioning identically to the Mob at this point, which is to say that once someone has signed a contract or accepted compensation from the agency, they cannot "leave."  Accordingly, voting registrar personnel, likely nationwide, must be considered to be compromised at this time.  At least a portion of them are being asked to disqualify honorable Americans' votes in a concealed manner, in violation of state and federal elections laws, and in abrogation of the Constitution.  And they are being paid to do so, and told that they are serving a "national security objective" through their compliance.

The implications of loss of American sovereignty, in which Vladimir Putin and A.'s cadre are effectively controlling many if not most U.S. political outcomes, is all too clear.

What would it take to correct this issue?

Open assessment of the damage.

A concealed process of new rules, regulations, statutes, laws, and judicial rulings, created by the DOJ, the U.S. Congress and the Supreme Court, will be insufficient to the challenge at hand with regard to voting security, for the simple reason that the architecture of voting compromise is already in place.  The FBI will not relinquish this hold over the American electorate willingly or silently.

Instead, journalists would need to be informed of the damage to American elections, and an independent commission would be needed to document the contractual status with the FBI of each and every elections employee connected to County Voting Registrars.  Have voting day volunteers and staffers also been directed by the FBI to report "suspicious" or felonious behavior on the part of a portion of voters on Election Day?  Has this information also been used to disqualify votes?  My own experience would suggest that this is highly likely.

If an open process examining this compromise cannot be undertaken, will the United States be unable to unmake the architecture of voting control in the future?

Not if falsified law enforcement reporting remains in place, no.  These two areas of compromise are closely related.  As long as the FBI is lying about honorable Americans, election compromise is likely to remain.  

Convicted felons are at risk of permanent loss of voting rights, and that includes Americans who have no idea the FBI has convicted them of felonies in secret, consisting of crimes of which they have no knowledge.  In addition, FBI claims of "voter fraud" in the face of name, legal residency, or identification misspellings or misinformation directed by the agency itself are also unknown to voters, and concealed upon their direct inquiry, as evidenced herewith.

When the FBI Directs that Americans' Votes Be Contested in Concealment

 1.  The FBI appears to be urging you to travel home to California even while there is an alleged "death squad" threat against your life.  Do you have any comment to make about the agency in this regard?

Answer:  Well, I think those two things are entirely consistent.  The agency has obtained some corrupt death sentence based on knowingly falsified evidence from Tom Lyons, and now is urging me to travel through states which are thoroughly under FBI control in order to carry out that sentence.

2.  What is your response to that stratagem?

Answer:  My response is no.  If the agency has shown itself to be so corrupt as to arrange for a wrongful death sentence against me, then I cannot be expected to travel across country while incurring additional risk to my safety and security.

I shouldn't have to die to prove that I am a California resident.

When the agency apologizes and vacates its wrongful convictions against my loved ones and myself, then I will be free to travel home to California on my chosen schedule, like a free and sovereign American citizen.

3.  There are FBI allegations that xxxxxx xxxxx of the San Mateo County Voting Registrar's Office in California has lied to you about counting your vote in the June 2, 2026 election, and possibly in previous elections.

Answer:  Yes, there are.

4.  What appears to have happened here?

Answer:  It appears that the FBI has been in direct communication with the San Mateo County Voting Registrar's Office, along with many other county voting registrars, in order to contest and invalidate lawful votes in a concealed manner, without notifying voters, in stark violation of the the Constitution and state and federal elections laws.

In my particular case, there appears to be an intent to profiteer through a wrongful allegation of voter fraud, so this instance is particularly egregious.

5.  xxxxxx xxxxx stated in writing that your vote was counted in the June 2, 2026 California election, didn't he?

Answer:  Yes, he did.  I have asked him a few more questions about whether my vote was ever contested or challenged, and I am waiting for his response at this point.

6.  What do you expect that response to be?

Answer:  It had better be the truth.

If he states that my vote was contested, then he needs to provide the information to me, in accordance with California state law.  He also needs to explain why he previously lied to me about this matter, in violation of all voting standards and requirements.

If he states that it was not contested, then everyone needs to withdraw false allegations of voter fraud and relinquish all claims on awards extended to me in my case against the FBI through the U.S. DOJ.

Either way, this is an enormous issue for the American people and the nation as a whole.

7.  May I ask why?

Answer:  Because when the FBI is contesting and invalidating certain votes without informing the honorable electorate, there is no democratic process whatsoever.

8.  Before the last federal election, President Trump was openly talking about the importance of the manner in which the votes were counted.  Is this what he was referring to?

Answer:  Apparently, it was.  It seems that the FBI has been manifesting this scheme for quite some time, certainly including the last federal election.  FBI directives to county voting registrars have stood in complete defiance of state laws governing elections, and in complete contradiction of Constitutional law.  In other words, we have not experienced free and fair elections for at least two years.

9.  Who directed this alleged election interference?

Answer:  We will likely see heavy involvement on the part of the FBI and its affiliate agencies.  But mainly, this violation of our most fundamental democratic freedoms is being directed by Russia at this time, along with A.'s cadre.  There is a strong push toward "one world government," and that is the origin of this loss of our fundamental sovereignty as a nation.

10.  Who directed xxxxxx xxxxx of the San Mateo County Voting Registrar to lie to you about your vote being counted in the June 2, 2026 California election?

Answer:  This was likely to be Tom Lyons, President Trump, and other FBI personnel and affiliates.

11.  And the purpose was to profiteer on the basis of knowingly false allegations of voter fraud?  

Answer:  Allegedly so, yes.  I repeatedly asked xxxxxx xxxxx and others in the San Mateo County Voting Registrar's Office about my voting documentation and my ability to cast a lawful vote in the June 2, 2026 election, specifically due to the proposed SAVE Act, and I was repeatedly reassured that everything was in order.

So, if my vote was contested without my being informed, then the intent was clearly to profiteer in a concealed manner from knowingly false allegations.

12.  The President just gave a speech on voter integrity last Thursday.  What are your thoughts about his comments to the American people?

Answer:  We need to be able to comprehend that the message of the speech can be distilled to one sentence to the whole of the nation:  "Your elections are not secure."  And that appears to be exactly correct.  Our elections are not secure, though not for the reasons that have been described to us heretofore.

13.  On what basis were the President and Tom Lyons allegedly trying to invalidate your vote?

Answer:  My married name is different from my birth name, which is the problem with the SAVE Act for millions of American women.

And beyond this, I have been traveling away from my home for a few months, despite the fact that California is still my lawful residence.  So, there was allegedly an attempt to invalidate my vote based on false accusations that I had permanently moved.

14.  Have you permanently moved?

Answer:  No.  I am staying in hotels while I am traveling, like most people do.  That is not a permanent situation, I assure you.

15.  Yet, you cannot travel back to your home state of California while there is a "death squad ruling" against you, for alleged crimes of which you have no knowledge.

Answer:  No, I'm not willing to take that risk.

Even now, the FBI alleges that it placed a car bomb in my Volkswagen Atlas rental vehicle, along with perpetrating other sabotage to the car.

And my MB EQS 450 allegedly has an adaptive cruise control system that has been hacked to allow remote third-party activation, with an intent to cause a fatal accident.

So the risks are quite extreme even when I'm not traveling long distances.

16.  Will you publicly share with us the response to your questions of xxxxxx xxxxx and the San Mateo County Voting Registrar's Office?

Answer: Yes, I will.  And I am happy to share my email asking for further explanation beforehand.

17.  What is your response to the FBI's claim that it needed to take control of U.S. elections due to certain crises that the United States is facing geopolitically?

Answer:  It is clear to me that we are experiencing functional martial law at this time in the United States, given the sovereignty violations being perpetrated against the public at large.

But if the FBI wishes to explain to me why it needed to remove free and fair elections for the American people in perpetuity, the agency can certainly choose an intermediary to articulate that point of view on an immediate basis.

18.  What other concerns do you have regarding this matter, which is so critical to the future of human sovereignty?

Answer:  I have concerns that concealed invalidation of lawful votes may also have been perpetrated internationally, simultaneously shifting many governments to the far right worldwide.

19.  What is your assessment of that likelihood?

Answer:  The FBI and its affiliates, such as the CIA, are following parallel policy manifestations at this time.  I would assess the likelihood of compromise of other nations' elections on the same basis of improperly invalidated votes to be above 80 percent based on the simultaneity of rightward shifts politically around the world.

20.  What should happen to misappropriations of funds relating to your case against the FBI?

Answer:  They need to be returned and deposited into the Foundation I have designated for the preservation of Americans' long term sovereignty.

Funds awarded through derivative cases should also be deposited in the Foundation as a matter of course.

21.  What are the current threats to your safety through exacerbations of knowingly falsified law enforcement reporting?

Answer:  They are quite high in that I am experiencing stalking behavior, almost certainly connected to false witness statements, nearly everywhere I go.  Online impersonation, false messaging, and other falsified "evidence" are almost certainly part of that FBI misconduct, as previously.

22.  What would make the most decisive difference to your safety and security at this time?

Answer:  Provision of full information to me through the Freedom of Information Act or state information statutes.

Current Security Concerns

OIG Hotline, please be informed that I am currently receiving apparent FBI threats to my life and to my loved ones' lives, including my pets, relating to my request for additional information from the San Mateo County Voting Registrar's Office.

If anything should happen to me, I hereby authorize a thorough investigation of the San Mateo County Voting Registrar, including Austin Smith and his colleagues, the results of which are to be rendered fully public at the first possible opportunity.

Of concern is the possibility that there was a concealed challenge to the validity of my vote in the June 2, 2026 California election, a development that was never communicated to me, in violation of California election requirements.

The broader alarm over this question appears to be twofold:

1.  It seems that there has been an attempt to misappropriate funds relating to my case on the basis of knowingly false allegations by the FBI of voter fraud. (Clearly, these funds should be returned in their entirety in an immediate time frame.)

2.  It seems that this may represent a much larger problem nationwide, in which votes may have been disqualified in the past, without informing voters, due to improper interference on the part of the FBI with voter documentation within county voting rolls, in direct violation of state laws.

Separate from these concerns, my older son appears to have experienced harm of some kind this afternoon through the directive of his hxxxxxr, in which he allegedly was forced to attest to falsehoods alleging Communism on my part or that of another family member, in addition to other crimes.

Typically, these agency crimes of torture also affect my younger son and daughter-in-law, with parallel false statements being coerced from all of them simultaneously.

Request for Injunctive Relief Re: Parallel Cases Involving Falsified Law Enforcement Reporting

OIG Hotline, the FBI appears to allege that the DOJ is currently litigating parallel cases to my own for both the implementation of inflationary monetary policy and for profiteering from knowingly falsified law enforcement reporting by the opponents of human sovereignty.

Because there are such substantive risks in allowing our adversaries to sequester vast sums from the National Treasury, I hereby respectfully request that any and all proceeds awarded through litigation pertaining to falsified records by the FBI and its affiliates be immediately and regularly deposited into the Foundation I have specified for the preservation of Americans' long term sovereignty.

I further request that any and all funds previously misappropriated from these accounts be re-collected through legal efforts, including international litigation, where necessary.  Individual beneficiaries should be encouraged to return misappropriated funds.

Beyond this, I request that "deficit assessments," which is to say financial assessments against empty accounts, whether in my case or in parallel cases, should be disallowed in order to protect the American people from profiteering by the opponents of their self-determination.

Foundation assets should be protected against inflationary erosion through judicious investment.

What are the most critical goals in this instance?

I think we can safely assert the following:

Even if the federal government has assumed a concealed stance of dramatic and ongoing inflation, the American people should not be enriching the opponents of their freedom.

It is enough of a burden that the public should be impoverished through hidden monetary policy.

We must not also ask them to pay for their own enslavement to Russia, China, A's cadre, or individual oligarchs who have become more powerful than nations.

Please assist me in requesting injunctive relief that requires that all awards/assets extended through litigation of knowingly falsified law enforcement reporting by the FBI and its affiliates be deposited into the Foundation I have specified for the preservation of Americans' long term sovereignty.

If we fail to take this critical step in defense of American freedom, we are allowing the foreign advocates of totalitarianism to prevail.

My Assessment of the Foundation

 OIG Hotline, I have evaluated my circumstances with regard to the Foundation, and in that process, I have assessed the following:

• Critical to the potential of the Foundation to protect the long term sovereignty of the United States is our capacity to ensure that substantive funds do not fall into the hands of the opponents of human sovereignty, most notably Russia, China, and A.  So, I need to know that the current gap of 29T will be pursued by legal remedies to ensure that the misappropriated funds can be recovered as soon as possible.  My understanding is that the total funds awarded to me through my case at this time equal more than 131 T.  I will appreciate regular updates on that figure.

• I would appreciate knowing that, as funds are awarded, they are immediately deposited into the Foundation, and thus protected from misappropriation by those who do not support the self-determination of the United States.

• Does the Foundation have critical contributions to make to the cause of human sovereignty at all inflection points?  There can be no question that it does have this capacity.  As long as its assets are defended from misappropriation and devaluation through inflationary trends, the amount of the capital resources maintains the potential to do great good for the cause of American sovereignty.  As a result, I want to support and, indeed, lead that effort in every possible way.  While the outcome may be uncertain, my dedication is not.  If I stand as a majority of one in support of human rights for Americans, and by extension, all those we influence, I still stand.

• Concealed schemes such as the attempt to invalidate my vote in the June 2, 2026 California election for the purpose of profiteering must be exposed for the serious threat they represent to the sovereignty of the American people and the fairness of elections.  If Americans' votes can be invalidated through concealed processes, then the nation will have left democratic requirements far behind without the comprehension of the electorate.  Americans do not currently believe they need to verify that their votes were counted by their county voting registrars after elections have closed.  So, this issue needs to be broadly exposed as a serious threat to the sovereignty of the American people.  Neither the FBI nor any other federal agency should be directing county voting registrars to insert spelling errors into voters' names, addresses or identifying information.  Further, county voting registrars should not be permitted to disqualify votes on the basis of concealed legislation that requires birth certificate and marriage certificate names of American women to match.  Comprehensive measures to combat these manipulations regarding which American votes are tabulated need to be fully assessed and implemented.

• Judicial rulings suggesting that documents relating to my case are secret cannot be allowed to stand, due to the severe threat they represent to Americans' knowledge of their own history.  I ask that any and all such rulings be appealed.  Any judge assessing this matter needs to comprehend that history makes its own demands of us as advocates for the American people.  What are those demands?  Complete fealty to truthfulness, transparency and accountability.  While not all truths can be spoken at all times, we need to grasp that history has the right and provenance to judge us.  Further, we must stand on the side of history in allowing it to do so.  In the absence of my direct curation of documentation relating to my case, all verified materials originating with me or pertaining to judgments and awards in my case should be made available to Americans for their future review through the Smithsonian Institution, NPR,  designated individuals who are actively preserving this record, and any others I may specify for your Office.  I understand the desire that others may possess that I oversee active curation of this documentation as a whole, but that depends upon provision to me of materials through the Freedom of Information Act or other state information statutes.

• The FBI's dishonorable attempts to implicate me of criminal conduct must be rigorously opposed.  The agency now appears to be co-opting children to approach me in staged interactions which are exceptionally dangerous to the families involved, as well as to myself.  Americans on the whole have no idea that the FBI is involved extensively in human trafficking within the United States, nor do they understand the agency's activities in the realm of child predation.  So any time the FBI asks parents to allow their children to participate in FBI activities, those children are placed at substantive risk.  Right now, I am audio recording all of my time, but the FBI is likely able to erase that content without difficulty.  Current threats from the FBI appear to reference a "missing child" in my vicinity.  Such narratives are appalling, and should result in the severest possible penalties for the FBI personnel and affiliates advancing them.  When I take my dogs to a park, the FBI should not be rushing to the location afterwards to place falsified evidence of a crime there.  Again, this must be condemned as outrageous and unacceptable conduct on the part of the agency, and FBI personnel should be losing their careers over such attempts.  Honorable Americans who stand in defense of one another's human rights are not "targets of interest," pawns, marks, puppets, patsies or fools,  Their lives are not games for predatory men to play.  They are, instead, valuable members of the meaningful community that makes the human endeavor worthwhile.  Let's be sure that our institutions remember that truth at all times.

Apparent FBI Threats of Power Outage at Hotel or Home

San Mateo County Voting Registrar's Confirmation of Lane MacWilliams' June 2, 2026 Counted Ballot

The Problem with Illinois

 OIG Hotline, it appears as though I am now at extreme risk of AI falsification of all of my activities.  Even walking through a hotel lobby renders me vulnerable to AI-generated video and audio depictions of events that never transpired -- and this, within a few hours.

In Illinois, it is a Class 4 felony to record others without their consent, so I cannot easily protect myself from false allegations with counter-documentation.

Meanwhile, FBI affiliates film and photograph me with abandon anytime I am in public, providing ready material for AI alterations.

While I was waiting for the provision of materials responsive to my FOIA request from the Illinois Attorney General's Office, it was worth it to me to struggle through the daily onslaught of stalking by the FBI and its affiliates.

Now that the Illinois Attorney General has failed to uphold Illinois' Freedom of Information Act, that hope has been squandered.

As a result, Illinois has suddenly become an exceptionally dangerous state for a human rights advocate like myself.

I am without adequate protection and defense from the FBI's knowingly falsified law enforcement reporting, and state authorities appear to be acquiescing to demands for yet more false allegations endangering my visit.

My current safety circumstances are completely unacceptable, in my opinion, and I have had no outreach from any state authorities today to convey that FOIA materials will in fact be provided in accordance with state standards and requirements.

Accordingly, it will be necessary for me to leave Illinois in the near future.

Until that time, I would ask for the discontinuation of any and all environmental harms within The Residence Inn, including environmental contamination, DEW deployments, power shut-off, fire alarm, wrongful law enforcement raid, and knowingly falsified witness statements, false location data, and falsified "evidence" of crimes of which I have no knowledge whatsoever.

People should not attempt to intercept me in the hotel hallway, the elevator, the parking lot or beside my car.  Nor should FBI affiliates attempt to compromise my food or water supply in any setting.

No one should approach my dogs with a friendly hello while concealing an intent to file a statement that they are vicious or dangerous.

No one should be pursuing a "Code Red" against my two sons or daughter-in-law.

No one should be falsely accusing my husband in any context.

The United States Leadership Abandons the Nation's Sovereignty

 1.  Did you receive a response from the Illinois Attorney General's Office regarding your FOIA request?

Answer:  I did, yes.

2.  May we know the reply?

Answer:  The exact words?  "Please be advised that the Office of the Attorney General does not maintain or possess records responsive to your request."

3.  May I ask your impression of this response?

Answer:  It's a bold-faced lie, and it's a tragedy for the American people that this is the answer from a Democratic state, with a Democratic governor and a Democratic Attorney General, to the problem of the FBI's knowingly falsified law enforcement reporting.

4.  Is there any justification that could explain this response?

Answer:  Corruption?  Bribery?  Threats?  This is nothing new for the FBI.  This is all stock-in-trade for the agency.  But we expect our leadership to demonstrate the capacity to address the most egregious abuses of power in a much more effective and honorable way than this communication conveys.

5.  You also submitted a FOIA request to the Attorney General in Arizona, didn't you?

Answer:  I did.

6.  What was the response from Arizona?

Answer:  There was no response.  Arizona allegedly accepted a pork package, as Illinois has now done, instead of addressing this enormous problem that will result in the sacrifice of the sovereignty of the nation as a whole.  Someone sent me an email later to state, "every county in Arizona benefited from" this decision.

7.  What is your response to that assertion?

Answer:  These are the words of fools, frankly.  These leaders are demonstrating no ability whatsoever to differentiate the forest from the trees.  You don't sacrifice the whole nation's sovereignty because the counties of one state, or even a number of states, are going to benefit in the short term.  That's just lunacy.  The lack of wisdom is legendary.

Further, there is no acknowledgement whatsoever that that pork package was a direct result of my suffering torture, and my loved ones suffering the same.  

There can be no excuse whatsoever for this level of conduct.

It's a disgrace to the nation, and the leaders involved should be publicly exposed and shamed.

8.  What are the odds that the nation will now be able to successfully address the FBI's programs of knowingly falsified law enforcement reporting?

Answer:  They're zero.  That chance has come and gone.  We simply did not have the quality of elected leadership we needed.  So our sovereignty is lost to us.

9.  Which political party bears more of the blame?

Answer:  Historians will have to sort that out, and I think they'll have a tremendously difficult task.  There appears to be corruption across the board, and a complete abdication of the quality of leadership we now require.

10.  What is the current status of the American people?

Answer:  They are clearly imperiled, and our leadership is not going to assist them substantially.  Our elected officials are simply keeping their heads down, counting their Bitcoin accounts, and that's not going to lead us to a worthy nation.

11.  How much money has now been awarded under the auspices of your case alone?

Answer:  According to the FBI, 131 trillion dollars.

12.  What are the odds that a portion of those funds have made their way to Vladimir Putin, Xi Xinping, or A.?

Answer:  One hundred percent.

13.  Have enough funds been misappropriated to doom the cause of human sovereignty worldwide?

Answer:  It seems likely, yes.

14.  Why do you draw that conclusion?

Answer:  We're not really seeing any functional or ethical governance at all within the United States.  And the circumstances are about to get much worse.

15.  What can the American people expect to see occurring?

Answer:  Right now, there is a planned retaliation in the form of a terrorist attack from Iran.  We'll see an EMP or a dirty bxxx, and we will have huge numbers of Americans affected by those developments.

Certainly, the plans may change, and Russia has always favored the use of nuclear weapons in this conflict.

But in any eventuality, we're looking at a large scale disaster, one that will cause mass evacuations and mass casualties, both.

The United States will lose territory that it will not regain later.  And we will be told that certain areas are "contaminated," which they very likely will be.

But they will not be uninhabitable, contrary to the information provided to the public.

Human populations will drop to approximately one eleventh of what they are today, due to A. and his cadre, together with the environmental crisis we are now facing.

16.  What do you see as the chances that the government will be able to address our multiple crises at various inflection points?

Answer:  The government is not demonstrating fundamental competence.  The odds that elected officials will be able to address complex problems at multiple inflections are zero.

I know something about team assessment, and the capacities are simply not there.

We don't have the communication channels.  We don't have the shared ethical framework.  We don't have the strength of leadership required to successfully address the crises at multiple inflection points.

We do have the finances as a nation, but this is a perfect example of the reasons why the people are the most important part of the equation -- not the money.

You can have all the money in the world, and unless you have the right people, you will not accomplish the most important goals.

17.  So, our sovereignty is gone.

Answer:  It is, yes.  And I hope history will mark this inflection point as a critical turning point, and remember the names of those who failed us.

The best we can do now is try to preserve all of the documentation for history, in the hope that future Americans will access the truth of these crimes by the FBI and the United States government.

18.  You have said previously that these failures represent not only a betrayal of the nation, but also a betrayal of the human race.

Answer:  They do.  That is correct.

19.  Will our government ever have a "disclosure day" regarding the manner in which that is now transpiring?

Answer:  It won't ever happen.  There is such a focus on disinformation as a route to control the public's opinions and ostensible engagement in participatory government.  So, no, our elected officials are never going to grow the courage to start speaking the truth about our circumstances.

Instead, we are simply going to incur successive territorial losses.

20.  What is your opinion of Tom Lyons and Brandan Pesa?

Answer:  What should our opinion be of traitors who betrayed the American people and the sovereignty of mankind?

21.  What are the current threats you are facing from the FBI and our elected leaders?

Answer:  Deafness, blindness, hit and run, DEW assault, rape, trafficking and torture of my children, my loved ones and my pets, liver failure, kidney failure, non-conventional conveyance of HIV,  schistosomiasis and/or other diseases, cystic fibrosis, neurodegenerative diseases, rare diseases, cancers, dementia, encephalitis, sepsis, mosquito-borne diseases, tick-borne diseases, hippocampal damage to cause memory loss, overdose with psilocybin with the intent to cause psychosis, heart attack, stroke, aneurysm, anemia, myocarditis, aortic dissection, osteoarthritis, osteoporosis, staged suicide, coerced public violence, staged car accident, planned airline accident ... This list goes on.

Probably the most urgent impending threat pertains to a power outage at my current hotel (The Residence Inn in Springfield, Illinois) and/or home, combined with a shooting by masked ICE or law enforcement officials.

22.  And all of this is due to knowingly falsified law enforcement reporting by the FBI?

Answer:  Yes, it is.

23.  Is it now illegal to discuss this FBI corruption publicly?

Answer:  The FBI has presented false evidence to a court regarding this case in order to profiteer from my case in many, many instances.  Neither Tom Lyons nor Brandan Pesa have been arrested or held in any real manner accountable for their crimes in this matter.  Now, they have lied to such appalling degree that some judge has extended a death sentence toward me for a crime or crimes of which I have no knowledge whatsoever.  Meanwhile, I have been provided no opportunity whatsoever to defend myself with the truth.

At this point, if I am the only person speaking the truth of the FBI's systems of knowingly falsified law enforcement reporting, at least that makes me a just and honorable majority of one.

The public may have some opportunity in the future to assess the government's crimes in this matter, and I hope they will engage rigorously in the demand for the information that has so wrongfully been withheld from me, most recently by the Illinois Attorney General's Office.

24.  Should Tom Lyons and Brandan Pesa be criminally charged for this latest round of lies?

Answer:  Obviously, they should, yes.  If they have been granted immunity, they should be impoverished now and in the future through civil suits for their inexcusable conduct, with judgments to be deposited immediately into the foundation I have specified.

I would further say that the staff of the Crowne Plaza Hotel, which has been paid for extensive lies over my stay at the Hotel from July 15 to July 16, should also be criminally charged and civilly sued for their liabilities in this matter -- as should the hotel as a whole.  Hotel staff stalked me in the parking lot, while walking my dogs, in the hallways, and in my room through allegedly false reports of overhearing voices and dialogue that never transpired.

Fundamentally, when Tom Lyons comes along and tells any individual that he needs their help with a national security matter, when in truth he is trying to absolve himself of capital crimes for which he has no defense, he is beginning with a lie that condemns all of his directives that follow.

This is the reason why it is so disastrous to provide individuals of failed character with power and authority over the public.  They misuse it consistently, and they exhibit no remorse or shame in doing so.

The best we can do now is expose them to public censure at every and any opportunity, and hope that history documents their conduct for all time.

25.  You sound as though you no longer hope for the sovereignty of the nation.

Answer:  Illinois public officials have closed that door, regrettably.

It's a tremendous loss for the whole country, as I said.  Utterly foolish, selfish, and short-sighted -- the absolute opposite of what we require in worthy leadership at this time.

In the long run, I do not believe their conduct will be seen as excusable.

I don't think the American people will forgive it, and I don't think they should.

26.  Have you been protected in the state of Illinois?

Answer: My dinner was allegedly poisoned last night.  So, no, unfortunately, I have not been adequately protected.

27.  You have said previously that the American people can expect an increasingly unstable power grid.

Answer:  That's correct.  The reality is that we have reached a point in the climate crisis at which we need to stop using power to the degree that is considered normal for our quality of life.  

28.  Yet, our elected officials are not expressing that situation to their constituents.

Answer:  No, they're planing emergencies that will cut the power instead.  This is the reality.  

I've said for a long time that true leadership is not about hosting a cocktail party on the deck of the Titanic.

Our elected officials apparently disagree with me on this point.

So, we're going to have a very tough time of it.

29.  In the meantime, what has happened to the 131 trillion dollars that should be within a foundation you established to protect the long term sovereignty of the American people?

Answer:  I have no idea, because our elected leaders are not demonstrating the ethics to tell me.

The Genetic Crimes of Brandan Pesa and Tom Lyons

 OIG Hotline, this is to request that your Office now prioritizes the prosecution of the theft of my genetic information by Brandan Pesa and Tom Lyons, both of whom are reported to have had one or more children bearing my genetic information without my knowledge or consent.

While I cannot accept a settlement relating to this theft due to the fact that I do not acquiesce to its commission, I can require that any and all children of these men, and the children of any others involved, co-opting my genetic information now receive replacement of any and all genetic material that belongs to me or to my close relatives.

Furthermore, I can request that their genetics be regularly and routinely reassessed to ensure that they bear no relationship to me whatsoever and that they will not do so in the future.

Thank you for your rigorous pursuit of this important violation of my human rights.

I must comment at this time that children are not a lottery ticket.  They are not a tool of misappropriation.  They are not pawns, mannequins, puppets, automatons, legacies or de facto heirs.

It may not be fair that the genetic crimes of all of the men involved, and Brandan Pesa and Tom Lyons chief among them, are visited upon their children in the form of their altered genetic identities.  But it is now necessary given the egregious and ongoing violations of my sovereignty and my human rights in this circumstance alone.

I will appreciate your most stalwart assertion in reclaiming my rights in this matter.

The FBI Needs to Reverse Course

 OIG Hotline, this is to document an apparent FBI assertion that my take-out dinner last night was contaminated by an illegal chemical substance that is known to cause heart attacks, strokes, cancer, dementia, and other serious illnesses.

It is believed, according to the FBI, to contain more toxic substances than any other substance found on Earth.

If borne out by the facts, I can only say that I hope the FBI knows how to reverse it effects, for my sake and for the sake of Red Lobster and Alyssa, who were given every opportunity to replace the meal.

I am documenting this incident on my public blog in order to encourage the FBI to reverse its crimes toward my health as well as to cease all harm toward my food and water, alongside the food and water of my loved ones, including my pets.

The crimes of the FBI have allegedly caused me extreme heart disease that has rendered me uniquely vulnerable to heart attacks, aortic dissection, strokes, aneurysm, etc.  This damage is supposedly so severe that I cannot safely exercise.

Beyond this, the crimes of the FBI have allegedly caused liver cirrhosis, even though, as a rule, I consume no alcohol.

People who are serious about national security concerns are not attempting to poison or otherwise murder the most meaningful advocates for the sovereignty of the United States.

The FBI needs to reverse course and to do so immediately.

I respectfully request an investigation and prosecution of the FBI's conduct in the incident described above, as well as that of Red Lobster and its employees.

Further, I ask that all financial liabilities by the individuals, companies and institutions involved be deposited in the foundation I have specified for the support of Americans' long term sovereignty.

OIG Hotline, the FBI appears to be extending myriad threats at this time pertaining to attempts to profiteer from my case through knowing false claims on the part of the agency and its affiliates.  Specifically, there appear to be many threats pertaining to a falsified ActBlue investigation for the purpose of allowing extensive misappropriations from my accounts.

I have endeavored to express previously that one of the greatest risks we currently face to human sovereignty pertains to exactly this type of misconduct by the FBI regarding my case.

Russia, China, and other opponents of human sovereignty are only too eager to direct this type of misconduct for the purpose of their own profiteering from the National Treasury of the United States.

It is simply up to us to disallow this conduct by ensuring that, if it were to be seriously attempted, the perpetrators would be publicly and permanently shamed through full exposure.

The FBI has conveyed to me the specifics of awards extended to me in the course of this case to date.

So I expect to see documentation that corresponds to that information.

Omissions, redactions, or deletions of awards that appear to have resulted in the strengthening of the opponents of the United States will be viewed by me with alarm and will be answered by public exposure of the malfeasance involved.

We simply cannot tolerate the sequestering of significant funds from the United States Treasury by Vladimir Putin and Russian oligarchs, Xi Xinping and his cohort, or others who would wish to see the abandonment of the greatest potential of our human freedoms -- as exemplified by the freedoms the United States holds inviolable.

Instead, we need to actively pursue the recollection of misappropriations of funds by Russia, China, and other opponents of United States sovereignty.

OIG Hotline, the FBI appears to be threatening my welfare currently by referencing a masked ICE deployment.

Yet, I don't believe that President Trump or our standing Congress would wish to stand on the record as having overseen the loss of the sovereignty of the United States through this conduct.

Our nation is uniquely resilient, honorable and strong precisely because we have been willing historically to speak the truth about difficult subjects.  We have been willing to be the voice for those who cannot speak for themselves.  We have been willing to ask the difficult questions when silence would have been easier, or more compliant, or more profitable.

I think the attempts of Vladimir Putin, Xi Xinping and others to access our National Treasury through the abuse of my case to represent one such difficult issue.

The American people, who have virtually no view into this behind-the-scenes struggle, expect that we will defend our shared national sovereignty, and it is up to us to do so.

In the service of their freedoms, we cannot falter in this task.

So, I ask for full disclosure regarding documentation due to me through my FOIA request.  And I ask that this full disclosure represent our insistence on the long term sovereignty of the United States.

Speaking from the territory of Lincoln, I repeat his words in asking that we continue to advance the "unfinished work" of freedom in requiring that the full truth of this matter be disclosed to me on an immediate basis.
