1. You have been told that you have been "convicted" of crimes of which you have no knowledge. How is that possible?
Answer: For those who read Edward Snowden's book, Permanent Record, readers will remember his disclosures that there are concealed adjudications currently occurring within the United States regarding American citizens. The sentences, too, are concealed. And those who are falsely accused have no notion of what is transpiring.
2. Which courts are meting out these judgements?
Answer: You would have to ask the FBI which courts they are turning to in this instance.
3. What kind of sentences are courts extending against American defendants who don't know they have been accused?
Answer: Sentences of harm and injury, all the way up to and including capital punishment.
4. You have spoken extensively about the nature of the "evidence" against honorable Americans, wielded by the FBI in concealed court settings.
Answer: Yes, but it's no longer safe to do so. The Executive Branch has allegedly extended a rule disallowing discussion of the true nature of the FBI's "evidence" against the honorable American public.
5. A concealed ruling?
Answer: A concealed ruling, yes.
6. Have you been contacted by anyone about the false accusations against you?
Answer: No, I have not. I have simply been informed that at least one judge extended a knowingly wrongful judgement today, with a knowingly wrongful sentence to accompany it.
7. Does this relate to your home on Cape Cod and the crimes allegedly Tom Lyons directed at that location?
Answer: Honestly, I have not been informed of the nature of the lies presented in court. This could relate to harms to any one of my properties, certainly, including an apartment I rented in Flagstaff, Arizona through Aura Apartments, where the management has allegedly been compensated to grant the FBI full access to my residence, rendering damage to my belongings highly likely.
8. What is the sentence that one or more judges extended to you today as perhaps the most dedicated human rights advocate in the United States?
Answer: This is allegedly a capital judgment, resulting in the "assignment" of one or more assassins through the Pxxxxxx Program.
9. What is your response to this allegation?
Answer: I think it is a disgrace to our nation and an unforgivable affront to the American people as a whole. No one has spoken of the preservation of Americans' long term sovereignty as I have spoken of it. And this is partly due to lack of experience on the part of others, and partly due to unmitigated fear by those who are informed. But no one I know of has advocated in the manner that I have. No court should be approving of the murder of America's most honorable citizens. That's not going to lead to a worthy nation under any circumstances.
10. You are now staying at the Residence Inn in Springfield, Illinois. Have you been told that your safety there is in jeopardy?
Answer: Yes, I have. I have been advised to pack my belongings and leave as soon as possible.
11. What is your response to that recommendation, please?
Answer: I have not had a decent night's sleep in years due to the corruption of the FBI. I think the FBI and its affiliates should be shamed into leaving the Hotel before I'm asked to leave for reasons of my own safety and security.
12. But hasn't the FBI threatened to shoot you while you are walking your dogs or running errands?
Answer: Yes, they have, a fact which, once more, stands as a complete disgrace to the nation.
13. What needs to happen now in order for justice to be restored?
Answer: Tom Lyons and the FBI need to acknowledge that they lied about everything pertaining to this case. They need to go back to the court involved and apologize for treating the honorable judge or judges with contempt. Whatever wrongful convictions have been extended need to be entirely vacated.
14. What should the American people be asking our judicial system?
Answer: How many Americans are being sentenced through concealed proceedings on the basis of crimes of which they have no knowledge? That's an appropriate place to start.
After that, they should ask to address the pressure the courts have experienced to violate their responsibilities under the Constitution.
15. Pressure from whom?
Answer: Pressure from the FBI and its affiliate agencies.
16. So the FBI has in effect co-opted the judicial branch of our government altogether.
Answer: We can certainly see some judges complying, while others are holding their ground. Not everyone is compromised by the FBI. But I think it's fair to say that everyone is under pressure from the FBI or its affiliates.
The very process of concealed adjudication is wildly unconstitutional, we need to acknowledge. And in this sense, no judge who has vowed to support the Constitution should agree to hidden adjudication.
17. On what basis are they being compelled to hear concealed cases?
Answer: On the basis of the FBI's claim that we have reached the point of a national security emergency with regard to climate change and other geopolitical concerns.
18. Have we reached the point of a national security emergency?
Answer: I recently listed thirty-five threats to Americans' sovereignty, the vast majority of them caused by the FBI. I think we are at the point of a human rights emergency, yes. But it's one that is the inevitable result of long term dishonesty on the part of our government, going all the way back to Truman. Democracy depends on an educated electorate, which is to say an electorate which knows the state of the world and what their own government is doing. And we no longer possess that awareness on the whole.
19. After everything you have done for our country, have you given up on your advocacy, given this egregious and atrocious treatment?
Answer: I still think that Americans' long term sovereignty is possible and I still believe I can assist with its rescue. But misappropriations from my accounts must be returned immediately.
20. Is it true that the FBI has manufactured false evidence relating to your apartment in Flagstaff, Arizona, and is now waiting for your return in order to perpetrate your arrest or worse?
Answer: The FBI has wrongfully entered my apartment there many times, so the likelihood that they have built a false case there based on knowingly wrongful allegations is astonishingly high.
21. What is Tom Lyons' responsibility to confess his misconduct?
Answer: It is complete, which is to say he bears total responsibility for the wrongful accusations in this case.
22. Can this miscarriage of justice now be rectified?
Answer: It must be.
23. Thank you for speaking with us this evening.
Answer: You are most welcome.
