20 Questions and Answers

1.  Appropriate medical care has been apparently withheld from you at this time.

Answer:  It appears that the infusion I received without consent on April 26, 2024 contained some elements that were helpful and some that were harmful.

2.  What were the harmful elements?

Answer:  It has been alleged to me that the infusion contained additional Ophidascaris robertsi and possibly syphilis and HIV.

3.  In other words, you still need curative and attentive medical care, and almost certainly care that involves long term intervention for your whole family.

Answer:  Yes, we all need immediate care.

4.  It has been conveyed to you that your family in general has been re-approached by the FBI with new demands for falsified witness statements alleging "traitorous" activity and "communist" sympathies on your part or on the part of your husband.

Answer:  My Aunt Margaret was repeatedly specified in this context. But yes, there appears to be a new set of demands for knowingly false statements from everyone we know, including my husband's colleagues, my cousins and others.

5.  Why now?

Answer:  I learned of new crimes on the part of the FBI that are quite damning and quite provable, both.  So, there's a new push to falsely implicate my husband and me, I'm sure.

6.  Were you hoping to be hospitalized at Stanford so that you could receive restorative care on Friday, April 26, 2024?

Answer:  I certainly was.

7.  What is your response to the fact that that did not happen?

Answer:  We need immediate assistance to ensure that necessary expert care is generously and promptly provided to all of us.

8.  Are you aware of all of the harmful agents that may have been injected without your consent on Friday, April 26, 2024?

Answer:  No, I'm not.  There could be other pathogens that were part of that medical "cocktail," about which I have yet to learn.  Still, any one transmission of Ophidascaris robertsi, syphilis or HIV would be monstrous.  So, the hospital will have a great deal to answer for if I should contract any one of these diseases or any other serious illness as the result of its collusion in a crime of harm on April 26, 2024.

9.  You are very upset that you were not appropriately cared for, given all that your family has already suffered.

Answer:  That is a fair statement.

10.  You feel you should be receiving care in a hospital setting at this time.

Answer:  Without doubt.

11.  Do you have materials responsive to your FOIA request by now?

Answer:  I do not.  There is no indication that these will be arriving.

12.  Your husband does not believe that they ever will arrive.

Answer:  No, he does not.

14.  Why not?

Answer:  It has been so long since our repeated requests.  More recently, I extended an offer to reimburse the government $10.000 for the costs of securely conveying FOIA material to me by April 22, 2024 via messenger.

15.  That should have removed all barriers to delivery, shouldn't it?

Answer:  I did not receive the reports, so, obviously, the barriers are political, not monetary or logistical.

16.  You again received threats today that the FBI planned to dose your older son with a hallucinogenic, which he should never receive.

Answer:  That's true, and I hope that the OIG Hotline will speak with his doctor, Dr. Wong, immediately to ensure that this does not occur.  In addition, I will be speaking with him tomorrow, so I should be able to learn more about his cognition and general well-being then.

17.  What other threats did you receive today?

Answer:  Threats of additional toxins disseminated via air vents, intended to cause asthma, lung damage and lung cancer.  Threats of kidnapping.  Threats of new falsified witness statements.  Threats of additional Ophidascaris robertsi, syphilis and/or HIV having been conveyed to me on Friday, April 26, 2024 by a hospital emergency department.  Threats of unjustified law enforcement raid.  Threats of arrest of my sons, my husband or myself.  Threats of false charges of violent crimes perpetrated by FBI affiliates, about whom I have already reported within notarized affidavits to the OIG Hotline. Threats of additional predation by PG&E.

18.  The FBI has alleged it has the capability of reversing the damage to your organs caused by the agency's criminal predations toward you.

Answer:  Yes, they have.

19.  Do you believe they have the capacity to do that?

Answer:  That capacity has not yet been demonstrated to me.  Alongside that, the willingness to cooperate in remediating the agency's inexcusable harms has not been in evidence.

20.  Might that change now that you have caught the agency in a new set of heinous crimes against your family?

Answer:  We'll see.

Google's New Terms of Use

Update:  OIG Hotline, I am once again being prevented from printing email communications, so I am unable to capture the content of material that I have communicated to you via email over the last two years.

Given the allegation that my home was nearly raided due to my photographing my own affidavits, I do not feel comfortable attempting to photograph my email communications to you.

If it is determined that all of my communications to your Office must be destroyed or remanded to the FBI or its affiliates, I simply ask for notification from your Office that would allow said process to be scheduled and peaceable.

I am photographing certain emails to my brother over time, notifying him of inheritance considerations, as well as documentation of donations for accounting purposes.

Neither of these subjects pertain to falsified law enforcement reporting for anti-democratic objectives directly, so I hope and believe that my photography of their content should be considered safe and secure by all.

OIG Hotline, Google has announced that it is changing its Terms of Use in such a way that could allow for the unilateral closure of accounts and the loss of all communications documented therein.

Because Google is signatory to Infragard, I will attempt to print out my communications with your Office and others pertaining to the matter of falsified law enforcement reporting for anti-democratic objectives.

It is important, in this context, that the FBI not falsely accuse me of planning to disseminate "national security secrets."

To confirm, I have no intention of disseminating this material.

I am merely attempting to preserve it from permanent loss.

I do feel that it would be wise for your Office to extend a preservation of evidence letter to Google under these circumstances, and I have sent an email to your Office's attention going into further detail regarding the reasons why this is important.  The subject heading of this communication is ATTN: OIG HOTLINE Re: Preservation of Evidence Letter, sent on April 17, 2024 at 1:59 PM.

Update: Arrangements for a Secure FOIA Mailing

OIG Hotline, the following content was sent to the attention of your Office within my gmail accounts on April 14, 2024 at 12:21 PM.

Because I know that the costs of fulfilling FOIA requests are typically borne by requesters, I hereby confirm that I will pay up to $10,000 in reimbursement of costs relating to the successful and complete fulfillment of all materials pursuant to my FOIA request if they arrive safely in my hands by April 22, 2024, one week from tomorrow.

If materials demonstrate tampering, or redaction or omission that are unapproved by the OIG Hotline, however, the full costs of provision are to be paid by the FBI.

I believe a courier, assigned by your Office, with email or phone confirmation to me regarding this person's identity and arrival time, together with all of the other security precautions delineated below, are well justified in this case.

While I am holding open the possibility that my FOIA request can be fulfilled in its entirety, I will be interviewing attorneys over this next week who might be able to help me address outstanding private liabilities.  

In the absence of any direct contact from your Office prior to April 22, 2024, this is the only avenue left to me to ensure my safety and that of my family.

Having said that, I will appreciate all efforts to fulfill my FOIA request in its entirety and to make direct contact with me within this time period.

1.  You were informed that materials responsive to your FOIA request were mailed to you through the U.S. Postal Service.

Answer:  Yes, I was.

2.  What happened after that?

Answer:  The FBI allegedly pulled that certified copy from the mail quite easily and began redacting its contents.

3.  Given the FBI's past actions in this regard, was this event predictable?

Answer:  I believe it was, yes.  It was likely both predictable and predicted.

4.  The FBI has extensive access to the USPS, FedEx and UPS.  If you were responsible for conveying high priority content under these circumstances, what would you do?

Answer:  I would place some hard-to-duplicate watermarks or other rare identifiers on the pages themselves.  Then I would hire a high level courier and put him or her on a plane with explicit delivery instructions.  Then, I would contact the intended recipient to inform her that, at 3;00 PM on such and such a date, materials with the following identifiers, seal, certifications, and markings would be in her hands, and upon receipt, she should call a given office and individual immediately to verify legitimacy and completeness of the contents.

5.  That sounds fairly involved.

Answer:  These are the steps that are likely necessary, and these are the steps that I would take.

To do less than this is probably to guarantee failure.

6.  Was the government pressured to say that the FOIA request had been mailed?

Answer:  I believe there was advocacy from Congress, yes -- advocacy for which I remain extremely grateful.

7.  But standard means of delivery, even with a certified copy, were insufficient.

Answer:  They were insufficient, yes.

8. Should there be another send of this material, employing the measures you recommended?

Answer:  I believe there should be, and on an immediate basis.

The FBI can, given enough time, duplicate or bypass any security measures.  But, if the security markings are rare, complex, multiple, and take time to reproduce, a courier on a plane can arrive before sufficient forgery time has elapsed.

This is a situation that is important enough that materials should not be handed to the courier until the gate check at the airport.

On arrival, his or her location can easily be tracked.

Requiring the courier to wear a Boblov camera that is recording at all times for later review would lend itself to needed transparency as well.  These devices offer fifteen hours of continuous footage.

On delivery, the courier would turn around, board a return plane, and surrender the camera to an Office staff member of impeccable integrity at the airport for review, and to ensure that there are no gaps in footage.

This is doable.

9.  In the absence of these measures?

Answer:  In the absence of these efforts, tangible information regarding the FBI's knowing perpetration of falsified law enforcement reporting will continue to be suppressed.

10.  You believe extraordinary efforts to ensure the security of this mailing are justified.

Answer:  The democracy is worth extraordinary efforts.  So, yes.  They are not only justified, they are necessary and transformative.

11.  Given the threats of forgery of the certified copy that was already mailed, should the OIG Hotline wait until you receive it to send a complete copy with the security provisions delineated above?

Answer:  No, I don't believe so.  Another complete copy with vastly enhanced security provisions described here should be produced and sent right away.

12.  Will you inform us if you receive any materials whatsoever?

Answer:  I will.

On Amazon, there appeared to be many titles involving medical "accidents" in hospital settings, perpetrated by medical students at teaching hospitals.  There were also titles describing the physical dangers to patients within emergency rooms and ambulances, perpetrated by everyone from ER patients to EMTs. In addition, there were many titles concerning courtroom procedures, and, alarmingly, "kids who kill" -- alongside mob, FBI and CIA titles -- appearing to imply that our sons could be coerced into causing harm to us by corrupt members of the FBI and CIA.  Of concern, there were also many titles concerning serial killers, a topic of no interest to me whatsoever.  None of these titles reflect my interests or past purchases, so it appears fairly clear that they constitute highly unusual threats.

At approximately 7:45 AM on April 18, 2024, I signed onto Wifi GSQ3 with MacBook Air in order to address yet one more certified mailing to the IRS.  (It appears that the FBI blocked my first two attempts.)

Checked email and Amazon throughout the day. 

Purchased a nutritional supplement and piece of dinner serveware.

Unfortunately, I was in receipt of a series of specific threats throughout the day.

In the evening, my husband and I watched Dune 2 on Xfinity.

As an aside, my Amazon feed is suddenly filled with beer-making paraphernalia.  This is to confirm that neither my husband nor I are engaged in any home brewery activity whatsoever, nor have we ever been.

This appears to be yet one more example of the countless ways in which the FBI attempt to impugn the character of law-abiding Americans in order to justify their gratuitous and wrongful harm.

I spoke to GTM yesterday afternoon, and had a moving phone conversation with him in which he tearfully apologized for his language at home at FBI directive -- highly meaningful and substantive. His wrongful medication/over-medication appeared to have been halted, as he was no longer slurring his words.

My communications to DSM remain unanswered, and I wonder about his health and that of MG as well.

I have requested that the health of these three be prioritized by all.

Alleged Kidnapping Threats from the FBI

OIG Hotline, the most pressing and repeated threats I am receiving from the FBI appear to be kidnapping threats, which the agency allegedly would intend to justify by my Facebook post.

For clarity, the specifics mentioned in my Facebook post are listed in order to protect my life and the lives of my family members. 

So, any kidnapping, whether threatened, attempted or perpetrated, would originate from within the FBI itself.

It is important that this fact remain clear.

Other notable threats recently received include medical "accident," Permethrin toxic exposure, DEW-caused blindness, DEW-caused organ and/or joint injury, staged car accident, the killing of my cat, and ongoing radiation exposure, all FBI-caused.

Alleged FBI Coercion of USPS Mail Carrier

 OIG Hotline, please be apprised that I am informed the FBI has coerced the mail carrier for a USPS package with tracking number 9361289735029388852789 to file a false witness statement regarding his or her visit to our property.  This package is scheduled to be delivered by 9:00 PM on April 12, 2024.

Allegedly, a false report filed by the mail carrier is intended to prompt an unjustified law enforcement raid at our property.

I can only hope that my documentation of this threat will prevent its real-world manifestation.

A Certified Copy Allegedly Still Vulnerable to FBI Tampering

 OIG Hotline, please be apprised that the FBI once again appears to be referencing a "certified copy" of materials responsive to my FOIA request in attempting to coerce me to accept a redacted draft of these documents, intercepted by the agency in the mail.

The FBI appears to be threatening arrest or violence perpetrated during arrest toward one of my family members or toward myself if I refuse, with seeming references to falsified witness statements coerced from one or both of my sons, as well as to the involvement of San Mateo County Sheriff's Deputy Rick Chaput.

To reiterate what I have expressed previously, I will be verifying with others that any receipt on my part of FOIA materials is complete.

The FBI needs to respect my right to review the lies the agency has told about my family members and myself, without redaction or omission.

Many people have fought courageously for that right to be upheld, and my family members and I among them.

Accordingly, I look forward to receiving materials in their entirety, without redaction or omission, so that I can evaluate the FBI's false assertions in detail.

The Herculean struggle to obtain these materials is only meaningful if I am ultimately able to review the full range of the FBI's crimes of falsified reporting against me as a law-abiding American citizen.
