Called a septic tank cleaning service, (650) 679-2913, due to the fact that I was so uncomfortable about the behavior of Menlo Park Septic Tank Cleaning when they came out to the house a few months ago.  They did not sound particularly professional, however, so I told them I would check with my husband and call them back.

Texted my husband to suggest that we have a septic tank cleaning inspection, because there was so much uncertainty surrounding the thoroughness of the job done by Menlo Park Septic Tank Cleaning.

Documented that text within my email accounts and sent this to the attention of the OIG Hotline.

Called another septic tank cleaning company, Caccia Plumbing, at (650) 530-6100 only to discover that they do not perform this service.

Subsequently called Ryan's Pumping Service (408) 763-0914 and left a message with a request for a callback.
