Requesting Urgent and Immediate Fulfillment of Reports

 OIG Hotline, it is with regret that I disclose that my life continues to be under threat on a daily basis in Whistler, BC due to my whistleblower role regarding the FBI's crimes against my family members and myself.

Perhaps my husband's request of you to include his information in the fulfillment of my request from the Canadian Human Rights Commission, along with my request for all information pertaining to my sons, has caused paralysis regarding reports now due to me.

If this is the case, I respectfully request the urgent and immediate fulfillment of reports pertaining to myself alone at this moment in time.

Obviously, if more information has been approved for release to me, please do include it.

I am looking for a communication from the CHRC such as "Your material will arrive by courier on Thursday of this week.  Here is the courier's phone number so that you may receive materials directly."  I need these assurances now to be able to endure my current circumstances.

I have had a concussion, a heart attack, a perforated lung and near-sepsis for the last eleven days -- all due to attempted murder by the FBI and FBI affiliates.  I am carrying my own water for my daily consumption, because I cannot trust the water supply in the hotel.  I am losing weight fairly rapidly.  I need intervention.  I need communication on an urgent basis.  I need the reports, sealed and certified, safely conveyed into my direct possession.  And I cannot wait any longer.

A Concussion from the Pxxxxxx Program, A Sovereignty Violation Within Canada

OIG Hotline, please note that the bolded paragraphs below have been expanded due to FBI allegations of serious recent harm perpetrated against both of my sons for retaliatory reasons.

When I spoke to my older son this afternoon, he appeared to be lacking all reasonable human affect, seeming utterly devoid of emotion, empathy, human connection and individual sovereignty.

I found his state to be alarming, to say the least.

I will be assessing his condition with greater time and attention, as well as the health of my younger son, as soon as I am able.

 OIG Hotline, please be apprised that I sustained a concussion yesterday evening, in addition to a number of contusions, lacerations and bruises.

A German Shepherd or Belgian Malinois dog struck me at Bayly Park in the enclosed corral, running at approximately 40 miles per hour.

I had never met this dog before, and, indeed, the FBI appears to allege that the dog's two custodians, who gave their names as "Allie" and "Fabian," had contact with FBI affiliates prior to, during and after the accident itself.  This allegation is certainly verifiable, and I would ask the OIG Hotline to ascertain exactly when the point of contact between the FBI or FBI affiliates on the one hand and Allie and Fabian on the other first took place regarding this profoundly injurious event.

If, in fact, FBI or FBI affiliates' contact with Allie and/or Fabian occurred prior to the accident yesterday evening, I would respectfully request that the nature of those communications be investigated in detail.

However, please do not delay the provision of reports to me due to any ongoing investigation of the cause of my injuries in yesterday's incident.  It appears clear that the FBI and its affiliate agencies are quite frightened of the impending provision of reports into my possession and that the agency and its affiliates are striving to cause me physical harm and/or cognitive harm in advance of that provision.

Accordingly, I would respectfully request that provision of reports be treated as an urgent matter, and one that it critical to my loved ones' well-being and my own.

While I have certainly sustained a concussion and some contusions and sprains, I believe that I am going to be fine.

If anything, this incident has hardened my will against all those who are laboring against the long-term freedom of humanity in favor of their own short-term personal interest.

Fortunately, my husband was on the phone during the entire incident, including my driving Allie to her nearby residence in order for me to accept promised bandages and disinfectant from her.

I also had my usual audio recording device documenting everything, should this be needed.

Allie provided me with her phone number as 4xx-xxx-xxxx, which is a number affiliated with an address three thousand miles away.

I asked my husband to document this incident via email yesterday evening so that there could be no pretense of false reporting, and he did so.  My car and phone, as always, were perfectly lawful and honorable in all of their contents.

It's worth noting that I have never had an experience of any dog, except for one who has been trained to harm others, knocking down a human being at a high rate of speed.

Dogs normally endeavor to avoid hurting people through headlong collisions.

The dog involved, allegedly named Willow, appeared to be a working dog to me.  As I mentioned, the animal was likely traveling at 40 miles per hour when she collided with me.

It's notable that when I first met the dog, Willow, I felt that the animal was making an unusual assessment of me.  It was as if the dog had been presented with my scent previously.  Had the animal been provided with the belt that was stolen from my hotel suite, for example?  I think this was a professional dog -- a working dog -- trained to knock people down through intentional collisions at high-speed.

Allie and Fabian both stated that they had training in emergency medicine.  The FBI appears to claim that they are both members of the Pxxxxxx Program.

This seems to be a significant possibility.

Allie stated that she was dog-sitting on behalf of her boss.

Is her boss also affiliated with Pxxxxxx, law enforcement personnel, or the military?

Why does Allie's cell phone number have a Montreal area code?

Is Willow a trained police animal or a trained military animal?

If so, this would explain her strange greeting.  Further, it would not be difficult at all to imagine that she could have received a command that led to the collision in question.

If this is the case, there should certainly be accountability regarding these events.

While I declined ambulance care and emergency room care, I could easily have broken one or more bones and sustained more severe injuries which would have required emergency transport.  In addition, I could have easily lost consciousness.  Thankfully, this did not occur.

Strangely, Allie did not seem surprised by the "accident."

She did not express any words of compassion or sympathy that would have been appropriate to the circumstances, nor did she apologize for the dog in her care causing the accident.

In fact, when the accident first occurred, I noted the fact that Allie and Fabian held themselves at a distance, seemingly to coolly evaluate how much damage had been done.

If I had been in their position and my dog had disastrously knocked someone down, I would have been by their side rapidly attending to every need.

This did not occur, and the lack of appropriate response was highly apparent.

So it seems entirely credible to me that Allie and Fabian are connected to the Pxxxxxx Program.

Fabian demonstrates a very strong Central or South American accent, and I'm not convinced that he and Allie actually reside together a few blocks from Bayly Park, as was alleged by both of them.  Fabian had extensive tattoos that could have been related to drug cartel affiliation, and he struck me as a young man with potential Special Forces training.  I would doubt that he is a Canadian citizen, simply because he did not speak English well enough to have been a resident in the country for more than one year.  He has not been in Canada for long, in my opinion.

Did he travel here very recently?  With the dog or without?

I noted that, when Allie suggested that I drive her to Allie's and Fabian's apartment a few blocks away, she could not tell me the particular mountain that comprised the stunning view.  Anyone who genuinely resides in a locale with a beautiful view will take the time to learn the basics of their surrounding geography.  Further, Allie was not actually able to provide the disinfectant she had promised.  In fact, I had the impression that a baggie of a single Band-Aid and a few alcohol wipes had been hastily borrowed from her neighbor, as this errand was over-long.

Further, it was strange that Fabian was not allowed to enter Allie's apartment, even though they allegedly lived there together.  Instead, he waited across the street with the dog while Allie searched for a Band-Aid in the neighborhood.  After Allie provided me with a hastily prepared baggie, she crossed the street to join Fabian, moving away from the residence, not toward it, as would have been expected.

These two people were supposedly co-habiting, but Allie somehow conveyed that it would be dangerous and unwanted for Fabian to step across the threshold.

"Allie" and "Fabian" seem unlikely to be genuine names, but "Allie's" true identity should certainly be verifiable through her phone number.

There's a larger story to this incident that is well worth illuminating.

Again, if my husband had not happened to be on the phone during the incident, or if my injuries had been slightly more severe, requiring emergency medical care, this could have been a fatal encounter.

It is highly possible that it was intended to be so.

It would be helpful to know who authorized these events if in fact Pxxxxxx Program or corrupt law-enforcement actions was involved.  And I think that information should be made public so that the public understands who exactly is advocating for their long term freedom and human rights, and who is not.

This is to formally state that, should I become incapacitated, disappear, suffer further serious harm as documented for your Office by me directly or by my husband, suffer ongoing illness of any kind,  (about which I will expressly signify that my expectations for restoration have not been met, and therefore specified disclosures are necessary) or suffer demise in any way, shape or form, I hereby direct that the OIG Hotline publicly release all documentation related to my case that addresses any possible misconduct by the FBI and its affiliates, the CIA, manipulation of the judicial process, coercion of the military, or malfeasance by elected officials.  This is to include all information pertaining to the Delta Whistler Village Suites, the Whistler Public Library, and any and all further false reporting, defamation, harassment and attendant harms that have been perpetrated during my time within Canada.  This information is no doubt shocking and the FBI appears to state that some of our leaders feel implicated of wrongdoing by its contents.  If this is true, and if I should suffer any further harm, injury, harassment or demise, then it will be most appropriate for the public to learn the facts regarding the ethics of our elected officials, and to learn them in a manner that is incontrovertible, with emphasis on facts, as well as in a manner that upholds my honor and integrity in advocating for the long term human rights of the American people and others who love democracy.

In addition, I reserve the right to release this information publicly on written notification to your Office if my loved ones should become incapacitated, disappear, or suffer further serious harm, illness, tampering with their foundational health that is not immediately reversed, or demise due to any reason as well.

Exposure can be a difficult wake-up call for those who flee accountability.

The alternative for the FBI and its affiliates is to allow full disclosure of the FBI's crimes against my family through reports provided to me privately and accompanying discussions about the manner in which the long-term sovereignty and rights of mankind may be protected and defended as a result of this particular case.

My requirements for security, protection from defamation, and addressal of long term concerns are higher as a result of yesterday's violence, certainly.

Yesterday evening's "accident" was entirely unwarranted.  And if it can be determined that communication with FBI affiliates preceded its occurrence, this represents a very serious breach of law enforcement policy.

The Pxxxxxx Program may be committed to murdering the innocent, but the conflicts of interest present in this case, involving authorization at the highest level by those who would stand to profit most from my demise and that of my family, add special circumstances to this intended crime.

It is worth noting that Pxxxxxx operates internationally through the CIA, typically, which in this case would be serving as an FBI contractor.  Elected officials within Canada would not have been informed of the Pxxxxxx Program's activities, especially due to the filing of my complaint with the Canadian Human Rights Commission.  So, there are sovereignty problems for Canada inherent in these acts.

Should the United States have dispensation to murder highly honorable visitors to Canada without any discussion with the Canadian government?

I highly doubt that Canadian citizens and elected politicians would believe this type of incursion on Canadian sovereignty should be allowed.

So, I look forward to learning the truth of this matter, but I look forward to receiving reports prior to that time, on an urgent and secure basis, intended to protect my life.

The FBI should be out of time, certainly, in every regard pertaining to this case.

Let's demonstrate to these so-called public servants what real heroism looks like, shall we?

Let's securely convey those reports in the form and order that renders critical information clear.

Xpresspost Canada Mailing to the Canadian Human Rights Commission

The following email communication was sent to the Canadian Human Rights Commission, the ATIP Unit of the CHRC, and the OIG Hotline without redaction from my gmail account at 3:58 PM Pacific time on July 16, 2025.

Please be apprised that I sent the attached documents to the CHRC's ATIP office today, together with a $5 postal money order through Canada Post, and a $5 personal check, both made out to the Receiver General of Canada, in order to allow for the fulfillment of my Access to Information Request, File #x-xxxx-xxxxx.

The payments are duplicative, due to the fact that I was uncertain whether the Receiver General of Canada can accept American dollars, and whether a Canada Post money order would be required instead.

I sent all materials via Canada Xpresspost, with tracking number MW 617 058 638 CA to the Canadian Human Rights Commission, Access to Information and Privacy Unit, Canada Building, 344 Slater Street, 8th Floor, Ottowa, Ontario K1A 1E1, with signature on acceptance required.

The originating sender and address in Canada -- my own identifying information -- are included as follows:  Lane MacWilliams, Delta Whistler Village Suites, Rm. xxxx, 4308 Main Street, Whistler, BC V8E 1A9.

Because law enforcement authorities have often appeared to interfere with the U.S. Postal Service mail relating to this case, and because the postal service worker to whom I spoke today originally described Xpresspost as "faster, but without any possibility of signature confirmation," I will be posting all of this information publicly on my blog.

In the past, falsified law enforcement reporting appears to have been utilized to pull important communications regarding this matter from the U.S. Postal Service.  If I have sent a letter on a Tuesday, the FBI has wrongfully alleged that I have broken the law by Wednesday, and therefore, important communications have been inexplicably "lost," even when sent via trackable mail.

As a result, I respectfully request that the ATIP office of the Canadian Human Rights Commission confirm for me via email their receipt of payment described herewith, together with the contents included below. (original ATIP request not included in this blog post)

Please note that my husband xxx xxxxxxxxxxx granted his full consent for materials to be released to me regarding him, but this communication appears to have been deleted from my gmail account as of this writing.

I have asked him to resend this important documentation as soon as possible, to ensure that omissions and redactions do not occur pertaining to material pursuant to my request.  Upon receipt, I will forward this permission tot he CHRC and the OIG Hotline immediately.

Thank you for initiating active communication between the CHRC and the OIG Hotline to ensure that all materials pertaining to my case are securely and promptly transferred.

In the past, I have extended to the OIG Hotline my offer of up to $10,000 American dollars reimbursement for courier delivery to me of all documents, without redaction or omission not approved by the OIG Hotline itself.  Courier delivery of this kind assumes continuous chain of custody during transport of sealed and certified documents and materials.  Further, it assumes direct delivery to me, without intermediaries, requiring my signature upon receipt.

With these security provisions in place, I extend the identical offer of reimbursement to the Canadian Human Rights Commission for courier delivery to me of all investigative and FOIA material provided to the CHRC by the OIG Hotline, without redaction or omission not approved directly by the OIG Hotline.

Courier delivery would require that I be notified in advance of this means of delivery, along with the date and approximate time of arrival of the documents, so that I can be standing by.  Ideally, a phone number of the courier and courier company would be provided, allowing me to check for regular updates during travel.

If all means of conveyance of materials pursuant to my ATIP request appear to be obstructed, my husband or I can travel, with advance written permission, to the ATIP office of the CHRC to accept possession of the documentation directly.

This case is important for the long term preservation of human rights, not merely within the United States, but within Canada and elsewhere.

The provision of documentation pursuant to my request will allow for protection of human rights in the long term future that may well be transformative for humanity's access to free speech, a free press, freedom of assembly, right to privacy, right to own private property, and much more.

So, great care within the conveyance of materials is highly valued, appreciated, and important to us all.

Thank you as well for the CHRC's commitment to provide all materials to me in a secure manner that avoids all chance of dissemination or future dissemination of what is reported to be broadly defamatory material.

The Stalwart Courage I Possess

 OIG Hotline, please be apprised that the FBI appears to be extending death threats to me pertaining to a non-conventional vector deployed within my hotel suite during my absence today in the process of communicating with your Office and the Canadian Human Rights Commission.

Nighttime rooftop deployment of life-threatening Dxxs is also delineated as a persistent threat.

The FBI appears to believe that the CHRC is inclined to fulfill my Access to Information Request.  I have today requested that the CHRC reach out to you to request all materials pursuant to my case.

As a direct result, the FBI appears to have first-degree murder on its to-do list pertaining to me and to my whole family.

It would certainly be appropriate for President Trump to call off any and all such plans on an immediate basis.

If we genuinely care about the long term freedoms of mankind, short term plans of murder cannot be a governmental stratagem for political aims or the enrichment of our long term adversaries, including A., about whom I have written recently.

If humanity is to emerge from our current environmental crisis with anything resembling meaningful freedom, we need to insist that those human rights be maintained among those who are striving for the whole of mankind in the long term.

Freedom is not an afterthought, an add-on, an embellishment, a window dressing, or an addendum to the course of our daily lives.

Freedom, rather, determines whether our lives are invested with meaning, depth of human bonds, potential for intellectual, emotional and spiritual growth, the possibility of epiphany, wonder, discovery, insight and transformation.

To forfeit freedom now, and to forfeit it at the demands of A., is to ensure that humanity will never regain it.

So I ask for more.

I ask for President Trump to ensure my safety and security and that of my family members irrespective of the demands of A., who would seek to profit most damagingly from our harm.

The freedom of humanity is worth the stalwart courage of our elected leaders in this moment.

As I possess it, so, too, must they.

The American Public's Right to Be Informed on the Subject of A.

1.  You have stated that A. is threatening the military of the United States, and, in fact, the militaries of many other nations as well.

Answer:  That's true.

2.  Who is A.?  What is A.?

Answer:  A stands for Apollo.  And A stands for Alien.  So, it depends on who you're speaking to about this matter.

3.  Illegal alien?

Answer:  No, that's not the reference.

4.  Is A. hostile to the long term security interests of the United States, and, indeed, the world?

Answer:  Yes, he is.  That's fair to say.

5.  Why has the American public not been informed about A.?

Answer:  A.'s malevolence was not fully understood by our leaders until recently, when he began to extend ultimatums and harmful dictates.

Now, however, the public has a role and indeed a responsibility to ask for disclosure regarding A.

6.  Whom should we be asking?

Answer:  Our Commander in Chief needs to disclose all information about A., and those who are closely affiliated with him as well.

7.  What about the Joint Chiefs of Staff?  Should they be answerable to the public regarding A.?

Answer:  They should.  Yes.  The freedom of our people in the long term has always depended upon an informed citizenry.  Without this, our freedoms will not endure.

8.  What about the Congress?  Does the U.S. Congress know about A.?

Answer:  The threat to our national security has now become so severe that certain members of Congress have been informed.

9.  Without informing their constituents?

Answer:  Without informing the voters.  That is correct.

10.  A. has communicated to our government that the climate crisis has advanced to a critical point, in contrast with the understanding of the general public.  Is that correct?

Answer:  Yes, it is.

The problem is that A's long term goals are not the preservation of humanity.

Our concerns regarding the sustainability of the environment overlap with A.'s.

But after that, A. intends that human society should be immensely weakened in various ways -- ways from which we will never re-emerge as a free people.

11.  Can our elected and appointed officials speak to this long term threat at this juncture?

Answer:  They absolutely can, and, indeed, they must.

12.  Why?

Answer:  Because after this information has been rendered public, these leaders will live in infamy and ignominy in the long term if they fail to disclose the truth of the risks to us all at this juncture.

13.  They will never recover their place in history if they deceive the public at this point in time?

Answer:  That's correct.  They will always be known from a historical standpoint as traitors to the human race.

14.  Our leaders have said that they prefer disclosure to the public at a later time.

Answer:  And they always will prefer disclosure to the public at a later time.

15.  You don't have faith that they will find the courage to ever stand up for humanity with the necessary fortitude.

Answer:  Our leaders have not yet been able to fulfill a simple FOIA request pertaining to my case.  Instead, some among them are still authorizing the worst examples of knowingly falsified law enforcement reporting.

No, by themselves, they will never find the courage.

16.  Has A. managed to profiteer from the torture of your family relating to this case?

Answer:  The FBI alleges that he has, yes.

17.  And you have still received no honorable outreach whatsoever regarding this matter?

Answer:  No, I have not.

18.  How do you feel about A.'s having profiteered from the torture of your children?

Answer:  The same way I feel about the knowledge that he has profiteered from the torture of America's children.  Incensed.  Just as the rest of the nation will be.

19.  You are deeply offended by the lack of outreach to you regarding your case.  Is that fair to say?

Answer:  Oh, yes.  Deeply offended and wronged.  Insulted.  Mocked.  Defamed. Derided.  And abused.

I wish that were hyperbole.  Unfortunately, it's all true.

20.  What needs to happen at this moment for you to feel that the government is engaging with you honorably?

Answer:  Outreach on an urgent basis.  No more delays.

The Torture of the Sons of an FBI Whistleblower

 1.  Your younger son is traveling to Washington, D.C. today at the invitation of the White House.  Can you tell us what this is regarding?

Answer:  This is regarding President Trump's alleged order to my younger son through the unconstitutional Pxxxxxx Program to participate in plans intended to result in the loss of my life connected to his wedding next month in California.

2.  Your sons have been forced to participate in plans intended to cause you grievous harm before, like the attempt on your life at Davies Symphony Hall several months ago.  Isn't that the case?

Answer:  Yes, it is.

3.  Would you care to comment on this particular manner of deconstructing the very foundations of a loving American family?

Answer:  Well, what I would say is that, in this case, the profit motive has clearly overwhelmed people, separating them from their lawful oaths to the public interest, the Constitution, and the future well-being of the nation.

4.  Your sons should never have been conscripted into the unconstitutional Pxxxxxx Program should they?  

Answer:  They should not.  This violated every ethical guideline that one could imagine in terms of government conduct toward the family of an FBI whistleblower.

Even their coerced recruitment as paid informants against their parents was destined to result in knowingly falsified witness statements from the very beginning.

5.  May I ask why?

Answer:  In a word, torture.  When you torture young people, as the FBI has tortured my sons and MX -- when you rape and traffic the loving sons of an FBI whistleblower, as the FBI has raped and tortured my loved ones -- when you engage in sovereignty violations, as the FBI has engaged in sovereignty violations against my children -- there is a breaking point for the vast majority of people.

6.  And has there been a breaking point for your sons and MX?

Answer:  Oh, yes.  There has.  Absent the sovereignty violations, they might have been able to hold on to themselves.  But with the repeated, merciless violations of their personhood and their very identities, there really was no chance for them.

7.  And are your sons and MX still being tortured for knowingly false witness statements against your husband and yourself?

Answer:  Yes, they are.

8.  What is the intent with these ongoing human rights violations?

Answer:  The intent is first-degree murder.  Once the FBI or FBI affiliates get hold of a particularly egregious false statement coerced under various forms of torture, they can receive dispensation from a judge -- not from the Supreme Court any longer, because my case is too well known -- but from a lesser judge granting the agency permission to implement plans of first-degree murder against me as a whistleblower who is entirely innocent of the crimes the agency is alleging.

9.  And what would happen to funds awarded under your name through the auspices of the OIG Hotline, in that instance?

Answer:  They would be privatized quite quickly.

10.  By whom?

Answer:  You're asking the right questions, certainly.  It is highly appropriate to question who has misappropriated funds recently through false accusations extended about me.  This will tell the public everything it needs to know.

11.  The FBI appears to be alleging that it has arranged for an incident of street violence to take your life in Whistler, supposedly perpetrated by a young man with schizophrenia, someone who carries a viola case with him around town.  This is a person you have seen on three occasions before.  Is that correct?

Answer:  Yes, the FBI has alleged quite a detailed plan regarding this young man.

12.  Has the FBI engaged in sovereignty violations against this person?

Answer:  The agency alleges that it has done so extensively, yes.

13.  Does the FBI use people whom it has labeled as mentally ill to engage in public violence?

Answer:  Well, by way of answer, I will simply say that the agency has repeatedly threatened my older son in this very manner.

14.  With certain types of sovereignty violations, is it impossible for the victims of the FBI's sovereignty breaches to decline the wrongful directives of the FBI or FBI affiliates?

Answer:  Yes, and this is the heart of the problem.  The sovereignty violations are so invasive and overwhelming that victims cannot effectively reference their own standards, ethics, conscience, morality and boundaries to say no.

15.  Are you able to speak to the specifics of those sovereignty violations here?

Answer:  I need to evaluate that question.  For the time being, I will simply say that certain methods of torture can result in an inability on the victim's part to say no to the tormentor.  The realities in the cases we're discussing are quite complex, however.  And I am engaging in some deep thought regarding these issues of violations of human sovereignty in the manner in which the FBI is currently perpetrating these unconscionable crimes against the public at large.  This is extremely serious territory, obviously, and it's implications for the future of mankind are far-reaching.

16.  The FBI has continuously threatened to accuse your older son of terrorist activity, even while his agency has directed him to move packages from one location to another under threat of death from his handler Axxxxx.  Is that correct?

Answer:  Yes, it is.

17.  And the FBI has continuously threatened to imprison your younger son on charges of committing an act directed by the President in a foreign nation while failing to register as a foreign agent, all details of which were arranged at the directive of his FBI handler Txx Lxxxx.  Is that correct as well?

Answer:  Yes, it is.

18.  Meanwhile, the FBI claims to have collected enough false reporting regarding other family members that the agency could imprison or kill them at any time.  Is this what has been conveyed to you?

Answer:  Yes.

19.  Are all of these crimes on the part of the FBI, or a significant portion of them, included within reports now due to you from the OIG Hotline pursuant to your request for your evaluation of all materials regarding a potential political asylum application?

Answer:  I believe so, yes.

20.  And is this the reason the FBI appears to be so panicked at the prospect of your receiving full investigative reports and FOIA reports from the OIG Hotline?

Answer:  Apparently so.  Yet, I will observe that there is no safety for us without my receipt of those reports in their entirety.

I cannot know what nation might offer me safe harbor in light of the FBI's falsified law enforcement reporting against us unless I can see the investigative reports directly.

And the United States does not have dispensation to torture its most honorable citizens and then prevent them from seeking safety elsewhere.

21.  Your animals have been extensively harmed by FBI affiliates at FBI directive as well, have they not?

Answer:  They absolutely have.

22.  Is there any commitment by the FBI to restore your family's health, your own health and your pets' health on an immediate basis?

Answer:  I am still awaiting that commitment at this time.

23.  What are the other current threats to your safety from the FBI?

Answer:  Kidnapping, further sovereignty violations, Dxx deployments, blindness, deafness, lymphadenitis, dangerous parasitic infection, fungal infection, TB exposure, heart attack, cancer, dementia, traumatic brain injury, incontinence, sepsis due to kidney infection, thyroid disease, car bxxx threats, gas explosion threats, arson threats pertaining to hotel fire or fire at my properties, myriad other disabling illnesses and fatal environmental exposures.  This list goes on and on.

24.  What is the answer to this litany of horrors, because the FBI is demonstrating a commitment to lawlessness and corruption that could ruin the entire nation, isn't it?

Answer:  The answer is to provide me with the reports in their entirety on an immediate basis.  After that, we can engage in a prompt conversation about their contents vis a vis the wellbeing of the American public in the long term. 

25.  Should the DoD be involved in that discussion?

Answer:  It most certainly should.

26.  Should the FBI be involved?

Answer:  Yes.  But the FBI should not withhold restoration of our health in an attempt to extort certain concessions regarding the reports.  That approach is a non-starter.

27.  Should the Congress be involved?

Answer:  Most definitely.

28.  Others?

Answer:  All stakeholders should be engaged in a confidential conversation regarding this matter on an immediate basis.  

I do need the reports to make an evaluation of my options regarding my physical safety pursuant to a possible asylum application.  My life is on the line.

But once I am in possession of them, I would fully expect there to be robust dialogue, yes.

29.  Will you please keep us updated about your safety and wellbeing and that of your family members and pets?

Answer:  I most certainly will.

An FBI Whistleblower Is Falsely Accused in Absentia

 1.  The FBI has appeared to allege today that President Trump is sufficiently concerned about the necessity to provide you with investigative reports from the OIG Hotline pursuant to your evaluation of political asylum that he is threatening  to conceal the information regarding your awards under the auspices of the OIG Hotline.  Further, the FBI appears to be threatening to extend false accusations to Canadian authorities in an attempt to undermine any political asylum application on your part within Canada or any other nation.  Finally, the FBI alleges that President Trump would go so far as to attempt to have you arrested within Canada for the false charges (and alleged false convictions) he allegedly approved within the United States through wrongfully directing the FBI for the express purpose of criminally withholding your settlements.  May I please know your response?

Answer:  The FBI extends copious disinformation, and I do not possess proof of any of these allegations whatsoever.  I think it's possible that President Trump will direct ambassadorial outreach to me on an immediate basis, which would be entirely appropriate.  And I think it's possible that President Trump will direct outreach from an attorney who can resolve all existing concerns on my part regarding my" case to date.

2.  What about the FBI's allegation that the agency would like to wrongfully fund an IRA account in your name?

Answer:  That attempt would be part of a false narrative on the part of the FBI to suggest that I am being compensated for IP crimes committed by the FBI itself, and particularly, Txx Lxxxx, in which I have had no participation whatsoever.

3.  So you're not going to be accepting a wrongfully funded IRA account?

Answer:  Absolutely not.

4.  What about the FBI's allegation that the agency has charged you or one of your family members with child abuse, terrorism, espionage, and/or capital crimes since you left the United States on June 1, 2025?

Answer:  Well, it would be very discourteous of the agency to wait for me to leave the country for it to file false charges, wouldn't it?  We see these kind of retaliatory actions in Banana Republics all over the world.  And this is generally the type of malfeasance we associate with failed governments and failed nations.

5.  What about the FBI's allegation that it had planned to arrest you or physically harm you upon your return to the United States in August to attend your youngest son's wedding?

Answer:  I was greatly looking forward to attending my son's wedding, so I find these threats to be very disturbing, indeed.

6.  Are they credible?

Answer:  Some of the threats of harm are highly detailed, so yes, unfortunately, they appear to be credible.

7.  Does this change the way you feel about attending the wedding?

Answer:  I'm sure my son and his fiancee would not appreciate the occasion being marred by first-degree murder of a family member by a corrupt FBI.  Of course, this represents an extremely serious new concern.

8.  Are you realistically worried about being arrested or harmed within Canada at this point?  The FBI has said that it may attempt to revoke your passport based on false criminal charges the agency has filed against you.

Answer:  The FBI has certainly been ordering Canadian officials around, as far as I can tell.  However, I think the shame and ignominy of such an action would reach to those authorizing such wrongful acts.  I'm sure President Trump understands that the public's approbation partly depends on the public's impression that the President is acting in their interest, and not against it.  To arrange for the arrest or murder of a highly honorable American, when she has asked for embassy protection and requested records pursuant to a potential political asylum application will simply stain the White House with malfeasance on a permanent and historical basis.

9.  Is that because this White House has been misappropriating funds awarded in your name under the auspices of the OIG Hotline?

Answer:  The FBI is certainly alleging this misconduct on a daily basis.  

10.  And during this same period of time your sons and MX have been experiencing rape, trafficking, torture and other sovereignty violations?  All approved at the highest levels of government?

Answer:  Yes, they have.

11.  Who is really driving this criminality?  

Answer: Well, as I have said previously, we are experiencing a loss of sovereignty as a nation at this time.  So, Russia and China are both overstepping when it comes to the sovereignty of the United States.  Both of these countries have been wrongfully directing the FBI, the CIA, and even the U.S. military in ways that stand opposed to the national interest.  Behind Russia and China, there is another layer of misconduct and misappropriation.  But that overarching problem is best left for another discussion.

12.  Are you a Democrat?

Answer:  I am, yes.  I don't agree with every Democrat, but I align with the Democratic Party as a whole.  

13.  Which Democrats do you admire?

Answer:  Hakeem Jeffries, Cory Booker, Mark Kelly, Jon Ossoff, Raphael Warnock.  I admire many Democrats. 

14.  Are there principled and ethical leaders on the Republican side of the aisle?  What about President Trump?

Answer:  I believe that it takes great courage to lead the nation through this turbulent time, and President Trump, in running for and winning high office, is demonstrating that courage.  Now, I need to see that he is demonstrating worthy character when it comes to my case.

15.  You want to know that he is not simply choosing to profiteer off the torture of your honorable family and yourself.  Is that correct?

Answer:  That's it exactly.  I am no longer able to tolerate knowingly false accusations, concealed prosecutions, and the myriad of harms that follow them as perpetrated by the FBI and its affiliates.

16.  Is there any excuse for planning to arrest you or one of your family members, or to harm any of you or your pets in a plan of first degree murder in an attempt to profit from awards extended in your name?

Answer:  No, there is no excuse.

17.  Is there any justification for the President authorizing the cancellation of your passport, or preventing you from reaching safe haven somewhere in the world, given the FBI's attempts of first-degree murder against you and your family members?

Answer:  No, there is no justification.

18.  What would it take for you to be able to return to the United States with some sense of safety, peace and homecoming?  What would it take for you to attend your son's wedding in safety and with celebration unobstructed by the FBI and its affiliates?

Answer:  I need to have the investigative reports, including my FOIA materials, from the OIG Hotline, as the Supreme Court has ordered.  I need to have all false accusations withdrawn unconditionally and immediately.  And I need to have all of my concerns regarding my case to date resolved to my satisfaction.  That's a beginning.

19.  In the absence of that, can you attend your son's wedding safely, given the threats you have received yesterday and today?

Answer:  As I mentioned, I take these new FBI threats seriously.  I think the agency is indicating to me that there is a serious problem of false reporting regarding my case within the U.S. government, and further, that that misconduct has grown significantly worse since I left the United States on June 1, 2025.  

20.  What about the illness the FBI is said to have conveyed to you and your puppies several days ago, on July 1, 2025?  Have you been contacted about a reversal of that harm?

Answer:  I have received no contact regarding that matter, no.

21.  The FBI appears to allege that that particular illness can lead to heart attack in your dogs and yourself within a comparatively short period of time.  Isn't that true?

Answer:  The agency appears to be alleging this plan of first-degree murder, yes.

22.  So, is it now up to President Trump to reverse that harm?

Answer:  Yes, it is.

23.  If he does not reverse that harm, will you and your puppies die?

Answer:  This is what the FBI has alleged to me, yes.

24.  Does President Trump really want to be remembered by history as the President who murdered a highly honorable FBI whistleblower and her family and pets for personal profit?

Answer:  I highly doubt that he does.  No President would want that to be the way the American public recalled his tenure.

25.  What should President Trump do to re-establish your safety and human rights within Canada?

Answer:  I would like to hear from the Canadian ambassador, and after the unconditional and immediate withdrawal of all false charges regarding this matter, this outreach should be prioritized.  And I would like to establish the details of the full recovery of health for my family members, my pets and myself as a first measure.  Alongside that, all Dxx deployment and environmental harms at our residences, which are still being implemented as part of the FBI's "exxxxxxxxx protocol," should be urgently discontinued and never recommenced.

26.  What about the FBI's threats to stage a fatal collision on the highway or while you are driving in general?

Answer:  Well, those threats are not appreciated, certainly, and I would ask that they be immediately withdrawn by President Trump as well.

27. You also need unobstructed access to safe food and water, both in your hotel and elsewhere.  Isn't that the case?

Answer:  It is the case, and President Trump's involvement can immediately re-establish that safe access, both for me and for my family members. So his advocacy should be extended to us right away.

28.  Is the OIG Hotline now legally obligated to provide you with investigative reports based on your request to make an evaluation of your candidacy for political asylum, whether in Canada or elsewhere?

Answer:  They are legally obligated, yes.  There can be no question on this point.  The United States has no dispensation to attempt to wrongfully accuse an FBI whistleblower of crimes she never committed, wrongfully convict her in absentia, and then further develop myriad plans of first degree murder because she is allegedly a "dangerous person," preventing her from seeking political asylum in the process. 

29.  What about the FBI's concerns regarding the sensitivity of its secret programs?

Answer:  I have repeatedly requested confidentiality agreements from the FBI regarding its secret programs, and the U.S. government has repeatedly failed to provide them.

30.  Why?

Answer:  Because it has been hugely profitable for them.  As long as they can pretend that I am engaged in some form of malfeasance, they can keep this cash machine running through the OIG Hotline.  That serves certain individuals' objectives of profiteering from our torture, and it also serves the federal government's objectives of spurring massive inflation within the next several years.

31.  Why is massive inflation part of the federal government's unstated objectives at this time?

Answer:  Because the United States is massively overindebted and that debt is denominated in U.S. dollars.  That debt overhang will ultimately be paid, but it will be paid in a profoundly devalued currency, much to the harm and distress of the American public.

32.  In the meantime, will President Trump and his close affiliates within the FBI and elsewhere be profiteering from the "cash machine" running through the OIG Hotline pertaining to your case?

Answer:  Certainly, some people appear to be supporting such a scenario.

33.  And have you yourself profited in any way from the FBI's false reporting regarding your family members and yourself?

Answer:  Never.

Freedom

 1.  It's July 4th, yet your human rights have not yet been defended appropriately by the United States, nor have your family's.

Answer:  I think we can celebrate the freedoms of the United States in a historical context, which is different for varying groups of people.  Frederick Douglass wrote so movingly about July 4th, for the very reason that it was celebrating a freedom that wasn't his.  But what he taught me is that freedom can live within.  He was such a noble and honorable person, he was destined to become free.  He insisted on his freedom with such dignity and moral strength that the world ultimately had to bend to his will.  

2.  Is it significant that some Americans feel deeply deprived of their freedom on this day?

Answer:  I think it's profoundly and overwhelmingly significant.  Freedom can never really last if our neighbors and friends are deprived of it.  So we need to listen to one another compassionately and soulfully and attentively, and we need to understand what some Americans are saying.

3.  What are they saying?

Answer:  That they are not experiencing freedom, even though they cannot relinquish the hope that they one day will.

4.  What is the central debate surrounding the freedom of mankind?

Answer:  The central debate remains whether mankind deserves to belong to itself.  It's the dichotomy presented by Cecil B. DeMille at the introduction to The Ten Commandments:  whether men ought to be ruled by God's law, or whether they are to be ruled by the whims of a dictator, like Rameses.  Are men the property of the state or are they free souls under God?  

This is the disagreement in which we are still engaged.

5.  Why does this conflict persist?

Answer:  Because some people feel they have the right to subjugate others, to enslave them wrongfully, and to harm them at will.

6.  Is the FBI's "target of interest" program a form of human enslavement?

Answer:  I will answer that question by responding to you that my family members and I have been unwillingly relegated to enslavement and harm by the "target of interest" program.  Yes, we are experiencing a complete loss of freedom and human rights.

7.  Meanwhile, others are profiteering from your enslavement, are they not?

Answer:  They most definitely are.

8.  So this represents a devastating moral failure, doesn't it?

Answer:  Without question, yes.

9.  What will the end result be for the United States if the FBI is allowed to continue to expand this initiative?

Answer:  I don't believe it's permissible to answer that question publicly anymore.  I hope readers have had the chance to access my previous writings on this subject.

10.  Are you currently experiencing physical harm within Canada as a direct result of false accusations by the FBI?

Answer:  Decidedly so.

11.  Has the FBI promised to prevent you and your dogs from perishing of heart disease over the short term, as has been their recent threat?

Answer:  I have been receiving threats all day, with barely a respite.  So, it certainly doesn't seem as though the FBI is apologizing at this juncture.

12.  There has been no intermediary to reach out to you to discuss resolution of your case to date.

Answer:  None whatsoever.

13.  No one has discussed the restoration of your health and the health of your pets with you.

Answer:  Absolutely not.

14.  No one has discussed the necessity to provide you with safe food and water.

Answer:  No.

15.  So, your most basic needs are simply not being met as of this time.

Answer:  They are not.

16.  What does freedom mean to you in this situation?

Answer:  Freedom means that I can still make decisions for myself, even under extremely arduous circumstances.  Freedom means that I can still advocate for the rights of others, even when my own rights are being appallingly violated.  Freedom means that I can take joy in small things, even when some of those surrounding me are demonstrating corruption and predation at every possible turn.  Freedom means that I have still preserved my gratitude for the day, my faith in a Creator, and my love for others -- despite the astonishing crimes of the FBI and FBI affiliates.  Freedom means that I don't have a handler telling me what to say and do, and I will never accept a handler telling me what to say and do.  Freedom means that my values and principles and ethics and soulfulness are all intact, in place and thriving.  That's freedom as I can currently define it.

17.  Are there any others to whom you would wish a happy July 4th?

Answer:  Oh, yes.  I want to wish a joyful July 4th to the OIG Hotline and to its investigators, to my family and friends, to all those Americans whose futures I still hold dear, and all those beyond our borders whose futures I uphold every day.

Answer:  Thank you for your concern.  I certainly will.

A Request for Belated Honor and Open Engagement from the FBI

 1.  You and your puppies are said to have suffered a very serious assault on your health on July 1, 2025.  Is that the case?

Answer:  Yes, it is.

2.  There seems to have been a short term assurance that your recovery would be immediately prioritized.  Was that your experience?

Answer:  Yes, it was.  There was the implication that we would be helped on an urgent basis.

3.  How long did that assurance of support for your fundamental survival last, may I ask?

Answer:  One day exactly.  Less than 24 hours.

4.  Did the withdrawal of support have anything to do with the fact that you have sought a consultation regarding your human rights within Canada?

Answer:  I believe there was a direct correlation.

5.  May I ask what the connection is?

Answer:  The FBI appears to feel strongly that I not receive FOIA materials and investigative reports pertaining to my case to date, even though the Supreme Court has ordered provision of these materials. If I take certain steps within Canada, I would have the clear right to access those materials.

6.  So the immediate withdrawal of a promise of life-saving health care for you, your family members and your pets is punitive in nature?

Answer:  Almost certainly, yes.

7.  Does President Trump have the ability to reassert your human rights in this instance?  Does he have the power to direct the FBI to restore your health and that of your family members and pets in its entirety?

Answer:  Yes, he does.  He is the Commander in Chief.  This is within his provenance.

8.  The FBI possesses a powerful conflict of interest regarding this case, because the agency appears to regularly be attempting to misappropriate funds awarded in your name as payoffs for its own cronies.  Does that conflict extend to the White House, by any chance?

Answer:  You are asking a reasonable question under these circumstances.  I think the Congress may be interested in the answer, as am I.

9.  Would the restoration of your health and that of your family members and pets demonstrate that President Trump is insisting on the support of Constitutional rights for the honorable American public?

Answer:  Most definitely.  And I would say that the restoration of our health should be a long term guarantee, not a short term lever with which to extract or extort various concessions.  It's relatively meaningless to be told that we will be restored to health over a period of 6-12 hours only to have that assurance reversed.

10.  Has this been your experience with the FBI?  That promises of the restoration of your health are short-lived and mercurial?

Answer:  It has, yes.  The agency is much more confident in causing gratuitous harm than it is apologetic in reversing those malevolent acts.  At least, this is my consistent impression with regard to my own family.

11.  Why is this the case?

Answer:  There are many reasons for the problems within the institutional culture of the FBI, many of them dating back to the tenure of J. Edgar Hoover, who was deeply troubled psychologically.

12.  You are asserting your access to your Constitutional rights one day in advance of the 4th of July, even though your life is being placed at risk over that insistence.  Has that occurred to you?

Answer:  Oh, yes.  It certainly has.  That confluence of events is not lost on me.

13.  Will you be writing about the future of American independence tomorrow?

Answer:  I hope to do so, yes.

14.  Have you been asked to keep your puppies away from the general public for a certain period of time?

Answer:  Someone appeared to mention that two weeks would be safest.  But if our medical restoration has been withdrawn by the FBI, I don't know that that holds true.

15.  You cannot keep your puppies locked up in your hotel room forever.  They need some time outside, don't they?  And isn't the FBI entirely responsible for this problem in the first place?

Answer:  Yes, and yes.

16.  Will you please inform us if the FBI elects to handle this situation responsibly, by reinstating your health care, your family's health care and your pets' health care?

Answer:  I most certainly will.  I know we would all feel reassured to see the FBI behaving with some belated honor in this matter.

17.  In the past, the FBI has caused this type of harm and then gone before a judge to suggest that the agency's victims should be killed because they represent a danger to the public.  Are you concerned about this horrific stratagem in your own case?

Answer:  Of course, this represents a serious concern given the wayward tactics of the agency.

18.  You are currently sitting in a Public Library.  Is it safe for you yourself to be in public?

Answer:  Ideally, I would have direct contact from someone within the FBI to ascertain all of these specifics.  In answer to your question, I don't know.  I don't have any symptoms, but I am self-monitoring carefully.  The FBI has cut off my access to Wifi at my hotel, so I don't have ready options to communicate with the OIG Hotline from a confined residence.  Beyond this, I need to take care of meals every day, etc.  I do take public health considerations very seriously, and I would appreciate direct communication regarding this latest crime on the part of the FBI, to say the least.  If this is a public health matter, the FBI should be handling itself with honor and integrity in open communication with me.

19.  And you have not received that communication as of yet?

Answer:  No, I have not.

20.  Is the FBI also continuing to threaten to direct your sons to cause unknown harms to others?

Answer:  Yes, these threats are continuous from the FBI.  Absolutely unceasing.  Together with the sovereignty violations of my sons, they represent astonishing violations of our human rights as a family and as citizens of the United States.

21.  Please keep us closely informed of your circumstances, in addition to that of your pets.
