Protecting the Sovereignty Interests of Our Nation

 OIG Hotline, I am working on a Trust into which settlements and awards extended in my name and/or connected to my identity through the OIG Hotline and U.S. DOJ are to be placed on an immediate basis.

I do not believe that a foundation is possible in this instance because of the fact that I am advocating for long term policy changes that may result -- and in fact already have resulted -- in the initiative or establishment of new government rules, regulations, legislation and/or Constitutional amendments.

Because there seems to be a focused effort on the part of Txx Lxxxx and his FBI cohort at this time to falsely accuse me of wrongdoing, bias, espionage, terrorism, human trafficking, predation, abuse and/or capital crimes, all with the apparent intention of wrongfully taking my life for the purpose of profiteering from accounts connected to my name and/or identity within the U.S. DOJ, I ask that my accounts be maintained as locked and inaccessible to invasion by all comers until such time as the funds can be appropriately protected within the Trust created for this purpose.

This process should not take longer than several days, certainly.

In the meantime, I should not be receiving threats that my younger son was forcibly overdosed with Fentanyl recently, that he was given a stroke by Txx Lxxxx, that Txx Lxxxx is encouraging his suicide in the name of "patriotism," that there are further efforts to cause damage to his cognition and memory through Dxx deployment during night or day, that he is being threatened with staged car or plane "accident," or that he has been forced by the DoD to sign false witness statements alleging a "captive" of some kind, held within our home during his childhood.  

(What kind of disordered mind comes up with these horrors?  Has Txx Lxxxx perpetrated these atrocities?  Have his friends?  What kind of human being would be imagining these scenarios?)

I should not be prevented by Txx Lxxxx from speaking to my younger son to ascertain his state of health.  

I should not be receiving threats that my older son was asked to meet with an attorney today to attest to a parallel set of falsehoods to those forcibly required of his younger brother.

I should not be receiving threats that one of my sons could be directed by his handler to perpetrate a "public shooting," to meet with a train "accident," to fall off a roof, that my family members could be paralyzed, further brain damaged, kidnapped, maimed, or any other horror the FBI cares to extend.

I should be assured that President Trump, Vice President Vance, and Secretary Pete Hegseth care enough about this nation to protect my family members, my pets and myself from any further harm whatsoever.

Until those promises and directly and honorably extended, I appreciate your efforts to assist me in my ongoing advocacy for the long term sovereignty of our nation and our people by protecting all funds awarded to my name and/or identity connected to this case.

Surrender of Badge and Title

 OIG Hotline, please be informed that two days ago I received a threat that, at Txx Lxxxx' directive, my unspecified belongings were being harmed in some manner.  Yesterday, the right sole of a pair of non-slip winter boots I purchased recently was leaking through the ball of the foot due to a piercing of the rubber sole that was difficult, though not impossible, to locate.

It is alleged that this sabotage was intended to force me to throw away the boots -- a reasonable conclusion, as that had been my plan.

Having said that, the discarded boots were allegedly intended to be utilized by Txx Lxxxx to stage a crime scene in which I was -- obviously -- to have no involvement whatsoever.

It is alleged that this FBI conduct was intended to "link" me to crimes committed or directed by Txx Lxxxx pertaining to one or more of my properties within the United States.

To say that I am alarmed by this ongoing attempt by Txx Lxxxx to frame me for his own crimes is the understatement of the millenium.  Clearly, this man must be feeling appreciable guilt in order for him to continue to attempt to project his predations onto the innocent.

Yet, should he really be allowed to continue to address his palpable guilt in this manner?

Shouldn't he be stopped before he hurts more innocent people?

Shouldn't he be charged right away?  Relieved of his duties?  Required to surrender his badge and his title?

Shouldn't he be further prevented from engaging in knowingly falsified law enforcement reporting regarding my family members and myself?

Thank you for allowing me to express these serious concerns.

While I am relieved that Txx Lxxxx' check forgery scheme appears to have been detected, I hope we can agree that this does not represent the least of this man's crimes, nor the worst of his intentions.

Good people must stop the gratuitous predations of predators of this sort, or we will lose the most noble, honorable, virtuous Americans to the manipulations of Machiavellian and sadistic officials seeking to profiteer from the victims of their torturous aims and methods.

Alleged Attempt at Misappropriation of Funds by the FBI's Txx Lxxxx

 1.  There is an allegation that Txx Lxxxx claimed further false accusations against you and your family members before the Supreme Court recently with a view toward opening your accounts and misappropriating funds.  Did you make any donations to anyone recently?

Answer:  I did not.  

2.  Did you make any donations through ActBlue recently?

Answer:  No.

3.  Did you send any checks to any political figures?

Answer:  No.

4.  Did the FBI steal your check to the Stanford University Women's Club for the purpose of forging checks in your name?

Answer:  This stands as an unverified allegation of the FBI.  I simply do not yet have proof that the FBI committed this crime.

5.  May we see voided checks to political officials -- those which you decided not to send because of the fact that your funds must represent the human rights of all Americans and not just some?

Answer:  I forwarded a screenshot of five voided checks to the OIG Hotline at 2:14 PM this afternoon.

6.  Should your accounts remain locked in every regard at this time?

Answer:  Yes, funds may be added, but they should not be withdrawn from these accounts.

7.  Why is this so critical?

Answer:  So that the enemies of human sovereignty do not aggregate further power that cannot be countered in the future.

8.  You have not created a foundation in which these funds can reside.  Why not?

Answer:  Because I will be advocating for certain Constitutional amendments and legislation relating to my case, in which case a foundation would stand in violation of federal tax rules.

9.  Can you create a Trust that would receive those funds, and from which misappropriations could not be made?

Answer:  I can, and I think this is a necessity.

10.  In the meantime, can the DOJ and the Supreme Court reject all demands for the misappropriation of those funds?

Answer:  They can and they must, yes.

11.  What should happen to Txx Lxxxx regarding this attempt, if it is borne out by the facts of what has transpired?

Answer:  You know, this man is not going to stop behaving in knowingly criminal ways.  His history is violent, predatory, abusive and avaricious in the extreme.  And that is simply not going to change until and unless we insist that he step down from any and all aspects of responsibility regarding this case in the future.

12.  Should he face criminal charges?

Answer:  The DOJ needs to address this question, knowing that they could be accountable to the American people in the long term regarding their evaluation of this matter.

13.  Please continue to keep us updated regarding this concern.

Answer:  I will.

When the First Amendment Is Paused By the Pentagon

 1.  The New York Times is suing the Pentagon with regard to First Amendment restrictions at this time.  What are your thoughts on the current situation?

Answer:  The Pentagon finds itself between a rock and a hard place, frankly.  There are critical factors that cannot be revealed to the American public at this time, and Pentagon staff members are trying to navigate the straits.

2.  Would it be to the American people's advantage to know more?

Answer:  It would have been to the American people's advantage to know more seventy years ago and during many administrations since that time.  Truman and Eisenhower and many others decided to keep critical secrets from the American public immediately following World War II, and we are dealing with the consequences of those choices today.  

3.  Do you accept that there will continue to be critical pieces of information the public simply cannot know into the indefinite future?

Answer:  If we accept that assertion, then we sacrifice human sovereignty, and national sovereignty along with it, in perpetuity.  So, no, I don't think we can say that the current gap in knowledge between governance and the governed can persist to the far horizon.

But the Pentagon is currently saying that there are subjects they are unable to address with journalists, and the public is not going to be receiving access to those sensitive issues at this time.

4.  Not in any measure?

Answer:  Not in any direct, confirmed or formal way, no.  

5.  Does the Pentagon find itself under threat regarding subjects about which the American public knows nothing at all?

Answer:  That is fair to say.  The Pentagon is attempting to do the best it can within a highly challenging framework.

6.  What would happen to a journalist who continued to speak about off-limits subjects, given these new guidelines from Pete Hegseth and others?

Answer:  He or she would not be able to persist.

7.  How long will this period of time last, when there are questions that journalists are simply unable to ask of the Pentagon?

Answer:  Two to three years at a minimum.  My point is that this time can be used to plan for the reclamation of our sovereignty, both national and individual, in ways that will protect mankind's greatest potential into the future.

8.  What are the most critical sovereignty issues as you see them today?

Answer:  We don't want the FBI's falsified law enforcement reporting to endure forever, nor the FBI's involvement in human trafficking, the FBI's limits on freedom of religion, freedom of speech, freedom of assembly, and, of course, ultimately, we don't want the FBI and its affiliates limiting a free press.  The subject of the architecture of free and fair elections will be critical as well.

We will need our military leaders to be setting environmental goals for the public in the long term, so that these issues can be de-politicized.

And we will need to define key elements of territorial integrity that involve open disclosure to the public on a whole range of subjects in the long term.

We will need to evaluate our energy policy with great rigor into the future, if we hope to maintain the fundamentals of our sovereignty.

And we will need to assess the myriad means of individual sovereignty violations by the FBI and its affiliates that are currently being deployed, and have the potential to derail all self-determination of the individual into the indefinite future.

This list is by no means complete, but it is a starting point for thorough assessment by someone who knows what the persistence of these programs would mean through direct experience.

9.  Why?

Answer:  It's fairly easy for most people to abandon someone else's sovereignty, without understanding the structural implications which will necessitate that they relinquish their own in short order.

We need an evaluation of the path forward by someone who understands how catastrophic such an abandonment of human sovereignty would be.

10.  Someone who has directly suffered from the FBI's programmatic violations of human sovereignty?

Answer:  Yes.  Such an individual will possess the appropriate insight into the challenges at hand, as well as they consequences of failure of governance should we continue to see programmatic expansion in the long term.

Unique Biometrics of Lane MacWilliams

OIG Hotline, the following represents images taken by the Iris Galerie in Whistler, B.C.  My left eye shows a slight brown "birthmark" at the four o'clock position on the outer portion of the iris.  

My eyes have a  central brown starburst against a green-blue field.  "Central heterochromia," or an iris of two distinctly different colors, appears in less than 1% of the population.

There are a few "crowns," which appear as petals of a flower.  One can be seen at the four o'clock position, radiating from the starburst on the left eye, and at the nine o'clock position radiating from the starburst on the right eye.

If I had a twin sister, possessing my identical genetics from birth, her eyes would still demonstrate a different pattern from those details photographed herewith.

In this way, the iris serves as a unique biometric "fingerprint."  There may be ways of duplicating certain patterns with contact lenses that reflect an image.  But a person who is not wearing contact lenses will never exhibit the exact patterns shown below.

For the record, I have never worn contact lenses, and I do not plan to start.

Because the FBI has reportedly endeavored to impersonate me using nanotechnology advances, it is important to know that a person wearing a nanotechnology-based mask does not show normal physiological skin responses to pressure on the skin of the face.

Because certain other aspects of the eye can change slightly over time, I will be providing iris images to your Office on an ongoing basis.  Please note that I am not identifying all anomalies present within these photographs at this time.

Will Documentation

OIG Hotline, I will be witnessing and notarizing my Will tomorrow morning in Whistler, BC.

Because I am not categorized as a temporary resident in Canada, and because my assets are within the United States exclusively, I will be ensuring that my Will meets California legal standards for execution, in addition to British Columbia, Canada requirements.  The witnesses will also be signing Affidavits of Execution, in order to avoid being called to testify to their witnessing within the United States.

The Will's intent is to protect the lives and health of my loved ones and myself, alongside ensuring that the long term human rights of Americans are prioritized and substantively advanced by my case.  I hope it will have this effect.

I will be publishing my Will online in order to guarantee that its content is publicly available at this time.

My Profound Thanks for Support from Both Sides of the Aisle

 OIG Hotline, because I am endeavoring to advocate for the human rights of all Americans, those of every race, creed, color, origin, orientation and political affiliation, I feel that it is inappropriate for me to make political contributions at this time.

Furthermore, it is important to clarify that my accounts maintained within the DOJ should remain locked at this point in order to ensure that funds intended for the preservation of the human rights of American citizens in the long term be safeguarded from invasion and/or misappropriation.

I believe that, just as many Democrats hope that knowingly falsified law enforcement reporting by the FBI and its affiliates will not endure indefinitely, so, too, do many Republicans.

I believe that, just as many Democrats hope that the involvement of the FBI and its affiliates in the human trafficking of America's youth will not endure in perpetuity, so, too, do many Republicans.

I believe that, just as many Democrats hope that fundamental sovereignty violations of individual American citizens will not persist into the future, so, too, do many Republicans.

And I believe that President Trump and Vice President Vance are among those Republicans who stand with me in all of these concerns.

The attack on my younger son over the weekend was initiated by a specific individual, identified for your Office many times, within the FBI who appears to be most immediately implicated in crimes against my family.

It appears to have been his attempt to wrongfully suggest that this harm was initiated by others within elected office.

This simply was not the case.

And I need to express to all who hold high elected office, especially President Trump and Vice President Vance, to the Supreme Court, to the DOJ, and to the U.S. Congress, that I view most seriously the potential for my case to make a difference to the long term outcome of the sovereignty of the United States as a whole and the freedom of the American people.

It is heartbreaking to see one's children suffer torture by the FBI as a direct result of my advocacy for the human rights of our beloved family members, friends, and neighbors as Americans.

But this was the choice of one criminal actor within the FBI and his criminal affiliates within Russian organized crime within the United States.  Granted, these individuals wield appreciable power.  Still, I insist that they cannot traffic America's children with impunity, engage in egregiously falsified law enforcement reporting against honorable Americans, or violate the self-determination of our people in contempt for the public's sovereignty without our unified and unyielding reassertion of Americans' long term right to self-determination.

I believe that President Trump, Vice President Vance, and many others on both sides of the aisle are insisting on these points together with me, and for this support in this critical effort, I wish to extend my profound thanks.
