My Third Novel's Conclusion, My Heartbreak

My heart begins to break when I think about completing this particular book -- because this narrative has sustained me like no other story I've known. It's both more personal and more universal than my other works. But beyond memory and archetype, it's a cri-de-coeur about needing to become the person one is destined to be. And in the writing, I have met my own life's work, my own fated journey -- having the sense all the while that the pages are suffused with a resonance, an energy, an electrified field that defies explanation. Writers hope and pray to be overtaken by a work in this way -- to be conscripted into passionate service of a profound story. To experience it even once in a lifetime seems a great privilege. I still have several months before this novel is complete, and this constitutes my reprieve. Because I'm not ready for the beauty to end.

Alleged Attempt at Misappropriation of Funds by the FBI's Txx Lxxxx

1. There is an allegation that Txx Lxxxx claimed further false accusations against you and your family members before the Supreme Court recently with a view toward opening your accounts and misappropriating funds. Did you make any donations to anyone recently?

Answer: I did not.

2. Did you make any donations through ActBlue recently?

Answer: No.

3. Did you send any checks to any political figures?

Answer: No.

4. Did the FBI steal your check to the Stanford University Women's Club for the purpose of forging checks in your name?

Answer: This stands as an unverified allegation of the FBI. I simply do not yet have proof that the FBI committed this crime.

5. May we see voided checks to political officials -- those which you decided not to send because of the fact that your funds must represent the human rights of all Americans and not just some?

Answer: I forwarded a screenshot of five voided checks to the OIG Hotline at 2:14 PM this afternoon.

6. Should your accounts remain locked in every regard at this time?

Answer: Yes, funds may be added, but they should not be withdrawn from these accounts.

7. Why is this so critical?

Answer: So that the enemies of human sovereignty do not aggregate further power that cannot be countered in the future.

8. You have not created a foundation in which these funds can reside. Why not?

Answer: Because I will be advocating for certain Constitutional amendments and legislation relating to my case, in which case a foundation would stand in violation of federal tax rules.

9. Can you create a Trust that would receive those funds, and from which misappropriations could not be made?

Answer: I can, and I think this is a necessity.

10. In the meantime, can the DOJ and the Supreme Court reject all demands for the misappropriation of those funds?

Answer: They can and they must, yes.

11. What should happen to Txx Lxxxx regarding this attempt, if it is borne out by the facts of what has transpired?

Answer: You know, this man is not going to stop behaving in knowingly criminal ways. His history is violent, predatory, abusive and avaricious in the extreme. And that is simply not going to change until and unless we insist that he step down from any and all aspects of responsibility regarding this case in the future.

12. Should he face criminal charges?

Answer: The DOJ needs to address this question, knowing that they could be accountable to the American people in the long term regarding their evaluation of this matter.

13. Please continue to keep us updated regarding this concern.

Answer: I will.
