My Third Novel's Conclusion, My Heartbreak

My heart begins to break when I think about completing this particular book -- because this narrative has sustained me like no other story I've known. It's both more personal and more universal than my other works. But beyond memory and archetype, it's a cri-de-coeur about needing to become the person one is destined to be. And in the writing, I have met my own life's work, my own fated journey -- having the sense all the while that the pages are suffused with a resonance, an energy, an electrified field that defies explanation. Writers hope and pray to be overtaken by a work in this way -- to be conscripted into passionate service of a profound story. To experience it even once in a lifetime seems a great privilege. I still have several months before this novel is complete, and this constitutes my reprieve. Because I'm not ready for the beauty to end.

Upholding the Supreme Court's Ruling

OIG Hotline, if the Supreme Court has ruled that investigative reports should be provided to me regarding my case, lower courts should not be empowered to overturn or "re-adjudicate" that determination.

I support all efforts to overturn any ruling by a lower court that blocks the release of full documentation to me at the earliest possible time.

Thank you for your assiduous efforts in this regard.

Certainly, we are seeing disrespect and disregard for Supreme Court rulings in a manner that is unprecedented in the history of the United States.

Yet, our long term human rights cannot and will not be preserved without our insistence on the Supreme Court's irreplaceable role in ruling that certain documents must be conveyed to those with lawful right of access.

Most sincerely,

Lane MacWilliams

OIG Hotline, Please Reach Out

OIG Hotline, please reach out to me via phone call and email with any questions or concerns whatsoever regarding my case.  I will make myself available to your investigative team at any time to address openly and honestly any issues that require clarification.

It is important that your investigators have unfettered access to open dialogue with me, especially if false evidence and false witness statements have been provided to your team by the FBI and its affiliates in any context.

Wrongful convictions can result in physical harm to my family members or myself, up to and including wrongful death.   So I ask that, whenever there is any possibility of a conviction for a crime unknown to me (and all crimes alleged by the FBI to have been committed by me are unknown to me), you reach out with questions or concerns as early and as frequently as possible, with a strong bias toward direct and thorough communication in every instance.

On the chance that wrongful convictions have already occurred, please reach out to me so that they can be challenged and overturned promptly.

I know that the investigative standards of the U.S. Department of Justice require this engagement, and I appreciate your commitment to upholding it.

Because the FBI often appears to obstruct communications to my cell phone and email, I would respectfully request that the content of all outreach be provided to me via certified delivery for the sake of redundancy.  I will document my receipt, though not necessarily the contents, of any communication from your Office on my public blog.

My current contact information will be provided to your Office within an emailed copy of this document.

Thank you for your ongoing efforts on my behalf.

Most sincerely,

Lane MacWilliams

Insisting on a Worthy Future for Our Country

 1. There appears to be an allegation that a staff member, or former staff member, from DOGE has hacked accounts containing awards extended to you in your case, and further, that this crime has occurred more than once.

Answer:  I have received those allegations from the FBI, though I cannot vouch for their accuracy.

2.  If this has occurred, what are your thoughts about this conduct?

Answer:  The DOJ certainly has the capacity to prevent such hacks from occurring, and indeed, the responsibility to do so.  Funds awarded to me on behalf of the preservation of Americans' long term human rights and the sovereignty of the nation as a whole must be protected from theft and invasion under all circumstances.  This is a matter of national security, and it is a matter of the future sovereignty of all Americans.

So, the issue needs to be taken seriously and addressed urgently, even if it occurred on a one-time basis.  The results for millions of Americans could be catastrophic if such an issue were ignored.

3.  Would outreach to you serve to provide additional protection for these funds?

Answer:  Of course.  Because with outreach, there is transparency.

4.  You have said that you are receptive to outreach from people of integrity who are concerned about the pressing issues of individual and national sovereignty for the United States.

Answer:  I am.  People of goodwill need to speak to one another about these unprecedented challenges to our freedoms.  Our sovereignty will not be preserved when advocates are in isolation.  We need to actively work together in order to manifest a worthy future for the United States.

5.  Thank you for speaking with us this afternoon.

Answer:  You are quite welcome.

Understanding the Breach and Misuse of Data About the American Public

1.  How are we to interpret stories that reveal that DOGE may have both breached and misused social security data?

Answer:  We need to pause for a moment in order to fully understand the term "misuse."  In general, when federal authorities are disclosing that personal data has been "misused," it means that false information has been created and aggregated regarding certain groups of American citizens.

So, Social Security recipients, Medicare recipients, SSDI recipients -- these are all people about whom we are hearing that data has been "misused."

I know it's difficult for the public to appropriately analyze certain journalistic forays, but we need to engage with a level of rigor and insight that are not normally taught within educational settings.

This is a historic period in which we need to be very, very concerned anytime we learn that data has been breached and "misused."

2.  In other words, you are asserting that, while a data breach may be disclosed, the damage is not retracted.

Answer:  That's right.  The damage is not removed.  It's ongoing.

I think it's interesting to see that the legalities of the need to disclose data breaches are still being followed at this point, both by private companies and by the federal government.

Ultimately, those formal disclosures are likely to disappear, and the laws will be rewritten to accommodate that concealment.

But for now, there's a degree of dialogue about this subject, and the public has an opportunity to engage with its importance.

3.  How is the FBI categorizing different groups of Americans at this time?

Answer:  By health, age, religion, fitness, disability status, political affiliation, race, ethnicity, dependency on federal benefits, personal orientation, total energy consumption, and more.

4.  Are those designations accessible by ordinary Americans who want to know how the FBI is categorizing them?

Answer:  No, not at all.  Other than the most obvious facts, the FBI's categories, as well as the reason for them, are not available to Americans through the Freedom of Information Act or any other means.

5.  You have mentioned previously that the FBI currently appears to be designating all Democrats as Communists.  Is that the case?

Answer:  This is the allegation, and it seems to be occurring in a very concerning way.  Yes.

6.  What are the risks for Americans whom the FBI is wrongfully characterizing as Communists at this time?

Answer:  The risks are quite high.

7.  Is there any way that Americans can correct an incorrect record regarding this issue?

Answer:  The FBI is aggregating knowingly false information intentionally.  So, the agency is quite disinterested in correcting records that are inaccurate.  The entire point is inaccuracy.

8.  The objective is to lie.

Answer:  Yes, it is.

9.  Your point has been that the FBI does not need knowingly falsified law enforcement reporting.  Is that correct?

Answer:  It is.  And further, the architecture of knowingly falsified law enforcement reporting is going to be extremely difficult, perhaps impossible, to deconstruct in the future.  The public is wildly ignorant about this issue, and even when you try to explain to educated people the systems that are now expanding, they have great difficulty in comprehending the implications for themselves and their loved ones.

We have never before faced a challenge of this scale in human history, and so our defense against this corruption of federal and local law enforcement is weak, to say the least.

10.  How would you attack this problem for the nation, given its severe implications for human rights in the future?

Answer:  I would separate short term and long term policy spheres immediately.  All programs of knowingly falsified law enforcement reporting need to be sunsetted with specific target dates for concluding them.  In the short term, these programs are going to grow, and quite rapidly, much to our detriment.  But in the long term, they need to be abolished without exception.

11.  Will these programs be ended without someone like you to insist that they cease?

Answer:  That's so unlikely as to be almost impossible.  And this is for the simple reason that there's a whole economic ecosystem built up around false reporting.  There are contractors and AI companies and data centers and cloud computing companies, and all of this translates into significant entrenched interests, all of whom want to see those federal budget appropriations continue.

So, no.  We won't have change without someone to insist on it.  And ultimately, the public will need to grasp the importance of this issue in a much more direct and compelling way.

12.  You keep referencing "long term human rights."  What is "long term," in your view?

Answer:  Five years plus.  We're going to see steep declines in human rights worldwide before that time.

13.  And after five years?

Answer:  A great deal will depend on our leadership at that juncture.  Will there be an opportunity for the government to align with the public interest in the long term?  This will depend on the courage and integrity of our public officials when that inflection point arrives.

14.  What small steps can members of the public take to defend themselves from false reporting?

Answer:  They can make a commitment to speak the truth about themselves and their loved ones, no matter what threats or incentives might appear before them.

This is an issue of character and integrity, but when many people understand its importance, it can make a tremendous difference to the nation as a whole.

15.  Does the nation need more ethical practice regarding situations that might arise?

Answer:  I think ethical role-playing is an excellent teaching tool.

For example, on one occasion, an acquaintance of mine was offered one million dollars by the FBI if she would, unprovoked, slap me across the face at a public gathering.

So, one question we can ask ourselves is whether we could be persuaded by such a bribe to harm an innocent person.

In this case, the slap was intended to result in a call to the police, which was meant to be followed by my shooting death by a corrupt police officer.

So, the slap was not going to be just a slap.  It was going to be misconduct intended to precipitate my wrongful death.

For the record, I did not attend the gathering at which this was meant to occur.

But this is an excellent example of an ethical challenge, and it's one the public can discuss and evaluate for themselves.

16.  How would you yourself respond to such a suggestion by the FBI?

Answer:  I would never go down that path.  I would never seek to harm another person, whether for money or under threat.  It's not even a question for me.

17.  Is self-defense a different scenario?

Answer:  Of course, yes.  We have an obligation not to be passive in the face of a predatory attack.

But my point is that the American people should not be harming one another for bribes, under threat, or through any coercive means at all.  And that means we should decline to participate in every aspect of providing false witness statements to the FBI and its affiliates. We need to learn to say no to all such demands.

18.  What is your view concerning the FBI's ongoing participation in human trafficking within the United States?

Answer:  This needs to be halted both short term and long term.  So this is one area of policy overlap, and it constitutes a fundamental on which both left and right can agree.

The human trafficking of America's youth cannot be treated as a job perq by the FBI.

19.  What would the American public feel about the FBI's close involvement in the human trafficking of America's youth over the course of decades?

Answer:  Outrage.  The public would feel righteous indignation.  Nothing less.  And I can attest to that firsthand.

20.  Will you please keep in close communication with us regarding your family members' wellbeing and your own?

Answer:  Most certainly.

21.  Thank you for speaking with us this afternoon.

Answer:  You are most welcome.

LM:  Honey, what do you think about a situation in which a young man is directed to marry someone who is under threat of deportation?  A marriage under such circumstances is actually a federal crime, and those directing the marriage understand that quite well.

LM:  Any thoughts on that particular scenario?

LM:  Any notion about what it means?

GTM:  What on earth are you talking about?  I can tell you I will not be marrying anyone anytime soon.

LM:  In general, people who are already married are prohibited from marrying again.

Combatting Forgeries

OIG Hotline, there is an allegation that the FBI or its affiliates have forged a check, checks or documentation utilizing my signature.

For clarification, I am herewith placing all of my donations pertaining to my awards on my blog.  These consist of a donation to the Smithsonian Institution for an exhibit regarding my case, a donation to the Smithsonian Institution to establish in independent endowment, a donation to PBS to establish an independent endowment, a donation to the National Parks of the United States for their maintenance and expansion, a donation to establish and expand the use of fusion energy within the United States, and an allotment to the secure provision of 20 or more copies of investigative reports of my case, with previous stipulations, to 20 or more trusted recipients.

I further stipulated that any awards determined by the OIG Hotline for my direct relatives that had been misappropriated be refunded from my account on one occasion only, with the precondition that all ethics and conflict of interest regulations be fully met, in addition to the requirement that I be notified in advance, that I oversee the security of investments within a trust structure dedicated to my children, and that awards not equal more than 1B per person.

I left to the OIG Hotline's discretion the question of an award to my hxxxxxd, albeit with guidelines, given the suffering he has endured at the hands of the FBI.

There are no other allocations from awards extended to me as of this writing.

There are no political donations.

Any assertions to the contrary represent false statements and likely pertain to forgeries.

Please disallow any and all such attempts.

Thank you for your support regarding this critical matter.

Most sincerely,

Lane MacWilliams

Speaking for myself, I have committed to uphold the long term human rights of all Americans, regardless of political persuasion, religion, race, creed, color, personal orientation, or any other individual identifier, as a result of the human rights abuses perpetrated by the FBI against my family, illuminated by my case against the agency and adjudicated before the Supreme Court.

Emails to the OIG Hotline on March 10, 2026

OIG Hotline, please see my emails to your Office today, March 10, 2026, as follows.  Please be informed that this list will be updated throughout the day:

  • ATTN: OIG HOTLINE Re: Alleged False Reporting from Nxxxxxx, sent at 9:17 PM Pacific time.
  • ATTN: OIG HOTLINE Re: Update and Documentation of Lane MacWilliams' Wifi Access, March 10, 2026, sent at 5:37 PM and 9:24 PM Pacific time.
  • ATTN: OIG HOTLINE Re: Fwd: Battling False Information, sent at 3:18 PM Pacific time.
  • ATTN: OIG HOTLINE Re: 20 Certified Copies for Safekeeping, sent at 3:14 PM Pacific time.
  • ATTN: OIG HOTLINE Re: Atlas Stands: In Defense of the Territorial Integrity of the United States, sent at 12:52 PM Pacific time.

20 Certified Copies for Safekeeping

OIG Hotline, while my previous gifts to the Smithsonian Institution stand, I have become aware of challenges the Museum is facing to its independence in selecting and curating its exhibits, thus affecting the breadth and depth of information available to the public within its auspices.

As a result of this development, I respectfully request that your Office prepare at a minimum 20 complete certified copies (minus defamatory, sexually explicit, offensive or violent images, film or content regarding my family members or me) of the investigative reports, including all communications verified to have originated with me, in addition to full disclosure of all judgements, awards, and appropriations associated with this case, and further, that your Office take steps to sequester this information securely with individuals and institutions who accept the responsibility of preserving the information for the future access of the American public through journalists', historians', academics', and museums' engagement.

Please place these directives into immediate effect, ensuring that the information is held by trustworthy individuals in a timely manner with all due efforts to conceal their identities from targeting or exposure.

A master list of all recipients should not be maintained on any computer server, but rather confidentially held by individuals whose identity is, in turn, held confidential.

All recipients should receive certified material with an electronic watermark unique to each recipient, and each recipient must commit to non-disclosure of any or all material until directed by me or by my executor to do so.

All recipients must commit not to access the certified content of their copies until and unless directed by me or by my executor to do so.

All recipients must commit not to store the certified content of their copies online nor to connect the data to any computer or server unless directed by me or by my executor to do so.

All recipients must commit not to make duplicates of the certified content of their copies, nor to share, transfer or otherwise communicate the certified content of their copies with others unless directed by me or by my executor to do so.

All recipients must commit to return the content of their certified copies to your Office upon my request for that of my executor.

Any and all directives by me regarding this matter will be communicated to your Office and will also appear on my public blog.  Any and all directive by my executor regarding this matter would be communicated to your Office and would also appear publicly online.

As I have delineated previously, it is best if I can directly curate the content of material to be made available to the public regarding my case.

I hope that process will be supported by all.

In the absence of that engagement, we need to adopt a bias toward long term full disclosure (minus defamatory, sexually explicit, offensive or violent images, film, or content regarding my family members or me) regarding this matter.

I would expect that full certified copies of investigative reports (minus defamatory, sexually explicit, offensive or violent images, film or content regarding my family members or me) would be lawfully provided by your Office to those with high-level security clearances who are committed to the sovereignty of the United States as a whole and the long term human rights of American citizens.

Under no circumstances is this directive to be utilized, interpreted or fulfilled in any manner that perpetrates or constitutes a crime.

Expenses for security measures and preparations regarding this directive are to be drawn from awards extended to me up to 20 million dollars in total.

Thank you for your support regarding this important initiative.

Most sincerely,

Lane MacWilliams

Atlas Stands: In Defense of the Territorial Integrity of the United States

1.  What are your thoughts regarding the potential sale of public lands by the federal government?  This option has been raised by the White House recently, as a reprise of a previous narrative related to natural resource extraction.

Answer:  There will be an opportunity to expand our public lands, and this needs to be regarded quite seriously and in direct opposition to the potential sale of our current National Parks or the transfer of a portion of our National Parks to the states.

The Congress is not in favor of the sale of public lands, nor is the American public.  Mining leases, drilling leases, and construction leases should not be occurring on public lands.

Quite simply, this is an issue of territorial integrity, and it needs to be understood in this context.

The White House may come under significant pressure to sell a portion of our National Parks.  But it is the role of the Congress, the U.S. Supreme Court, and the U.S. Department of Justice to deny that initiative.

2.  Does the U.S. military oppose the sale of a portion of our National Parks?

Answer:  The U.S. military supports the territorial integrity of the United States, so by definition, our military leadership does not want to see us lose critical portions of our protected lands.

3.  When you say "protected lands," there are various levels of meaning accorded to that phrase.  Can you elaborate further on the "protections" inherent in the lands designated to our National Parks?

Answer:  The federal government has made a commitment to protect the lands designated as National Park territory, meaning the National Parks cannot be exploited for commercial purposes, nor can other countries or foreign adversaries acquire or utilize lands designated for this purpose.  We would not be able to construct military bases on National Park territory that were not intended for the use of our own United States military, for example.

In other words, the land could not be ceded or sacrificed as part of a concealed deal with any foreign entity.

And this matters at this moment in our history.

4.  You have designated certain funds for the expansion of our National Parks through the acquisition of additional territory to be designated as "protected lands."  May I ask why this is a high priority at this time?

Answer:  Whenever we are facing concerns relating to national sovereignty, territorial integrity is in play.  Certain leaders may come under extraordinary pressure to propose policies that are not in the best interests of the nation, and that, in fact, would substantively weaken our national security position vis a vis protected lands.  So, we need to look to our governance architecture to provide safeguards against territorial loss, and in fact, to seek opportunities to expand our sovereign lands.

5.  You have recently observed that certain rulings by the Supreme Court have been ignored by this administration regarding your case, and this certainly affects your ability to defend the United States' sovereignty with regard to territorial integrity.  Will you please comment on this concern?

Answer:  Funds awarded to me through the auspices of the OIG Hotline regarding my case should not be invaded for purposes I have not designated specifically and directly.  I have endeavored to make clear that the risks to the sovereignty of the United States are profoundly imperiled if this is allowed to occur.

6.  So the White House should not be ignoring Supreme Court rulings regarding your case.

Answer:  Under no circumstances should the White House be ignoring Supreme Court rulings regarding my case.  If the White House has priorities that support national sovereignty, I hope they will speak to me directly about these concerns.  Likewise, if the U.S. Congress, the U.S. military leadership, or the U.S. intelligence community has pressing concerns about the sovereignty and security of our nation, I hope they will reach out to me to discuss these issues in detail.

7.  You have not had outreach of any kind as of this documentation.  Is that correct?

Answer:  Yes, it is.

8.  You have expressed that it is critical to attempt to engage at every inflection point in altering the course of our current crises relating to the preservation of the global environment.  If funds from your case were conveyed to you, how would you handle them?

Answer:  The most important goals are to identify the critical inflection points so that those resources can be utilized to the greatest effect.

We need to define success criteria for those interventions, and following that, we need to plan to reach those criteria across the board.

9.  And the preservation of funds awarded to you is critical in this endeavor to intervene on behalf of national sovereignty and security, and beyond this, perhaps, even the sustainability of the global environment?

Answer:  Critical is the appropriate word.  Yes.

Misappropriations of funds awarded to me must be seen as a risk of sequestration of significant resources by the enemies of U.S. sovereignty and global stability. The Supreme Court understands this risk, I believe, and is endeavoring to prevent it.  So must we all.

10.  I'm going to pivot to a story concerning Iran for a moment, because this relates to the issue of territorial integrity that you were reflecting on a moment ago.

Answer:  Please go ahead.

11.  You have previously stated that there are risks of "sequenced aggression" relating to the war in Iran, initiated by the United States.  Can you elaborate on this further, please?

Answer:  The threat pertains to an orchestrated sequence of events involving our initial aggression toward Iran, followed by a retaliatory strike of some kind within the territorial borders of the United States.  And that retaliation could involve the subsequent evacuation of large numbers of Americans, and an effective ceding of that territory, potentially on a permanent basis.

12.  What type of retaliatory event could cause such a devastating territorial loss for the United States?

Answer:  The use of a radiological weapon within one or more U.S. cities could result in exactly this type of tragedy.  Whatever the means of delivery, if contamination levels reached a high enough threshold, Americans would be advised to relocate for their health and safety.  And there would not necessarily be any plans to reclaim that territory later.

13.  What uses would the land have to anyone if a contamination of this level occurred?

Answer:  This is the appropriate question.  And, while I will not delve into the specifics here, the answer is surprising.

The fact is that the land, even under these levels of significant radiological contamination, would be entirely usable by some.

14.  You have stated that areas that would be most vulnerable to this type of attack would be U.S. cities and regions where we don't see significant deployments of the National Guard or ICE at the current time.

Answer:  That is correct.  A sequenced aggression would not involve the sacrifice of large numbers of U.S. military personnel.

15.  Who is making demands that the U.S. sacrifice a certain portion of sovereign lands?

Answer:  Again, this is the correct question to be asking.  It is appropriate to observe that Russia would be involved in the planning of U.S. territorial losses of the nature described here, although they cannot be considered the primary driver.

16.  If those who oppose the territorial integrity of the United States are not successful in furthering plans of misappropriating U.S. lands through these or other means, what will happen?  Can we expect that other countries would experience heightened territorial losses?

Answer:  Yes, that is a reasonable expectation.  It's not a result that anyone would like to see, but this is the probable result of our robust defense of U.S. territory.

17.  You stand with the U.S. military, the U.S. Congress, and the U.S. Supreme Court in asserting that we need to vigorously defend our territorial integrity at this juncture and every other.  Is that a fair characterization?

Answer:  Yes, it is.  Most certainly.

18.  Can a plan of "sequenced aggression" such as you describe be interrupted?

Answer:  Open communication regarding this planning is obstructive of its manifestation.  So, that's what we're attempting to do in discussing this risk assessment.

19.  Will you please continue to update us regarding your concerns about this issue, so central to the fundamental sovereignty concerns of the United States?

Answer:  I will.

20.  Thank you for speaking with us this afternoon.

Answer:  You are most welcome.

American Sovereignty Requires Change

1.  The FBI appears to suggest that, through means I will not disclose here, dementia and resistant HIV are imminent risks for your loved ones and yourself.  Is that your impression?

Answer:  It is, most definitely.

2.  Who made the decision to harm your family members and you yourself in this manner?

Answer:  The FBI identifies Secretary Pete Hegseth as being front and center with regard to that decision-making.

3.  May I know your thoughts regarding that allegation?

Answer:  Secretary Hegseth was reportedly upset about revelations concerning an improper surgical procedure performed on my sons and daughter-in-law at his own directive in 2025.  Reportedly, he wanted silence on the matter, even as he continued to use it to coerce my loved ones into providing false witness statements.

4.  False witness statements coerced from the Secretary of Defense, while your children are under threat of death if they do not comply?

Answer:  Yes.

5.  Who else has been involved in the decision-making surrounding ongoing plans to harm your family, may I ask?

Answer:  The FBI appears to allege that others have been actively involved, certainly.  One of the most concerning aspects of such plans of first-degree murder is the self-dealing, in which we see top officials intending to profiteer from wrongdoing taken to extremes.

6.  Will Secretary Hegseth get away with such corruption?

Answer:  Not now, no.  Secretary Hegseth appears to have lost critical support within the military leadership, and he will not regain it.  So, this is a matter of time before we see a staffing change.

7.  What should Secretary Hegseth do regarding his plans to misappropriate funds from awards extended to you?

Answer:  Those plans need now to be abandoned.

8.  And would you recommend that other officials involved in plans of ongoing harm toward your family also relinquish all such objectives?

Answer:  I would, most certainly.

9.  Funds awarded to you for the purpose of the preservation of the long term sovereignty of Americans and the nation as a whole should be protected at this time.  Is that correct?

Answer:  Yes.  Without equivocation, doubt or uncertainty.  Yes.

10.  I want to talk to you about a recent resignation, that of Caitlin Kalinowski, from the hardware and robotics division of OpenAI relating to a contract with the Pentagon at Secretary Hegseth's directive.

Answer:  Please go ahead.

11.  What drove this resignation, along with previous resignations from the safety divisions of Anthropic and xAI recently?

Answer:  In this case, the answer is mass surveillance that is lacking judicial oversight along with autonomous warfare capabilities that were to be removed from the human chain of command.

12.  What is your view of such a contract?

Answer:  Its existence represents an existential threat to mankind.

13.  Does the Pentagon itself favor such capabilities?

Answer:  Not outside the human chain of command.

14.  Even when the mission and objectives of certain agencies become quite challenging?

Answer:  Especially then.  This is extremely difficult territory, but we cannot remove human beings from the most difficult decisions regarding the future of the human race and the preservation of the Earth's environment.

15.  Why not?

Answer:  Because the idea that we could surrender the chain of command to such AI technologies only to reclaim it later is a myth.  The instant that we say we want AI to be making certain existential decisions regarding humanity is the instant we relinquish our sovereignty in perpetuity.  This needs to be understood.

16.  What is the Pentagon's view regarding this matter?

Answer:  The Pentagon understands that this issue is critical.  Our military leadership does not favor the removal of human personnel from the chain of command.

I will go further to say that the resignations of Caitlin Kalinowski of OpenAI along with those of other AI personnel were highly appropriate.  We need to comprehend that these individuals are taking an ethical stand, at great cost to themselves, and further that they are prohibited from disclosing many of the specifics because of their legal and contractual obligations.

They're doing everything they can, but they're asking us to put the pieces together.

17.  Ultimately, President Trump as our Commander in Chief is making this decision in a military context, isn't he?

Answer:  Yes, he is.

18.  Will history understand the decision President Trump is making with regard to the Pentagon's contract with Open AI?

Answer:  It certainly will, and for the simple reason that enough people are writing and talking about these events at this juncture that the details will not be suppressed indefinitely.

19.  What does President Trump need to do at this inflection point?

Answer:  He needs to ensure that our military personnel are put back into the chain of command with regard to the implementation of this contract and every other technology that is going to emerge for the Pentagon.  And further, there need to be failsafes that ensure that human beings cannot be removed from that decision-making under any circumstances.

Beyond this, we need to insist on a governance architecture that restores judicial oversight in the long term regarding systems of broad-scale surveillance.

20.  Should President Trump replace Secretary Hegseth at this time based on SignalGate, the OpenAI contract, the manner in which certain military rules, including perfidy, were violated in the bombing of boats on the open sea, and other problems that have emerged over time, including Secretary Hegseth's handling of your case?

Answer:  I believe there is consensus that a change needs to occur, yes.  And I agree with that assessment.

21.  Is your evaluation of this matter rendered more complex by the FBI's allegation that autonomous sniper devices have been improperly deployed on and near your property?

Answer:  I would say my understanding is deepened by those allegations, but I always try to subsume my experience to concerns for the nation as a whole.  Are autonomous sniper devices on and near my property removed entirely from the chain of command?  No.  There are still human beings who are authorizing these wrongful deployments.

22.  Does President Trump now have a role in retracting those deployments?

Answer:  A primary role, yes.

23.  Given the risks to your health and safety at this time, including ongoing threats of tampering with the cruise control mechanism of your Mercedes Benz EQS 450, will you please keep in close communication with us regarding your wellbeing and that of your family members?

Answer:  Yes, I most certainly will.

24.  Thank you for speaking with us this afternoon.

Answer:  You are most welcome.

Text Messages, March 9, 2026

OIG Hotline, this information has been provided to your Office via email as well, but, due to concerns of potential obstruction, I am including my text communications with my hxxxxxd herewith for your reference. Proper names have been redacted here, but were included in email documentation.

Most sincerely,

Lane MacWilliams

LM: Kxx, this is to confirm that our visit with Dxxxxx, Mxxx and Gxxxxx yesterday was lawful and honorable in every respect.

We had a lovely time together, saying bon voyage to Dxxxxx and Mxxx as they leave for their new home in New York.

Thank you for your support for the birthday celebrations.

I'm grateful we had this time together.

LM: Kxx, would you also confirm that I do not routinely take otc or prescription medication for any reason?

That would be a great help, love.

Thank you for your truthfulness about this issue.

KPM:  Yes I confirm all of this.

A wonderful celebration to see them before they leave.

KPM:  Hi Darling Person -- this is to also confirm that you do not routinely take over-the-counter or prescription medication for any reason.

GTM Texts, March 9, 2026

OIG Hotline, this information will be provided to your Office via email as well, but, due to concerns of potential obstruction, I am including my text communications with my older son herewith for your reference. Proper names have been redacted here, but will be included in email documentation.

Most sincerely,

Lane MacWilliams

LM: Gxxxxx, this is to confirm that our visit with Dxxxxx and Mxxx and your dad yesterday was lawful and honorable in every respect.

You walked Zoe earlier in the day, and this is further to confirm that all was honorable and lawful about the property during that process as well.

When you took the dogs for a walk with your dad, it sounds as though you ran into an off-leash dog which had escaped from the neighbor's property.  But it sounds as though our own dogs were safe because your father prevented any direct contact.

Further, our dogs were not aggressive in any manner.

Please let me know if this was your experience.

Thank you so much, sweetheart!

LM:  Gxxxxx, this is also to confirm that I explained to Dxxxxx and Mxxx, when asked, that I do not routinely take OTC medication or prescription medication for any reason.  Because the FBI appears intent to lie about this issue, I appreciate your clarification on this point.  Thank you, sweetheart!

GTM:  Hey Mom, yes I confirm these things!

LM:  Thank you for confirming both texts above, sweetheart!

Insisting on Integrity Within the Family Gathering of a Human Rights Advocate

 1.  You are having a family gathering this afternoon at your Portola Valley home, just before your younger son and daughter-in-law leave to relocate to New York City.

Answer:  Yes, this is true.

2.  What are the alleged directives that have been extended to both of your sons under these circumstances?

Answer:  Allegedly, the FBI and its affiliates are directing my sons to falsely attest to witness statements suggesting mental illness on my part, specifically depression, anxiety or delusional thinking.

3.  These false statements have been coerced from your sons previously, so it seems that the FBI and its affiliates are expressing a pattern in this regard.  What are your thoughts about this?

Answer:  The consistent misogyny on the part of the agency is concerning.  And I say this because it is highly unlikely that any young men anywhere are going to untie the Gordian knot of the FBI's perpetration of knowingly falsified law enforcement reporting.

4.  Why?

Answer:  There is too much pressure for them to comply with dominantly male totalitarian initiatives -- either through military structures or intelligence agencies.

In other words, the agencies that have profiteered from the trafficking of America's youth are not going to be solving the problem of the trafficking of America's youth.

The organizations that have profiteered from the perpetration of knowingly falsified law enforcement reporting against the American public are not going to be solving the problem of false reporting.

These institutions are filled with young men.

But to make real progress, we need women and men of goodwill, wisdom, courage and insight working together -- and they probably won't be young.

5.  And the reason for this?

Answer:  The young are being victimized too broadly to mount any effective defense of themselves or the nation as a whole.  Only people who are not being trafficked have their heads above water enough to see the patterns of predation and their possible solutions.

6.  Are your sons both in the position, once again, of being functionally enslaved to demands for false witness statements?

Answer:  There can be no question about this.  And if we have any doubt, I can bring into the public square the identity of a certain physician who treated my older son with an unwanted procedure in March of 2025, one which has placed him in the position of constantly having his life threatened by his agency.

7.  You are not going to accept further false reporting among your family members?

Answer:  Absolutely not.

8.  Do your sons both require surgical remediation of the surgical harms that were previously caused to them without their foreknowledge or consent?

Answer:  They do, yes.

9.  What about the medical care now required by your family?  Is President Trump demonstrating the leadership to insist that this be provided on an immediate basis?

Answer:  I hope that the President is prioritizing my family's health under these extraordinary circumstances, yes.

10.  What is the amount of awards that have been awarded to you over the full duration of your case?

Answer:  The FBI appears to assert that it is between 63 and 64 T as of this morning.

11.  And the Supreme Court has insisted that the full accounting be provided to you, even though those details have not yet been extended.  Is that correct?

Answer:  Yes, it is.

12.  So, the FBI has ignored the Supreme Court's ruling on this issue, and is now directing that your sons both lie about a family gathering that is to take place at your home this afternoon?

Answer:  These allegations appear to be present, yes.

13.  There is allegedly some concern regarding funds that may have been misappropriated from awards extended to you through this case.  Specifically, the DOJ is wrestling with whether and how those funds should be repaid.  What are your thoughts about this?

Answer:  I think this needs to be a determination by the Supreme Court, with the Honorable Justices understanding that misappropriated funds that end up in the hands of the opponents of the sovereignty of the United States represent a significant threat to our freedoms in the future.

14.  At one point, the FBI appeared to state that Vladimir Putin had received a "gift" of cash from President Trump, derived directly from misappropriations from awards extended to you in this case.  Is that your recollection?

Answer:  Yes, it is.

15.  What if you were to receive an accounting that showed that 20 T from this case had been misappropriated?

Answer:  I would want to know whether the Supreme Court or the DOJ was aware of where those resources ultimately traveled.

16.  Why?

Answer:  Because when you're enriching unknown individuals by this amount of personal wealth, the obstacles to the sovereignty of Americans in the future are rising, not falling.

17.  Would you accept an accounting with 20 T missing from total awards extended to you?

Answer:  Good people need to start working together on behalf of the American people.  Of course I would accept that prompt provision.  Then I would hope that the Supreme Court would rule on any missing funds in this case, knowing that the intent of this case has always been to support and uphold Americans' long term sovereignty.

18.  Your assertion is that women cannot be excluded as leaders in the initiative to defend our long term human rights as Americans.

Answer:  I believe that ethical women, along with ethical men, have taken the initiative to advance this case from the beginning.

Will we be able to solve the problem of the FBI's perpetration of knowingly falsified law enforcement reporting without women's continued forward role?  No.  We need women to continue to provide their insight, their wisdom, their courage, their compassion, their intellectual gifts, and their insistence on the worthy path forward.

And they need to be leading in this capacity.

I won't see them sidelined, just as I myself will not be sidelined.

19.  What is your response to the FBI's persistent false allegations regarding your psychological stability?

Answer:  I am a remarkably resilient person psychologically, and, while I cannot credit the FBI with these gifts in their entirety, I can say that the FBI has made me much, much stronger than I was eight years ago, at the outset of my advocacy.

20.  In what way, may I ask?

Answer:  The FBI preys upon most "targets of interest" by attempting to isolate them from social approbation and support.  My response to that has been to speak the truth as compellingly as possible about the agency's wrongful stratagems.  And this approach has consistently brought me more support, not less.

21.  Will you please report back here following your family gathering this afternoon?

Answer:  Most certainly.

22.  Thank you for speaking with us this morning.

Answer:  You are quite welcome.

  • ATTN: OIG HOTLINE Re: Fwd: Battling False Information, sent at 5:34 PM Pacific time.

The Response of a Weary Nation: Unprecedented Indignation

 1.  What are your thoughts about the recent news of Kristi Noem's transition?

Answer:  You know, I think the American public was understandably upset that neighbors of goodwill were being mischaracterized as "domestic terrorists" -- and this, well prior to any investigation of the deaths of Renee Nicole Good and Alex Pretti.

We don't want the fact of an impartial investigation to imply opposition to federal authorities.

The public simply rejected that paradigm.

And this wholesale rejection was being felt in the polls, certainly.

2.  You have received allegations from the FBI that your case is being used to fund ICE operations, and that other misappropriations are being perpetrated against your accounts at the directive of the President.  May I know your perspective regarding this possibility?

Answer:  I have made clear that my case should not be utilized to fund initiatives that deprive Americans of their human rights in any context and in any time frame.  My case should not be funding ICE expansion, surveillance, reporting, training, deployment, operations, evacuations, ammunition, equipment or infrastructure.

Allegations of other misappropriations are also extremely concerning, and I would ask that any such initiatives be halted immediately, with the funds returned.

3.  One of the specific allegations you received recently was that ICE was involved with the FBI in planning a staged car accident relating to you or a family member.  May I please know your response?

Answer:  The FBI has alleged significant tampering with my vehicle, as well as extending threats of a staged car accident.  At this stage, all of that harm and planning for harm needs to be reversed and withdrawn.

4.  Who has the ability to direct that those harms be reversed?

Answer:  President Trump does, certainly.

5.  How does the military view allegations that President Trump and Vladimir Putin, his close ally, may be extensively profiteering from misappropriations relating to your case?

Answer:  Not favorably.  They don't like this conduct.  And even though there is assiduous care on the part of this administration to maintain consideration of the military, the military leadership understands that this level of corruption effectively dooms the sovereignty of the United States.  And our worthiest military leaders are simply not in support of that.

6.  Can funds allegedly misappropriated by President Trump be returned to the accounts from which they were wrongfully taken?

Answer:  This is what needs now to occur.

7.  Regarding the situation in Iran, you have expressed concern regarding possible retaliation on U.S. soil.

Answer:  Many people have expressed that concern, I among them.

8.  What do we need to be watchful about?

Answer:  Russia has close ties to Iran, and Russia has close ties to President Trump.  So, we need to be watchful of a staged sequence of events in which the U.S. could lose control of significant territory on both a short term and long term basis.

9.  What could that loss of territory look like?

Answer:  It could look like the use of non-conventional weapons over a valuable segment of the United States, resulting in the need for mass evacuations affecting millions of people.  And that exodus may not be temporary.

10.  If such a sequence of events were planned with the help of President Trump, which regions would be most vulnerable to such an attack?

Answer:  Places where federal forces are notably absent at the current time.  The President is not going to sacrifice valuable federal personnel to such a tragedy.  So we would need to be looking at places where ICE is not currently present, and where the National Guard is not presently deployed.

11.  And those would be?

Answer:  Northern California leaps to mind, because President Trump made some unusually scripted announcements about why he was not sending troops into San Francisco.  In general, Northern California is not particularly well defended by federal troops at this time. And this is uniquely valuable territory for our nation.  The climate and the proximity to the West Coast make this a highly desirable and strategic area of national interest.  Of course, Silicon Valley holds a great deal of human capital and intellectual property that render it a meaningful economic engine for the whole nation.

So, the enemies of U.S. sovereignty could focus on this area, unfortunately.

12.  How would our military leadership feel about such a plan?

Answer:  Highly displeased.

13.  Would the details of such planning ever be publicly disclosed?

Answer:  Two dozen Admirals and Generals were forced to resign prior to our aggression in Iran.  So, I would say there would be a real chance of disclosure of behind-the-scenes planning.

14.  Is significant territorial loss for the United States part of the FBI's mission and objectives?

Answer:  Unfortunately, it is.

15.  For what reason?

Answer:  External pressures.

16.  Are you able to identify those external pressures for us?

Answer:  Not at this juncture.

17.  What needs to occur at this time in order for your standards and expectations to be met?

Answer:  Immediate outreach that is honorable and respectful, with all invasions of the accounts halted on an urgent basis.

18.  What needs to happen regarding the manner in which your sons and daughter-in-law have been treated?

Answer:  Wholesale change regarding the treatment of my loved ones.

19.  What needs to happen regarding certain financial predations against your family members and yourself?

Answer:  Immediate reimbursements and a cessation of all targeting.

20.  What needs to happen regarding harm to your children's health, your pets' health, your own health?

Answer:  Immediate and unequivocal restoration, without further harm.

21.  How might the American public respond to proof that an American President colluded in the historic harm of the nation?

Answer:  With unprecedented indignation.

22.  Are such revelations now possible?

Answer:  Highly possible, yes.

23.  You are determined to protect funds awarded in your case so that the enemies of United States sovereignty do not abscond with those resources.  Is that correct?

Answer:  It most certainly is.

24.  Can a rogue administration be held to account?

Answer:  Most certainly, it can.

25.  Thank you for speaking with us this afternoon.

Answer:  You are most welcome.

In Appreciation for All Who Are Defending American Sovereignty in Their Decision-making

 1.  Is Attorney General Pam Bondi supporting the Supreme Court's ruling that investigative reports must be provided to you regarding your case?

Answer:  I believe she is, yes, despite what must be extraordinary pressure.

2.  What is your perspective regarding her choice to do so?

Answer:  Tremendous gratitude, and I hope the whole country can ultimately comprehend how important this decision is.  We need to grasp that the Attorney General, in defending the Supreme Court on this issue, is choosing to defend the long term human rights of Americans and the sovereignty of the nation as a whole.

So the Supreme Court has taken this stance, the OIG Hotline has taken this stance, certain members of Congress have taken this stance, and I myself have taken this stance.

And these decisions are being made by women and men working together -- largely behind the scenes -- to uphold the most foundational human rights and human dignity and individual self-determination and national sovereignty that make the American endeavor exceptional, transformative, and worthy.

3.  Are there those who have taken a contrary view?  Are there those who have pushed the Attorney General to ignore the Supreme Court ruling regarding this case?

Answer:  By definition, the FBI as a whole, as well as its affiliate agencies, will be opposing the Supreme Court rulings regarding this matter, which is of such profound import to the future.

Further, I think it's fair to say that those who may feel implicated by the reports in some manner will be opposing its provision to me.

But I have tried to make clear that the reports should be wielded for the defense of the future of our nation and our people, and not for the purpose of casting blame.

Sometimes, paradoxically, horrific experiences in the short term can be transformed into a much greater long term support of human rights across the board.

So, I hope people can hear my commitment to work for that outcome.

And again, in answer to your question, we all need to be deeply appreciative of the Attorney General's commitment to that path.

4.  What do you have to say about the fact that you and your family members are experiencing an escalation in threats of violence at this time?

Answer:  You know, the FBI and its affiliates are frightened, clearly.

But I think the U.S. military is interested in the long term sovereignty of the nation, and I think our military leadership is watching this situation closely.

The military leadership does not want to see certain information rendered public at this juncture, but they do want to see greater leverage regarding the leadership role of the United States regarding issues of long term global concern.

The military and I both know that I need to handle myself quite well in order to continue to play a forward role in my advocacy for the national interest.

So, I 'm going to be looking for their support, as well as the input of others.

5.  Are there certain issues of American sovereignty on which left, right and center agree?

Answer:  There are, without question.  Yes.  And these are the issues that we all consider necessary for our experience that we as Americans are a free people.

This is what is currently on the line for us, and this is the reason that everyone's support for the conveyance of reports to me at this time is critically important.

We need to recognize those who are making decisions supporting the long term national interest regarding this matter, such as the Attorney General's Office, and we need to stand together in expressing our appreciation for that leadership.

6.  Are you asking that President Trump extend his support regarding the safety of your loved ones and yourself at this time, while you await the provision of the reports from the OIG Hotline?

Answer:  Yes, I am, certainly.  I will appreciate the President's commitment to our security over these coming days, weeks, and months, and together with that, I will appreciate the efforts of the Congress and the U.S. DOJ to safeguard us as well.

7.  Are you prepared for confidential talks regarding your case?

Answer:  I am.  These discussions are the starting point for our shared understanding of the most critical changes that need to be implemented in upholding our long term sovereignty.

8.  Can the sovereignty of the United States be reclaimed in the long term?

Answer:  It must be.  The sovereignty of our nation will determine the human rights and self-determination of our own country and all those we influence the world over.  We are the key to the fulfillment of humanity's greatest long term potential.  So we need to work together to prevail.

9.  Thank you for speaking with us this morning.

Answer:  You are most welcome.

Americans Who Breathe Life Into the Constitution

 1.  The FBI appears to be indicating to you that you need to leave your home.  Do you have any idea why that is?

Answer:  The agency seems to be alleging that there are bxxx threats against my home, against my vehicles, and against mail and packages arriving for me as well.  So, they seem to be advising that I leave the premises.

2.  What is the reason for the escalation in bxxx threats?  Do you have any idea?

Answer:  It seems that there is a Constitutional requirement for the U.S. DOJ to provide investigative reports to Representative Sam Liccardo at this point, and further, that there is a legal requirement that he in turn convey those same reports to me.

3.  What are your thoughts about this?

Answer:  My thoughts are those of gratitude for the OIG Hotline, whose investigators have not given up on this arduous endeavor.  And my thoughts are those of deep appreciation for the Supreme Court, which has ruled that the reports must be provided to me.

These honorable people deserve immense respect and thanks from the whole of the country for holding up under pressure that is unimaginable to most of us.

4.  Not unimaginable to you?

Answer:  Not unimaginable to me.  No.

5.  What about Representative Sam Liccardo?

Answer:  I voted for him, but I've never met him.  If he has the courage to convey the reports to me intact, then he's a remarkable person.

6.  If investigative reports are conveyed to you, will this open up discussion regarding your case as a whole?

Answer:  Even if my case is ongoing, yes, it will necessarily open up discussion regarding events to date.

7.  You have said that you are sensitive to the fact that not everything within your case can be rendered public at this time.

Answer:  That's true, clearly.  And there may be subjects that are considered extremely sensitive in a lasting context as well.  Having said that, discussion about the preservation of the long term human rights of Americans in light of what we know so far is profoundly and transformatively important.

8.  How is your family holding up under this extraordinary pressure?

Answer:  I have been speaking a great deal about the importance of human sovereignty, and this is partly because I am extremely aware of sovereignty violations toward certain of my family members and the tremendous loss in personal freedom this has exacted.  There is no question that the strains are tremendous, and I can only hope they can survive them until the full reports are placed into my hands.

9.  Their lives are being threatened under these conditions?

Answer:  Daily.  Yes.

10.  What are you communicating to them in order to try to help them?

Answer:  I'm trying to reaffirm that they are important, that their experience is important, that their lives are important, that their hope in humanity cannot be extinguished at this moment or any other.

11.  What is your impression of their response to your words?

Answer:  That they are heavily burdened by their agencies at this time -- truly struggling to maintain their health and safety, facing demands for their signatures on false statements about our family on a daily basis, that they are frightened, beleaguered, traumatized and heartbroken for our country. All of this and more.

12. Are the very agencies that are demanding false statements from them -- namely the FBI and its affiliates -- using those false testaments to wrongfully justify plans of violence against your family members and yourself?

Answer:  Yes, the false statements are always taken to an individual judge somewhere as wrongful justification for physical harm.

13.  The Supreme Court has consistently ruled in your favor in this case, hasn't it?

Answer:  I have not seen the judgements, but I believe this to be true.  The FBI should not be able to take renewed false claims to judges from lower courts in order to cause us harm, yet this appears to have happened on several occasions.

14.  Is it unconstitutional for the FBI to take your case to lower courts for rulings intended to cause your family harm, when the Supreme Court has already decided in your favor?

Answer:  I suspect this violates judicial procedure on multiple counts, yes.

15.  What has allowed these violations to continue?

Answer:  Secrecy.  It is the fact that the FBI is taking knowingly false evidence to lower courts in secret that has caused tremendous damage to my family members and myself.  And these improper proceedings have allowed for the continued demands for false statements from my children and daughter-in-law, despite clear and repeated violations of their human rights.

16.  What can halt this destructive cycle?

Answer:  Only the provision to me of the investigative reports, together with full disclosure to me regarding all aspects of my case.

17.  Can that now happen with certainty in the Constitutional mandates that require it?

Answer:  Yes, it can happen.  It is important for us to recognize that our Constitutional mandates depend, in the long term, on our own insistence.  The OIG Hotline is insisting, the Supreme Court is insisting, certain elected leaders are insisting, and I myself am insisting that this case matters to the long term freedoms we all consider foundational to a meaningful, joyful, honorable, trustful and worthy life as Americans.  The Constitution is a living document, and all of these good people are breathing life into it.

So, we need to understand how important our insistence is to others when we think about the sovereignty of those who will come after us.

We want them to say we served them well.

18.  Do you wish this particular responsibility had fallen on someone else's shoulders?

Answer:  There's a wonderful scene in the Lord of the Rings in which Frodo says, "I wish the Ring had never come to me.  I wish none of this had happened."

Gandalf answers him, "So do all who live to see such times, but that is not for them to decide.  All we have to decide is what to do with the time that is given to us."

19.  What does that dialogue mean to you?

Answer:  It means that we need to strive to our utmost even and especially when we're outnumbered and discouraged.

20.  Have you met the new Sheriff of San Mateo County, Ken Binder?

Answer:  No, I have not.

21.  Is Sheriff Binder being asked to assist in surveillance of your property and potential harm to your family members?

Answer:  The FBI always coordinates with local law enforcement regarding false accusations for which they have sought the death penalty through concealed proceedings.

22.  Does Sheriff Binder have a role to play in objecting to the FBI's conduct in this case?

Answer:  Objections to improper proceedings based on false evidence are always a positive sign.

23.  Should your sons' and daughter-in-law's coerced false witness statements be withdrawn, as well as that of your Uncle, and other friends and relatives who have been threatened and harmed because of this case?

Answer:  Decisively and immediately, yes.

24.  What are the most substantive threats you are receiving other than those delineated a few minutes ago?

Answer:  Staged "natural" disasters including landslides, sinkholes, wildfire, house fire, flooding, meteor fall, and other catastrophic failures such as gas explosion or fatal car accident --  along with issues such as power outage combined with violent home invasion, kidnapping or sniper assault.

25.  One of your family members has said he doesn't believe reports will ever be provided to you.  Yet you disagree.

Answer:  I cannot give up hope for the American people regarding their human rights, their dignity, and their personal sovereignty.   It's just not possible for me.

26.  Why not?

Answer:  Without working on behalf of the American people and our national sovereignty as a whole, I would have perished long ago.  It is my hope for others that has allowed me to endure.

27.  Will you please keep in close communication with us regarding your wellbeing and that of your family?

Answer:  Of course.  Yes.

28.  Thank you for speaking with us this evening.

Answer:  You are most welcome.

OIG Hotline, please be informed of my communication, below, with Representative Sam Liccardo, who has expressed his intention to spend time within the U.S. DOJ this week, specifically requesting his constituents' guidance on the material they would like to receive.

I very much appreciate your support in conveying certified, sealed investigative reports regarding my case to Representative Liccardo at the earliest opportunity.

To the Staff of Representative Sam Liccardo:

Since Representative Liccardo was kind enough to ask his constituents for guidance with regard to his search for specific documentation within the U.S. DOJ, I hereby request that he inquire with the U.S. DOJ's Office of the Inspector General Hotline a full copy of investigative reports regarding my case as adjudicated with the assistance of that Office before the Supreme Court.

My understanding is that the Supreme Court has ruled that I must be provided with these full disclosures, yet the U.S. DOJ has so far been unable to successfully convey that material into my possession.

Reports provided should be certified material, secured with an official seal, and should not leave the direct possession of anyone who is authorized to transport material to me.

Under no circumstances should material be emailed to me, due to risks of the broad dissemination of false information.

Thank you for conveying this request to Representative Liccardo.  While I am unable to communicate with Representative Liccardo directly via email, I appreciate your serving as intermediary with regard to updates and progress concerning this matter.

Please be informed that in the past, a third party has endeavored to disrupt communication with my elected representatives through online impersonation in the communication of threats.  Please understand that I have not and will not ever extend threats to anyone, and that I believe our elected representatives should be treated with the utmost respect and appreciation for their honorable service to their constituents and the nation as a whole.

Sincerely yours,

Lane MacWilliams

To the Staff of Representative Sam Liccardo:

Pursuant to my request for Representative Liccardo's secure conveyance of investigative reports to me from the OIG Hotline of the U.S. DOJ, please be informed that travel and expenses related to the conveyance of certified, sealed reports may be reimbursed by the OIG Hotline up to $20,000.

However, that reimbursement cannot be characterized as a political donation in any context, as it could improperly disallow my receipt of awards that have been extended to me over the years of my diligent advocacy on behalf of the long term human rights of all Americans.

If you have any questions about this matter, please do not hesitate to contact me via email prior to any reimbursement request.
