My Third Novel's Conclusion, My Heartbreak

My heart begins to break when I think about completing this particular book -- because this narrative has sustained me like no other story I've known. It's both more personal and more universal than my other works. But beyond memory and archetype, it's a cri-de-coeur about needing to become the person one is destined to be. And in the writing, I have met my own life's work, my own fated journey -- having the sense all the while that the pages are suffused with a resonance, an energy, an electrified field that defies explanation. Writers hope and pray to be overtaken by a work in this way -- to be conscripted into passionate service of a profound story. To experience it even once in a lifetime seems a great privilege. I still have several months before this novel is complete, and this constitutes my reprieve. Because I'm not ready for the beauty to end.

What the Constitution Left Out

Our Constitution represents a brilliant delineation of our civil liberties as Americans.  Regarded the world over as a model of a people's foundational rights, it is viewed by many as divinely inspired.

Our rights to free speech, freedom of the press, freedom of assembly, freedom from unlawful search and seizure, freedom of religion, separation of Church and State, in addition to our rights to privacy, our rights to own private property, and, indeed, many other fundamental liberties we hold as necessary for the congress of our worthy nation, our close-knit communities, and our meaningful individual aspirations as proud citizens of the United States, are guaranteed within the Constitutional articles and amendments upon which we all rely.

The founders were balancing myriad concerns in 1787, when the Constitution was composed, including the balance between state and federal governance, the rights of slaves and the critical question of their future, the place of women in the workings of the nation, the methods by which the co-equal callings of the legislative, judicial and executive branches of government could check one another when necessary, and much more.

So, we can forgive them for what they left out.  The task of identifying what is missing from the Constitution now falls to us to determine, with wisdom, courage, and clarity of purpose.

And good people, it is this:

Our rights are of inestimable worth to the future of our people and the sovereignty of our nation.

But they will all go away if we do not formalize the responsibilities on which they rely.

In addition to upholding our human rights, we must fully comprehend the requirement that we stand as much better stewards of the environment of the Earth.

Without our understanding that our freedoms depend on our responsibilities to steward the environment, we will lose everything we set out to preserve.

Without breathable air, clean water, pristine land, and a thriving wilderness, we have no rights at all -- nothing to bequeath to our children and grandchildren, no legacy we would wish to claim.

And this is the unsayable thing.

We have overtaxed the environment to such astonishing degree that we are now risking the future of humanity, and all of our beloved freedoms alongside this future.

Because we have not yet understood the seriousness of the manner in which our rights and our responsibilities are inextricably bound to one another, we are seeing serious losses of environmental resources around the globe, alarming loss of diversity of wildlife, the extinction of whole species and ecosystems which developed over thousands of years.

Humanity is part of this narrative, not separate from it.

Human populations are so high at the current time that the global environment is facing stressors that are unsustainable.  And that climate crisis is happening now, not fifty years from now.

As a direct result, we are seeing broad movements toward totalitarianism worldwide.  With these changes, we will experience not only a broad decimation of our human rights.  Totalitarianism also brings other losses, more shocking, more historic, and more indelible.

Good people, as tragic as this territory is, it was foreseeable.  And, in fact, it was foreseen.

What messaging did we need that we didn't have?  We needed the military to be assigned a forward role in speaking to the American public, and indeed, to other nations, about goal-setting regarding climate markers, so that all of us could have engaged in assiduous efforts to change our way of life early and profoundly in defense of the environment as a whole.

Climate change will never be a politically easy topic for elected officials to address.  The oil companies are too powerful for meaningful transitions in energy consumption to be made without de-politicizing the issue through coordination with our military leaders.  Entrenched interests easily create enough uncertainty regarding climate science for the public to be distracted, polarized, and conflicted regarding critical requirements for change.

So, we needed our most respected Generals to stand before the public as early as possible in explaining that the Earth's environment doesn't care whether Americans are Democrats or Republicans.  It doesn't care about our race, our gender, our religion, or our personal orientation.  In making critical changes, it is our commitment to our families, our communities, our national security, and the world as a whole that matters, not the superficial differences that can serve to divide us.

Such a course of guidance from our military would not have represented an autocratic course, but rather one that assigned politically fraught but critical issues to those required to stand separate from the political sphere.

And this should have occurred beginning forty to fifty years ago.

In many ways, we required a companion document to the Constitution, one which formalized our responsibilities in reaching climate sustainability and in maintaining it indefinitely.

We still need this document to guide us in the future toward humanity's preservation, alongside the realization of our greatest potential.

Without it, we will not succeed.

At this moment, our task is to identify every possible inflection point regarding the environment's trajectory and to intervene in it with the highest quality of leadership, wisdom, commitment, courage, and integrity we can muster.

Part of that analysis involves identifying critical environmental inflection points that were missed over the past forty years.

Our current challenges are immense and immediate, but they are not insurmountable.

We need all of our talents, gifts, insights, knowledge, creativity, resourcefulness and acumen in establishing a better way forward that seeks to reclaim Americans' human rights in the long term, and that seeks to rescue our national sovereignty at the same time.

Those approaches will not be conventional, predictable or assured, just as any moonshot endeavor is not a humble or meager attempt to change the course of our reach into the future.

But they must now occupy our hearts and minds in forming our unified resolve to manifest them.

And we must ensure that we have all the resources necessary to bring them to fruition.

My case before the Supreme Court continues to gather those resources.  Let's ensure that they are preserved for this most urgent task.

Request for Injunctive Relief Re: Alleged Plans for Increased Aggression from Acting Attorney General Todd Blanche

1.  It has been suggested that the departure of Attorney General Pam Bondi was timed to coincide with an Executive Order prohibiting the release of investigative reports to you, as required by the Supreme Court.  Is this your understanding?

Answer:  Yes, it is.

2.  The FBI is also alleging that an Executive Order has been extended which specifically calls for your arrest on false charges.  Is that so?

Answer:  The agency appears to be making this claim.

3.  What about threats of sexual harassment, sexual assault, kidnapping and/or first degree murder that have also reportedly been authorized at the highest level?  Are those plans meant to apply to you?

Answer:  This is what the FBI appears to suggest, yes.  It is important for me to document that I have not received independent verification of any of the threats mentioned here.

4.  Have you received any settlements associated with your case?

Answer:  None.

5.  Have you received any assets associated with settlements awarded to you?

Answer:  None.

6.  Have you received any direct communication about awards extended to you in the adjudication of your case?

Answer:  None.

7.  Is it possible that there is an intention on the part of the FBI to use Executive Orders to take the lives of your entire family during a period in which there is an Acting Attorney General, previously the President's personal attorney, who has been provided with immunity from prosecution regarding illegal and unconstitutional acts relating to your case?

Answer:  Yes, this tactic is entirely possible.  This would represent a highly opportunistic plan, and this type of high level personnel change is often something the FBI and its affiliates aggressively exploit.

8.  Was Attorney General Pam Bondi holding the line regarding upholding the Supreme Court's determination that investigative reports should be released to you?

Answer:  I believe she was, yes.  She possessed immunity from prosecution in this matter, but she likely was unwilling to violate the Constitution by ignoring the Supreme Court ruling regarding the release of information.

9.  What about Acting Attorney General Todd Blanche?  Will he have any compunctions about violating the Constitution in the interests of wrongfully profiteering from your case, to the detriment of the American people?

Answer:  I think some people are concerned about their place in history, because they recognize that the truth of their conduct may rise into public view.  So over and above individual ethics and professional boundaries, the manner in which certain officials are shaping the history of the United States is now becoming one of urgent importance.

10.  Is the FBI, along with its affiliates, effectively advancing a Russian agenda in influencing governance within the United States at this time?

Answer:  It appears to be doing exactly this, much to our detriment.

11.  And do you believe that the FBI and its affiliates are directing the Executive Branch with regard to the timing of Executive Orders, high level personnel changes, etc.

Answer:  I do think the tail is wagging the dog in this period of time, yes.  We appear to have lost sovereignty within our elected government.  The FBI does not want to be held accountable to the Supreme Court, the Department of Justice, the American public, the United States Congress, or anyone else.  So, I expect that the agency is dictating the manner in which this case is currently being handled, including directing Executive Orders that appear to be originating with the President.

12.  If this is true, then we have a corruption problem in which FBI personnel are directly profiteering from their own crimes against you and your family.

Answer:  Yes.  That problem appears to be front and center right now.

13.  In the past, when the FBI has been caught in this level of corruption, they have resorted to heightened aggression, haven't they?

Answer:  There are many instances in which this has been the case, yes.  The FBI appears to believe that all of its problems can be solved by targeted assassinations toward the honorable public within the United States and elsewhere.

14.  What are the odds that Vladimir Putin and other foreign adversaries may be profiteering from the raiding of awards extended to you, and the U.S. National Treasury as a whole?

Answer:  One hundred percent, in my opinion.

15.  What is the appropriate response from the United States?

Answer:  I would suggest that the Supreme Court prevent any and all decisions from the DOJ pertaining to this case during the period of time in which an Acting Attorney General is standing in for a permanently appointed official in this critical role.  If it is possible to file a request for injunctive relief safeguarding my family members and myself while ensuring the preservation of awards in this case, that would be highly appropriate.  Recent physical harms, which I will delineate for the OIG Hotline in detail, should be reversed in their entirety.

Next, I would ask the United States Congress to prioritize confirmation of a candidate for Attorney General who will be bound by the requirements of the Constitution in defending the interests of national security, even when those determinations may oppose the Executive Branch.

Further, I would request that the Executive Branch withdraw any and all Executive Orders that would violate the Supreme Court's rulings in this case, that would place my loved ones or myself in jeopardy in any context, that would support the proliferation of knowingly falsified law enforcement reporting within the United States or spurious investigative efforts within the Department of Justice, that would wrongfully place my records into the public sphere without my participation or consent, or that would wrongfully implicate my family members or myself of wrongdoing.

Outreach from an honorable intermediary needs now to occur, and I ask that this initiative be prioritized on an urgent basis.

16.  You see the departure of Attorney General Pam Bondi as an ominous sign that you and your family members could experience greatly heightened risks to your safety and security.

Answer:  Decidedly so.

17.  Thank you for speaking with us this afternoon.

Answer:  You are most welcome.

18.  Please keep in close communication with us, given the circumstances at hand.

Answer:  I will, of course.

April 2, 2026, 12:07 PM

 1.  Your sons are allegedly both being directed to perpetrate assassinations as part of the Pxxxxxx Program in the near future.  Is that the case?

Answer:  This is the allegation I have received, yes.

2.  Are these "assignments" intended to coerce your own actions in some manner?

Answer:  I have no doubt that there is a punitive component vis a vis my recent revelations about the apparent plans of the FBI and its affiliates.  And certainly, the FBI and its affiliates have desired to silence me in general.

But I think it's important to recognize that these agencies appear to have asked for silence at the same time that they have furthered plans to take the lives of my whole family.

This is a consistent pattern for the FBI.  The agency extends an apparent plea for confidentiality, even while plotting first-degree murder toward those who might comply.

3.  Having said that, you are not disclosing everything you know about the plans of the FBI and its affiliates.

Answer:  No, I'm not.  I am making ongoing assessments about what disclosures are in the best interests of the nation.  And if the FBI and its affiliates have forgotten their commitment to serve the United States, I have not.

4.  Your younger son has been allegedly forced to engage in drug trafficking at FBI directive, and your older son has been allegedly forced to engage in weapons trafficking at CIA directive, with the CIA acting as FBI contractor in this particular case.  What is the purpose of these activities?

Answer:  Basically, the FBI uses the activities the agency itself has directed for the purposes of blackmail and coercion.  Once the agency forces an individual to break the law in any context, FBI personnel make it clear that they can sacrifice that individual at any time by turning around and prosecuting them publicly.  The agency pleads "national security concerns" before a judge, while simultaneously explaining to their victims that it is elementary for the agency to have people killed in a prison setting.  And off the individual goes to jail for a long sentence.

5.  In this specific case, however, you are well informed about the agency's stratagems.  So doesn't that render them ineffective?

Answer:  Yes, if the FBI or its affiliates attempted to prosecute my sons, they would be wading into deep waters, given the crimes the agencies have already committed against my family members.  The FBI and its affiliates can threaten these steps, but I don't think they can actually take them.

The greater risk is out and out murder of my family members, and, obviously, I face the same threat myself.

6.  By the FBI?

Answer:  By the FBI and its affiliates, yes.  The agency has made clear to me that it has bribed certain elected and appointed officials repeatedly regarding this case.  So, the agency can further plans of first-degree murder by referring to legacy concerns for highly placed leaders.  And this was their objective from the beginning:  leverage and control.

7.  What should happen to the plans of the FBI and its affiliates regarding current "assignments" to your sons and perhaps even your daughter-in-law?

Answer:  They should be canceled immediately.

8.  And what about the apparent demands of the FBI that you hold silent at this point?

Answer:  Again, I need to point out that I am not disclosing everything I know about the FBI's conduct outside of its mission and objectives, or even its activities within the framework of its central approved tasks.

But complete silence is not possible due to allegations of ongoing attempts to harm my loved ones.

I am endeavoring to ensure that my voice reflects wisdom, courage, discernment, insight, and often restraint.

9.  What is your take on the FBI's attempt to duplicate and expand on AI-generated false reporting investigative efforts as a means of inflating the currency and enriching a handful of officials who would be regularly siphoning off funds derived from spurious judgements?

Answer:  This would represent an unforgivable distortion of the intent of my case, which is to defend the long term human rights of all Americans, not to render that defense impossible.

10.  Does Attorney General Pam Bondi have an important role to play in refusing to allow that approach?

Answer:  Yes, her role is critical.  She needs to be able to insist that knowingly falsified law enforcement reporting will not become further entrenched because of my case, but rather to ensure that the opposite will occur.

11.  You have been traveling over the last five days, so your time has been limited.  Will you now have the opportunity for more discussion about matters of importance regarding the country as a whole?

Answer:  I plan to make the time expand, because these issues are so critical to our shared future, yes.

12.  Thank you for speaking with us this afternoon.

Answer:  You are most welcome.

My True Potential to Help

OIG Hotline, my hxxxxxd and I have arrived in Austin, Texas today, April 1, 2026.  I hope to evaluate the area for a stay of at least several months, longer if I am treated well here.

My hxxxxxd plans to return to the Bay Area on Sunday, April 5, 2026.

I do note that the state of Texas as a whole is conducting emergency drills tomorrow morning and early afternoon, a first as a statewide endeavor.

Texas is likely to become overtly militarized, in my opinion, in the not-too-distant future.  Military, government and law enforcement officials, together with preferred business personnel, will have their safety assured.

Can I, in this environment, survive and even thrive?

It depends on whether my honor and dignity are upheld and respected.

I have been asked to stop writing publicly about the problem of the FBI's knowingly falsified law enforcement reporting at this time, although such a step would be entirely dependent on the cessation of torture toward my sons and daughter-in-law, including affiliated demands for knowingly false witness statements, whether signed electronically or otherwise.

Certainly, I would continue in any circumstance to document this case for your Office.

Having said that, the FBI appears to suggest that the DOJ is planning to expand multiple investigations of knowingly falsified law enforcement reporting with the intent of radically devaluing the dollar through extending massive awards to victims, which are to be later misappropriated by government officials in wrongfully implicating the same.

I strenuously object.

My case should not be used as a model for the torture and abuse of innocent Americans.

Rather, it should be strictly limited to address my concerns for the sovereignty of the American people and the independence of the nation as a whole.

Because this is such a critical concern, I will include this communication on my blog.  Once I am assured that the United States government, including the DOJ, has promised not to prey upon other honorable Americans in the same manner that I (and my family members) have been preyed upon, I will treat my documentation for your Office as direct communication.

But I will not be replaced in a government attempt to commoditize the profitable torture of innocent Americans for the benefit of their elected and appointed overseers.

That would represent such a gross distortion of the intent of my defense of the long term human rights of all Americans, it would doom the future of our sovereignty as a nation, not rescue it.

I respectfully request the support of the U.S. Department of Justice, the United States Congress, the U.S. Supreme Court, and all officials involved in this matter in preventing the propagation of these wrongs toward others.

If this administration needs more information from me, then it should enable me to hire a team of bodyguards and a full-time notary public, alongside the acquisition of a protected residence and an armored vehicle.  That way, I could move with greater safety throughout the wider world.

OIG Hotline, World War II was filled with examples in which the Axis powers worked prisoners to death in slave labor camps and then simply replaced them with other victims.

But my point all along has been that human beings are, by their very nature, unique, rare, and irreplaceable.  Can we accept the fact that we are spiritual in our fundamental identities and also accept that we have overburdened the environment to the breaking point?  Both of these realities are true.

The answers for us are not to be found in (redacted content) for the profit of a handful of individuals who oppose human sovereignty in every measure.

Rather, the answers look quite different.

I hope I will have the chance to elucidate them for a government that understands my true potential to help.

Most sincerely,

Lane MacWilliams

When the Truth Is on Trial

 1.  It is alleged that you have been "on trial" for the last several weeks regarding your case.  Have you participated in your own defense?  Have you been empowered to speak directly to attorneys defending you?  Have you been able to answer false claims by the FBI?

Answer:  No, I have no idea what the false charges are, and I have not been able to see the false evidence.  All of this is proceeding without my input, my guidance, or my exculpatory documentation, of which I have a great deal.

2.  There has been an allegation that AI-generated "deep fake" films have been presented to a Grand Jury as purported evidence over the course of this proceeding.  What is your view of that suggestion?

Answer:  Sometimes it seems as though everyone in the world has been privileged to see deep fake material bearing my likeness except for me.

I cannot begin to express how wrong this whole process is.

If we want to prohibit the utilization of deep fake material, both video and audio, by corrupt law enforcement agencies, then we need to actually gather the courage to show the victims what false material was created without their knowledge or consent.

Without this critical step, the discussion is moot.

In this case, there needs to be accountability that involves me, given that I have been the one affected by the FBI's crimes in this regard.

3.  The FBI seems also to have alleged that the agency has put forward falsified DNA evidence of some kind.  Would you like to weigh in on this allegation by the agency?

Answer:  Almost everything I would say to exonerate myself is considered a "national security secret" by the FBI.  If I were contacted by the Grand Jury, I would give them a sample of my DNA that dates back ten or more years, for the simple reason that any claims of differences between an older sample and current samples are one hundred percent due to misconduct by the FBI itself.

But all of that evidence would probably be presented under seal in a courtroom setting, because the FBI is quite guarded regarding its "sources and methods" when it comes to framing the innocent.

So, this is a big deal, and it should not be evaluated or resolved without my direct participation.

4.  Why not?

Answer:  Because without the truth of the matter, false convictions become more than a risk.  They become a likelihood.

5.  And what do false convictions translate to for a person in your position, who has been a tireless advocate for the long term human rights of Americans, as well as an unyielding supporter of the sovereignty of the nation as a whole?

Answer:  In this case, where there is so much at stake financially given the awards that have been extended to me, false convictions translate to a death sentence.

6.  A death sentence in absentia?

Answer:  Yes, this is the astonishing nature of concealed judicial proceedings.  The accused have no knowledge of the charges, nor do they have any opportunity to disprove them.

7.  And what would happen if such a wrongful sentence were carried out?

Answer:  Massive theft of awards extended to me in this case -- settlements about which I have not yet been properly informed.

8.  So there is an overwhelming motivation on the part of the FBI to allege your guilt, or your family members' guilt, surrounding crimes of which you have no knowledge whatsoever.

Answer:  Oh, yes.  The conflict of interest for the FBI and its affiliates is astounding.

9.  You have expressed a great deal of concern regarding the FBI's establishment of the architecture of false reporting for the nation, because these structures will be exceptionally difficult for us to unmake later.

Answer:  I have, because falsified law enforcement reporting is not needed for the FBI's mission and objectives.  Rather, it represents the architecture of totalitarianism, and, because of the manner in which AI is generating false information about all Americans, we need to be deeply concerned about the ways in which these falsehoods will be misused in the future.

If you knew that the FBI could falsely accuse you of the most serious crimes possible at any time, would you still exercise free speech?

Most people, understanding the danger, would not.  So, the fundamentals of our freedoms are dismantled by falsified law enforcement reporting.  The Constitution is simply erased as an enforceable document under these circumstances.

And that is the intent of falsified law enforcement reporting:  total control over the public at all times.

Remarkably, it's not the most dangerous sovereignty violation for the nation.  But all by itself, it represents a stunning violation of the human rights we hold sacred.  So, we need to consider if this is the best we can do for our family, our friends, our neighbors, our nation and ourselves.

I think we're worthy of much better governance.

But we need to engage with this issue or the inflection point will pass us by.

10.  What does that mean in terms of your "trial" about which you know no substance?

Answer:  It means that I had better be exonerated of all wrongdoing, as should my family members.  And it means that if that doesn't happen, I should be contacted right away in order to participate in my own urgent appeal.

It also means that I need to be provided with outreach, investigative reports, and awards extended to me so that I can make the difference for the nation that I am intended to make.

11.  Thank you for speaking with us this morning.

Answer:  You are most welcome.

A Request for an Appeal, If Appropriate

OIG Hotline, the FBI appears to allege that a "kill order" has been extended by this administration toward my family members and/or myself.

I am not aware of the false allegations that are meant to have justified any such wrongful directive.

The FBI appears to suggest that profiteering stands as the primary motivation for intentionally falsified law enforcement reporting related to this alleged order.

For reasons unknown to me, the FBI appears to be attributing this directive to support from a single judge who is not on the Supreme Court.  I will include the judge's identity within an email communication to your Office, as I do not feel it is appropriate to do so publicly.

I will observe that the Supreme Court knows this case well by now, and no one should feel empowered to undermine the highest Court's rulings by remanding critical aspects of this case to lesser judgement.

I do not believe that practice to be ethical, and I do not believe that the FBI should be permitted to treat life and death decisions for this highly honorable human rights advocates as a judicial "dating game," seeking the most harmful penalties possible in order to silence the agency's critics.

Please assist me in filing an appeal if appropriate, given whatever false accusations have been registered in this matter.

This is to confirm that all of my conduct, communications, activities, and television, cell phone and computer content and use have been and continue to be lawful and honorable in every way, shape and form, reflecting the highest character and integrity in every way, shape and form.

Thank you for your assiduous advocacy regarding this matter.

Most sincerely,

Lane MacWilliams

The U.S. Postal Service as Necessary for Democracy

OIG Hotline, this is to document my intention to ensure that the U.S. Postal Service be appropriately funded and supported as foundational to the preservation of democracy within the United States, including its importance in states that allow mail-in ballots pertaining to state and federal elections.  Because this provision is so important, I would appreciate outreach to ensure that it is written correctly.  Accordingly, I would ask that communication be extended to me at the earliest possible time in order to appropriately establish this support for our national interest.

Thank you for facilitating all appropriate steps in this process.

Most sincerely,

Lane MacWilliams

Accountable

 1. Has Trump advisor Stephen Miller allegedly advocated for the theft of your entire awards from the U.S. DOJ?

Answer: This is what the FBI alleges, yes.

2.  On what basis, please?

Answer:  On the basis of knowingly false accusations by the FBI.

3. Are these related to your family property on Cape Cod?

Answer: The FBI is alleged to have extended so many false accusations, it is unknown which lies are being emphasized in this latest attempt to steal from the American people through intended misappropriations.

4. Have these referenced misappropriations yet occurred?

Answer: Not yet.

5.  Must Attorney General Pam Bondi approve them?

Answer:  I'm sure that approval is required.

6. Is there any sense whatsoever that these individuals are accountable to history, to the public's evaluation, or to you yourself for this conduct?

Answer:  I think you are asking whether there is fear on the part of anyone involved regarding the possibility of being exposed for unprecedented theft from the American people of funds totaling many trillions of dollars.

And the answer is yes, these people are conscious that they are suggesting flagrant violations of the law, of ethical standards, of judicial boundaries, and of reasoned judgement.

7.  Can wrongful appropriations from your account be halted?

Answer:  Most certainly. But the Congress and the Supreme Court need to demonstrate the determination to protect the future of human sovereignty by blocking this attempt to steal those funds.

8.  Will they do so?

Answer:  We need to call on them to do so, because the stakes are so high.

9.  Can you articulate them once more, please?

Answer:  If we allow the misappropriation of funds from my account, we are allowing the aggregation of wrongful wealth in the hands of those who will destroy all hope of human sovereignty in the future.  The transfer of massive wealth to foreign adversaries of the United States, which will be the inevitable result of misappropriations, will prevent us from recovering our most fundamental human freedoms in the future.

It cannot be allowed.

10.  What should happen with regard to those advising this conduct, in this case Stephen Miller, allegedly?

Answer:  The greatest quality of leadership is wisdom.  Where it is lacking, the risks for disastrous outcomes are greatly amplified.

I don't know Stephen Miller, but I am deeply concerned about the allegations that have been extended in this instance.

11. Won't these problems continue to occur unless the Supreme Court ruling concerning your case is upheld through appropriate communication with you regarding the investigative reports?

Answer:  As long as there is defiance and disrespect for the Supreme Court by those responsible for upholding the ruling, the risks are untenable.

12.  Who is most responsible for upholding the Supreme Court's ruling?

Answer:  The United States Department of Justice, including Attorney General Pam Bondi, clearly.

13.  Is AG Pam Bondi also responsible for protecting funds in your account from wrongful invasion?

Answer:  Yes, she must hold the line defined by the Supreme Court with regard to protecting the funds.

14.  Are you still awaiting honorable outreach regarding your case?

Answer:  Yes, I am.

15.  Are your children and daughter in law still being threatened with active harm by their agencies?

Answer:  Most definitely.

16.  Your older son has what appears to be an electrical burn on the back of his left hand.  What caused this injury, please?

Answer:  There appears to be the possibility that this was caused by a contact pad associated with electric shock.

17.  Are you referencing intentional torture when you say "electric shock"?

Answer:  Yes, I am.

18.  To what does your son attribute this injury?

Answer:  To scalding water at the kitchen sink in his apartment.

19.  Is this explanation plausible?

Answer:  No, his apartment building sets controls on water temperature that are quite low by comparison to the standard water temperature range.  So, there is no possibility that he was scalded by hot water anywhere in the building.

20.  Has your older son suffered electric shock torture in the past?

Answer:  Yes, the FBI alleges that this crime has been committed against him previously.

21.  By whom?

Answer:  By agency affiliates at the directive of the FBI within his apartment building.

22.  Isn't this conduct illegal?

Answer:  For FBI contractors to be torturing American citizens within the continental United States?  Yes, I believe that is illegal in every measure.

23.  Do you believe that the FBI's ongoing involvement in human trafficking also constitutes torture?

Answer:  Without question, it does.

24.  So the human rights of your children are being egregiously violated while you are advocating for the long term human rights of all Americans?

Answer:  Yes.

25.  You must be profoundly displeased.

Answer:  Mightily displeased, yes.

26.  Please keep in close contact with us to report on the health and wellbeing of your family, your pets, and yourself.

Answer:  Thank you for your concern.  I most certainly will.

27.  Thank you for speaking with us this morning.

Answer:  You are most welcome.

Addressal of the FBI's "Hawaii Hilton" and Its Corollaries in the Continental United States

1.  The FBI has apparently been involved in the construction of an underground facility in Hawaii, mostly unused as of this time, intended to incarcerate women in the future, with a view toward sexual exploitation.  Is this your understanding of the situation?

Answer:  Yes, it is.  This is a facility that incorporates advanced construction, including tsunami seals, reportedly.  It has been carefully planned and built with the long term in mind.

2.  What sort of women would be incarcerated there?

Answer:  Women attractive to local and federal law enforcement and security personnel.  This is truly the qualifier.  The planning of this facility has no relationship to some spate of incipient crimes about to be committed by gangs of attractive and lawless women in Hawaii.

To the contrary, this detention center is intended to facilitate wrongful imprisonment and exploitation of perfectly honorable people.

3.  How large is the facility?

Answer:  Large enough to accommodate well over one hundred detainees, reportedly.

4.  And were these women to be returned to their lives after their detention and presumed harm?

Answer:  Decidedly not.  No.

5.  What was the plan regarding the fate of these intended prisoners?

Answer:  Those women would not have survived their detention.

6.  Would their family members have known what had become of them?  Would anyone have known that they had been incarcerated?

Answer:  No, there would have been no communication allowed with family members or legal representation on the basis of a "national security risk."  In other words, they all would have been accused of espionage or terrorism, thus allowing the FBI to deprive them of their civil rights in their entirety.

7.  Would these women have been foreign nationals exclusively?

Answer:  No.  While foreign nationals would have been at increased risk, Americans would have been snatched from their daily lives only to find themselves trapped in this location as well.

8.  You have said that there are other facilities in the United States that mirror the one in Hawaii.  Do you have any idea where they might be located?

Answer:  There is reportedly one in Southern California, one in Texas, and one in Florida.  I cannot comment on other locations, given that these have not been disclosed to me.

9.  What is it about these facilities that discloses their purpose?  How can we tell that they were intended for women in particular, and how can we tell that the planning involved sexual exploitation of detainees?

Answer:  There are reportedly hotel-like bedrooms in addition to traditional cells.  There are reportedly bidets.  The structures are generally underground, which is to say concealed from public view, awareness and monitoring.  So, the intent is fairly obvious in the architecture alone.

10.  How were the women to be incarcerated?  Is this known to you?

Answer:  It's clear that foreign nationals could simply be picked up at any time by plain clothes law enforcement.

American women could be the victims of false allegations of human trafficking, incriminating cell phone content, suspicious purse or beach bag contents, falsified communications, the placement of unknown items in their hotel rooms by corrupt law enforcement, or simply false witness statements.

In Communist and Fascist nations, this is known as denunciation.  And this dynamic has been well-described by Solzhenitsyn and others.

11.  Who has overseen the construction of these facilities?

Answer:  The FBI has directly managed this planning and construction over time on the basis of "national security preparedness."

12.  Are members of the U.S. Congress aware of this construction?

Answer:  They are now.   Prior to this time, only a handful of Congressmen have been informed.

13.  What about the U.S. Department of Justice?

Answer:  The U.S. DOJ as a whole has not had access to this information, no.

14.  What about the Executive Branch?

Answer:  This is a question for the President and his staff, certainly.

15.  What are your thoughts about this circumstance, please?

Answer:  First, I will observe that we have seen these patterns before in other places around the world.  Abductions of women and girls have been documented in Ukraine (https://khpg.org/en/1608814818), Nigeria, Haiti, Afghanistan, and other areas, with minority women at increased risk, certainly.  https://www.forbes.com/sites/ewelinaochab/2022/05/16/abducted-and-enslaved-minority-women-and-girls-let-down-by-governments-globally/

Alongside this, there have been reports of violence against women incarcerated within the United States, so we know this has been a systemic problem for our nation once a woman's formal freedom is taken from her.

At this time, we are seeing increasing detentions through federal law enforcement authorities.

So, the existence of facilities intended for sexual exploitation of women signals long term planning by the FBI with regard to increasing predation toward women and girls within the United States over time.

16.  What are the necessary steps at this juncture?

Answer:  Congress should subpoena information regarding how many of these facilities exist and where they are located.  The sites should be directly assessed and evaluated.  All documentation regarding the planning and construction of these centers should be aggregated.

The public should be made aware of the FBI's conduct regarding this matter, along with that of any other agencies and affiliates who played a central role in the dedication of taxpayer funds toward the intended victimization of women and girls.

The sites, obviously, should be decommissioned, and there needs to be a full accounting of this matter before the American electorate.

17.  What other guidance can you provide regarding this astonishing development?

Answer:  I will express that I am grateful this issue came to my attention and that I was able to raise the alarm promptly.

Our nation is under significant pressure due to environmental and geopolitical concerns at this time, and realistically, those stressors are likely to worsen.

Despite this, and perhaps even because of it, we must ensure that women and girls are not exploited, diminished, defamed, and rendered vulnerable to abduction, abuse, wrongful arrest, and isolation by the FBI and its affiliates.

Our nation's capacity to lead through the challenges that are imminent is dependent partly on our insistence that women and girls not be rendered victims of federal agencies that are increasingly seeking to exert power and control in a totalitarian manner.

Rather, women, alongside those men who defend their human rights, are necessary in ensuring that our defense of the sovereignty of the United States will succeed.

If we preferentially sacrifice women's human rights to the exigencies of the moment, we are also sacrificing children's human rights in the process.  And the intended demeaning and diminishment of women and children as an institutional prerogative is decidedly not in the national interest.

It is only in adequately respecting and honoring our mothers, our sisters, our daughters and our wives -- alongside the men who know that women's human rights are not secondary --  that the United States can assert its rightful claim to the sovereignty of the American people and the nation as a whole.

The mission and objectives of the FBI simply do not include torture, sexual violence, and systemic predation toward the vulnerable.

Our worthy nation must reject those aggressions as inimical to our sovereign future.

I now ask for the help of the U.S. Congress in rigorously addressing the risks the FBI has wrongfully created for our women and girls, and correspondingly, our nation as a whole.

18.  Thank you for speaking with us this afternoon.

Answer:  You are most welcome.

Lane MacWilliams

Formal Claim

OIG Hotline, this is to formally claim all awards extended to me on behalf of the long term human rights of the American people.  Any and all settlements that have been documented since the beginning of my complaint against the FBI and its affiliates should be designated as claimed by me at this time.  Those funds should be protected against hacking, invasion, spurious claims and lawsuits, unlawful, excessive or usurious tax assessments, and appropriations based on knowingly falsified law enforcement reporting and/or false evidence.

Please inform me of appropriate next steps so that I can assist the American people most effectively.

Most sincerely,

Lane MacWilliams

Dearest Lane,

Happy Birthday to a true Wonder Woman.  The integrity, hard work, and quiet strength you bring to what you believe in are remarkable.  Your desire to held the world -- and the people you love within it -- is extraordinary.  That kindness reaches even the smallest and most vulnerable creatures, from rescue puppies to the injured squirrels you nurse back to health.

I have been blessed to take this journey with you.  Your compassion, your spirit, and the way you care for the world around you have always been something beautiful to witness.

I love you, Lane, and I will always be grateful for the life we have shared.

With love,

K

*******************************************************************

Kxx, I deeply appreciate your words on my birthday card.  They reflect my deep determination to help others, along with what has often manifested as superhuman resilience and determination required by my case before the Supreme Court.

I know this has been profoundly challenging for you, given the extreme sacrifice of our family time and our domestic sanctuary due directly to unjust predation by the FBI and its affiliates.

Most recently, it has been alleged that Txx Lxxxx is once more attempting to cast false aspersions on my psychological resilience, health, and stability, allegedly in an improper attempt to disqualify awards extended to me on behalf of the preservation of all Americans' long term human rights.

So, I am grateful for your recognition of the remarkable fortitude this has required of me, and, indeed, of all of us.

Thank you for your vote of confidence, your admiration and your love.

The wider world sees you as the Pxxxxxxxx of a thriving Silicon Valley startup, so it values your opinion of your loyal wife.

I see you as my husband of the last thirty-five years, who knows my courage, my integrity, and my defense of the vulnerable as the very essence of who I am.

I love you,

Lane

*********************************************************************************

Lane, thank you for your thoughtful beautiful note.  I truly respect your determination and the strength you've show through such difficult circumstances.

I love you,

Insisting on the Presumption of Goodwill in the Face of a Recalcitrant FBI

OIG Hotline, my older son's hxxxxprs are allegedly threatening that he will be publicly exposed for (redacted content) directed toward him under threat of death by his agency, an FBI affiliate, unless he complies with demands for false witness statements at this time.

Txx Lxxxx is allegedly threatening my younger son in the identical manner.  I can only guess that my daughter-in-law may be experiencing similar duress from Txx Lxxxx.

For context, my older son has allegedly been repeatedly directed to report to a (redacted content), at which point Txx Lxxxx has directed his hxxxxxr, (redacted content) to threaten him with death if he does not comply in harming (redacted content).

Good people, Txx Lxxxx is now allegedly threatening both of my sons that they will be killed through the cxxxxx devices that were implanted in 2025 unless they falsely attest to mental illness on my part, thus disqualifying me from receiving awards, and presumably investigative reports, relating to my case before the Supreme Court.

I am going to pause for a moment here to contemplate what happens to a nation when the worst of its citizens are allowed to torture, rape, traffic, defame and murder the best.

OIG Hotline, my sons and daughter-in-law should never have been forcibly recruited into any government programs whatsoever, given my status as a longstanding human rights whistleblower regarding willful and gratuitous misconduct by the FBI.

The fact that this happened in the first place reflects profound conflicts of interest that have not yet been properly redressed in direct communication with me.

Further, the astonishing reality that Txx Lxxxx continues to prey upon my sons and daughter-in-law, after all of this man's heinous crimes against my family, represents an inexcusable failure by the FBI to restrain and discipline its agents for sadistic, cruel and unusual retaliatory harms in the face of my righteous indignation over this individual's predation toward my family.

Txx Lxxxx may possess immunity from prosecution, but he does not possess my forgiveness for his horrific conduct.  Nor has he asked for forgiveness or expressed his remorse.

Like all malignant narcissists, Tom Lyons allegedly attempts to project his own mental illness onto his innocent victims.

To be clear, it is unfortunate that Tom Lyons allegedly suffers from intermittent psychosis with auditory hallucinations.

However, I do not.

And no further abuse by Tom Lyons toward my sons and daughter-in-law will change that fact.

Can we genuinely be surprised when those who engage in (redacted content) under color of authority for their own sadistic enjoyment and profiteering ultimately lose their grip on sanity?

Is there any other result that's possible?

OIG Hotline, Txx Lxxxx is clearly frightened of his accountability in this case, as are his close affiliates.

Allegedly, he is so frightened that he regularly threatens my sons and daughter-in-law with staged suicide, because he feels that would help to silence my children's voices regarding the atrocities he has committed against my family alone.

Yet, Txx Lxxxx is accountable to me, if not in public, given his undeserved immunity, then though the prompt provision of investigative reports to me in their entirety, including all information regarding my sons and daughter-in-law.  (There is little of their torture and harm I do not know at this point, and not because they ever spoke of their appalling experiences at the hands of the FBI and its affiliates.

In truth, Txx Lxxxx must be deeply, deeply frightened at the prospect of having to accept responsibility for his crimes toward us, even potentially outside of the public view.

That is appropriate, and not because I am a threatening person in any regard, but because his conduct has been so reprehensible as to render his self-doubt the only possible response to the conveyance of investigative reports to me.

His eleventh hour attempt to coerce my sons and daughter-in-law into attesting mental instability on my part goes too far, however.

This man should recuse himself from any other communication with my beloved family members ever again.  If unwilling to do so, others should redirect his attention in a comprehensive way, through intensive, ongoing, and perhaps in-patient psychiatric evaluations for his agency and the DOJ.

OIG Hotline, good people do not wish to harm others -- recreationally, sadistically, for profit, for "points" in an FBI "reward-sharing" system, or for any reason.

When my sons graduated from college, their virtue was intact.  They were kind, intelligent, compassionate, engaged young men who cared about their communities and the wider world.  Now, after years of Txx Lxxxx' torture, I am simply grateful that they are alive one more day.

My xxxxxxx of thirty-five years, having suffered extensive cxxxxx harm, pxxxxxxx harm, and sxxxxxxxxxx violations due to Txx Lxxxx' false reporting, is asking me to sign papers initiating xxxxxxx mediation, with Txx Lxxxx alleged to be directly involved with the timing and coercion pertaining to that process.

Truthfully, I can hardly blame by xxxxxxx.  Txx Lxxxx' conduct has been so egregious as to render the most basic good faith interactions relating to my xxxxxxx's xxxxxx a perilous juggernaut of suspicion and distrust.  Who wants to proceed with business as usual in the duplicitous, prevaricating, dishonest and dangerous world Txx Lxxxx is creating for my family and the nation as a whole?  No one.

Certainly, this is the time for investigative reports to be conveyed to me in their entirety, before the FBI can perpetrate any further harm to my family whatsoever.

I do understand that there are many who are apprehensive over the prospect of revelations to me of their misconduct in this matter.  They need to begin an honorable conversation with me regarding all that has transpired, and not allow Txx Lxxxx to engage in any further crimes against my loved ones or myself.

That's what accountability is:  standing as an adult to accept responsibility for one's own actions, even, in this case, when those actions cannot be morally or ethically justified.

OIG Hotline, every human interaction is predicated upon a presumption of goodwill.

Without this trust, we would run from one another instead of establishing the meaningful and deep communities on which a worthy nation depends.

I heard JB Pritzker speak earlier today in a New York Times interview about the necessity of kindness.

Yes.

All of our most meaningful accomplishments emerge from the fact that we have loved others to such an extraordinary degree that we want to honor them with our efforts, or make them proud of our choices, or sustain them with our courage, or uphold them with our fortitude.

A leading nation is built from the highest character and integrity, and nothing less will elevate its potential achievements, its leadership on the global stage, or its hold on the best possible future for its people.

I will welcome most heartily conversations that commence urgently regarding the United States' sovereignty and freedoms over the long term.

Good people must speak together about those issues that matter most to our shared future.

I hope that dialogue can now, in good faith, begin.

Most sincerely,

 Lane MacWilliams

A Call for Legislative Support Following Revelations from the Pentagon

1.  60 Minutes aired an episode last night involving the CIA's report of DoD acquisition of a directed energy device from Russian contractors, one which is capable of causing severe cognitive disabilities, including significant depression, after even a single deployment.  May I please know your response?

Answer:  Kudos to the DoD for calling attention to this modality of attack against American citizens.

The CIA has known about these deployments for a long time, and, clearly, the DoD is disagreeing with their continued use.

So, our military deserves high praise for taking a stand, and we all need to acknowledge that this was likely exceptionally difficult.

2.  Why is that your assessment?

Answer:  The victims included State Department personnel and their families, CIA personnel and their families, security contractors and their families.  I would be shocked if Pentagon personnel were spared entirely.

There would have been significant internal struggles over how to handle this problem.

I think we need to recognize that Russia was supporting the deployment of these life-changing assaults as tools of political and personal grievance.  Some of our own intelligence personnel were being co-opted into perpetrating these deployments.  And we need to understand how dangerous such concealed tools of assault are to a sovereign nation.

What is to prevent our elected officials from being harmed by such devices?  Our military leaders?  Our judges?  Our cabinet members?  Our allies?

When these devices are proliferating within the boundaries of our own domestic territory, we are going to have major challenges in terms of concealed court proceedings that permit such deployments to be perpetrated.

Were there quotas connected to these deployments?  This is likely the case.

3.  Where are these devices being manufactured?  60 Minutes referenced Russian contractors, but are there any domestic manufacturers of these weapons?

Answer:  The FBI alleges that there are domestic manufacturers, yes.  Do they involve Raytheon or other security contractors as the FBI suggests?  I don't have independent confirmation of that allegation, so I cannot definitively say.

But I think the Pentagon is signaling that the military leadership would like to see these weapons retired, and I would heartily agree with them.

4.  Who would be supporting their continued use within the United States?

Answer:  Russia is obviously supporting these deplorable attacks, together with the contractors and personnel that have treated these weapons as a "new market" for domestic deployments within the United States.

5.  Does Raytheon, if in fact Raytheon is involved, have a responsibility to say, "We are not going to participate in the further harm of Americans by profiting from the manufacture of these devices?"

Do the FBI and CIA have a responsibility to destroy the devices currently in its possession?

Do FBI and CIA contractors who are calibrating these assaults have a responsibility to find other work?

Do American judges have a responsibility to prohibit the use of these devices as "punishment" for unknown "crimes"?

Answer:  Yes to all of the above.  And we might further ask whether Congress has a role to play in writing legislation to prevent the use of these devices against Americans in every circumstance.

6.  Do these weapons have the capability of causing dementia if they are repeatedly deployed on certain settings?

Answer:  The FBI alleges that they do, yes.  So, we can see how dangerous this capability is in a political context alone.  Anyone arguing for our national sovereignty could be immediately placed at risk by such concealed deployments.

And again, I think our military leadership is saying no to this technology, and I think we need to support that decision.

7.  How quickly could a withdrawal of these weapons occur nationwide?

Answer:  If the Congress joins together in a bipartisan effort to pass legislation on this matter, the devices could be withdrawn very rapidly.  And the Congress could ask the intelligence agencies to halt all deployments while the legislation is being drafted.  So, the use of these weapons could stop virtually overnight, which is exactly what should happen at this juncture.

8.  Would you include all devices that are capable of causing cognitive harm or organ damage?

Answer:  Yes, I would.  These are all concealed deployments based on knowingly falsified law enforcement reporting.  And we simply need to agree that the diminishment of Americans' health and cognitive capacity is not in the national interest.  Nor is the threat of this type of human rights violation if someone exercises free speech, human rights advocacy for the long term, or takes a courageous stance in defense of the sovereignty of the United States as a whole.

9.  Have these directed energy devices been deployed against your family members and yourself?

Answer:  Certainly, it would be helpful to see the records regarding this matter.  The FBI has alleged that there have been recurring wrongful deployments against my entire family.

10.  When you are provided with investigative reports regarding your case, will information about any and all such deployments be conveyed to you?

Answer:  I would certainly hope this will be the case, yes.

11.  When will you be provided with investigative reports regarding your case?

Answer:  Very soon, in accordance with the Supreme Court's ruling on this matter.

12.  Would legislation addressing the directed devices be disclosed to the public or would it be concealed?

Answer:  The Pentagon's revelations that their personnel have such a device in their possession would allow the Congress to create public legislation.  In fact, I think the legislation would benefit greatly from having Pentagon input at every stage.  The Pentagon knows not only what we need to worry about at this moment, but also what we need to worry about in the future.  We need to ensure that we're working together to harness that knowledge for the best possible outcome.  So guidance from our military leaders should be sought, in my opinion.  With that insight, the Congress can move forward rapidly.

13.  Is the public ever likely to receive full disclosure regarding this issue?

Answer:  The first priority is to halt additional harm to our friends, neighbors, and family members from occurring.  Of course, Americans as a whole will hope for disclosure at some point that will allow us to understand the full context of the harm we suffered as a nation due to these heartbreaking attacks.

14.  Will we ever know who we have to thank within the Pentagon for taking this stand?

Answer:  I hope we do.  The whole nation would wish to acknowledge the sound decision-making on the part of our military leadership regarding this critical matter.

15.  Thank you for speaking with us this evening.

Answer:  You are most welcome.
