My Third Novel's Conclusion, My Heartbreak

My heart begins to break when I think about completing this particular book -- because this narrative has sustained me like no other story I've known. It's both more personal and more universal than my other works. But beyond memory and archetype, it's a cri-de-coeur about needing to become the person one is destined to be. And in the writing, I have met my own life's work, my own fated journey -- having the sense all the while that the pages are suffused with a resonance, an energy, an electrified field that defies explanation. Writers hope and pray to be overtaken by a work in this way -- to be conscripted into passionate service of a profound story. To experience it even once in a lifetime seems a great privilege. I still have several months before this novel is complete, and this constitutes my reprieve. Because I'm not ready for the beauty to end.

Request for Injunctive Relief Re: Alleged Plans for Increased Aggression from Acting Attorney General Todd Blanche

1.  It has been suggested that the departure of Attorney General Pam Bondi was timed to coincide with an Executive Order prohibiting the release of investigative reports to you, as required by the Supreme Court.  Is this your understanding?

Answer:  Yes, it is.

2.  The FBI is also alleging that an Executive Order has been extended which specifically calls for your arrest on false charges.  Is that so?

Answer:  The agency appears to be making this claim.

3.  What about threats of sexual harassment, sexual assault, kidnapping and/or first degree murder that have also reportedly been authorized at the highest level?  Are those plans meant to apply to you?

Answer:  This is what the FBI appears to suggest, yes.  It is important for me to document that I have not received independent verification of any of the threats mentioned here.

4.  Have you received any settlements associated with your case?

Answer:  None.

5.  Have you received any assets associated with settlements awarded to you?

Answer:  None.

6.  Have you received any direct communication about awards extended to you in the adjudication of your case?

Answer:  None.

7.  Is it possible that there is an intention on the part of the FBI to use Executive Orders to take the lives of your entire family during a period in which there is an Acting Attorney General, previously the President's personal attorney, who has been provided with immunity from prosecution regarding illegal and unconstitutional acts relating to your case?

Answer:  Yes, this tactic is entirely possible.  This would represent a highly opportunistic plan, and this type of high level personnel change is often something the FBI and its affiliates aggressively exploit.

8.  Was Attorney General Pam Bondi holding the line regarding upholding the Supreme Court's determination that investigative reports should be released to you?

Answer:  I believe she was, yes.  She possessed immunity from prosecution in this matter, but she likely was unwilling to violate the Constitution by ignoring the Supreme Court ruling regarding the release of information.

9.  What about Acting Attorney General Todd Blanche?  Will he have any compunctions about violating the Constitution in the interests of wrongfully profiteering from your case, to the detriment of the American people?

Answer:  I think some people are concerned about their place in history, because they recognize that the truth of their conduct may rise into public view.  So over and above individual ethics and professional boundaries, the manner in which certain officials are shaping the history of the United States is now becoming one of urgent importance.

10.  Is the FBI, along with its affiliates, effectively advancing a Russian agenda in influencing governance within the United States at this time?

Answer:  It appears to be doing exactly this, much to our detriment.

11.  And do you believe that the FBI and its affiliates are directing the Executive Branch with regard to the timing of Executive Orders, high level personnel changes, etc.

Answer:  I do think the tail is wagging the dog in this period of time, yes.  We appear to have lost sovereignty within our elected government.  The FBI does not want to be held accountable to the Supreme Court, the Department of Justice, the American public, the United States Congress, or anyone else.  So, I expect that the agency is dictating the manner in which this case is currently being handled, including directing Executive Orders that appear to be originating with the President.

12.  If this is true, then we have a corruption problem in which FBI personnel are directly profiteering from their own crimes against you and your family.

Answer:  Yes.  That problem appears to be front and center right now.

13.  In the past, when the FBI has been caught in this level of corruption, they have resorted to heightened aggression, haven't they?

Answer:  There are many instances in which this has been the case, yes.  The FBI appears to believe that all of its problems can be solved by targeted assassinations toward the honorable public within the United States and elsewhere.

14.  What are the odds that Vladimir Putin and other foreign adversaries may be profiteering from the raiding of awards extended to you, and the U.S. National Treasury as a whole?

Answer:  One hundred percent, in my opinion.

15.  What is the appropriate response from the United States?

Answer:  I would suggest that the Supreme Court prevent any and all decisions from the DOJ pertaining to this case during the period of time in which an Acting Attorney General is standing in for a permanently appointed official in this critical role.  If it is possible to file a request for injunctive relief safeguarding my family members and myself while ensuring the preservation of awards in this case, that would be highly appropriate.  Recent physical harms, which I will delineate for the OIG Hotline in detail, should be reversed in their entirety.

Next, I would ask the United States Congress to prioritize confirmation of a candidate for Attorney General who will be bound by the requirements of the Constitution in defending the interests of national security, even when those determinations may oppose the Executive Branch.

Further, I would request that the Executive Branch withdraw any and all Executive Orders that would violate the Supreme Court's rulings in this case, that would place my loved ones or myself in jeopardy in any context, that would support the proliferation of knowingly falsified law enforcement reporting within the United States or spurious investigative efforts within the Department of Justice, that would wrongfully place my records into the public sphere without my participation or consent, or that would wrongfully implicate my family members or myself of wrongdoing.

Outreach from an honorable intermediary needs now to occur, and I ask that this initiative be prioritized on an urgent basis.

16.  You see the departure of Attorney General Pam Bondi as an ominous sign that you and your family members could experience greatly heightened risks to your safety and security.

Answer:  Decidedly so.

17.  Thank you for speaking with us this afternoon.

Answer:  You are most welcome.

18.  Please keep in close communication with us, given the circumstances at hand.

Answer:  I will, of course.
