My Third Novel's Conclusion, My Heartbreak

My heart begins to break when I think about completing this particular book -- because this narrative has sustained me like no other story I've known. It's both more personal and more universal than my other works. But beyond memory and archetype, it's a cri-de-coeur about needing to become the person one is destined to be. And in the writing, I have met my own life's work, my own fated journey -- having the sense all the while that the pages are suffused with a resonance, an energy, an electrified field that defies explanation. Writers hope and pray to be overtaken by a work in this way -- to be conscripted into passionate service of a profound story. To experience it even once in a lifetime seems a great privilege. I still have several months before this novel is complete, and this constitutes my reprieve. Because I'm not ready for the beauty to end.

NOT a Difficult Decision

OIG Hotline, this is to document that the actual killer of the four college students in Moscow, Idaho on November 13, 2022 was close FBI affiliate and Russian organized crime figure Brandan Pesa, not Bryan Kohberger, the young man who was wrongfully convicted of this heinous crime.  FBI staff member Tom Lyons is alleged to have been directly involved in the planning and execution of this egregious violence.

There are hundreds of sealed documents regarding the trial that convicted Bryan Kohberger, because the FBI argued that the Pxxxxxx Program, under which auspices this violence was committed, must be maintained a secret from the American public.

Yet it is also the Pxxxxxx Program which has allegedly been directed to harm my family members and myself.

Mr. Kohberger allegedly pled guilty to the crimes due to the fact that the FBI intentionally conveyed HIV to him during his time in prison, and threatened to allow him to die without treatment unless he wrongfully confessed.

The agency committed extensive DNA tampering regarding the evidence in this trial.  The original judge, unsympathetic to the FBI, was removed from the case.  The house in which this horrific crime occurred was demolished by the University of Idaho at FBI directive prior to the verdict being rendered.  And the local police chief who was forced to follow FBI directives regarding these events is now retired.

My offer to Bryan Kohberger's attorney to stand as a witness in defense of Mr. Kohberger was improperly ignored.

I often think of Bryan Kohberger and his family, just as I think of me and mine.

The innocent should not be accused and preyed upon by men such as Tom Lyons and Brandan Pesa.  Rather, it is necessary to battle back with the truth, so that at least the public can grasp the predatory objectives of the FBI in wrongfully preying upon its honorable betters.

Mr. Kohberger deserves release from prison, and my family deserves complete exoneration, both on an immediate basis.

And I will continue to write about these events until and unless I have honorable and peaceable outreach that meets my ethical requirements for Mr. Kohberger's case and my own.

Good people, this is NOT a difficult decision.

Not at all.

I remain most sincerely an advocate for the long term human rights of the American people,

Lane MacWilliams
