1. A politician recently stated, apparently with regard to your case, that "the rules are the same for everybody." May I please have your response to this assertion?
Answer: First of all, I don't know the context in which this statement was made. But obviously, the rules are not the same for everyone. Ask Bryan Kohberger if the rules are the same for everyone. Ask the Central Park Five if the rules are the same for everyone. Ask any person who has been wrongfully convicted based on false DNA evidence if the rules are the same for everyone. And keep in mind, while you're at it, that those who have wrongfully framed the innocent in these cases have immunity from prosecution.
The corrupt law enforcement officials involved have never been formally punished for lying to a court, and they never will be criminally prosecuted.
So, the assertion that the rules are the same for everybody is patently false. And my work over the past eight years in opposing knowingly falsified law enforcement reporting has focused on the fact that we cannot expect to have a worthy nation emerge in the future from "rules" which allow wayward law enforcement officials to lie with impunity against the rest of us.
2. What about the FBI's argument that the climate crisis is now so severe that law enforcement officials need to lie about the public in order to justify certain Draconian solutions to the pressures on the environment?
Answer: It's no longer lawful for the public to comment on this subject directly. But I need to repeat that the FBI does not need falsified law enforcement reporting to achieve its mission and objectives.
The agency wants falsified law enforcement reporting in order to manifest totalitarian control over the American public in perpetuity; but it doesn't need this stratagem, and our government should not be allowing it.
There is no plan to sunset these programs.
And now, people are talking about maintaining data centers, which serve to create, aggregate, and disseminate this false reporting, as satellites, separate and apart from any human access or accountability on Earth.
So, this is a disaster in the making, clearly.
The notion that human beings will not lose control of AI-generated false reporting in all of its forms is starkly delusional.
For humanity, this will mean that to ask certain questions is completely forbidden, to challenge certain authority, especially unjust authority, will be punishable by death with no due process, and to be intelligent and expressive will translate to a survival disadvantage.
Without change, we will see a dramatic diminishment of human potential across the board.
3. You do not ascribe to the FBI's belief that the "ends justify the means" when it comes to false reporting in the law enforcement sphere?
Answer: Absolutely not. Behind closed doors, everyone needs to be acknowledging that the FBI represents unjust authority, and further, that the agency should be decommissioned as soon as it is possible, given certain requirements.
As proof of this assertion, the FBI recently committed High Treason in deploying fades against virtually all national elected and appointed leaders in the United States.
So, in the middle term, the FBI will have to go.
4. There will be no way for the government to negotiate with the FBI?
Answer: You cannot negotiate with someone who wants your life.
The FBI wants the life of the United States. It stands firmly opposed to our national sovereignty.
So, no. The agency will have to be decommissioned at the earliest possible point. This is not in debate, and I don't believe our leaders have any doubt about this necessity.
5. What about the individuals within the FBI who have falsely accused you and your family members of their own crimes?
Answer: These are serial killers who have been elevated to a position of authority. And I just need to express that, if our government will tolerate this, the American people will not. This isn't a difference of opinion or heartfelt beliefs or philosophical divergence. This is a question of murderers in the FBI blaming the innocent for their own predatory conduct.
That's wrong. It was wrong yesterday, it's wrong today, and it's still going to be wrong tomorrow.
6. Why hasn't the government been able to rein in these perpetrators within the FBI and associated with the FBI?
Answer: Because no one wants his or her children to suffer rape, trafficking, torture, shock treatment, near-drowning, drug overdose, brain damage, forced conscription, sovereignty violations, and more, like my children have suffered at the hands of the FBI and its affiliate agencies. That's why.
7. Yet you are naming those men who have tortured your family, because you feel there is no other way forward.
Answer: When you reach the point at which the FBI is obtaining wrongful convictions through concealed court proceedings against your family members and yourself based on fake DNA evidence, it's time to name the names. You cannot protect the serial killers who are endeavoring to murder your whole family for profit.
And an ethical person cannot keep silent regarding the FBI's wrongful prosecutions in the past.
You just reach a moment at which the very foundations of your personhood are on the line.
At that point, you need to take charge where others have failed.
8. What do Tom Lyons and his close affiliates need to do at this time?
Answer: Acknowledge that they lied from the beginning of this case and appoint an honorable intermediary to begin a lifelong apology.
9. You have said that the appropriate word for your response to years of false reporting by the FBI is outrage.
Answer: Outrage, righteous indignation, deep spiritual offense -- all of these words apply.
And the entire American public is going to be experiencing them alongside me, I assure you.
10. You are insisting that the FBI meet your ethical standards regarding your case and that of others as well.
Answer: That is correct.
11. Do you require complete exoneration regarding your family members and yourself?
Answer: I do. And I also require my family members' honorable discharge from all government programs.
12. Are you also asking for the resolution of other cases to your satisfaction?
Answer: Yes, this is necessary. We cannot tolerate the endurance of injustice.
13. Assuming Tom Lyons acknowledges his lies about you and your family members, what will happen to him?
Answer: The OIG Hotline should ensure that every penny he stole throughout this case comes back to my account, as well as assessing astronomical liabilities to others involved in this scheme of false reporting.
The question of his freedom is another matter, related to treasonous crimes against the nation as a whole.
14. Is there any excuse for the gratuitous harm this man has caused to your family?
Answer: None. He has caused us incalculable, intentional, needless, reckless, and irretrievable harm. There is no justification whatsoever.
15. What about those within the government who have said that your family is an "acceptable sacrifice" for their own welfare?
Answer: Well, this is always what it comes down to with those who argue that "the ends justify the means." What they really mean is that their gain justifies the public's suffering. And ultimately, when an FBI official stakes his entire career and reputation on lying about the most serious crimes possible, he has a conflict of interest in arguing that the silencing of his victims serves some "greater good" than that of his own enrichment, entitlement, and impunity.
Do you know how you can tell who is virtuous in a situation like this?
The virtuous person is saying, meet me in an open courtroom and let's have this discussion in the full view of the American public.
Liars do not want that outcome, and, in fact, they will go to murderous lengths to prevent it.
16. Could Tom Lyons meet you in an open courtroom?
Answer: The man would never have the courage to do so, in my opinion.
Could he be dragged there against his will by a civil suit regarding his astronomical liability to me? That's possible.
17. You are not willing to have your beloved parents, or any other family members, wrongfully blamed by the FBI.
Answer: I am not.
18. Given that your sons were wrongfully conscripted into the Pxxxxxx Program, does the Pxxxxxx Program often sacrifice its own people?
Answer: All the time. In fact, everyone conscripted into the Pxxxxxx Program is slated for death after a certain point. The FBI simply doesn't want anyone left to tell the tale. It's too monstrous a story, and government agencies wish to preserve their reputations in a historical context.
19. What is your response when the FBI claims that your sons have to die because they "know too much"?
Answer: Did the agency ask my permission for this conclusion, or is this a thought they are trying to think on their own, without adult supervision?
The FBI should not be trying to make any further decisions about my family members. They have proven their judgment to be abysmal. We don't need any further demonstrations of that fact.
20. What about the argument that you should not be naming Tom Lyons as your accuser?
Answer: He freely gave me his business card at a public meeting. Why does Tom Lyons have the right to falsely accuse me of the most heinous crimes, yet exert wrongful authority to prevent my robust self-defense? The Constitution says that I have the right to face my accuser in a court of law. Bring it on. This man either needs to face me through due process, knowing that I will reveal all I know about his crimes, or he needs to concede defeat at this juncture regarding his lies -- one or the other.
21. What should happen to your properties, given the alleged crimes of Tom Lyons and the FBI against you and your family members?
Answer: That's up to the Congress and the DOJ, keeping in mind that the FBI should not be allowed to impoverish a human rights advocate through predatory acts.
22. Has the FBI ceased trying to cause you harm within your apartment building, Aura apartments, at this time?
Answer: My apartment appeared to have been wrongfully entered yesterday afternoon, so, no, the FBI has not yet understood its position regarding my safety and security.
23. Will you please keep in close contact with us, given these astonishing circumstances?
Answer: Of course, yes.
24. Thank you for speaking with us this afternoon.
Answer: You are most welcome.
