1. The FBI appears to allege that it took falsified DNA evidence to a court setting in order to wrongfully implicate your parents or other family members of violent acts connected to your Cape Cod property. May I please know your response?
Answer: The problem of knowingly falsified DNA evidence is very substantive for our nation if we hope to rescue Americans' sovereignty from the clutches of the FBI and its corrupt affiliates.
Without a thorough addressal of this issue, the FBI can wrongfully blame anyone of any crime at any point, and get away with punishing further victims of its programs of knowingly falsified law enforcement reporting by projecting blame for the agency's own crimes.
We cannot have freedom if we allow the Tom Lyonses and Brandan Pesas of the world to get away with this criminal conduct.
It's as simple as that.
2. In allowing the FBI to concoct knowingly false DNA evidence, are we allowing the worst Americans to prey upon the best?
Answer: Very often, we are.
The problem right now is that the FBI has immunity from prosecution for lying about the honorable citizenry.
So, there is no punishment for these men, even when it is later publicly proven that they accused innocent people of the most heinous crimes imaginable.
3. What is justice in that case?
Answer: Naming the names publicly. These individuals hate public exposure of their atrocities. So, the only defense the public currently has is the truth writ large, on billboards, metaphoric and actual.
4. What about the allegations that Brandan Pesa is the actual murderer of the four Moscow, Idaho college students, and that the DNA evidence in the trial of Bryan Kohberger was heavily falsified?
Answer: The public deserves to see the sealed records in that trial, because they delineate the entire debacle.
The American people deserve to send their beloved children off to college without having them murdered in their beds by a government program at the cost of taxpayers' dollars.
That's exactly what happened in this case, and it is utterly unconscionable.
5. Why did Bryan Kohberger plead guilty?
Answer: Because the FBI allegedly conveyed HIV to him in prison, and then threatened to withhold all medical treatment for him. This was pure coercion, nothing less.
6. Should Bryan Kohberger now be freed?
Answer: As soon as the FBI can run its little legs down to the prison, yes. Unquestionably. Yes.
7. And what should happen to Brandan Pesa, the real killer in this case? What should happen to Tom Lyons and his FBI colleagues, who allegedly facilitated this entire crime?
Answer: That's a highly important question, because these two men are still accusing the innocent of their worst acts. We can see them doing the same thing in my case. The only difference is that now, they have been personally enriched by corruption in my case to the degree that they can extend much more substantive bribes to those involved in all aspects of the judicial process, including to those working in the "dirty labs" they have so recently gloated over.
What should happen to people who take delight in defaming, harming, torturing and killing the innocent?
To be clear, these are people who are perpetrating sadistic and gratuitous harm against the public because that process is entertaining and profitable for them.
So, we need to ask the public what should happen to individuals who have wielded badges and the public trust in such egregious, appalling, and unforgivable ways.
And this is the open disclosure and the request for public involvement that now needs to occur.
8. You do not accept the FBI's suggestion of resolution of its alleged capital crimes through the purported blaming of one or both of your parents?
Answer: Absolutely not.
If we accept lies about our honorable parents, living or deceased, we also accept lies about the present, lies about all those we loved or ever will love, and lies about any future we could hope to manifest.
If Tom Lyons wants to lie about my honorable parents instead of acknowledging his own criminal conduct against my family, I will expose him from here until the end of time.
This isn't a negotiation. This isn't a dialogue, This isn't a "he-said, she-said."
This is a question of truth versus lies, honor versus calumny, integrity versus predation.
The two sides are not equal. They're not close. They've not both making reasonable points.
No.
Tom Lyons and Brandan Pesa must be severely rebuked by anyone who loves this country, loves our children, and loves the potential we possess for the preservation of our highest human potential.
9. You sound indignant over the ongoing defamation perpetrated by these men.
Answer: I am indignant. And I think the American people will be indignant as well, along with alarmed, outraged, and deeply offended.
10. What about the allegations that the FBI is persisting in presenting knowingly false evidence against your family in court settings so that it can realize a vast payday by misappropriating awards in your name?
Answer: That attempt must be resoundingly, unanimously, and decisively halted, and on an immediate basis.
I simply will not accept this conduct, and neither will the country as a whole.
10. What role does President Trump have to play in this latest sequence of events?
Answer: A kleptocracy requires kleptocrats, and right now he is the chief offender. If he cares about his legacy, he will call a halt to these historic and indelible abuses of power, and that turnaround in attitude and conduct is what I want to see from our President.
11. You are insisting that all funds stolen from your case be returned to your account, to be placed in a foundation for the preservation of Americans' long term sovereignty.
Answer: Immediately.
12. You are not interested in waiting for further falsified law enforcement reporting from Tom Lyons and Brandan Pesa?
Answer: No way. I want to see that the United States government can function to the degree that sadistic serial killers are publicly repudiated. If it cannot do that, the American public will remind the government why the fundamental principles of benevolence and trust are necessary.
13. To be clear, you have received no outreach about your case from the government whatsoever?
Answer: That is exactly the case.
14. Are you waiting for honorable outreach regarding this matter?
Answer: Emphatically so.
15. Will you please keep in close contact with us, given the FBI's ongoing threats of kidnapping, coercion, false witness statements, false DNA evidence and other crimes against your family?
Answer: I certainly will.
16. Thank you for speaking with us this afternoon.
Answer: You are most welcome.
Lane MacWilliams
