OIG Hotline, as citizens of the United States, we are dependent upon the upholding of the Constitution in defense of our human rights and civil liberties on a daily basis.
Further, our sovereignty as a nation is dependent upon our leaders' willingness to disclose to the public any and all conflicts of interest or foreign influences that might violate their oaths of office or implicit and explicit guarantees to serve the well-being of members of the American public.
Unfortunately, as a nation, we have come late to the understanding that our rights are dependent upon the fulfillment of our responsibilities to environmental sustainability.
We have, through our levels of carbon emissions, overburdened the planet to unsustainable degree. Beyond this, our climate crisis is current, and not located in some future, indefinite time frame that cannot be known.
The American public remains largely uninformed about the true nature of our global crisis, as well as the outsized role the United States plays in that balance of consumption versus sustainability.
Our primary crisis is an existential one.
Our secondary crisis pertains to human sovereignty, now and in perpetuity.
Under these circumstances, the possibility of human rights violations on a mass scale within the United States is high and rising.
My assertion is that we require a re-approach to our current dilemma, one that allows for a peaceable attainment of sustainability and a new support for environmental stewardship that is innovative, prioritized, consistent, and shared.
If instead of this, we prioritize authoritarian rule, sustainability may be reached but only at immense cost to human sovereignty, higher values, and human potential in perpetuity.
Therefore I respectfully request the following:
In order to align all interests toward a peaceable approach to resolution of our current crises, I hereby designate an allotment of 500 billion dollars for the support of the prosecution of human rights crimes against United States citizens within the context of universal jurisdiction, those countries asserting universal jurisdiction in this matter, and/or the International Criminal Court. I further request that financial crimes against the American public in the form of misappropriations from the Foundation and related accounts, or receipt of funds derived from such proceedings, whether adjudicated through the DOJ or other agencies, be supported through adjudication within proceedings asserting universal jurisdiction, and/or the International Criminal Court.
Human rights crimes against my family members and/or me may be adjudicated or re-adjudicated within the context of universal jurisdiction with proceeds to be deposited into the Foundation I have specified for the preservation of American sovereignty. In the event of my demise, my unlimited consent to such prosecution is assumed to be granted in perpetuity.
With regard to financial crimes, the prosecution of which should be immediate, I ask the following: if misappropriated funds have been promptly returned to the Foundation, I ask that adjudication be foregone, but only in the event of my survival.
Financial judgements against defendants under the auspices of universal jurisdiction should be deposited into the Foundation I have specified for the preservation of the sovereignty of the United States.
All information pertaining to adjudication of my case within the context of universal jurisdiction should be added to the full documentation regarding my case.
The emphasis should be twofold:
1. Americans deserve to understand their actual history, and impartial adjudication can establish that history in a way that is sometimes imperiled in a domestic context alone.
To quote Stephen Macedo from Universal Jurisdiction, "These are often crimes of state: crimes committed by public officials claiming to be acting in an official capacity, to protect and preserve national security, or to punish enemies of the nation or the state.
"Persons accused of serious crimes under international law may try to evade arrest and prosecution by fleeing the jurisdiction where the crime was committed. The states in which heinous mass crimes occur are often subject to ongoing instability. Despots charged with crimes may hand power to compliant cronies or extort promises of immunity as the price of ceding authority."
2. Further, foreign dictators and others who have committed crimes against United States sovereignty and/or citizens may not be readily accessible to adjudication within the United States if our sovereignty has been sufficiently injured.
This initiative is not intended to render sustainability unreachable or to undermine efforts to establish balance with the global environment.
Rather, it is intended to convey the message to each and every American, from our highest elected officials to our valued leaders in the military to our upheld members of the American pubic, as well as to each and every foreign leader making decisions that affect the sovereignty of Americans, that there is accountability for one's actions in the context of universal jurisdiction, and that this accountability must be assured. Our legacies should reflect the truth of our conduct, personally and professionally, and worthy nations ensure that these factual records are upheld in every measure.
Beyond this, it is intended to align the interests of all Americans in striving now to re-approach our current crises from a better vantage point, one that allows the United States to retain its sovereignty, its territorial integrity, and the human rights of its citizens, while also accepting a leadership position with regard to concerns of global sustainability on which our sovereignty relies. Our potential as a nation and as a people are dependent upon this altered course. We should all be striving together to manifest it.
Thank you for allowing me to extend this allocation of funds from the Foundation I have specified for the preservation of Americans' long term sovereignty.
