Three Hostages Whose Freedom Is Delayed

 1.  Your children are apparently not being allowed to provide you with documentation guaranteeing their retirement from all government programs -- this by order of the President, allegedly.  What is your response to this decision?

Answer:  It is unacceptable.

2.  The President seems to be fearful of the truth your children might disclose regarding their torture and harm at the hands of their agencies under this administration.  Is that correct?

Answer:  That does seem to be the case.

3.  Does the President still have your children and daughter-in-law on an assassination list?

Answer:  The FBI appears to allege that this is the case, yes.

4.  Do you believe that they are at substantive risk of being further harmed because their agencies and this administration are so afraid that they might talk openly about the astonishing harms they have suffered?

Answer:  Oh, yes.  The FBI hates loose ends.  In general, the agency tries quite consistently to murder its detractors.  

5.  It is reported that the FBI and its affiliate agencies provided your children and daughter-in-law with settlements today, but have not involved you in ensuring that those funds will be protected from incursions by the very predators who have harmed them in the first place.

Answer:  Yes, that's correct.  I have no involvement in any payouts to my children at this point.  My own conditions for provisions to be made to my children have not yet been met.  

Their handlers are instructing them not to sign guarantees of no further involvement in government programs.  And this signals clearly that they are not retired and the government will not let them go.

6.  Do you view your sons and daughter-in-law as hostages to the Trump administration at this point?

Answer:  One hundred percent.  Their communications devices are still in place.  They can be raped, trafficked, or tortured at will, and they have no recourse.

7.  What are the chances that the FBI will honor commitments to the DOJ not to further harm your children and daughter-in-law?

Answer:  Zero.

8.  You have no trust in the FBI and its affiliate agencies to prioritize the safety of your children.

Answer:  My children have been tortured by the FBI.  The men responsible, whose names I know, have not been held to account.  So, no, trust is long gone.

9.  How safe is it for you to be together with your children at this point?

Answer:  Demonstrably unsafe.  On Saturday, my older son brought multiple fxxx deployments into my home at the directive of his handler, with predictably harmful results within 24 hours.  

10.  Could those particular harms result in the loss of your life?

Answer:  Easily.  I have been receiving daily threats from the FBI of massive coronary infarction or rapid cortical volume loss due to this one deployment alone.

11.  What narrative is your older son's handler pushing at this point?

Answer:  He's trying to push psychosis, paranoia, or delusional thought disorder in the context of bipolar illness, perhaps with a little depression or anxiety thrown in.  This is just a DSM IV grab bag for the FBI.  They will allege anything and everything they can.

12.  Do you suffer from any mental illness whatsoever?

Answer:  I do not.

13.  Is your son's medical care for illnesses caused by the FBI dependent on his false allegations in this realm?

Answer:  My son seems quite desperate and illogical about this issue, extending assertions as non sequiturs in the middle of a conversation.  Basically, he seems to be suggesting that anyone who has ever heard of the FBI or malfeasance by the FBI is suffering from mental illness.

14.  What do you make of this stratagem?

Answer:  You know, I think Txx Lxxxx is in trouble, and he sees a false assertion of mental illness as the most likely route to get him out of it.

15.  The FBI would like to misappropriate funds awarded in your name and connected to your identity, wouldn't it?

Answer:  I'm sure there are many people who would like to do so.

16.  In the meantime, what do you make of apparent FBI assertions that Delta Whistler Village Suites in British Columbia, Canada has been pressed by the FBI to work up a false series of statements regarding alleged crimes that occurred in the hotel or in the town of Whistler, BC?

Answer:  You know, the manager of the Hotel stated in writing that all guests and staff had found my time there utterly honorable and lawful in every regard.  Is the FBI capable of working up a set of false allegations well after my departure from the Hotel?

I have no doubt that this would be possible.  I did leave items in storage with the Bell Cap, and a portion of these were ultimately thrown away.  

Further, the FBI seems to be encouraging me to return to Canada, which would correspond to a false set of allegations there, if they exist.

17.  What would the FBI try to do with a false set of allegations in Canada?

Answer:  Well, they consistently take false allegations to a judge, whether in the United States or in Canada, and they endeavor to come away with a sentence of capital punishment.

18.  Without a defendant's being present to defend him- or herself?

Answer:  Absolutely.  

19.  Is this what Txx Lxxxx is now attempting to do?

Answer:  He may have already accomplished this, given the daily encouragement I am receiving to travel to Canada.  So, there may now be a necessity to appeal these wrongful proceedings dictated by Txx Lxxxx in the first place.

20.  Do you know to what Canadian authority you would appeal for assistance?

Answer:  No idea, and I would ask the OIG Hotline to advance an appeal on my behalf.

21.  What are the odds that your life could be taken on a trip to Canada under the circumstances of a false conviction?

Answer:  Oh, they're quite high.  There was an attempt on my life on July 19, 2025 while I was in Canada at a dog park with my two puppies, for instance.  A woman and a man who had traveled to Whistler from Montreal, three thousand miles distant, and South America, coordinated a very serious assault as part of the Pxxxxxx Program.

22.  How severe was the trauma?

Answer:  It caused me to suffer a heart attack, a concussion, and pleural effusion, so the circumstances were extremely serious.

I would take pains to clarify that the Canadian government did not seem to be apprised of this assault ahead of time.

Rather, it seemed to represent a sovereignty violation toward Canada.

23.  What was the motivation for that assault on the part of the FBI and its affiliates?

Answer:  Oh, it was purely financial.  The FBI and its affiliates wanted to profiteer from my demise.  It's as simply as that.

24.  And all the false reporting perpetrated by Txx Lxxxx and others was intended to wrongfully justify this assault?

Answer:  Yes, it was.

25.  Was Txx Lxxxx attempting to perpetrate yet further false reporting during your stay in Canada?

Answer:  It certainly seemed so.  There was a three year old standing in the hallway alone outside my suite for several minutes after 10:00 PM at night on one occasion.  (I did not open my door, but reported the incident to the Hotel.). On another occasion someone had entered my hotel suite and placed a child's hair band on the floor, an incident I also immediately reported to the hotel involved, which was not Delta Whistler Village Suites.  But these incidents were extremely unsettling, given my knowledge of the ways in which the FBI plants evidence and manipulates disinformation.

26.  Do you have the impression that Txx Lxxxx might be attempting to falsely implicate you wherever you go in an effort to exonerate himself from crimes he allegedly directed or committed at one or more of your properties?

Answer:  Yes, I think he is persisting because he doesn't see any other way forward for himself.  If he is proven to be a liar (and for the record, I think this has already happened), he will suffer career penalties at the very least.

The unspoken rule within the FBI is that personnel can break any law in existence, but they cannot get caught.

27.  How can Txx Lxxxx back out of this trap of false reporting by which he is apparently snared?

Answer:  There is a rumor that he is endeavoring to blame my honorable parents for his crimes, which I will not accept.

What can he do to move beyond this impasse of his own false reporting by which he is trapped?

If he is not courageous enough to assume responsibility, he can state that there was unlawful access to the property during my family's absence, which is true.

But all attempts to blame my family members or me must be abandoned.

And I don't want to be hearing any other allegations along this line ever again.  

My sons and daughter-in-law need to be exempted from all future participation in government programs of any kind whatsoever.

And I should have outreach which allows resolution to my standards regarding this case to date.

28.  Those concerns include most immediately your requirement that your sons and daughter-in-law retire from all government programs and lawfully guarantee that they will not participate in the future.  Is that correct?

Answer:  It most certainly is.

29.  Will you please keep us apprised of how your family is managing?

Answer:  I certainly will.

Request for Support with Documentation

 OIG Hotline, I can only proceed with provisions to my sons, daughter-in-law and brother if each of them individually confirms that they will no longer participate in any government programs whatsoever.

To do otherwise would be to allow conflict of interest in my case, which I expressly prohibit.

Having said that, it is considered a felony for my sons, daughter-in-law, or brother to acknowledge that they have been involved in government programs heretofore.

As a result, I suggest the following language in their documentation to be provided to me:

I, (named individual), hereby formally and legally decline any and all current and/or future participation in any government programs and government contractor programs whatsoever, thereby permanently excusing me from receiving, acknowledging, or agreeing to any assignments or commands from any individual who is affiliated with government agencies, initiatives, training programs, transportation programs, elected officials, appointed officials, law enforcement personnel, national security personnel or the military of the United States of any other nation whatsoever.

This legal commitment is to be considered permanent, binding, and effective immediately.

Today, my older son's handler appeared desperate when he directed my son to utter declarations like "If you loved me, you would not be asking me to sign anything!"

These sound like the protestations of a young child, and they are certainly not originating from my older son himself.

The FBI and its affiliates created unconscionable conflict of interest when they forcibly recruited my relatives and loved ones in the first place, intending all the while to coerce false witness statements from them.

Now, my task is to undo a portion of that astonishing and ongoing harm toward my family.

I will appreciate your Office's support in this regard.

It is obvious that only a person with extensive conflict of interest would decline to sign a binding agreement preventing future conflict of interest.

Yet, my relatives cannot free themselves from this tautological trap that prevents them from acknowledging their plight.

Is your Office able to instruct the FBI and its affiliates to cease and desist in their obstruction of my sons', daughter-in-law's and brother's binding refusal to participate in government programs and government contractor programs now and in the future?

I will be able to contribute in a much more focused way to the nation if I am not worrying about the rape, trafficking and torture of my loved ones.

Accordingly, I respectfully request your urgent assistance in permitting my loved ones' resignations to proceed, thus allowing their recoveries to commence.

Preserving America's Jewel in the Crown

 The National Parks are America's jewel in the crown.  They are a national treasure owned by the American people, and one we ought not to relinquish, abandon, or forsake.  Their preservation and independence from the incursion of destructive land management retains for future generations the incalculable gifts of America's wilderness, a safeguarded frontier that we choose never to fully tame.  

Our National Parks lay claim to our sovereignty, both as a nation and as a people, in asserting that the fierce beauty of the country's landscape, like the fierce insistence of the American spirit, will not be readily undone.

Yet at the current time, there are pressures to defund America's National Parks, to remand their management to the states, which can ill afford their administrative requirements for conservation and sustenance, and, ultimately, to sell their mineral, oil, and grazing rights to the private interests of mining companies, energy conglomerates, and ranching interests, whose concerns are private profit, not environmental conservation.

Are America's National Parks a balance sheet, or are they an irreplaceable legacy consisting of a promise to the public, one without which our national character would be indisputably diminished?

I believe they are a promise -- a promise that we as Americans have made to one another.

And I like to keep my promises.

Accordingly, I extend to the Congress of the United States this challenge.

I hereby direct that a non-profit foundation dedicated to the preservation of the National Parks of the United States be created, and I further ask that it be utilized to ensure the preservation and expansion of our National Parks in perpetuity.

The formation of this foundation is contingent upon Congress' yearly public commitment that our National Parks will not be remanded to the states, neglected, abandoned, sold in part or in full, or exploited for non-renewable natural resources.

Not more than five percent of the endowment of the foundation is to be spent in any calendar year on the historic goals of the National Parks, unless valuable acquisitions on which the Board agrees can be added to the National Park system in perpetuity.

Operating costs plus acquisitions should not exceed ten percent of the total value of the endowment in any calendar year.

The foundation is encouraged to invest in non-dollar assets at this time in recognition of inflationary pressures.

The DoD is to be prohibited from constructing any facilities on National Park land, whether above ground or underground, by agreement with Congress, given the risk that these facilities could be utilized by foreign interests, thus contradicting the intention of the National Parks.

The goals of the foundation are to keep the National Parks fully staffed and operational, safe, conserved, open to the public throughout the year, with protection for wildlife, endangered species, unique ecosystems, freedom of related land, air, water, flora and fauna from pollution or contamination, preservation of wildlife corridors, and prevention of widespread wildfire destruction of National Park territory, in addition to expansion of the National Park system through the acquisition of contiguous and non-contiguous lands.

Those charities which should have governing Board positions on the foundation include The Environmental Defense Fund, The Sierra Club, the Nature Conservancy,  the National Parks Conservation Association, the World Wildlife Fund and the Natural Resources Defense Council.

In addition, I would like to assume a seat on the governing Board as president, as I would wish to consider general Board positions in relation to other causes I have funded.

In order to ensure adequate funding for the preservation of the National Parks in perpetuity, as well as to allow their expansion over time, the foundation should be funded with 200 billion dollars from awards extended in my name or affiliated with my identity through my case under the auspices of the OIG Hotline of the U.S. Department of Justice.

Taxes should not apply to the establishment of this non-profit foundation, as they should not apply to the establishment of the non-profit foundation I have specified for the research and development of fusion energy applications for the United States.

Accordingly, I would ask that any attempt to tax the establishment of these foundations be challenged in court.  (Similarly, taxes relating to my gifts to the Smithsonian Institution and PBS should be minimized by all, with the understanding that assessments will be rendered public.)

However, necessary fees for the establishment of this foundation may be drawn conservatively from the foundation's initial assets, ensuring that any such fees are assessed and accounted for publicly in a yearly report and in documentation provided to the Smithsonian Institution pertaining to full records of my case before the Supreme Court.

With the establishment of this foundation intended to ensure the preservation and expansion of the National Parks of the United States, the Congress is assured that conservation efforts regarding America's wilderness and wildlife can endure in perpetuity as a promise to the American people that will never be abandoned.

I will be communicating with the organizations identified above in order to inform them of this allocation, and will forward this documentation to your Office.

I look forward to further communication from the DOJ concerning this commitment to the preservation of America's magnificent gifts to the American public as manifested by the National Parks.

Renewed Coercion of a Young Man by the FBI

OIG Hotline, I regret to inform you that my older son xxxxxx agreed to transfer multiple fxxxx into my Portola Valley residence yesterday, with this agreement being reached during what was intended to be his Settlers of Catan game through LxSxxxx.

In return for his cooperation, he was granted healthcare that had been withheld from him for a prolonged period of time by the FBI and its affiliates, even in the face of deadly illnesses the FBI caused him to contract.

Because of my son's choice in this regard, I have suffered renewed fxxx deployments.

As a direct result, several changes need to occur at this time:

1.  Please withhold from xxxxxx any and all access to funds gifted from my accounts until such time as all fxxxx are withdrawn from my family members, pets, my household, my family's vehicles and my own, and myself.

2.  Please withhold from both of my sons and my daughter-in-law any and all access to funds gifted from my accounts in the absence of their final resignations from all government programs, including the Pxxxxxx Program, to include my formal notification of these resignations.  My documentation should have made this requirement clear.

3.  Please note that I will inform my two sons and daughter-in-law that if they do not resign from all government programs on an immediate basis, with formal notification to me within 72 hours, my provision to them will be withdrawn.  The reason for this requirement is that the gap in time between my offer to assist them and their presumptive resignations has allowed their agencies ample opportunity to cause tremendous damage to my family.  This cannot be allowed.

Finally, I will observe that the clear intent with this deployment appears to have been an assault on my sovereignty, my cognitive health, and my cardiovascular health.

Given that I am advocating for the sovereignty of all Americans, the potential impact of this decision is substantial.

I request that all fxxx deployments be withdrawn from my family members, my pets, my household, my family's vehicles and my own, and myself as an urgent priority.

If all specified fxxxx are not withdrawn on an urgent basis, my concerns for the current decision-making for the nation as a whole will, quite understandably, deepen.

I will keep your Office informed of new developments regarding this circumstance.
