My Third Novel's Conclusion, My Heartbreak

My heart begins to break when I think about completing this particular book -- because this narrative has sustained me like no other story I've known. It's both more personal and more universal than my other works. But beyond memory and archetype, it's a cri-de-coeur about needing to become the person one is destined to be. And in the writing, I have met my own life's work, my own fated journey -- having the sense all the while that the pages are suffused with a resonance, an energy, an electrified field that defies explanation. Writers hope and pray to be overtaken by a work in this way -- to be conscripted into passionate service of a profound story. To experience it even once in a lifetime seems a great privilege. I still have several months before this novel is complete, and this constitutes my reprieve. Because I'm not ready for the beauty to end.

Sent at 5:38 PM Pacific time, with forwarding in the form of a complaint to the OIG Hotline at 6:07 PM Pacific time. Whether or not additional information is posted publicly regarding this matter depends in every way on the Court's conduct from this point.

Lauren and Diana, please see attached herewith the Notice of Dismissal form I provided to Diana this afternoon prior to 5:00 PM.

Diana, thank you for verifying that all is in order to dismiss this matter on an immediate basis.

I appreciate your ethical engagement with the closure of CV2026-xxxxx. Please ensure that no defamatory documentation is affiliated in any manner with my lawful and honorable filings with the Coconino County Superior Court. Because the FBI has a strong motivation to engage in defamatory conduct regarding this concern, the agency should be strictly prohibited from further obstruction of justice regarding my filing, in addition to any and all attempts to discredit its detractors through disinformation placed in the public sphere through court proceedings.

May I please have an update regarding whether the Honorable Judge has decided to vacate the June 23 hearing and the June 20 documents deadline?

I need sufficient advance notice in order to be able to address this matter appropriately.

In addition, may I please know whether the Honorable Judge has decided to grant my name change request based on amended documents provided to the Court last week, including the petition, my passport, social security card, driver's license, two powers of attorney documents, and two statements from my husband xxxxxxx x xxxxxxxxxxx?
