My Third Novel's Conclusion, My Heartbreak

My heart begins to break when I think about completing this particular book -- because this narrative has sustained me like no other story I've known. It's both more personal and more universal than my other works. But beyond memory and archetype, it's a cri-de-coeur about needing to become the person one is destined to be. And in the writing, I have met my own life's work, my own fated journey -- having the sense all the while that the pages are suffused with a resonance, an energy, an electrified field that defies explanation. Writers hope and pray to be overtaken by a work in this way -- to be conscripted into passionate service of a profound story. To experience it even once in a lifetime seems a great privilege. I still have several months before this novel is complete, and this constitutes my reprieve. Because I'm not ready for the beauty to end.

Do Obstructed Communications Reflect More Intended Profiteering By the FBI?

OIG Hotline, my attempts to forward my proxy form for the 2026 Gansett Trustee meeting are being blocked through gmail as of this writing.

At the same time, the FBI appears to suggest that this obstruction reflects an improper scheme by the agency to profiteer from wrongful claims that I am somehow mentally ill or otherwise unable to serve as a reliable testifier to events.

I have asked my husband and Trustee Jim Ware to provide the proxy form to Peter Jeffrey on an immediate basis.

But I am concerned about this line of approach by the FBI, certainly, as it suggests a level of dishonesty and unworthiness that are both committed and unrepentant.

Please consider this communication a complaint against any and all FBI affiliates who have filed, or will soon file, witness statements falsely asserting disability, mental illness or incompetence on my part.

In this case, it is necessary for FBI affiliates to comprehend their responsibilities to their neighbors when they consider accepting pay or bribes to falsely report about their community members, myself among them.

Thank you for following up rigorously regarding this matter.

Most sincerely,

Lane MacWilliams
