1. Would you like to reflect on your current security and that of your family as a whistleblower of FBI malfeasance and wrongdoing by the County of San Mateo? Do you feel safe at this time?
Answer: I do not feel safe at this time, unfortunately. Far right segments of the FBI and the County of San Mateo continue to engage in various schemes of physical harm, the latest appearing to involve the County, CableCom and PG&E.
2. Prior to that, you had asked the San Mateo Planning Office not to approve an MROSD project that would grant broad access to your property over a period of months in the summer and autumn of 2023. The applicant, Bryan Apple, had falsified his identity, and your argument was that, on that basis the application should be rejected as fraudulent.
Answer: That is correct.
3. What happened with that application?
Answer: The San Mateo County Planning Office granted it provisional approval, despite my communications.
4. What is your perspective on this choice?
Answer: The arson threats I have received pertaining to this project are quite specific. There is a giant downed redwood tree that bridges a dry creek bed from the Coal Creek Preserve to our property at that time of year, linking the worksite to our land. I have received detailed threats of an alleged "lightning strike" close to this location at the base of our property that would in truth be an instance of arson caused by FBI affiliates the Air Force HotShots. It is alleged that the Woodside Fire Protection District has been briefed on this plan.
5. You have had threats of other Special Forces personnel invading your home as the result of this access to your property as well.
Answer: I have, yes.
6. Should a project like this, with fake applicant Bryan Apple, proceed?
Answer: It should not.
7. What do you need in order for the project to be halted?
Answer: Authoritative intervention that reins in the FBI. The San Mateo County Planning Office needs to be told not to proceed, given the intentions of far right FBI personnel to utilize this project to cause grievous harm to lives and property.
8. Yet, even more pressing is the threat that CableCom and PG&E may be digging up your property on Thursday, March 23rd, in order to create hazardous EMF exposures for your family.
Answer: Yes, that represents the most urgent threat, aside from ongoing threats of "Air Force" tampering with my loved ones' airline travel, which is a difficult danger to assess.
9. Your stalker has appeared to claim that the Air Force exerts control over civilian aviation through its ability to co-opt the auto-pilot functions of a plane in flight.
Answer: Yes, he has asserted this.
10. The Air Force also seems to play a role in implementing a portion of the FBI's unconstitutional "target of interest" program. Is that correct?
Answer: It seems that the Air Force and Navy share in administering HAARP. Beyond this, it appears that the Air Force has initiated EMF experimentation on unconsenting subjects, including law-abiding American citizens.
11. How can these actions be justified?
Answer: They cannot be justified. The American people need to understand that we can support our troops even while we hold internal military leadership accountable to the Constitution of the United States.
12. Military science is twenty to thirty years ahead of publicly accessible technologies.
Answer: It is. And this gap renders mass surveillance of law-abiding Americans possible.
13. How do you mean?
Answer: The public cannot defend itself against technologies with which it has no familiarity. Returning to CableCom and PG&E for a moment, the vast majority of Americans cannot perceive the harmful intent of heightened EMF being manifested by utilities companies at the direction of FBI personnel.
14. Most of the American public will say, "Oh, PG&E has decided that I need a new power pole," and leave it at that.
Answer: Yes. The American public cannot defend itself against a threat of which it has little to no knowledge.
15. How many people has PG&E harmed through its EMF Department?
Answer: I don't know, but this question should be of concern to all Americans. There is a point at which these utilities are not so much violating civil liberties as breaching human rights.
16. The fundamental rights to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness.
Answer: Yes.
17. What were the words of PG&E employee "Lynn" when you questioned her about her communications with the EMF Department?
Answer: "Everyone has to die of something."
18. How does one respond to an assertion like this?
Answer: You either laugh or cry. The ethical failures are so extreme.
19. You mentioned that "Lynn" was actively texting her FBI handler while she was on your property on Friday afternoon.
Answer: Yes, she was. I witnessed the back and forth in which her handler advised her to decline to be audio recorded.
20. Is a whistleblower capable of defending herself and her family in a circumstance such as this one, in which PG&E and CableCom hope to cause physical harm?
Answer: No. Authoritative intervention is required.
21. From whom?
Answer: From anyone and everyone to whom the FBI is accountable.
22. What happens to whistleblowers otherwise?
Answer: They suffer and perish alone, just as Ian Fishback did.
23. You believe the realities are that stark.
Answer: I do.
24. Your stalker has suggested that you are currently experiencing the "American wringer."
Answer: There's nothing American about the far right assailing law-abiding American citizens. This does not represent a patriotic agenda. The far right has demonstrated an allegiance to Vladimir Putin. We need to understand this.
25. You believe the far right is engaged in Constitutional violations at the behest of a foreign adversary.
Answer: Ties between the far right and Russia have been documented and will continue to be illuminated. We need to root out this compromise of our national security agencies and determine the degree to which it extends elsewhere.
The United States requires a strong military, but that military is constitutionally mandated to have civilian leadership. The founders thought this through. They knew what they were doing when they stipulated that our Commander in Chief should be determined through a free and fair vote reflecting the will of the American electorate.
The American people wisely elected President Joseph R. Biden to lead us, and he's doing a magnificent job as Commander in Chief and the civilian sphere as well.
The remarkable power of our military does not obviate the need for our Constitutional restrictions. Rather, it underscores that need.
26. You don't believe that President Biden would approve of PG&E and CableCom following FBI directives to cause your family harm.
Answer: I do not.
27. You don't believe that he would approve of attempts to compromise the safety of your family members' travel.
Answer: I do not.
28. You don't believe that he would approve of San Mateo County Project #PLN2022-00333 put forward by the FBI's fake MROSD staff of "Bryan Apple."
Answer: I do not.
29. You are asking for protection toward yourself and your family at this time, when you are attempting to stand for the civil liberties and human rights of all Americans as a whistleblower of malfeasance of far right segments of the FBI.
Answer: I am.
30. Do you hereby certify that the foregoing is true and correct?
Answer: I do.
