OIG Hotline, there have been several aggressive attempts by utilities companies to access our property at 45 Vista Verde Way, Portola Valley. All of these attempts have corresponded to extensive threats of hazardous EMF exposures to my family members and myself. Because these utilities companies are signatory to Infragard, and because I stand as a whistleblower of FBI malfeasance, the conflicts of interest with regard to utilities' engagements at our property and residence have been profound.
Prior attempts by Cal Water, PG&E, and San Mateo County with an alleged cable servicing excavation request all appear to have been directed by FBI personnel.
Today, my husband and I received written notification that PG&E intends to replace the electric power pole on our property. Please see the letter below.
I would like to know whether CableCo and PG&E have planned to excavate the street outside our home, in addition to excavating the portion of our property to which they have access (I believe they can excavate within six to seven feet of the curb. Given that we have no sidewalks here, that represents a substantive incursion.) in tandem with one another to engineer exceedingly hazardous exposures to EMF, as has been threatened repeatedly.
OIG Hotline, I have been made aware of the fact that the directed energy devices the FBI is currently deploying against law-abiding American citizens are both dangerous and powerful deployments that easily have the capacity to ruin the health of an FBI whistleblower and her family.
Yet, these actions are entirely unconstitutional.
They comport in no way with democratic norms which allow law-abiding American citizens to engage in free speech, free assembly, and freedom of the press -- and to do so while exercising their right to privacy, liberty, and life itself.
OIG Hotline, we do not need a new electric power pole at our home.
We need assertive, decisive, definitive, unequivocal protection from predation by the far right FBI personnel and their affiliates.
And we need it now.
I ask that you please exercise all intervention to halt this intended power pole replacement at our home.
We are virtuous, ethical, law-abiding, conscientious, principled, articulate American citizens who are concerned for the life of our democracy.
The ongoing targeting of our family by far right FBI personnel and their affiliates within utilities companies constitutes a monstrous endeavor, in my opinion.
Those within the FBI and their affiliates who believe they have the right to cause physical harms, career harms, social harms, financial harms, and reputational harms to law-abiding American citizens must be sharply rebuked and corrected.
I can only stand for the civil liberties and human rights of other Americans if I am shielded from the plans of harm in which far right FBI personnel appear to be actively engaging.
PG&E should not be aiding and abetting Russian-affiliated organized crime, nor their contacts within the FBI, in attempting to cause physical harm to my family members and myself. The very fact that PG&E has an EMF Department is an appalling reflection of the extent to which this utility, granted all the privileges of a monopoly, has engaged in knowing predation toward customers wrongfully designated by the FBI as "targets of interest."
My stalker refers to intentional exposures to high and unstable EMF levels as the "slow kill" method within the FBI's "disposition matrix."
If that causes a sense of alarm within the American electorate, I stand with them in their concern.
No American citizen should be terrorized by corrupt FBI personnel in this manner, nor by their corrupt colleagues within utilities companies.
Isn't our nation capable of conduct guided by character and integrity? Shouldn't we expect to be protected by those within the FBI who have vowed to defend the Constitution, instead of being preyed upon by them?
Is there someone within our federal government who is capable of forcing far right FBI personnel to cease and desist all predatory action toward my family members and myself while the full extent of their crimes continues to be illuminated by your Office?
Who has the authority and the will to protect us in this circumstance?
Please intervene forcefully on our behalf.
