My Third Novel's Conclusion, My Heartbreak

My heart begins to break when I think about completing this particular book -- because this narrative has sustained me like no other story I've known. It's both more personal and more universal than my other works. But beyond memory and archetype, it's a cri-de-coeur about needing to become the person one is destined to be. And in the writing, I have met my own life's work, my own fated journey -- having the sense all the while that the pages are suffused with a resonance, an energy, an electrified field that defies explanation. Writers hope and pray to be overtaken by a work in this way -- to be conscripted into passionate service of a profound story. To experience it even once in a lifetime seems a great privilege. I still have several months before this novel is complete, and this constitutes my reprieve. Because I'm not ready for the beauty to end.

The FBI Has a Decision to Make

OIG Hotline, please be apprised that a motion-sensitive alarm in my garage sounded for several hours last night and early this morning, presumably until it ran out of batteries.

I did not go to check on the problem, as my garage is sealed off from the rest of the house in a secure manner due to the presence of a Phoenix staff member in the basement/crawl space of my home -- which connects to the garage.  My husband had already gone to sleep, and I would have been investigating an unsecured area of our residence on my own.

This morning, five minutes ago, I received a threat that something (or someone) unlawful could have been transported onto my property overnight in an attempt to implicate my husband or myself of illicit activity of some kind.

At various times over the last several days, I have received threats that either drugs, weapons, or -- and I truly need to hesitate before documenting this, because the suggestion is so upsetting -- a deceased person or persons could have been moved onto my property in an effort to falsely implicate my family members or me of a crime or crimes.

Clearly, the circumstance of having two Phoenix personnel concealed on our property has left us completely vulnerable to many criminal endeavors to mischaracterize us and to falsely implicate us of wrongdoing.

We are not spies.  We are not terrorists.  We are not drug dealers.  We are not drug manufacturers. We are not prostitutes.  We are not murderers.  We are not kidnappers.  We are not thieves.  We are not weapons dealers.  We are not pornographers.  We are not child abusers.  We are not animal abusers.

Someone could write a very detailed Dr. Seuss-style rhyming book for the FBI that explains all the criminals we are not.

"We do not like green eggs and defamation.  We do not like them Sam-and-where's-my-nation?"

To say that I am upset about being on the front lines of corruption of the Phoenix Program is the understatement of the millenium.

My human rights are being violated.  Daily.  Repeatedly.  And so are my family members'.

No one should be sanguine about these violations.

The assistance I have repeatedly requested concerning this matter has not arrived.

My lawyer Charles Bowers is being prevented by the FBI, due to prior attorney/client privilege, from communicating with me in any way, shape or form.

It appears to have been alleged that Captain Sean Devlin of the Woodside Fire Protection District has been directed to contribute to harm toward me should I reach out to him and ask him for assistance in removing the Phoenix personnel who are within our residence.

The United States does not have a "problem" with regard to the Phoenix Program.  The United States has an existential crisis with regard to the Phoenix Program.

If we allow the "death squads" that Phoenix represents to remain in deployment against the law-abiding American citizenry, then our democracy will have perished.

It's that simple.

In the meantime, and this is really not beside the point, my family home on Cape Cod is reported to have been destroyed by the FBI through intentional and prolonged interior flooding approved by FBI Director Christopher Wray himself.

My emailed request of the Falmouth Fire Department to investigate the property for flooding damage has been completely ignored to date.  This morning at 8:54 AM, I left voicemails for Scott Thrasher and Chad Absten, both of the Falmouth Fire Department, alerting their attention to my email and requesting their immediate assistance in checking on the property.

I did record those messages, and they can be made available to OIG Hotline investigators upon request.

I will be reporting back to the OIG Hotline with regard to the findings of the Falmouth Fire Department as soon as they are made available to me.

The OIG Hotline should know that I ordered a Boblov body camera which records video and audio for up to thirteen uninterrupted hours.

I will be wearing and recording with this body camera during important periods of time this weekend, and at other times.

I will be reporting new information and developments on this blog as they arise.

If my communication to Attorney Charles Bowers is facilitated, I will be directing my concerns to him for the time being and documenting that dialogue elsewhere than on my blog. There are, no doubt, many within the FBI who would prefer that I undertake this private communication.  And I understand that perspective.

However, if my communication to my own attorney is obstructed, then I am left no choice but to document my concerns publicly.

Accordingly, the FBI has a decision to make as to how public it intends that the current dialogue regarding its crimes against the American public should be.

Most sincerely,

Lane MacWilliams
