Continuing Illumination of Knowingly False Reporting Against a Whistleblower and Her Family

 1.  May I know your response to the FBI's recent allegations that the agency is coercing knowingly false witness statements from your neighbors, and creating other falsified evidence, in order to pursue knowingly false allegations against you or your family members?

Answer:  The FBI is pursuing a totalitarian agenda, and is counting on obfuscation, AI-generated false evidence, falsified witness statements, etc. to do so.  This is consistent with the agency's prior bent, but it is likely that the volume and severity of the falsehoods is increasing at this time.  

2.  How is it possible to combat these dangerous falsehoods?

Answer:  By continuing to expose them when it comes to my family members and myself, which I retain the full right and provenance to do.

3.  Do you have the impression that the agency believes it can actually prevail in court?

Answer:  No, the FBI knows by this time that it cannot prevail in court against me.  So the agency is attempting to utilize a violent law enforcement raid, violent street crime, medical accident, staged car accident, staged plane accident, staged suicide -- this kind of thing -- to attempt to conceal first-degree murder with an intent to profiteer from the misappropriation of funds awarded in my name through the OIG Hotline.

4.  Are you endeavoring to be more alert to possible threats given these circumstances?

Answer:  Of course, yes.

5.  Have there been recent Supreme Court rulings in your favor?

Answer:  While I am not privy to that information, I will simply say that I believe in the integrity of the Supreme Court.  I believe the Honorable Justices have their eyes focused on preserving the long term freedoms of Americans and the long term sovereignty of the nation on which those freedoms depend.  So I anticipate that the Supreme Court has been favorable toward my attempts to support the United States in all of these respects, and I believe that the Honorable Justices will continue to express this standpoint.

6.  Do you possess the ongoing support of the OIG Hotline, the Congress, and the Joint Committee?

Answer:  It is important for us to recognize the heroes among all of these groups, and the manner in which they continue to stand in support of our long term sovereignty by siding with my case.  Yes, I believe the support is there.

7.  Are you attempting to take additional security measures at your home at this time, in an effort to ensure your safety and that of your family insofar as possible?

Answer:  Yes, I am endeavoring to install redundant security systems.  And my puppies are blessedly vigilant at all hours.  So, I feel that I'm taking the steps that I need to take to support our long term wellbeing on the part of my own initiatives.  Of course, I hope that is being mirrored by protective interventions on the part of those in Washington, DC and elsewhere who are advocating for us faithfully.

A Response to the FBI's Defamation Toward My Family

 1.  You and your family are receiving threats from the FBI of the conveyance of chronic or acute disease through a non-conventional vector.  Is that correct?

Answer:  Yes, I am.  Threats include MS, ALS, dementia of various etiologies, cancer, HIV, syphilis, on and on.

2.  You have no risk factors for HIV or syphilis.  Is that true?

Answer:  That is true, yes.  No risk factors whatsoever.  But that does not prevent the FBI from conveying a whole panoply of diseases to my family members and myself as its "targets of interest."

3.  The FBI appears to enjoy impugning the upstanding character of its "targets" such as yourself by using the presence of antibodies as a tool of defamation.  Have you been informed of this?

Answer:  You know, I think this fact stands as a profound indictment of the agency.  For the FBI to disseminate a serious disease to me through a non-conventional vector, and then without my permission, test me for antibodies to that disease, and further, utilize both of those crimes to suggest that my conduct has been anything less than exemplary is a monstrosity.  

It demonstrates a fulminant misogyny within the agency that will be difficult to eradicate, certainly.

4.  How would you choose to characterize your personal life, for those who are wondering?

Answer:  I have had one intimate partner over my lifetime, that of my husband of 34 years.

5.  What about the FBI's claims that one of your family members or you yourself have committed espionage, terrorism, weapons trafficking, drug trafficking, human trafficking, wild animal trafficking, child abuse, elder abuse, animal abuse, spousal abuse or capital crimes?

Answer:  All of those allegations are categorically false and defamatory.

6.  What is your perspective toward those who have defamed you in this manner?

Answer:  They have the option of recanting or being sued.  The truth is non-negotiable.  My conduct stands as a testament to my high character.  I earned that character, and I will not be relinquishing it to false claims.

7.  What about your family members?

Answer:  My husband is a person of very high character as well.  And so were my sons until the FBI and its affiliates darkened their door.

8.  May I ask for more specifics regarding that observation?

Answer:  When my younger son's handler tells him to take hard drugs at a specific gathering as part of an alleged undercover operation for the FBI, then films him doing so, then proceeds to defame him to everyone he meets with that film -- this represents a serious problem of FBI criminal conduct all the way around.  

Similarly, when FBI affiliates direct my older son to move a package from one door in his apartment building to another, filming him doing so, with the intent of accusing him of weapons trafficking and terrorism -- this represents a devastating betrayal of trust.

9.  So, there is a mindset of calculation and entrapment on the part of the FBI.

Answer:  Entrapment is too mild a term for what the FBI is doing in these cases.  The agency is simply confabulating crimes, inventing them, and then directing their real-life perpetration -- in a distorted stage play of real life.

And I would hasten to point out that the forced conscription of the sons and daughter-in-law of a whistleblower of FBI misconduct is completely unethical, and likely unlawful.

The reason for that is that the FBI has a high motivation to harm them in appalling ways.  And it has.

10.  Did your younger son's FBI handler intentionally force him to become addicted at least three times, through directing him in successive "undercover operations" over time?

Answer:  Yes, he did.

11.  And is the FBI now utilizing your younger son's repeated residential treatment for addiction to discredit your family, even though the agency was entirely at fault?

Answer:  This is what is being alleged, yes.

12.  Did the FBI film certain personal surgical procedures of your family members and then utilize those films as a means to defame your family?

Answer:  Yes, I am told this is the case.

13.  Including gynecological care?

Answer:  Yes.

14.  Is it true that the FBI coerced both pregnancy and pregnancy termination in for certain members of your family?

Answer:  Yes, it is.  This FBI coercion was perpetrated under threat of death, so the circumstances represented extreme duress.

15.  And is it true that the FBI has rendered at least one of your children infertile without consent?

Answer:  This is the agency's own assertion, yes.

16.  And this was perpetrated through extremely elevated radiation doses while sleeping?

Answer:  Yes, this is the agency's claim.

17.  Has the FBI rendered all of your children infertile through such intentional acts?

Answer:  This is entirely possible.  I don't know.

18.  And this may have been done as punishment for your revelations of the FBI's gratuitous crimes, separate and apart from mission and objectives, against the American public.  Is that the case?

Answer:  Yes.

19.  Have your children been raped, trafficked and tortured by the FBI?

Answer:  Yes, they have.

20.  Have they experienced repeated sovereignty violations perpetrated by the FBI and its affiliates?

Answer:  Yes, they have.

21.  Have your children, at certain times, lied about your family under torture by the FBI?

Answer:  The FBI itself says they have.

22.  Do you know the content of those lies?

Answer:  I am told that they have run the whole gamut, from lies about owning a copy of The Communist Manifesto, which we don't, to lies about causing harm to others, which stands in direct opposition to our beliefs about the purpose of human society and which we would never do.

23.  Why does the FBI has such an emphasis on scurrilous defamation of its victims?

Answer:  Because the FBI's current ethos is to "disrupt, discredit and divide."  The agency has adopted an approach dictated by our foreign adversaries in many cases.  Extensive defamation, whether with AI-generated material or no, allows the FBI to assume color of authority in implicating virtuous Americans for the agency's own profit, and abstolute control.  Defamation is a primary tool of propagandists, used to stoke fear, hatred, distance, condemnation and violence.

24.  Is the FBI attempting to instigate civil violence?

Answer:  It already has, and I have discussed the specifics elsewhere.  But the FBI has rendered many American communities unsafe and not secure.

25.  You have been careful to say that the FBI must be checked in areas that stand outside of mission and objectives.

Answer:  Yes, I have.  If we don't set these limits, we cannot expect to recover the sovereignty of the nation later.

26.  The FBI has appeared to suggest that a trial is currently underway concerning your family members and yourself.  Have you seen the evidence presented?

Answer:  No, not at all.

27.  You have no idea of the specifics of which you are accused?

Answer:  None.

28.  Does this FBI suggest that that trial, in which you have played no part in your own defense, will be complete by the beginning of July?

Answer:  Yes, it does.

29.  And what will happen then?  Will you be informed of the results?

Answer:  I have certainly requested peaceable, lawful and honorable outreach.  So, I would like to learn the results of the ajudication of this matter.  

30.  If the results were wrongfully condemnatory of one or more of your family members or even you yourself, what would occur?

Answer:  I have a bark scorpion that is not native to my area in Northern California currently in my freezer.  And this is the risk, that a wrongful conviction might result in a fatal scorpion sting, a fatal emergency room encounter, a fatal car accident, without our ever knowing that we have wrongfully been placed on trial for our lives.

31.  And staged "natural disaster," staged gas explosion, remote air bag deployment in your vehicle, other staged car accident, house arson, wildfire -- all of these have long been threatened by the FBI against your family, haven't they?

Answer:  Yes, they have.  In addition, the FBI is threatening to direct forced job loss for my husband and younger son, the obstruction of graduate school admission for my older son, and the killing of my pets through parasites I have already documented for the OIG Hotline.  

Beyond this, the FBI is threatening various forms of financial predation including a spurious lawsuit initiated by my brother Brian Von Herzen, as directed by his handler, as well as fraud perpetrated on my credit card accounts through FBI tampering.  Wrongful IRS audit prompted by the actions of a corrupted tax accountant has also been threatened by the FBI over the last week or so.

32.  Is it extremely hurtful to be preyed upon in this manner when you are a person who loves the United States?

Answer:  It is.  There can be no question about this.  I would like to have the apology from the FBI that is due to my family.  I would like to read the details of this case, as is my right.  But our leadership must be determined to uphold my human rights and those of my family, even in the face of AI-generated propaganda and the wider systems that support them. 

And this requires leadership that understands that the sovereignty of the nation, if sacrificed now, will not be reclaimed at some later time as an afterthought, an appendix, a footnote, or a flourish.

This requires outreach that is, as I said, honorable, peaceable, lawful and benevolent -- prioritizing both the sovereignty of the United States and the long term freedom of mankind that accompanies that sovereignty.

33.  Given that certain individuals in the government could benefit to a total of 9 trillion dollars awarded in your name through falsely accusing you of malfeasance or physically taking your lives, will that outreach be forthcoming?

Answer:  We will see.

The Heroic and Exceptional American Ethos: In Defense of My Brave Sons

1.  Is your sons' sovereignty recoverable?  What are your thoughts about this agonizing issue?  

Answer:  My sons have been separated from their true identities in ways that are devastating and inhuman, and this profound harm has been manifested through repeated sovereignty violations.  

And the truth is, I don't know to what extent their true selves are recoverable.  In addition to repairing the fundamentals of independent decision making, the boundaries of their ethics and principles need to be restored.  They need to remember who they were before all of this harm was perpetrated, and they need to make their way back to their true selves.

Do I think it is possible?  Yes, I believe their true identities are likely in hibernation and can be re-established.  But this will take work, advanced rehabilitation, and dedication.

And I think it must be done.

2.  Why do you feel so strongly about this issue?

Answer:  Individual sovereignty and national sovereignty are linked.  If the individual can defend the boundaries of identity, of personhood, of decision-making, and of the spiritual development that corresponds to all of these, then the nation can defend its sovereignty, too.  It is not too far a reach to say that the freedom of mankind depends upon our success in this realm.  

The sovereignty of the United States is necessary in order for us to emerge from our current challenges as a free people.

So, I want my children's and MX's sovereignty to be restored as proof that it can be done.  What better testament to the restoration of the individual will than the rehabilitation of my beloved family members?

If my sons and MX can be rendered free, truly free, then so can our nation be rendered free, thus allowing humanity itself to insist on the sovereign self-determination that renders the most meaningful human progress possible.

3.  Has the FBI suggested that the agency has been directed to take the lives of your sons?  And if so, why would this be the case?

Answer:  The FBI has, in fact, suggested this.  And it seems clear that the agency wishes to erase the evidence of its own malfeasance regarding my family.  

4.  May I ask what specific threats have been extended?

Answer:  The FBI has suggested that my older son was or is meant to be murdered through a staged suicide involving a train accident.  And it has suggested that my other family members are intended to be murdered through a staged plane crash.

5.  You have received many, many other threats from the FBI pertaining to your family members as well, though.  Isn't that true?

Answer:  Yes, the FBI has threatened to harm my sons through myriad other means, including kidnapping, a forced fall from a height, a staged drug overdose, staged street violence, a staged law enforcement encounter, a staged hit and run, etc.  This list goes on.

Right now, there seems to be a focus for the FBI on ensuring that autopsy would be rendered impossible.  Hence the threats of staged train accident and staged plane crash.

6.  Are these harms within the FBI's capabilities?

Answer:  Oh, yes.  Well within their capabilities.  Once substantive sovereignty violations have occurred, it's really possible for the agency to direct a whole panoply of harms that would have been impossible if the individual had maintained access to his or her true self-determination.

To the wider world, nothing has changed.  The individual is walking and talking just as they were before.

But inwardly, there is a supplanting of the sovereign will, the independent self, the ethical reference frame and the moral boundaries that define and guide our decision-making throughout our lives.  So, suddenly, deceit and prevarication are quite easily manifested in someone who may have been scrupulously honest previously.  And, of course, their actions in many other areas of life may reflect that erosion of their fundamental selves as well.  They've lost control of their own actions, even though they appear superficially to be unchanged.  It's difficult to imagine a more disastrous means of harm regarding the freedom of mankind in the long term.

7.  And your point is that if your own sons' sovereignty cannot be reclaimed, if MX's sovereignty cannot be rescued, then it's unlikely the nation's will be either.  Is that correct?

Answer:  It is, yes.  Because I am going public in advocating quite fiercely for their restoration.  I think their stories are necessary for us to hear, including the tremendous challenges they have faced, due to the fact that this sovereignty issue is critical for all of us right now -- as it will be in the future.

8.  May I ask why the FBI seems intent on obviating the possibility of autopsy for your family?  Because it seems to me that this information could be critical in keeping all of you alive.

Answer:  My older son has a pituitary tumor which has neither been diagnosed nor appropriately treated due to the FBI's obstruction of expert medical care.  In addition, he has an implanted communications device which is retrievable, and certainly, this proof would be a major embarrassment to former President Biden.  In addition, he has had a whole series of unnecessary root canals, also due to the improper authorizations of President Biden.   He has anal scarring due to forced human trafficking -- which in every way constitutes forcible rape -- that he has experienced due to the predation of the FBI in complicity with Russian organized crime and, in his case, a mental health care organization in Palo Alto called LaSelva.  And the FBI claims to have intentionally rendered him sterile through targeted irradiation during sleeping hours.

So, all of this and more tells the tale of the FBI's crimes against my older son.  And that's why two Presidents, the FBI, the CIA (which is my older son's agency, technically, although it has been acting in the capacity of FBI contractor in this instance), and numerous affiliates are all very afraid of the truth of this matter being revealed.

The physical evidence is condemnatory of many.  That's the bottom line.

In the case of my younger son, he has, according to the FBI, experienced spinal tumors caused by extremely elevated radiation exposures perpetrated by the agency.  In MX's case, there is breast cancer for the same reason, according to the agency.  And the implanted communications devices are present for both of them as well, together with the unnecessary root canals, anal scarring, potential infertility, and likely a number of other diseases the FBI has threatened all of us with, including HIV, syphilis, HSV2, TB, and more.

I will not mention other foundational changes to health perpetrated by the FBI, but this aspect of FBI harms is discoverable as well.

So, there's a great deal here that is entirely condemnatory of the agency.

And the FBI is simply not accustomed to being held to account.

9.  What are we to make of the FBI's determined human trafficking of your sons and MX, even after you revealed this concern to the OIG Hotline?

Answer:  We are to conclude that this is a horrible problem, not only for my family, but for the nation as a whole.  The FBI is pursuing the human trafficking of the nation's youth with a viciousness and entitlement that demonstrate that the agency is most loyal to our foreign adversaries, not to the United States.  

The FBI thinks it has the right to rape our children, in other words, for pleasure and profit, both.  And it is up to us to stand together to clarify for the agency that on this point it is simply wrong, outrageously wrong, permanently wrong.

If we do not solve the human trafficking of America's youth by the FBI, we will not be capable of defending humanity's sovereignty in the future, on the basis of this one issue alone.

10.  Why?

Answer:  Because repeated rapes are annihilating to anyone.  And if we give federal law enforcement authorities the dispensation to traffic our beloved children, then the future of the United States as a nation is rendered forfeit, as is the future freedom of mankind.  Will there ever come a day when a predatory FBI says "That's enough! Let's not rape the beautiful children of a nation now completely under our control"?  No.  That day will never come.

It's up to us to set those boundaries, and it's up to us to defend them.  And now is the time, not later.

11.  What does it take to defend America's beloved youth?

Answer:  It takes courage, determination, character, and insistence.  You know, I had posted myself on the deck of a LaSelva residence two days ago while my son was inside, so that I could prevent my son from being trafficked again.  And let me tell you, there were ten or twelve attempts, through intimidation, to get me to leave that property.  

And you just hold your ground.  This is your child you're defending.  Hold the line.  Don't give way.  Stand strong.

12.  Were you receiving sniping threats while you were on that deck?

Answer:  Yes, I was.

13.  But you refused to leave.

Answer:  Yes, I refused.  This is my son.  I will protect him with every capability I possess.  And America's sons and daughters deserve as impassioned and heartfelt and immovable a defense.  On this commitment, our entire nation depends, and the fate of many more.

Stand your ground.  Muster your courage.  Hold that line.

14.  What do you make of the FBI's assertions that the U.S. military has played a role in the human trafficking perpetrated by the agency?

Answer:  Our military leaders do not want their own beloved children to be raped and trafficked.  So we need to insist that they defend the beloved children belonging to the nation as a whole.  If our foreign adversaries have coerced certain individuals within our military to involve themselves in human trafficking, we should consider granting immunity to key figures so that we can assess the extent of the compromise.  And then we need to reclaim our sovereignty with all the fortitude we possess, with the military supporting us every step of the way.

This is about real leadership, real character, real force of will regarding the sovereignty of our nation.  So, we need to bring forward all the considerable gifts we possess in solving this problem.

15.  Your unwillingness to leave your sons or MX behind reflects your unwillingness to relinquish the sovereignty of the nation as a whole.  Is that fair to say?

Answer:  It is, yes.  The heroic and exceptional American ethos consists of our deep commitment to defend one another's human rights and free will.  So, I defend my sons with the same courage with which I defend the sons and daughters of the nation.  

16.  How would you characterize that courage?

Answer:  Limitless, just as my love for my own children and the children of this nation is limitless.

To clarify, while the FBI may feel under threat because I am exposing its crimes, I am not threatening the agency.

 1.  What does it mean to you when children are asked, under the auspices of government programs, to harm their own parents?

Answer:  Well, it signals a dystopian regime, certainly.  These are crimes that stand as fundamental offenses against our knowledge of right and wrong, our ethics, our humanity, our personhood, and our spiritual standing.

We might see officials in a North Korean gulag trying to convince children to kill their parents.

But we're not accustomed to seeing that kind of conduct in the United States.

We're not used to children being offered billions of dollars by elected officials if they will only kill their own parents.

And we're not used to anyone presenting such atrocities as "for the good of the nation," when the real motive is purely one of profiteering off of first-degree murder.

2.  What is the significance of these directives being extended to young men whose sovereignty has been violated?

Answer:  Well, it's extremely serious to violate someone's sovereign will through repeated rape, trafficking, torture and other harms.  In these cases, the ability of the individual to decide between right and wrong is so eroded as to have been rendered invisible.  The boundaries of the personality have been erased.  So to ask someone who has been so egregiously harmed to commit an atrocity against his own family members is an unconscionable offense.

3.  What happens when a President directs such an offense?

Answer:  What, indeed?

4.  Something similar to the Davies Symphony Hall debacle of several weeks ago?

Answer:  I will leave this to others to consider.  I can simply say as a parent that it was horrifying that my sons were coerced into being part of that attempted assassination.

5.  When the FBI directs sons to murder their parents, does it extend copious disinformation and defamation in that process?

Answer:  I assume so.  I think the FBI is likely saying to the children, "You have experienced torture only because your parents don't care about you." Or "This never would have happened to you without your parents' placing selfish concerns over your own wellbeing."  Meanwhile, the FBI is giving disinformation to the parents by saying "Your children will be relieved when you're dead."  So, they're working both sides as hatefully and viciously as they can, lying with every breath, as far as I can ascertain.

6.  Is it true that the FBI treats the murder of certain "high-value targets" as a game with points and rewards and payoffs along the way?

Answer:  The FBI appears to indicate that it is true, yes.  However, I have made no direct verification of those claims.

7.  And are there special payoffs connected to coercing sons into murdering their parents?

Answer:  I have no doubt that there are.  

8.  What is the amount of money that would render murdering one's own parents a possibility?

Answer:  What is the amount of money that would render relinquishing one's own soul a possibility?  The amount is the same.

9.  What can officials do when they have been caught in a scheme of attempting to murder a virtuous whistleblower for profit?

Answer:  They can apologize through an attorney, which is now necessary.

10.  Doesn't the FBI typically try to implicate family members of murder in schemes like this one, so that no one is left to tell the tale of the agency's predatory crimes?  In other words, doesn't the agency typically coerce adult children into committing unthinkable crimes, and then use those very crimes to justify the agency's harm of the adult children themselves?  

Answer:  Yes, this is exactly the way the agency works.  They promise the adult children billions of dollars, dinners at the White House, a life on private jets.  And then they simply murder them as well.  Right now, the FBI appears to be threatening to murder my sons through staged plane crashes, but they have extended a myriad of other unconscionable methods as well.

11.  Do your sons have any inkling of the way this particular trap works?

Answer:  I don't know, honestly.  Their sovereignty has been so profoundly and repeatedly violated that they may not be able to make use of their knowledge in the course of any important decision-making, even if they were able to perceive the scheme.

12.  You discovered today that your son has been trafficked by the FBI every Saturday afternoon and every Wednesday night for months on end, all while you were communicating your concerns to the OIG Hotline.  Is this correct?

Answer:  Yes, the FBI was using the cover of a mental health organization named LaSelva in Palo Alto in order to traffic my son against his will, a crime that is in all ways equivalent to rape.

13.  And you discovered this by remaining present at LaSelva's hosting of a Settlers of Catan game this afternoon.  Is that the case?

Answer:  Yes, it is.

14.  How aggressively did the FBI attempt to force you to leave the property?

Answer:  They engaged in active harassment over the course of more than two hours, asking me to move my car, directing LaSelva employees and LaSelva patients to repeatedly crowd my perfectly peaceful and quiet perch on an outdoor deck.

15.  Were all of these people later coerced by the FBI into providing knowingly false witness statements?

Answer:  Oh, I have no doubt about that coercion whatsoever.  I did document the entire afternoon, however, should the OIG Hotline request it.  So, there can be no objective dispute about the facts.

16.  So, if the FBI directs people to claim that you were inebriated or behaving inappropriately?

Answer:  I can easily prove them to be liars.  But again, this is why we allow American citizens, according to the Constitution, to know what charges have been extended against them.  People need to have the opportunity to rebut false claims, and false complainants need to be charged for lying to the Court, just as the FBI handlers who directed them to lie need to be charged.

17.  Would your son have been trafficked today if the FBI's manipulations had succeeded in forcing you to leave the LaSelva property? 

Answer:  I'm certain he would.  The FBI has no shame in this regard whatsoever.  These personnel treat their victims as targets to be aimed at and destroyed.  They exhibit no humanity, connection, compassion or wisdom whatsoever.  These are not the people we want to be running the nation and certainly not international affairs.

18.  You believe the FBI is acting in treasonous ways in trafficking America's youth?

Answer:  Treason is a gentle word for what the FBI has perpetrated, in my opinion.

19.  How can you reclaim your family, your access to legal representation, your human rights, your health, and your future?

Answer:  By speaking about certain of the FBI's atrocities until someone will listen.

Does anyone care about the FBI's willful and predatory trafficking of America's youth?

If we care about anything beyond ourselves, we have to care about this.

20.  What are we to make of the FBI's extraordinary crimes in tunneling under your home through unlawful access created at your neighbors Ron and Rhonda Hyvers' property?  Didn't you find an access door in the retaining wall of their driveway that leads to an extraordinary depth, from which this entirely improper excavation was completed at enormous expense?

Answer:  Yes, I did.

21.  What does that door look like?

Answer:  It looks like this photograph, which I took with the realtor's permission:

22.  And it's on the basis of this excavation project that the FBI has been threatening to cause "earthquake," "landslide" "sinkhole," "eruption," and even non-natural disasters like "gas explosion" at your home, isn't it?  All with the reported objective of perpetrating first-degree murder for profit?

Answer:  Yes, that's correct.  The FBI has even threatened "meteor fall" in addition to all the harms you mentioned above as a means of obscuring its crimes toward my property.  

So, it's hard to imagine a more serious circumstance.  And the FBI is entirely and completely at fault.

23.  Didn't the FBI lie to the OIG Hotline when concerns of malfeasance were raised during the construction of this driveway at the Hyvers?

Answer:  I believe the FBI did lie about this subject to both the OIG Hotline and the Supreme Court, yes.

24.  What are the consequences when the San Jose Chief of Station of the FBI lies to the OIG Hotline and the Supreme Court?

Answer:  That's an excellent question.  Clearly, there should be criminal charges regarding this instance.

25.  Who approved the "Big Dig" underneath your property -- as the FBI likes to call it?

Answer:  This excavation occurred during the Biden administration.  So, this is a critical question for us to clarify, certainly.

26.  Was President Biden profiteering from awards extended in your name while he had authorized an excavation deep underneath your property, as overseen by a corrupt FBI?

Answer:  This appears to be exactly what he did, yes.

27.  How do you feel about the political parties now?

Answer:  People need to be directly asked about their reasoning and their circumstances given actions that seem incomprehensible.  We need to try to fully comprehend what was going through their minds, whether they were profiting from causing gratuitous and unjustifiable harm, whether they made repeated decisions over time to cause gratuitous and unjustifiable harm -- all of this and more.

Political parties are made up of individuals, so it's critical that we not begin to assume that all people are alike or indistinguishable.

When we protect American sovereignty, we are saying that we want individual Americans to make their own choices between right and wrong, and further, that we want them to maintain accountability for those choices.

So we need to ask for these answers and we need to do so with courage, no matter what the answers might be.

Severe Sovereignty Violation Against Lane MacWilliams, May 19, 2025

 OIG Hotline, I experienced a severe sovereignty violation last night during an unscheduled PG&E power outage at my home.

Without going into too many details, this appears to be a jxxxx deployment, significantly more severe than a previous deployment about which I wrote to your Office.  The FBI appears to allege that there are different "types of jxxxxxx," which exert differing levels of influence over decision making and free will.

I do not have enough knowledge of the course of this assault to be able to accurately predict its course over time, nor whether I can maintain my independent thought in the face of this astonishing violation.

I do not not have sufficient information about how to become free from this sovereignty violation, nor the previous one.  Nor do I have sufficient information about how to free my family members from parallel sovereignty violations which have dramatically harmed their lives.

Accordingly, my judgment allows me only to know that my judgment is impaired, but not to assess to what degree.

This constitutes an FBI deployment, perpetrated with DoD assistance, and authorized by the White House.

All of these facts are deeply disappointing.

In light of what is likely to be my increasingly impaired judgement over time, and lacking any outreach which could assist me in decisively recovering my full sovereignty on an immediate basis. I am electing to submit a formal complaint to your Office through your Office's online portal regarding recent issues of concern.  That confirmed complaint will be forwarded to you through email so that you have a verified copy of its contents.

I am fully aware that the submission of this complaint may cost me my life.

However, I view sovereignty violations of the kind currently being perpetrated by the FBI to represent a diminishment akin to death of the individual identity.  This constitutes a diminishment of humanity that is so egregious and far-reaching, the long term enslavement of the human will of all of us will mean a grievous and likely irreversible loss to the potential of mankind in the longterm.

I most heartily object.

That the FBI would subject me to this sovereignty violation knowing my dedicated advocacy for the human rights of others points out the fundamental problem of the FBI's malevolence, ill will, irresponsibility, thievery, harm and murder of its betters, alongside its treason toward the United States.

We will not rescue the sovereignty of mankind in the long term if we cannot speak about it now.

And no one has extended the appropriate respect, honor and lawfulness regarding my case to reach out to me directly and express "this is wrong."

And, good people, it is wrong.

Some within the United States have chosen to profiteer from the torture of the virtuous public, and that will never be acceptable.

I do not believe that the FBI should be raping and trafficking America's children, that the FBI should be violating the separation of Church and State in its attempt to undermine America's houses of worship, that the FBI should be despoiling America's irreplaceable landscapes at the directive of our foreign adversaries, or that the FBI should be violating the integrity of the United States' military chain of command.  

Nor should the FBI be violating the sovereignty of free American citizens like my children, my husband and myself.

I am no less than horrified that the decision was made to violate my sovereignty last night, in what is tantamount to a declaration of war against my efforts to protect the long term freedom of mankind and the sovereignty of the nation as a whole.

Others should be horrified alongside me.

The FBI, the DoD, and the White House need to reverse course regarding this matter, and they need to do so immediately.

The agency appears to suggest that Txx Lxxxx has initiated this sale of the Hyver's property to the FBI or an FBI affiliate in order to conceal the FBI's environmental crimes toward the entire neighborhood.

Note that, despite my repeated requests for outreach regarding my own despoiled land, the FBI has extended no communication to me whatsoever.

What am I to make of the FBI's mounting threats to take my life between now and tomorrow afternoon, or to take my life while I am touring the Hyvers' property?

This appears to be an entirely consistent response for a murderous, thieving and defamatory institution, disloyal to the United States, one which willing and eager to despoil our sovereign territory for personal gain and individual avarice.

Americans have a right to demand more from the FBI than FBI personnel's current role as Vladimir Putin's conscienceless and treasonous henchmen.

The nation deserves vastly better conduct.

The FBI as Terrorist Toward the American Public

 1.  What happened yesterday afternoon when you went to your son's apartment in Palo Alto?

Answer:  I came across two Amazon packages left in the hallway in front of a neighbor's apartment, and I photographed them.

2.  Were those packages significant?

Answer:  They were, yes, because they were addressed to a fake name under which an FBI affiliate had rented the apartment, and further, they were packages that my son's handler was directing him to move from one place to another without his ever knowing their contents.

3.  Has the FBI falsely accused your son of "weapons trafficking" for following such directives in the past?

Answer:  The FBI appears to allege so, yes.  The agency also appears to allege that it has falsely accused him of involvement in a terrorist plot of some kind that the agency itself has concocted together with its affiliate agencies, and specifically the CIA.

4. Is the FBI functioning as a kind of arsonist/fire fighter with regard to this situation?

Answer:  It absolutely is, and I think it's an important observation to say that the FBI and its affiliates are acting as the arsonist/firefighter with regard to the majority of terrorist actions within the United States.  They are creating false narratives of crimes that don't exist without agency directives, and they are forcing related misconduct by innocent people who are in fear for their lives.

5.  Like both of your sons and MX.

Answer:  Like both of my sons and MX, yes.

6.  And, to be clear, they are in fear for their lives because their own handlers are threatening their lives directly.

Answer:  Yes.

7.  Is the FBI causing public terror within the United States in other ways currently?

Answer:  The FBI, through sovereignty violations, is causing a certain percentage of the incidents of public violence that we see in the news every day.  What percentage remains unclear, but there is a direct link.

8.  Is the FBI causing a majority of incidents of public violence?

Answer:  It seems clear that the FBI is causing the vast majority of these incidents, yes.

9.  Do you believe the FBI has been involved in past terrorist incidents within the United States?

Answer:  The FBI actively targeted the agent who publicly complained that her warnings about two hijackers went unheeded in advance of 9/11.

Now, a substantive part of 9/11 litigation is frozen in the court system, seemingly unable to advance to a definitive verdict.

10.  Will verdicts regarding ultimate responsibility for 9/11 ever be reached?

Answer:  Absolutely not.

11.  Why?

Answer:  Because the FBI and the CIA were centrally involved in the planning of 9/11, and the courts don't know how to address that treasonous reality.  The FBI and the CIA, behind closed doors, argue to various judges that this is a "national security matter."  And it is, but not in the way they mean.

The fact is that the FBI and the CIA are acting at the bidding of the foreign adversaries of the United States, and Russia chief among them, to cause public suffering and disorder in ways that are completely outside of any mission and objectives the agencies possess.

This is a sovereignty issue.

The FBI and the CIA are violating the national sovereignty requirements of the United States in planning and executing terrorist actions against the American public.

It's as simple and as complicated as that.

12.  Has the FBI claimed to you that it is involved in planning for the use of a radiological or chemical weapons assault on San Francisco or an EMP assault affecting San Francisco?

Answer:  Many times.

13.  Is your view that the agency is serious about this?

Answer:  Oh, yes.  The FBI is very serious about causing terrorist harm to San Francisco.

14.  What is your personal perspective on this?

Answer:  I think it's outrageous, and I think the American people will find it outrageous as well.

15.  Who is directly responsible for engaging in these plans?

Answer:  Txx Lxxxx and Bxxxxxx Pxxx for starters.

16.  Are these men under the control of Vladimir Putin in directing harm against the United States?

Answer: This is what we need to ascertain.  The Joint Committee needs the opportunity to plan for the defense of the nation in a manner that reclaims the national sovereignty of which we have all been deprived for far too long.

17.  Is it too far a reach to say that your own son's life might have been rendered forfeit if he had visited his apartment alone yesterday, without your presence and documentation?

Answer:  Absolutely not.  There are many people who are frightened of the truth of FBI and FBI-affiliate abuse of my sons' and MX's human rights.  These people are seeking to silence my loved ones in any way they can.

18.  Who approved of this latest scheme of false reporting against your older son?  Was that approved by the White House?  By Elon Musk?  Where did that order come from?

Answer:  You're asking an important question, and I think it's one that should be publicly answered.

19.  Your sons' and MX's names all need to come off of the agencies' targeting lists, don't they?  And don't all of them require honorable discharge?

Answer: Yes, and yes.

20.  Does your family require dispensation to speak openly among yourselves, at the very least in a private setting, about the human rights abuses that the FBI and its affiliates have perpetrated against you?

Answer:  This is absolutely necessary for our recovery, without question.

21.  Have you received appropriate outreach regarding your case as of this time?

Answer:  I have not.

22.  Given your recent revelations of unlawful actions by the FBI and the CIA against your family and against the nation as a whole, will that now be forthcoming?

Answer:  There are many reasons why this outreach should occur immediately, and I hope it does.

23.  You have made the argument that the reclaimed sovereignty of the United States is necessary for the preservation of the freedom of mankind over the longterm.

Answer:  Yes, I have.  And that link has never been more clear.  In the longterm, none of us wants to be enduring under a murderous and predatory police state, and we don't want our family members to run that gauntlet either.

Yet, if we don't rescue the sovereignty of the United States at this juncture, that's exactly what we will experience.

Individual human sovereignty and national sovereignty are linked for us.  Without one, we cannot have the other.

24.  Why is this the case?

Answer:  Because no nation is free if to speak the wrong word or to think the wrong thought is to suffer assassination at the hands of unjust authority.

At that point, national defense becomes meaningless, because there is no freedom left to protect.

So, our decision point for the future course of human civilization is now, not later.

If we want to emerge from our current global crisis as a free people, we need to make that commitment at this time and we need to make it publicly.

Apparent Assassination Attempt at Davies Symphony Hall, May 9, 2025

 OIG Hotline, on the evening of May 9, 2025, I experienced an apparent assassination attempt at Davies Symphony Hall.

My younger son had allegedly purchased our tickets in December, with the specific seats determined by his handler, Txx Lxxxx.  They were in the very back row of section DD, at the far left end of a curved back wall.

Almost immediately after the performance began, two people to the right of my husband left the hall, not to return, leaving three empty seats to his right.

My younger son later stated that the child had been crying and her mother had likely exited due to the fact that she was too young for a "Lord of the Rings" performance.

However, neither my husband nor I saw the child in distress in any way, shape or form.  While I agree that she was likely too young for the performance, she did not appear to be frightened by the opening of the film.

After intermission, strangely, two rows had emptied in front of our four seats.  Scanning the Hall, I saw that there were almost no other empty seats in the entire building.  I realized that I was in an exposed position for a sniper assault and the disappearance of ten audience members surrounding us was a clear sign of imminent threat.

Looking to my right, at the far right end of the very back row of the Hall, section FF, I located a man whom I believed to be a possible sniper.  He sat alone in the very last seat of the row, and there were several empty seats to his left, giving him a degree of privacy.

I did not locate any other audience members who were attending this performance alone.

Recognizing my imminent risk, I asked my husband to move two seats to the right, in spaces that had been vacated by the mother and child at the outset of the performance.  My whole family of four moved two spaces to the right together with him.  This seating change immediately surrounded me with audience members in front of me and rendered the angle much more difficult for the man I judged to be a sniper at the far right end of the row.

In confirmation of my suspicion, as soon as I had completed my seat change, he picked up a large black backpack and left the performance.  

On his way out the door, he exchanged words with an usher, who took his seat afterwards.

The presumed sniper did not return.

Within fifteen minutes, the two emptied rows of seats relative to our original position within the Hall had been fully occupied once more.

On leaving the concert hall, I asked my family to take the elevator with me, not the stairs.

I also asked my younger son to accompany us all the way to the car, after which we drove him home.  In this way, I was surrounded by three tall men all the way during the walk from the performance hall to the car in the Civic Center parking garage.

When I arrived at home in the early hours of the morning on May 10, 2025, I received an apparent threat that my younger son had experienced sovereignty violations that allowed him to participate in this assassination scheme with full knowledge of the murder attempt at Txx Lxxxx' direction.

I also received an apparent death threat toward my younger son from the FBI implying that he is at imminent risk of harm himself because of what he knows as a witness to this apparent assassination scheme.

It may be notable that my older son, who was in attendance at this event with us, did not attend LaSelva today in Palo Alto, allegedly due to a minor cold, which I did not find to be a credible excuse, given his general state of observable health.

It appears much more likely to me that the FBI's apparent assertion that Bxxxxxx Pxxx and my older son had a long talk overnight regarding these planned events did, in fact, occur.

Today, my older son left and entered his apartment many times, even though he later reported that he slept until we were ready to leave for the performance in San Francisco, at approximately 4:00 PM.

So, it seems probable that both of my sons knew about the impending assassination attempt, and that both of them had been extensively briefed by Txx Lxxxx, Bxxxxxx Pxxx, and my sons' respective handlers.  Likely, other FBI personnel were also involved in these communications as recently as May 9, 2025.

It further seems likely that both of their lives are currently under threat because they can serve as witnesses to the details.

A few further specifics:  at the end of the performance, my younger son mentioned that he had purchased the tickets in December and that, at that time, the performance was almost entirely sold out.  This may have been true, but I feel it was a conversational detail directed by his handler, given that I had initiated the change in seating.

It seems likely that the FBI paid for our seats to this performance, and likely also paid for at least ten other seats surrounding us, which were vacated on cue.

In other words, there was significant planning that went into this attempt, and the management of Davies Symphony Hall would almost certainly have been fully informed.

When the presumed sniper left the Hall with his backpack, he spoke to the usher in a manner that implied they had had previous professional communications.

So, there are almost certainly FBI communications with Davies Symphony Hall staff members, likely from Txx Lxxxx himself, that can be aggregated and examined.

What story did FBI personnel tell about me to justify an apparent assassination attempt during a performance?

The specifics of what must be an extreme example of FBI defamation would be important to assess.

OIG Hotline, because of what have likely been extremely aggressive additional sovereignty violations of both of my sons over the last 48 hours, together with threats to their lives as witnesses to an alleged assassination attempt of their mother by the FBI, I would respectfully request that you interview both of my sons regarding this matter at your earliest opportunity.

In addition, I believe that audience members surrounding our four seats will have FBI communications to share, as will Davies Symphony Hall staff members.

The events described above are surprising given that  I publicly disclosed death threats from the FBI connected to this performance prior to leaving for the event on May 9, 2025.

The FBI's persistent aggression in this circumstance begs the question "Who is most afraid of what impending revelation pertaining to my case?"

I greatly appreciate your investigative efforts regarding this matter.

The FBI appears to suggest that he was harmed by xxxxxxxxx or a drug administered within an "anesthetic" during a medical procedure of some kind undertaken at Dxxxx's apartment last night, following the Lxxxxxx "mandatory BBQ" and again this morning within his apartment building.

My son is extremely vulnerable at this time and has no decision-making ability whatsoever on his own behalf.

My stalker Bxxxxxx Pxxx, or whoever within the FBI is surveilling my phone, appeared to send a message to me this afternoon stating "This is the first one," as if to say that the FBI has an immediate intention to take Gxxxxx's life.

It would certainly assist us to ascertain exactly what was done to my son yesterday evening and this morning to effect the disastrous sovereignty violations he is now experiencing.

The Apology the FBI Now Owes My Family

The following is a transcript of a text conversation with my older son this afternoon, May 7, 2025.  It is significant because the FBI has knowingly lied about my sons' orientation and conduct in an attempt to absolve itself of human trafficking crimes against my children and against America's youth as a whole.

The FBI has prevented me from providing recent texts to the OIG Hotline, although I will endeavor to send original screenshots of this material again this evening.

Proper names are here redacted.

Even so, the FBI appears to currently be extending threats to my son of staged suicide, kidnapping, ketamine overdose during law enforcement encounter, forced trafficking, brain damage through various means, including the conveyance of brain damaging diseases, and ongoing sovereignty violations, among other astonishing threats.

How can we persuade the FBI and its affiliates to stop trafficking America's youth?  The handlers need to be criminally charged, and that includes Axxxxx, one of my son's primary handlers.

Those individuals prejudicially targeting the sons of an FBI whistleblower, and Txx Lxxxx and Bxxxxxx Pxxx are chief among them, should be indicted as well.  They have caused quite enough harm with their predatory crimes against the innocent.  It's time that they stop.

These men owe us all a profound and ongoing apology.

I have yet to hear it.

Absent this, the FBI will kill witnesses to its worst abuses every time.

One must insist that one's own standards for recovery, justice, security and safety are met.

LM's Son:  The FBI has not targeted me for any reason.  I expect nothing bad to happen to me because you were a whistleblower.

And Xxxxxx, as I explained above, you have already suffered unjustified harm.  This is not in question.

If these individuals wish to change their policy and their approach toward my family and myself, I had better be hearing about that in a credible, lawful, and honorable manner,

And that has not happened yet.

What if everyone who gave you an ultimatum was banished from your life?  How many of these personnel would be gone?

Xxxxxx, every single one of your h's would be gone.

And they should be fired, certainly, to have caused such appalling damage through the extension of ultimatums to you that were utterly unacceptable.

LM's Son:  I don't have a handler.

LM:  Xxxxxx, your safety depends on your denial of the obvious truth of this matter.

It would not serve you for me to prove otherwise at this moment.

But I do possess that proof and I can exercise my right to disclose it at my discretion.

Just so we're clear.

LM's Son:  There is no proof because I don't have a handler.

LM:  Tautological reasoning?

Let's try the more logical explanation.

I possess the proof, therefore you are lying under duress.

LM's Son:  I am telling you the truth.

LM:  Xxxxxx, you are not.

If you were telling me the truth, you would be willing to have a fecal occult blood test today to prove it.

Yet your h will not allow it.

So let's be clear about what's happening here.

LM's Son:  I will not submit to a stool test, that is not appropriate for you to make this request!

LM:  My point is thereby 100% confirmed.

You're lying.  Your h is lying.

And no one has the courage to say so except for me.

Your credibility is worth a simple non-invasive test.  That's obvious.

Yet the truth of this matter -- that your h is guilty of facilitating egregious harm against you yesterday -- prevents that necessary step.

Now if you wish to tell me that you are gay, which would be a perfectly acceptable revelation, then we would be having a different discussion.

But you have repeatedly said you know that I would be very accepting of diverse orientation were my children to manifest this identity.

And at the same time, you have repeatedly denied that you are gay AND you have repeatedly denied any willing participation in human trafficking.

Do you stand by these previous assertions?

LM's Son:  I am not a homosexual nor have I been a part of human trafficking.

LM:  Do you identify as nonbinary?

LM's Son:  No.

LM:  And you have not willingly trafficked yourself?

Please answer truthfully, Xxxxxx, as your honest disclosure on this point is extremely important.

LM's Son:  No I have not.

LM:  Do you realize that the FBI has claimed you have willingly trafficked yourself to men and that you identify as nonbinary?

(Please note the over-reaction to my question which follows here, dictated by Xxxxxx's handler, in response to my disclosing the FBI's exact crimes of both forced trafficking and subsequent defamation against my son.)

LM's Son: Fxxx you.  You made that up.  I never did that and am not a homosexual.  Your insistence on asserting that these acts have occurred is monstrously offensive.  Where is your shame?  How dare you?

LM:  Sweetheart, I am asserting no such thing.  The FBI has asserted these allegations.  Not me.

I hear your vigorous denial of the FBI's lies in this matter.

And I think it's wonderful that you're making yourself clear.

When the FBI forces America's youth into human trafficking, the agency wrongfully describes them as both prostitutes and homosexual/nonbinary.  This allows them to prey upon their victims with false justification.  This is a well-established system within the FBI.  But it is devastating to our country, and, given the involvement of Russian-affiliated organized crime, it implicates the FBI of treasonous activity.

When you tell me that you have never willingly trafficked yourself, I believe you, Xxxxxx.

And when you tell me that you happen to identify as straight, I believe you, Xxxxxx.

I honor and uphold your true self, and I want you to know my commitment to respect you and cherish you as you genuinely are.

LM's Son:  Sounds good!

LM:  I love you, Xxxxxx.  You have been tremendously courageous, and I want you to know that I recognize that.

The truth of your genuine identity is stronger than any and every lie.

You are cherished and beloved.

There Is No Mountain of Gold Equal to the Sovereignty of the United States

OIG Hotline, I securely retrieved my mail from my residential mailbox this afternoon.  

I did not bring one letter into my home, but rather left it in my mailbox unopened due to a potential for false reporting by the FBI.  I am not apprised of its contents.

Please be apprised that I possess no conflict of interest in advocating for the sovereignty of the United States.

I have profited in no way from my advocacy for the United States regarding malfeasance by the FBI.

I have not received an offer of a bribe relating to my case.

Rather, my efforts have represented a profoundly arduous journey, during which my whole family has suffered egregious harm.

I am unwilling to be accused, whether by the FBI or anyone else, of wrongs I have not committed.

My credibility in advocating for others is predicated on my honor and lawfulness, which remain unimpeachable.

With regard to the alleged current attempt to suggest that my husband and/or I have benefited from unlawful acts, this assertion is patently false.

If the FBI has opened bank accounts in my name, separate and apart from the lawful judgements and settlements awarded through the OIG Hotline, I have no knowledge of them whatsoever.

The same holds true for my husband.

Unlawful impersonation by the FBI does not equate to wrongdoing on our part.  Not at all.

With regard to an apparent attempt to accuse me of collusion with ActBlue regarding the alleged malfeasance of President Biden, I need to remind people that President Biden approved of the rape and torture of my children.  Separate and apart from those life-changing attacks on my family, I would never have opted for any conduct that was unethical.

But anyone who believes I would stand in agreement with a leader who approved of harm toward my family is deeply delusional.

No ethical person would ever acquiesce to the rapist and torturer of her children.

On the contrary, a person who would rape and torture the children of a highly honorable whistleblower places himself in the position of being broadly exposed to the disapproving public.

President Biden made that choice.

Now, I'm making mine.

I have committed no wrongs regarding ActBlue or any other FBI-created scenario.  If investigators had any serious beliefs otherwise, they would be contacting me for direct dialogue.  And if they do have any serious questions, I invite them to call me for direct dialogue on an immediate basis.  I may be reached on my cell phone at (415) 963-1467.

As a loyal American and an honorable whistleblower, I will not accept further invasions of settlements extended in my name connected to any false accusations whatsoever.

I have attempted to explain that a certain percentage of funds which the FBI alleges were previously misappropriated have reportedly ended up in the coffers of Vladimir Putin himself, an avowed adversary to the United States of America, one who has attempted to cause us grievous harm and to appropriate our national sovereignty in that process.

No one who is loyal to the nation would allow that process to continue.

Vladimir Putin needs to be separated from our National Treasury, not invited to steal from the United States yet again.

Our enemies should not be strengthened by the adjudication of my case against the FBI's treasonous acts in stark opposition to the national interest.

Congress, the DOJ and the Supreme Court need to join together in a resounding "no" to those who would attempt to further accuse me of wrongdoing without even allowing me to speak to my attorneys in articulating my defense.

That's not a Constitutional or honorable process, and it's not one that the FBI can publicly defend.

Right now, we need to allow the Joint Committee to express its well-informed views to the U.S. Congress, the DOJ, and the Supreme Court regarding incursions into the territory of the sovereignty of the United States.

If there is a belief that any of our leaders have violated the very sovereignty they have vowed to uphold, members of Congress must consult their consciences in supporting the reclamation of our full independence so that we may faithfully uphold the national interest.

There is no bank account, no Bitcoin wallet, no barter, no favor, no wealth, no riches that will ever stand equivalent to the sovereignty of the nation and the freedoms we insist that she uphold in the long term.

There is no mountain of gold that will ever justify the rape of America's youth by a compromised FBI.

There is no pile of uncut gems that will ever be worth the loss of America's houses of worship due to a wayward FBI.

There is no cryptocurrency account that will ever justify the FBI's theft and sale of Americans' own intellectual property.

There is no Trust account that will ever explain the despoiling of America's magnificent landscapes, nor the betrayal of her leadership role regarding global climate concerns.

And there is no offshore cash that will ever compensate for the FBI's allowing Russia to direct our own military in ways that stand directly contrary to the long term security of the United States.

Money doesn't equal the kind of freedom we're talking about, and it never did.

Freedom of speech, freedom of assembly, freedom of the press, the right to privacy, the right to own private property -- these cannot be won through the threats or bribery that Russia is currently wielding through the FBI.

They have to be secured by people of high character and integrity, who are unwilling to settle for the diminishment to all of humanity that will follow their loss.

The truth is that we have heroes on both sides of the aisle, and we can also see people who have faltered on both sides of the aisle.

What's needed now is a unity of purpose that recommits the United States to working together toward the best possible outcome for our sovereign nation and the world as a whole.

That "best possible outcome" is not the first-degree murder of an honorable whistleblower and her family members, as some have repeatedly argued.

No.

It is honorable and lawful engagement with both that whistleblower and her family so that they can best assist the nation in reclaiming its sovereignty without delay or equivocation.

OIG Hotline, I hope to hear from your investigators or attorneys representing my case, whichever is most appropriate at this time.

I appreciate your stalwart ethics in holding this line on behalf of the nation.

An Open Letter to the United States Congress on May 3, 2025

Honorable Members of the United States Congress:

If the Joint Committee has concern regarding the fundamental loyalties of a given leader at this time, its members should express themselves in this circumstance, and their perspectives should be most heavily weighed, in my opinion.

The Constitution makes no provision for these communications, but neither does the Constitution consider a circumstance in which the sovereignty of the United States has been assailed partially from within.

Has a leader ever directed harm of U.S. lands at the wish of a foreign adversary?  Experimentation on the public at the wish of a foreign adversary?  Theft of American IP at the wish of a foreign adversary?  Destruction of American houses of worship at the wish of a foreign adversary?  Undermining of the U.S. military in its promise to defend the long term interests of our nation at the wish of a foreign adversary?

These acts are disqualifying with regard to certain leadership positions, because the resultant damage to the nation is so great if those directives are heeded.

Loyalty to the sovereignty of the United States of America among our nation's leaders cannot be equivocal, wavering, or uncertain.

Our challenges are too great for those weaknesses to persist.

It is not too far a reach to say that the future freedom of mankind depends on the reclaimed sovereignty of the United States.

Our leaders need to be exceptionally clear about their commitments to the nation under these extraordinary circumstances.

Given these realities, it is appropriate for the Joint Committee to offer to the United States Congress its perspectives with regard to any potential compromise of key leaders of the nation.

We need to be working together to demonstrate both nationally and internationally that the United States possesses the leadership and the fortitude to assume the defining role in the future regarding pressing global concerns.

That means that we cannot be divided against ourselves or wavering in our loyalties to the United States' long term interests.

The Joint Committee should communicate any concerns regarding key leaders' support for fully reclaiming the sovereignty of the United States directly to Congress so that the Senate and House can most carefully consider its members' critical role in ensuring that our country manifest its full sovereign capabilities at this time.

Vladimir Putin cannot lay a claim to the United States' National Treasury, the sanctity of American lands, the freedom of Americans to worship as they choose, the safety of America's youth, the ownership of Americans' intellectual property, or control of the United States military command.  

Nor can any foreign leader usurp American sovereignty in the manner that has been attempted in our recent history as a nation.

The Congress is currently playing an urgent and pivotal role in making that clear.
