-1. What is the current status of your background checks?
Answer: They're in progress, because I think the company involved realized they could not legally refuse to assist me. At the same time, it is clear that there is ongoing communication between the company and the FBI regarding the criminal records checks.
2. How can you tell that this communication is taking place?
Answer: The Falmouth Police Department seems under extreme stress given my records requests. They say they cannot locate any records about me at all, and when I supply them with case numbers regarding prior false reports from the FBI, my emails are promptly deleted.
Also, my requests for fingerprinting checks are not being encouraged or facilitated at all. I am being told that I could mail a fingerprint card to the FBI for processing, but not that the local RCMP in Canada could run the check online immediately, which of course they can.
3. Why do you think no one wants you to request the fingerprint check immediately?
Answer: Because I think the FBI has a false charge sitting out there that would bring up a wrongful match with my fingerprints. And I think the FBI and local law enforcement would be in a horrific bind if that match were verified in the short term.
4. Why?
Answer: Because no one is willing to admit that the FBI has engaged in egregiously falsified law enforcement reporting in this case. The agency would rather murder my whole family than admit this wrongdoing, from which they have profiteered extensively, I might add. And, in fact, a violent approach still appears to be the agency's preferred way of "solving" all of its self-created problems.
5. Is your blog being suppressed at this time?
Answer: It appears to be, though the specifics are difficult to verify.
6. Meanwhile, your family members have come under heightened attack by the FBI, with your husband being the victim of the FBI's tampering with your blog, and your sons and MX experiencing physical attack.
Answer: That is correct.
7. What is the agency trying to accomplish through this aggression?
Answer: It seems that the agency would like to silence me for a long enough period of time to wipe the record of their false reporting clean. They appear to be approaching a judicial process to keep false reporting concealed from members of the public who request criminal record checks.
8. This has never come up before?
Answer: If you are a law-abiding person, you are never going to seek to run a criminal record check on yourself. It certainly never occurred to me! You might submit a Freedom of Information Act request. But not a criminal record check for which you might need to pay thousands of dollars even while you know you are perfectly honorable. Good people have confidence in their character and integrity, and this is never going to seem like a logical step for the law-abiding American.
9. What about the FBI's claims of DNA evidence implicating you or your loved ones of Pxxxxxx Program crimes the agency itself is reported to have directed and overseen?
Answer: I can easily discuss the FBI's means of falsifying DNA "evidence," but I'm fairly sure the FBI considers that information confidential. My concern is regarding the number of people the FBI has wrongfully convicted using these techniques. I am very concerned about racial profiling in this context, in addition to political targeting, and other forms of discrimination. If the FBI can accuse anyone of the most heinous crimes by using these methods, then we have entered into totalitarian territory from which retreat will be exceptionally difficult.
10. Are the lives of the FBI's South Bay Chief of Station, Txx Lxxxx, and his close associate, Bxxxxxx Pxxx, on the line over this case?
Answer: I would be shocked if they weren't. The FBI doesn't want the Pxxxxxx Program to be exposed, and the agency would certainly be willing to murder their own in order to conceal it from the public view.
11. Aren't these man responsible for setting up these false accusations against your family members or you yourself over a period of years?
Answer: I have not ascertained the FBI's actions in this case, so I simply cannot conjecture over questions of responsibility. I can say that the FBI appears to suggest that these two men have been centrally involved, yes.
12. What should happen at this point?
Answer: I should receive full reports, and the FBI should engage in dialogue with me through an attorney. In this manner, this case, which has caused so much suffering to my family, could be assessed for its potential to assist with the long term defense of human rights in the United States, and, in fact, around the world.
13. Isn't the problem that the FBI is trying to take your life instead of face even that confidential degree of accountability?
Answer: Yes, it is.
14. Is President Trump authorizing the agency to aggress against all of your family members at this time?
Answer: Honestly, the agency seems out of control. Agency personnel seem to indicate that the FBI has made the disastrous decision to target my whole family in the immediate term in order to avoid accountability. And in this context the agency keeps referring to false "espionage" allegations, false allegations of capital crimes, forced job loss, arson, staged car accidents, the usual endless list from these people.
15. How can you best respond?
Answer: I'm in the process of determining my next steps. But we need to bring transparency to this situation in order to ensure that no one else connected to this case is hurt, and I include Txx Lxxxx and Bxxxxxx Pxxx in that perspective. The agency should not be committing first degree murder to silence me or to silence their own employees and affiliates. Any such attempt would likely be ruinous. So, as much as the FBI is unaccustomed to being caught, it has been caught in this particular instance, and it needs to acknowledge that fact to me, at least privately.
16. If the FBI does not acknowledge its culpability in this matter, what is the likelihood that the agency will cease targeting your family and yourself?
Answer: It's zero. Less than zero. Torture of my family has been astonishingly profitable for the FBI, by all accounts, and they are not prepared to give that up.
17. So, you need to address this situation using the best of your own judgement, wisdom and insight.
Answer: Yes, I do.
18. Will you please keep us informed about what happens next?
Answer: Of course, I will. However, I will say that, if the FBI were to contact me through an attorney, I would honor a request for confidentiality regarding those discussions.
19. Thank you for taking the time to update us regarding these extraordinary events.
Answer: You are quite welcome.
