My Third Novel's Conclusion, My Heartbreak

My heart begins to break when I think about completing this particular book -- because this narrative has sustained me like no other story I've known. It's both more personal and more universal than my other works. But beyond memory and archetype, it's a cri-de-coeur about needing to become the person one is destined to be. And in the writing, I have met my own life's work, my own fated journey -- having the sense all the while that the pages are suffused with a resonance, an energy, an electrified field that defies explanation. Writers hope and pray to be overtaken by a work in this way -- to be conscripted into passionate service of a profound story. To experience it even once in a lifetime seems a great privilege. I still have several months before this novel is complete, and this constitutes my reprieve. Because I'm not ready for the beauty to end.

President Biden's Inspired Answer to the Far Right

1.  What are your reflections on President Biden's State of the Union address last night?

Answer:  He offered an inspired answer to those on the far right who wish to divide our country into partisanship and rancor -- and that answer was a vision of America that emphasizes possibility in its many forms:  education, mutual respect within civil discourse, climate preservation, infrastructure investments, health care access, safe communities, prosperity, democracy, the highest principles, and the rule of law.

2.  What was your favorite moment of his speech?

Answer:  Because the soul of this nation is strong, because the backbone of this nation is strong, because the people of this nation are strong, the state of the union is strong.

3.  Did you relate to this passage personally?

Answer:  Oh, yes.

4.  In what way?

Answer:  My soul is strong, my backbone is strong, my personhood is strong -- and so my nation is strong.  I harbor a profound belief that all Americans matter in defining our nation's future.  When we insist on speaking the truth, when we insist on defending the civil liberties of others, when we insist on manifesting the highest principles in our conduct toward one another -- we shape our country's character.  And that's an exciting realization.

5.  You believe that President Biden's gifts render him uniquely capable of overcoming the challenge to our democracy currently being posed by the far right.

Answer:  I do.  President Biden perceives the attempt of the far right to seize totalitarian control over the American electorate.  But his courage, his integrity, his intelligence, his resilience, and what I call the "fire within" allow him to reclaim America's identity as cohesive, united, and insistent on preserving the self-determination that has been so central to our nation's character over these last two and half centuries.

6.  What do you mean by the "fire within"?

Answer:  President Biden is unwilling to relinquish this nation's future to those who seek unearned power over the American people -- those who are unelected, untested, and unmeasured by their contributions.

The "fire within" is really found within the strength of a person's soul.

President Biden will not yield to autocracy.

Instead, he insists upon the sovereignty of the American public.

7.  President Biden has repeatedly stated that our democracy is at an inflection point.

Answer:  Yes, as all democracies are at an inflection point.  Our surveillance capabilities have advanced so rapidly that national security agencies have begun to hold the American electorate hostage through a combination of their own private information and, in cases like mine, aggregated material that is falsified.

We need to illuminate this attempt to subvert the democracy by far right factions of those very agencies entrusted with defending it.

8.  You have resisted the temptation to discredit the FBI as a whole, despite the malfeasance of far right segments of the agency toward your family and toward you yourself.  Why is that?

Answer:  Because I genuinely believe there are many men and women of high character and integrity who work within the ranks of the FBI and who wish to treat the Constitution with the honor it deserves.

Certain norms of transparency and accountability need to be re-established within the agency, clearly.

But we also need to recognize that there are individuals within the agency who are determined to contribute to our peaceable democracy.

9.  In other words, in recognizing that some within the agency have strayed from their vows to uphold the Constitution, it is critical not be reactionary.

Answer:  Calm, steady, determined gathering of evidence represents the wise approach.  And, to our country's great good fortune, investigators within the OIG Hotline are doing exactly that.

10.  You believe they have the full support of President Biden in these investigative endeavors.

Answer:  I do.

11.  How do you characterize President Biden, the Director of ODNI, and OIG Hotline investigators, given what you know about their efforts.

Answer:  Heroic.

12.  You hope you can articulate to the American electorate the reasons why this is so.

Answer:  I certainly do.

************************************************************************************

The FBI is a deeply divided agency.  There are many FBI employees who view their vows to the Constitution with the utmost seriousness and honor, and who strive to defend the fundamentals of our democracy with courage, fortitude and commitment.  The fact that some segments of the FBI appear to have embraced a lawless course is not a justification to assail the FBI in general.  The safety of FBI agents should be protected, just as the safety of the American citizenry should be protected.  As President Joseph R. Biden has so rightly expressed, violence is never justified in any circumstance.  The rule of law must always be honored and upheld.  It is our shared determination to preserve the civil liberties and human rights of ALL AMERICANS that renders the United States a democracy.  We must never abandon this promise.  All of our most cherished freedoms depend upon it.

When Informants Are Asked to Destroy Evidence

 1.  Your stalker has recently suggested that certain FBI informants are actively involved in "tape cleaning" now that it seems they will be communicating directly with investigators.  What does this suggest to you?  Have you seen this pattern in the past?

Answer:  Quite frequently.  Far right FBI handlers appear to be extremely aggressive in employing defamatory material to discredit law-abiding "targets of interest."  Yet later, neither informants nor handlers want to acknowledge the components of that process.  There appears to be an attempt to erase photos or film, directed quite clearly by far right FBI personnel in a bid to avoid accountability.

2.  Far right factions of the FBI appear to be engaging in aggressive slander and defamation for anti-democratic objectives, but they don't want to be caught.

Answer:  That seems to be the case.

3.  Do you have the impression that informants are involved in the active destruction of evidence?

Answer:  I do.  Having said that, film files are quite large.  It would seem that computer forensics could locate objective evidence of downloads, assuming that informants were reluctant to disclose the truth of their handlers' malfeasance.

4.  What appears to be the purpose of the slander and defamation being perpetrated by far right factions of the FBI?

Answer:  I believe certain FBI personnel may find it much easier to convince informants to mistreat law-abiding "targets of interest" if they first convince informants that "targets" are terrible people or predatory by nature or dangerous to their communities.

5.  In other words, before far right personnel ask an informant to harm someone, they will first attempt to characterize "targets" as criminals, lacking any conscience, a danger to society.

Answer:  Yes.  The far right seems to make the argument that a law-abiding "target of interest" deserves to be hurt. Then,  far right law enforcement personnel make a demand that an informant engage in direct harm.

6.  And that harm could involve ethical violations of professional codes of conduct, or it could involve causing damage to property, or even inflicting physical harm toward a "target of interest."

Answer:  Yes, I think the particular demands vary depending on the circumstance.

7.  What are the implications when professionals take pay from Infragard in order to undermine the interests of their clients?

Answer:  Well, I think when ethics regulations are being violated in the name of "national security," we need to pause.  Many of us naturally extend abundant trust to local and federal law enforcement personnel.  Yet, what if the public trust were abused?  What if "targets of interest" were being wrongfully maligned with false "evidence" for reasons that had nothing to do with the safety of the public?  How would we be able to to ascertain the truth?

8.  Given the current technologies available to law enforcement personnel, it's possible that only an investigative process could illuminate the truth.

Answer:  Absolutely, and this brings us to the current moment, in which rigorous engagement by OIG Hotline investigators is playing a central role in the defense of the Constitution.

9.  What percentage of informants are shown fake, defamatory films concerning "targets of interest"?

Answer:  My impression from others is that this material is highly convincing.  As a result, I believe that far right FBI personnel are heavily utilizing these AI-generated tools which co-opt the likeness of "targets."

10.  Yet, when law-abiding "targets of interest" file Freedom of Information Act requests from the FBI, they are supplied with blank reports.

Answer:  Yes, alarmingly, the FBI appears to have effectively dismantled FOIA for "targets of interest."  So, the checks and balances on far right segments of the agency have been removed over time.

11.  What is the lesson that we as Americans need to learn about the far right's gambit?

Answer:  We need to learn to be on high alert whenever law enforcement personnel direct informants to harm someone they identify as a "target."  Such directives echo Fascist, totalitarian regimes, which broadly discredited groups of people who were forcibly divested of their property, their savings, their families, and their lives.

12.  Yet, few people imagine themselves as sympathetic to Fascist causes.

Answer:  I read a book by Shoshana Zuboff recently, in which the author references a kind of Fascism-light involved in our ability to aggregate extensive information, portions of it entirely false, about one another.

13.  What is it about her book that describes Fascism-light?

Answer:  Ms. Zuboff gives a brilliant account of the problem of "surveillance capitalism" as a usurpation of the people's sovereignty, and I don't want to discount the importance of her contribution.  But she imagines a totalitarian regime which eschews violence, and that assumption is fundamentally flawed, in my opinion.

14.  Why?

Answer:  Because Fascism is always accompanied by violence, whether hidden or overt.  History is exceptionally clear on this point.

15.  So, in your view, the slander and defamation in which far right factions of the FBI are engaged is an accompaniment to violence.

Answer:  A justification.  An accompaniment.  A license to harm.

16.  When informants are asked by investigators whether they have been shown defamatory photos or films about "targets of interest," how should they answer?

Answer:  With the truth.  Only the truth.  Always the truth.

17.  The human rights of many others may depend on informants' commitment to tell the truth under difficult circumstances.

Answer:  Yes, they may.

Vox Clamantis in Deserto

 1.  Your computers are demonstrating such significant hacking by third parties that you are often forced to switch between in them in a single online session.  Is that correct?

Answer:  Yes.  If one laptop will not allow me to post photos or screenshots on my blog, for example, I will try the other one.  There are differences in each computer's particular problems from one day to the next.

2.  Are you concerned that your computer use may be utilized by far right factions of the FBI and their affiliates to misreport your online activities at this time?

Answer:  Yes.  It appears as though online impersonation of both my husband and myself may be occurring through "Wifi piggybacking" conducted from the residence of a near neighbor.  The co-opting of our IP addresses, which I understand the FBI knows how to do, means that corrupt members of the far right can engage in discrediting or unlawful activities online utilizing our identities.

3.  Are there other signs of active interference with your communications?

Answer:  Yes.  I often fill out online surveys for the Democratic Party in the process of contributing on a daily basis.  It now appears that some of those survey responses are being altered by third parties.

4.  How can you ascertain this?

Answer:  I can see the answers actively being altered when my hands are not touching the keyboard.

5.  What is the intent of far right members of the FBI in this case?

Answer:  Likely, they desire to disrupt alliances that are uncovering the details of FBI Counterintelligence's perpetration of falsified law enforcement reporting for anti-democratic objectives.

6.  In other words, far right factions of the FBI would like to mischaracterize your opinions in the hope that those in Washington, D.C. might grow concerned about your views.

Answer:  I believe that to be the case, yes.

7.  What is the remedy?

Answer:  The truth is always the remedy to those on the far right who are attempting to deceive the American public as a route to unearned power.

Would George Santos have been elected if his compulsive lying had been publicly recognized prior to his election?  Almost certainly not.

So, too, it's important for us to recognize that those far right infiltrators within the FBI have not been duly elected by the American public.  They are attempting to wrest control away from the American electorate and to do so in a manner that is clandestine and unrecognized.

8.  And your point is that falsified law enforcement reporting is a powerful tool being wielded by the far right in their effort to exert totalitarian control.

Answer:  Far right factions within the FBI want to know that any American's fate  -- professionally, within the medical sphere, within a court of law, within their neighborhood, within their circle of family and friends -- can be controlled by autocratic governance.  Someone's reputation contributes powerfully to the public perception of whether a given individual is trustworthy or malign.  So, if the far right can control Americans' reputations through the threat of falsified law enforcement reporting, they can control broad-ranging aspects of their lives.

9.  Can any American's fate be controlled in this manner?  You've said that you've received myriad threats that your novel manuscript has been appropriated from your computer, for example.

Answer:  I have received those threats, and I have no doubt that an attempt is being made.

However, the soul of our nation is defined primarily by what is just and honest and benevolent.  And as long as we have virtuous people who are willing to stand by their principles in defending the civil liberties and human rights of others, we haven't relinquished our claim to that soul.

10.  You're not discouraged by the corruption you've witnessed among those co-opted by far right factions of the FBI?

Answer:  People benefit from being led toward the angels of their better nature.  That's the reason why President Biden is so critical for our democracy at this moment in our nation's history.  His character, integrity, compassion and engagement demonstrate to Americans a form of democratic governance which is based on an ideal of leadership, in which our Commander-in-Chief  -- as elevated and powerful as he is -- still chooses to advocate for concerns of the common man and woman.

President Biden leads the American public in the model of the highest form of public service.  Being given the keys to power, he endeavors to return them to the people.

The fact that he is our Commander-in-Chief at this moment, when the far right is making its bid for autocratic rule in our own country and elsewhere around the world, represents a great gift.

11.  You have said before that you loved the moment when a man was shouting to be heard at a White House ceremony, and President Biden's response was "Let him speak.  Let him speak."

Answer:  I want to make clear that the public deserves the opportunity to hear our duly elected President speak without his being interrupted.

Having said that, I believe that President Biden's response in that moment was in some ways emblematic of his greatest gifts of leadership.

He perceives the outsider, the whistleblower, the "vox clamantis in deserto" calling from the sidelines to be heard -- and his response is, "Let her speak.  Let her speak."

That rare quality means that he insists on hearing the concerns of the American public and he refuses to silence those voices.

It is this generosity of spirit that forms the foundation of democracy -- this simple, but rare, act of saying, "I want to hear your voice."

12.  And President Biden has, in many ways, said "Let her speak.  Let her speak," when it comes to you yourself.

Answer:  Yes, he has.

13.  You want Americans to understand that he represents a fierce defender of their civil liberties and human rights in ways that have not yet been illuminated for them.

Answer:  Yes, I do.  And I would like to articulate the reasons why he is irreplaceable in the face of the far right's assault on our democracy.  Some people possess heroic character -- a few -- a handful.  But President Biden is one of them, and his potential to reclaim democracy's foundation for our own country -- and to support its flourishing in many other nations -- is transformational.

Disinformation Alert

OIG Hotline investigators, last night, my husband and I watched the 2015 film, "Everest," addressing an expedition to the summit of the world's highest peak in 1996.

At one point during the viewing of the movie, my husband spoke the words, "The Russian knew what he was doing," referring to Russian climber Anatoli Boukreyev, who rescued three climbers stranded in a sudden storm after an ascent on May 10th of that year.

Because there are those who are eager to mischaracterize my husband's words, I wish to document them here with this context.

I believe that those on the far right who are engaging in disinformation tactics at this time will not hesitate to misuse something as innocent as a spontaneous commentary pertaining to a popular film in order to advance a false narrative regarding a "target of interest."

The truth doesn't require such distortions.

The truth reveals itself gradually, in the course of an honorable life, lived with integrity and strength.

My husband is this honorable man, loyal to the United States and the free speech our Constitution guarantees.

The founders understood the perils present in societies which force citizens to suppress natural, spontaneous speech due to unjustified surveillance or predatory control, such as that being perpetrated against law-abiding Americans at this time by far right factions of the FBI.

Although we deeply oppose Russia's aggression in Ukraine, just as we deeply oppose its support for far right movements within the United States, Europe, Canada, Australia, and elsewhere around the world, it is still true that on May 10, 1996, Anatoli Boukreyev, a man of Russian descent, rescued several climbers from their stranding during a storm on Mount Everest.

I deeply oppose far right factions of the FBI which are assailing the civil liberties and human rights of law-abiding American citizens for anti-democratic objectives, but I still realize that there are many personnel within the FBI who view their vows to the Constitution as inviolable.

What is required of us as supporters of the human rights inseparable from democracy is an unwavering commitment to tell the truth -- the whole truth -- the necessary truth -- the insistent truth.

Without that commitment, those purveying disinformation will fill the silence with deceit.

So, I continue to express the truth of our lives as law-abiding American citizens who are striving to contribute to the future of our democracy in every way possible.

I hereby certify that the foregoing is true and correct.

A Letter Belonging to OIG Hotline Investigators Only

1.  Are you still maintaining security measures when it comes to your mailbox?

Answer:  I am.  There's a security seal over the lock.  And the box itself is alarmed.  My husband will continue to use a body cam to film his retrieval of our mail periodically.  He will be able to visually verify that the letter from Jim Mellano of AFE is still there.  And he will film that verification.  After that, he will affix a new security seal.

2.  To whom does Jim Mellano's letter belong?

Answer:  I conveyed ownership of that letter to the Investigations Division of the Office of the Inspector General Hotline.  It belongs to OIG Hotline's investigators.

3.  You are simply maintaining it, unreceived and unopened in your mailbox,  in trust for OIG Hotline investigators until they take physical possession of it.

Answer:  That is correct.

4.  Jim Mellano stated that his letter contains nothing other than your 1099.

Answer:  I realize that, and I certainly hope he's being honest in this regard.  However, it is not my role to conjecture about the contents of a letter belonging to investigators of the OIG Hotline.  When they take possession of the letter, they will see for themselves what it contains.  That's what is so comforting about objective evidence.  We all need to adhere to the facts when certain members of the far right are embracing disinformation and deceit.  The truth stands, despite the attempts of the far right to subvert it.

5.  Wasn't there a strange incident with your Cape Cod tenant, Viktor Goldmakher, when he sent you a letter that you believed was questionable?

Answer:  I had received threats about the content of Viktor Goldmakher's letter as having been utilized to further the perpetration of falsified law enforcement reporting, so I arranged for the postal service officer to forward it to the OIG Hotline Investigations Division through a certified mailing.

6.  You never touched Viktor Goldmakher's letter, but you directed the Menlo Park Post Office staff to forward it to investigators.

Answer:  That's correct.

7.  And what happened?

Answer:  A day later, the letter was shown to be in San Francisco and Washington, D.C. simultaneously, according to USPS posted records.

8.  What did you interpret that to mean?

Answer:  It seemed clear that the location of the letter was being falsified.  The possibility exists that Viktor Goldmakher's letter was neither in San Francisco nor in Washington, D.C. at that time, but rather, in the hands of FBI personnel who were altering its contents.

9.  Evidence tampering may have occurred with regard to Viktor Goldmakher's letter.

Answer:  Yes.  It's possible.

10.  So, in this case, with regard to the letter from Jim Mellano, you want OIG Hotline investigators to have the chance to take possession of the letter directly.

Answer:  Yes, I do.

11.  Do you think it may offer proof of the FBI's engagement in falsified law enforcement reporting for anti-demcratic objectives?

Answer:  Again, it's best not to conjecture about territory that belongs to OIG Hotline investigators alone.  I will simply say that I see my role as one in which I'm transferring to OIG Hotline investigators as much material as possible, so that they can pursue their investigation with as few obstacles as possible.

12.  You have said that the body cam your husband is using to document his mail retrieval periodically, together with the micro SD card it contains, will also go to OIG Hotline investigators.

Answer:  Yes, I have transferred ownership of the body camera and micro SD card to the OIG Hotline Investigations Division as well.  So, they will be able to have documentary proof of how careful we are being in this situation.

13.  Do you believe that your stalker, together with his FBI cohort, may have lied about certain details regarding Jim Mellano's letter?

Answer:  I have been receiving extensive threats of false arrest.  So, I think that lies may well have been attempted..  But that's the purpose of the body camera footage.  The video on the micro SD card demonstrates the truth of the matter.

14.  The letter in many ways represents a hot potato, doesn't it?

Answer:  We're not accepting it.  We're not handling it.  We're not opening it.  So, yes.

15.  Jim Mellano sent you that letter against your express instructions, didn't he?

Answer:  He did.

16.  After that, the postal service deliverer ignored your request to forward it to the OIG Hotline Investigations Division, and placed it in your mail box anyway.

Answer:  Yes, he did.

17.  So, this letter came to you against your will, against your directives, and despite your precautions.

Answer:  Exactly.

18.  And now, you want to be sure OIG Hotline investigators have the benefit of examining it.

Answer:  The letter belongs to them now.  Yes, I want them to have it.

19.  Even to the point of placing your life at risk.

Answer:  Americans have to be willing to stand against autocracy through a peaceable insistence on the truth.

20.  That takes courage.

Answer:  Democracy does require courage, yes.  The investigators of the OIG Hotline are demonstrating that courage.  The Director of the ODNI is demonstrating that courage.  President Biden himself is demonstrating that courage.  Those of us who love democracy can manifest that same fortitude to stand with them.

21.  The ideals of our nation are most meaningful if they represent the strength of character of real Americans.  This is what you're saying.

Answer:  Yes.  And a few people may defend the rights of many.  We always need to imagine that we ourselves may make contributions to the civil liberties of others.   When we're able to do this, we're granted a rare privilege.

22.  Do you hereby certify that the foregoing is true and correct?

Answer:  Yes, I do.

UPDATE: DELIVERY CONFIRMATION: NEW FEDEX SHIPMENT: Obstructed Fax Attempts

OIG Hotline investigators, I include here a photo of delivery confirmation of FedEx shipment #394175418646, which was signed for by A. Owens.  I hope this material reaches you securely.

Most sincerely,

Lane MacWilliams

OIG Hotline investigators, this is the new FedEx shipment receipt for the documents that are scheduled to be delivered to your office tomorrow, February 3, 2023.  The tracking number is 394175418646.

I will track this package tomorrow to ensure that it arrives as intended.

For OIG Hotline investigators' knowledge, the envelope within the FedEx mailing appears as follows, with security seals bearing numbers 1859858 and 1859859.

It is my hope that these documents will not fall into the hands of far right affiliates for whom they are not intended.

These permissions are granted to the OIG Hotline Investigations Division only, and to no one else.  I believe the physicians involved may benefit from your prompt clarification that they are permitted to speak to you only, and not others.

Thank you for your confidential handling of the information these documents yield.

One always hopes that the illness of a family member can be addressed safely and privately by physicians who are committed to upholding their professional oaths under all circumstances.

When those vows are violated at the directive of those within far right factions of federal law enforcement, we need to gather the facts, in my opinion.

The sanctity of Americans' relationships to their medical providers should not be sacrificed or betrayed.

Surely, those who care about our national security desire for American citizens to lead healthy, safe, productive lives, supported by medical care providers who are worthy of our trust in them.

Thank you very much for your support in this matter.

With appreciation,

Lane MacWilliams

*************************************************************************************

OIG Hotline investigators, my husband's first attempt to send certain hard copy documents, including Limited Medical Power of Attorney and permissions regarding the physicians of a family member, to your Office via FedEx for delivery tomorrow, appears to have been wrongly addressed by FedEx staff in Santa Clara.

FedEx personnel omitted the word "Hotline" from the address label, as shown below on the receipt.

It would seem that far right FBI personnel may have a desire to direct the contents of this mailing to staff within the DOJ who are within their control.

One or two illegally altered lines within the permissions themselves could remove my family's privacy protections.  I believe far right factions within the FBI are aware of that fact.

I asked my husband to call FedEx to instruct that this mailing be held at the Santa Clara FedEx Store until my husband can return to correct the address this afternoon.  He has done so.  In addition, I called this FedEx Store and spoke to Angel, who gave me his assurance that the package would be held until my husband's return.

Yesterday, the appropriate permissions were mailed via U.S. postal service to four health care providers:  Dr. Jacob Ballon, Dr. Kristin Stent, Doug Bodin, and Dr. Laurence Katznelson.

It may be wise for OIG Hotline investigators to contact these four individuals right away in order to clarify for them that they have my permission to speak only to OIG Hotline investigators, and to no other person, group, entity or office.

If the permissions sent to them have been unlawfully altered, these health care providers may be confused about the rights granted to them.

I will post updated FedEx information as soon as it is available to me,

Most sincerely,

Lane MacWilliams

OIG Hotline investigators, my attempts to fax documents to you, including Limited Medical Power of Attorney and permissions regarding the physicians of a family member, are currently being blocked.

My MacBook Pro is unable to "recognize" the scanned file, and my MacBook Air is unable to attach any files to any email.  Both computers have demonstrated active hacking by third parties in the past, but these failings appear to be new.

I will continue to explore best alternatives for supplying you with these documents.

Thank you for your forbearance under these circumstances.

Most sincerely,

Thursday, February 2, 2023, 1:20 PM Pacific Time: White Ford Van Parked for Prolonged Period Outside MacWilliams Residence

This is to document the presence of white van pictured below, apparently an Amazon vehicle, parked with flashing lights on Vista Verde Way next to Tom Bleier's property with a direct view into my home for a prolonged period of time today.

Only when I observed this vehicle from the top of my driveway did the driver appear to select a package from the cargo area and slowly climb Mr. Bleier's driveway.

The driver was bearded, with sandy brown hair, Caucasian, wearing an Amazon vest.  From a fifty-foot distance, he appeared to be in his early thirties.

What was unusual about this circumstance?

  • The driver appeared to be keenly aware of my presence in my own driveway, even though I did not take photos within his observation.
  • The van was brand new, with external Amazon markings. (Amazon delivery drivers in our area normally drive their own vehicles, without Amazon markings.  They don't ordinarily wear Amazon clothing.)
  • The vehicle remained at this location with the driver concealed within the cargo area for a prolonged period of time. (Amazon drivers in our area are in a hurry.  They move quickly.  They don't sleep in their vehicles, as on-street parking is prohibited here. And they appear to know where they're going.)
Due to the fact that I have received recent threats pertaining to a truck-mounted DEW referred to as the "thrower," a device which my stalker alleges to cause acute and lasting injury, I believe the documentation of this incident to be worthwhile.

The license of this white Ford van was California 27072C3.  I took the following photos at 1:20 PM Pacific time today.

I hereby certify that the foregoing is true and correct.
